I didn't have a lot of money to spend on dresses and

and I ended up buying my dress on eBay.

I think my dress was still like £50 on eBay, which is still a lot of money, but everyone I was with at the prom seemed to be spending like a hundred quid. £200 on their dresses and at the time I found it very difficult to find good affordable party dresses so I thought I would combine the two and make a video of dresses and makeup in one, so all of these products will be

By the way, if you're wondering where my jewelry is from, my necklaces are from Miss Oma, these earrings are from Topshop I think, but I bought them a few years ago so I'll link some similar ones below and then my rings are from regal rose, I think I'm going to start with the L'oreal infallible essence drops. I've really been enjoying them recently, they're very hydrating, I mean I guess you could use a moisturizer that you don't need at all. this extra and use two primers, but just because I hadn't moisturized my face today I thought I'd use that first and then use the Revlon Photoready Perfecting Primer.

This is like a blending primer, but it's not too blurry either. blowing it down just smoothes everything out and blurs the pores a little and then for the foundation, oh I have cat hair stuck to my lip, nothing new here, the number one foundation I would recommend if you want full coverage, another I really never want that for prom, but a lot of people do it and so does a base that doesn't back down. In my experience, it looks just as good in flash photos. This is the Maybelline super stay 24 hour full coverage foundation. I'm going to mix the ivory shades with zero three true ivory, as you can see, there is a big color difference in these, this one is a little too dark, this one is a little too light right now, maybe this one isn't too dull, do you know what I am?

I'm going to risk the ivory shade if it ends up oxidizing, so wow, this foundation is very long lasting and I have friends who have dry skin who love it and I personally have oily skin. I love it, this is probably my favorite foundation. If you want a foundation that will last an hour at prom, try this. Wow, I love that fake tan line in my hair, it looks really cool, so next I'll use the Revolution Oversized Concealer to find concealers. I'm going to try this one. shadow, watch it fall and see if this is okay, you can get a smaller version of this concealer which is a little cheaper but obviously you get less product, these concealers are almost too pink but I think once I get my powder I'll be Well, that spot is very annoying, but I feel like hopefully my bronzer will hide it a little and then the powder won't like it will recede and give you a white cast in the photos.

I have a couple that I would recommend, my favorite. They haven't put this part together yet and haven't made it available in the UK so Maybelline please bring the fit me loose powder that looks like this to the UK, not the one we have but the American one. I have just the right shade 10. light, this is so good, it's my favorite powder and it's incredibly good. If you can't get it, I would recommend it, but if not, Rim will make a really good powder, which is the powder that stays matte. It's a great classic to put in your clutch or your purse or whatever you're taking to prom if you want to do touch-ups and I also really like the Revlon Colorstay powder.

You can see it's pretty much gone, but I'm going to go ahead and use my Maybelline because it's my favorite by the way. If you want to talk about these green brushes, it's a new travel set from Spectrum. Then for the bronzer, honestly, I was so tempted to use my Kiko marbled bronzer, but I thought it's not technically drugstore and it's also limited edition from Ted. I'm going to use the Revolution Pro 4k bronzer palette and it's great, and I'm going to mix this shade with a little bit of this. shadow to give a little shine and then for the blush I am using the CYO powder blush to put it clearly, this one is very similar to the Milani one which I like.

I prefer the Milani one, but this one is much cheaper and you can get it in Boots and then to highlight. I know I talk about this all the time, but it's literally my favorite highlighter palette. I'm using my collaboration palette with Revolution, all the writing erases. I have another one of these, but I'm just

trying

to use this one and I'm going to use this gold shade, which is definitely my favorite right now, but when I'm a little bit lighter, I use this one on this one, obviously, if you're not comfortable with none of these steps you can definitely skip them, but this is just what I would do if I was going to prom, so for my eyeshadow I'm going to use my original size palette with Revolution.

Obviously I have the Extra Spicy Uno too, which is what I was using for my mirror, so I'm going to say this one is a little brighter and bolder. I mean, you still have your neutrals in there, but I think it has a filler look to it. I want to go for today, I'm going to use original, so this look should really go with any dress color, any eye color, obviously you can change it up if you want and use different colors, but I'm pretty sure this would work. with most of the options, so I'm going to start with this shade here that has a big dent in it and I'm just going to blend it into the outer corners of my eyes but also into my crease and then take a little bit. of this shade down here called mud cake and I think I'm going to use a little bit smaller brush so I'm just using a little bit more of a tapered brush this is the zoeva luxe crease brush and this was the brush for soft creases and I'm going to dip into the shadow pastel and mainly focus on my outer corners, but I'll blend it in about halfway up my crease if that makes sense, just like that and I'm like flying.

