weapon

s. Powerful items. One of them so

powerful

that it is larger than the Infinity Stones and the Infinity Gantlet.

It's a big plot point in the movie, so we'll break it all down. what a fan Oh, there are always a lot of questions about this power escalation thing in the Marvel movies, like, what are the most

powerful

things, the most powerful beings? There are some things in the multiverse that are

more

powerful than the Infinity Gantlet in general, so we'll explain those as well. Even though they spent the entire Infinity Saga of Marvel movies promoting the Infinity Gantlet, there are much

more

powerful things in the comics, and some of them have already appeared in the movies.

trailer

-less videos of Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman just clowning around each other on a regular basis. but over the last two trailers we've gotten a pretty good look at what happens during the movie, Deadpool starts off in his original X-Men universe, the X-Men universe. He already changed the timeline a little bit, but is it still the same universe as those original X-Men movies, which are both the Bryan Singer X-Men movies, the A-list movies, and the original Four movies?

Fantastic? all destined to be from the same universe. Really a good example of him playing with timelines. He killed his Wolverine Origins variant. He is brought to the TVA, takes on the mission to stop Cassandra Nova, then finally finds this variant of Wolverine played by Hugh Jackman and gets her help in stopping her. They end up facing off against an evil gang of Fox Marvel characters from all those movies. Like I said, X-Men, Fantastic Four, some Punisher characters too, from those movies. Probably even more that weren't in the trailers. and if that wasn't enough for the two of them, they would simply take on a group of powerful people in their own right.

Cassandra Nova is the most powerful mutant here in the void because her powers are exactly the same as those of her twin, Professor empty. They're collecting other powerful artifacts that are removed from the entire multiverse and dumped there, as if the void is the multiverse's dumping ground for the TVA. that's how things like the Thanos helicopter, the Kang Tower that replaced Avengers Tower, the Sphinx, the Great Pyramids, the Golden Gate Bridge from X-Men Last Stand ended up there. It's an endless list of Easter

eggs

and references to other Marvel movies, not just the Fox Marvel movies.
I can't wait to see how they explain the 20th Century Fox logo. You're wondering, what was that Nexus event? However, part of Cassandra Nova's plan is to escape the void. She conquers the multiverse. Very standard villain plot, very easy to understand. The Council of Kings is doing that right now ahead of Avengers Five. No big surprise, nothing special. Normally Cassandra Nova takes her group of evil Marvel characters to another universe to conquer it. You think that universe of heroes would simply assemble their version of the Infinity Gantlet and use it against her like the Illuminati of universe eight, three, eight were able to defeat their version of Thanos, who had already partially assembled his Infinity Gantlet. and if they could do that, they also had their own life.
Professor X then defeats Cassandra Nova, who is basically her evil twin. Stopping her in her tracks wouldn't be a big problem. And there are many other versions of Professor X in the multiverse. so, under normal circumstances, he simply calls himself a defeated villain. The threat of the multiverse is eliminated. It is not a big thing. but during Deadpool and Wolverine. What makes Cassandra Nova so much worse than the standard Marvel villain? like the big upgrade that turns her from bad to big bad, which is an important term for Buffy. If she never watched that show, the villain of a series starts out as a bad person, has some power, but then gets big upgrades, big power that turns him into the big bad.
Cassandra, Nova and Deadpool. And Wolverine becomes a big bad because he has collected many more toys, many more

weapon

s, and has collected what is arguably the greatest weapon in the multiverse. So, going down the list, these are some of the things she has collected, not all as powerful as others, but all very important. She has Pym Particles, which she would have stolen from this. Ant-Man after dying in the void was already very powerful. He has his own version of Cerebro that they build here. In fact, you can see in the background when she is fighting this variant of Wolverine.
You can see that they've built a Brain inside Ant-Man's skull here. so. He is also protected by the man's giant helmet. This allows her to further amplify his telepathic powers. She was already incredibly powerful without him. she also has one of Magneto's helmets, a magneto helmet. We're talking about the multiverse here, protecting her from other powerful sidekicks like Professor X variants who might have ended up there in the void. Emma Frost Variation. Variants of Jean Gray. she also has that sling ring, which can open portals that we see during the trailer. all those very powerful things.
But the real ace up his sleeve in all of this is Elias himself. In fact, you can see her calling Ant-Man's base alive and eating some of the TVA agents here, chasing Deadpool and Wolverine. Basically using him as an attack dog. So while it's really cool to see her using all these other powerful toys and weapons, none of them are as important as Elias, because Elias is much more powerful than something like the Infinity Gantlet, which at this point in the movies is one. of the most powerful weapons. Any group of superheroes, any team from any universe, could ever take on her if she appeared in their universe.
Even Jean Gray, in full Phenix form. this. There are always tons of questions about this, about power scaling. What is more powerful, the Phoenix force? What could defeat that? In fact, they covered a lot of this in the comics during the Thanos Infinity Gantlet arc. To understand how powerful the Infinity Gantlet is compared to other people, other things in the Marvel Universe, you have to look at Thanos with the Infinity Gantlet just clearing out everyone who comes against him. She was a little afraid of Odin and the other Heavenfathers, but she also defeated him in his full Odin Force form.
We're not talking about the weaker version of the MCU, the Odin force. This is like the entire Odin Force comic. He's much more powerful in the comics. He crushed the cosmic beings. The astral conflagration, which includes Galactus, eternity, oblivion, the Lords of Order and Chaos. Many of these cosmic entities that also appeared during Thor Love and Thunder, are top-tier cosmic entities. that would also include the Celestials. Thanos basically takes them all out like it was nothing. Like it's no big deal. anything in white Galactus and Galactus with all his power when at 100% power levels, can take on Phenix's strength so Thanos can applaud Galactus with the Infinity Gantlet.
He can also do the same with the Phoenix. They also got into this power scaling issue at higher levels during Loki. What's more powerful than the most powerful thing you've seen so far, like the Infinity Gantlet? And that's alive for a couple of reasons. Throughout the Loki series, he remains. Kang explained how it works. He is from the comics. But the MCU changed the light's backstory. He is meant to be a multiversal cosmic entity, meaning there is one of him in the entire multiverse that was created during the first Kang Multiverse War. when the damage to the reality of all the different universes is being destroyed.
The different timelines that went into war caused a lot of fractures. In reality, he was born from those fractures. Basically, he is an extradimensional being who was born outside of reality. something like the afterlife. But he doesn't have his level of intelligence. that Kang explained that he was able to take control of a life and use it to win the first Kang Multiverse War simply by having it consumed. Basically, he sucks up entire timelines, entire universes, multiverses, trash compactor. That's how powerful he is. He can literally suck up entire universes like it's breakfast. That's basically what the one left made him do after the Multiverse War Kang in the void.
He just sitting there waiting to eat whatever was pruned and keeping it trapped there. With that impenetrable barrier. that's why. Later, the Council of Kings also didn't care that much about a life, because he was trapped in the void. So if Elias was able to consume all those other universes where the other kings came from, those are the timelines during the First Multiverse War. It means that he was powerful enough to literally eat every version of the Infinity Stones in every universe, every Infinity Gantlet he encountered like it was no big deal. This simple thing, like a simple line of dialogue, basically makes him one of the most powerful beings in the entire multiverse. and during the Dead Point Wolverine trailer, it appears that Cassandra Nova has used her powers, also boosted by Cerebro here, to take control of Elias, just as her remains did.