This is reduced slightly, but if you're not comfortable with that, feel free to make it rounded. I'll feel free to do whatever you want. You should listen to me. I'm just a random girl on the Internet, you know? what I mean, oh, and then I'm going to use the other brush again to blend those edges, so then I'm going to take that same color called mud cake and I'm just going to sweep a little bit of this along my lower lash line just to balance it out a little bit and then with a flat brush, this is just a morphia one, it doesn't have a name or number, it's just a flat brush.

I'm going to take this shade here called smoky. bronze and I'm going to put this all over my eyelid until about 3/4 of the way, now we screw that we use my finger and then I'm just brushing the excess of my brush over my bottom lash. line to really make this prom look and add a little shimmer, I'm using Lottie London Image Ination Ultra Shimmer Metallic Cream Eyeshadow in the shade I Can't Stand and I'm pretty much just going to add a little layer of this . over that to add a little bit more shine and I'm really just going to bring this in so I'm just painting that in but then I'm also going to go in with my brush just to blend the edges a little bit and then on my In the inner corners I'm using the shadow which is called fairy lights, although I already have a little bit of highlighter there and then I'll go back and do one last blend and then you could use a liquid eyeliner if you wanted to do like a liquid film ah what I'm actually going to do is something a little bit different.

I'm going to use a kind of Kohl eyeliner pencil, this is a sporty miss one in the designer brown shade and I'm actually I'm going to brush a little bit of this along my upper lash line and use a brush to blend it out a little bit. so it's a little bit softer than the liquid eyeliner and I'm also not going to make a wing with it just because I know. That can be stressful on graduation days, so I'll leave it aside. Obviously you could use tabs. I'm going to use some mascara and I'm going to use some unicorn lashes on Clementine.

These are dramatic but not too dramatic, so they're not. Super heavy feel, they don't have a very thick band so they will still be comfortable. However, if you don't want to do lashes, I wouldn't recommend promising it the first time you try it because it will probably go away. wrong, this is the mascara revolution I just realized I haven't done my eyebrows. I would do them. I'm using the Amazing Tinted Brow Mascara Collection in chestnut and then I'll be using Lottie London's arch-rival brow artist. in between I also have the light shade to use both, to be honest, so I'm going to do my lashes off camera, but first I'm going to do my lips quickly, so I'm going to use the Rimmel lip. eyeliner in tiramisu and then I'm using my revolution lipstick in syrup.

I was going to add a glow, but I feel like this is so-so. on cheap prom dresses, they all weigh under 20 pounds. I placed an order from boohoo and then one of them is from Nasty Gal, which I mentioned a full video of earlier, but I never tried it on, so the nasty girl was 17. £50 on special offer. I think the full price was £35 but they always have discounts and stuff and then the ones they got on boohoo one of them actually two were 15lbs and one of them was 16£80 again I think. they did, they had a discount on who's website, but I think even full price all of these dresses are under 35 pounds.

I have them in this bag so let's try them out so apologies for a bit of a weird camera angle but the shoes that I'm going to wear with this dress not that you can see them are these ones that are from coit Footwear. I think they're like £27 movies, the first one I've seen. I'm going to go for all of this are my nails, the first one I'm going to look for is this one from Booboo, it's called long dress with fishtail and busty ER detail in cornflower blue and I have this one in size 8 because I don't think they have made a 6, so a number 1 dress.

I feel like this one would actually be fine if it fits me. It's a little big, round all around. I feel like if it were maybe a little more like that, although not that. it looks more flattering, so there were no zippers or anything, it was literally just some kind of sweater dress, but it's also pretty big in the back and then at the bottom, wait, let me move you back a little bit, but I don't really know how well you can see it, but the bottom is kind of a fishtail shape, but it has a kind of themed line where you can see where the materials have been attached, but I do look at myself. pretty much like that, I think for £15, if it really fits me, I think I could get away with it, it's quite a thin material, it's like a stretchy type of material to draw the body in, but you can't see my pants through him, which is good and I'm wearing Calvin Klein today, which has a band here that says Calvin Klein and you can't see through it, so I think it's good, that's what the bottom looks like, so I feel like this really suits me. a little bit better like here and around the sides.