It seems that her plan is to use it to consume or conquer the entire multiverse. And that's probably why the TVA can't stop her and tells her why they need Deadpool's help. Plus, they probably don't care if Deadpool dies, so they're happy to throw as many Deadpools at him as possible until he ends up succeeding. They kind of got into this during the Loki series, but Elijah seems barely conscious, like he has a low level of consciousness about him, like a giant dog. That's probably why Cassandra Nova was able to take control of her mind. Her mind was simply very weak.
Or what goes through a mind? During the movie, Deadpool and Wolverine will have to stop her, probably in a very twisted Deadpool way. This is really WTF and funny at the same time. That's how Deadpool movies go. He saves the day, but in the most messy and unexpected way possible. Kind of like Kramers himself got the win most of the time. I don't know if we'll see other great cosmic beings, Deadpool and Wolverine, or weapons that are as powerful as Alliance. There are a couple that we have already seen in the Marvel movies. In some they have not yet been adapted from the comics, but they are a keyword once again.
The first important one, literally and metaphorically, is the living court. We finally saw the real Living Tribunal, during Doctor Strange Multiverse of Madness when they traveled through universes. He is also a multiversal being, like a light. And there is only one for the entire multiverse, and in a way he serves as judge, jury and executioner for the one above them all. He is also one of the few cosmic beings that Thanos did not eliminate with the Infinite Gantlet during that original Infinite Gantlet arc. inside. In the live-action MCU, there is Loki's new divine form. God Loki is more powerful than all the infinite Gantlets within the timelines he now controls.
He basically controls everything within the normal multiverse, but not outside of the normal multiverse. That's why he can't stop anything that happens on the planet Void with Elijah during the movie. there's the Beyond, which hasn't appeared in the live-action films yet, but appeared during the most recent comic book Secret Wars, and The Beyond are from the '80s classic Secret Wars, which appeared during Spider-Man's Secret Wars. episodes back in the 90s. He Basically he is meant to be a younger member of his race. His powers are extradimensional. They are incredibly powerful. God Emperor Doom basically took the power from him to become God Emperor Doom and create a battle world during the new Secret Wars.
Those from beyond are also extradimensional beings like Elijah, who existed outside of reality. And then there's, on top of it all, that everyone always points to the one true God of all that exists, which they'll probably never do in the movies just because it's so op. He would break any story they put him in. They're like the little G-gods of the Marvel Universe, like Thor, Odin, all of Thor Love and Thunder in Omnipotence City. Then there is the capital G god. and there is one thing that is more powerful than that which is primarily within the Marvel Universe, the Marvel comics, the Marvel movies.
And it's actually something we've seen in previous trailers forDeadpool, Deadpool movies, also in the She-Hulk series. It's their ability to stop the movie or television show and break the fifth wall. The main difference between the fourth wall and the fifth wall is that the fourth wall is when they address the audience that is watching the fictional film, as if they recognize that they are a fictional character that addresses the audience, seeing what is happening breaking The fifth wall is when they address the actual writers of the fiction they are in, such as the movie or TV show. what I do?
So. Cocaine. Hey, cocaine. It's the only thing Foggy said is prohibited. What about the Bolivian music band? No. All slang terms. They have a list. Even snowboarding, even club dust. The white girl interrupted. Even forced blow. Do you want to make a snowman? If I can not. Deadpool did that during the recent trailer when he was making Kevin Feige jokes by talking about how he wasn't allowed to do The Snowman, so to speak, during the movie. That was the only thing he said was off limits. In theory, that would make Deadpool more powerful than the one above them all.
But there are obviously certain limitations to the stories they tell, as well as the movies they actually tell. But for a brief moment, you could argue that Deadpool is the most powerful character in Marvel Comics. However, don't be surprised if we see more Easter eggs for really cool items or weapons from previous Marvel movies. Although in the next developments. Speaking of Loki cameos, there will be some TVA cameos in the movie. As we have seen some of them in the trailers so far. Hunter B-15 is also supposed to appear. I don't know if Loki himself is supposed to appear during the movie.
I don't expect it, but we'll see if they could save him from returning for Secret Wars or something like that. but there are a lot of important things to come. We have the end of X-Men 97, part one. That will be episode eight. My video for that will be posted next week after they release it, but it's a three-part finale. So there will be three episodes, one per week. So it's just part one next week, everyone click here for some of the other great cameos happening in Deadpool and Wolverine, and click here for all my episodes of X-Men 97.
Thank you so much for watch and I'll see you in the next one!