I think this could be quite a bit. By the way, please ignore my container, but yeah, I feel like 15 pounds isn't bad and then the top just has these like a cup. little bits and then like elastic straps, but the straps are not too long, which I thought there might be. However, I would say that this dress is quite because it is quite tight. I feel like it would be very noticeable, so I would definitely be breathing. like all the time I wear this, oh no, so it's pretty long because I'm only five foot two. I feel like all of these dresses would be too long and light for my wedding dress.graduation.

I have to take it off so Dress number two is a long off the shoulder dress in black again. I bought this one in size 8 which gives me the idea that it might be a little big but maybe if it wasn't my size then it would be fine but let's try it on right so this one again is a little big for me but yeah It fits me well, I would 100% use it. The problem is that it has a zipper on the back which I just liked, yeah, and it's not made like I thought it would be a stretchy material, but it's more of like some kind of shitty material, I don't know if you can understand what kind of material I mean, um, but this is so beautiful it's off the shoulder, but I mean it's a little thick in the breast area.

It has this kind of lining like a sticky lining, so it could grip. I feel like I would need to size up a little bit smaller because the arm parts are a little big too, but it just goes in at the waist here and then it's like a flowy dress with a slit and I think it's really pretty if you don't want a super tight dress. to the figure and something that you feel a little more comfortable in because it's like super fluid, you have the slip. I really like this one if I just show you the bottom part.

I can't excuse all my bottles here, but yeah, the bottom looks like this, so again it's pretty long for me. oh yeah I just realized how much there is for any of these oh well you get the idea about the shoes yeah it's a little long hoping you can see it but I love this and I think it's beautiful I think it definitely . It looks a lot more expensive than it actually is, so the next dress is the Sequin Panel Mesh Maxi Dress from the boutique. I bought this one in size 6 and it was like in the reduced section of the Vukovich Ashley boutique.

I think this was this one too. one is like a flowy, bedazzled party dress with gold sequins and it's navy blue so I'm going to try it okay so this dress is definitely big almost around the top half. I think other figures with me I'm 5 foot 2, but My torso and my body are definitely like this shorter part of me, it's relatively long legs and then like a short torso, I'll do that too because I have small breasts as well. I don't really like filling this up, the straps are quite long that's definitely it. There's something to consider and they're not adjustable so I think I would have to adjust them and then in the back obviously I'm wearing a bra that you would have to wear like a well like one of those sticky bras I guess or no bra because you can see that the strap of my bra is called like a cross part in the back, which I think is quite cute and then it also has sequins like in the middle.

The only thing I would say about this one is that it's really itchy under my armpits because it has sequins. My GCSE prom dress was all sequins, like on the top, and I found the sequins a bit problematic because they really like to rub on my arms here, um, but yeah, I don't think you really want to do that. I'm going to prom in this kind of situation, but the dress itself likes the length and everything is super under me, it doesn't have any shape to it, so it would definitely be good for dancing. inside but again there's a lot of material like it's a very long dress so another thing also is that the waist is a little bit itchy which is weird because the sequins are on the outside but I think I can feel them on the inside too .

Just because of the sequins, this one gives me a thumbs up, although I really love the style, it looks very pretty, but it's annoying and uncomfortable, ok, I'll go find the latest dress and try it on. which is Nasty Gal's, which was 17 pounds, 50 okay, so this is the final dress, which is Nasty Gal's. I love it, it's made of this kind of satin material and it has a roll neck, but I really like how the shape of it has this kind of ruching on the side and then it has the slit, it's like a maxi length, but this one is a little bit shorter than the others.

I really don't know how good you feel. I can see, I'm sorry I'm not the best, but I think why use this one just to make it a little more flattering, maybe wear it as a skinny chain tie around the middle or something, but yeah, I love it. I think it's so pretty it's a little static and I bought this in a size six. This one also has a zipper on the side like here so you can take it on and off easier and then it does, it was really hard, adjustable straps, which is really helpful, let me do it and I know which one was your favorite.

I think my favorite seasons definitely have to be 6 7. & 8 because I watched them so close together that I can't really distinguish between the different seasons to pick an absolute favorite season.
