In short, let's talk about the merger of the tb12 brand and the Brady no bulls brand, a Boston company with Mike Raoi, obviously, and every time you release tb12, I'm a guy who had the opportunity to play alongside Adam Veter, who made someone travel. and do the flexibility and basically I think what you were preaching and talking about longevity, so I had the opportunity to see that I think a lot of people did it, so you're making that a brand to make everyone better and then you build the The Brady brand now partners with Noble. It seems like everything is going exactly as you projected with the brands and how you see the future with Noble.

Yes, I hope to join a great platform like Noble already has. I think it gives me the opportunity to Impact a lot of lives and I think it's very similar to what you're doing with your program, you know you start a certain path and then you get different opportunities and you create a bigger opportunity and I know there's a huge potential for growth, there is a big business. Partner and leader with Mike Roli, who has become a great friend of mine over the last few years and we have a great Mission, we have a great vision and there are still many tactics to develop, but I love being affiliated.

Noble is a Boston company, it's where my roots were. We care about our consumer and you know we plan to do great things. I think right now there's a 10% discount on Noble pro.com and there's also free shipping on orders over $99 dollars so all the quality of the products hey look at it hey Tom I got these nobles I got them we're talking, huh, huh, they look good, huh, I feel like I can throw really well, I can't even achieve that right now, look at you, hey. I'm flexible, replab, baby, pability, baby, you're relatable, yeah, you know what the deal is and I'm, I'm happy you did that too.

I mean, I think that's what you're talking about about Adam and Terry. I think you know that a lot of what I want to do in my life is impact people in a positive way and I've been lucky enough to be around the most amazing people and my best friend and body coach Alex who taught me so much. about taking care of myself really is the reason I was able to play for 23 years and I say that with all humility and I loved playing so much that I never wanted to quit and unfortunately I could see it now. and I think right now when they have championship games and Super Bowls, next year I'm going to call a Super Bowl for Fox, which will be amazing and it's been a different experience this year.
Watching, but I've certainly enjoyed not being beaten by Aaron Donald and the Dominican Zoo anymore and enjoying other parts of my life that have been a lot of fun. Well, let's talk about your football career for 23 years. I mentioned it as a matter of moments. It's been that long to be that committed to something it was there like a Time Warp that took place like you did in similar years say six years I played for eight years okay I've been nominated to the Hall of Fame twice in eight years. No, it's not a big deal, I'll never make it, but I'm nominated and that's on my Twitter timeline for the rest of my life.
You played three more times at the quarterback position, which is obviously the amount of film and preparation, and you and Alex with the body. it works like there was a moment in time that disappeared from 8's to 20's, like you looked up once and damn I've been at this for two decades or how you took each year and at what point. Did you realize you were doing something we'd never seen before, Tom? Did you ever have that moment? Yes, it was a big step by step for many years, obviously, falling in love with the sport. Growing up in the Bay Area and seeing.
The 49ers, you know, created their Dynasty with my football idols Joe Montana and Steve Young and then I fell in love with it and went to Michigan, had some success there and finally went to the Patriots at the right time and Coach Belich was there and He hugged me, we had an amazing group of guys that really pushed the culture of winning with success and we had success playing and obviously I loved playing quarterback. I was able to be with all my friends and you know what the locker rooms are like, there is so much joy.
In that and about 2006 and 2007, you know, I thought, "Wow, I love this. I want to play as much as I can and at that time I was working quite extensively with Alex, my fitness coach, and we continued to build on and refine what I was doing." in the off season, my nutrition, my hydration, all my flexibility treatments, how I would train, etc., and I started a business tb12 Sports in 2013 and I think we created a lot of change and impact in the world, certainly in the World of Sports. we did, but we had a lot of customers with testimonials that changed their lives and I want to expand that in this merger with Noble to reach even more people and if everyone could make simple changes and get the right kind of the right kind of information, as we know, there is. a lot of complicated information out there but really having a direct source and I'm not telling anyone to do anything they haven't done or tried and the things I want to see continue to grow in different areas and certainly in sports I did in broadcasting for Fox.
I really tried to attack that exactly the same way I always approached my football career and then on the business side of my life as well attacking this merger of the pb12 Brady brand. with Noble to create more explosive growth is exactly what I'm looking for, yeah, it seems like you've been successful at everything, so, way to go, way to go, it's not that you're unlucky, that doesn't happen every time you're good . I think the point is that there is often a lot of success, certainly, for me and you could talk about this as well. Was it necessarily linear?
It is not a straight line. There are many adversities. There's a lot. of different challenges, learnings, growth and evolution, and I think that, you know, I look back at the first 46 years of my life and, you know, the Frank Sinatra line regrets having had some, but again they are few to mention. I feel like that's been my life and I mean I wouldn't change a thing in terms of how I've approached my professional career and I can look forward to continuing all those lessons that I've learned from sports and teamwork. and the discipline and responsibility in my broadcast job at Fox in my other business aspects of my life like this merges with Noble, so things are very positive and all I'm going to do is continue to surround myself with people of the What can I learn? and that can continue Help me grow.
I have spoken to many stations throughout this season. I just learned from them, people from the current broadcasters who have done play-by-play analysis and it's been a lot of fun. I have connected with many. of fun people. I have excellent grades. I could probably write a streaming strategy book right now. But it's been something I really challenged myself to do and I'm looking forward to continuing and calling games for Fox on 20 starting in September. I figured you were going to be obsessed with your preparation for calling games, especially with how loud the conversation has been about Greg Olen.
Did you have a chance to chat with him about that one? It was a weird situation because like Stephen A said before when he was on the first take, you joined him on his podcast and I think Stephen A's exact words were that bro is going to kill him in the cabin and I think everyone who obviously We've played the game we understand your brain talking about football is good for the NFL, the best of all time, did you have a chance to chat with Greg? Has it become an interesting situation for you? How have you prepared this year?
Have you made fake games? Have you been to a cabin? How is all that? It all worked out in preparing me for next year. I was at Fox Studios several times and did some rehearsals with Kevin, who is tremendous at what he does. I'm so excited to be joining an amazing team, um, Rich Russo Rich. Russo and Richie Zion, you know, we've talked a lot about football, we've talked a lot about how I view the game and I think Greg has done an incredible job. I have a lot of respect for how he approaches his work, it's great. prepared in what he does um I think he does an incredible job every time he

show

s up I love listening to him um and I'm going to go in there and do the best I can with my own perspective and I've certainly had a unique vision and perspective of the game for 23 years and I hope I can give an idea to all the viewers and all the fans love the game.
I mean, unique, yes, yes, unique, yes. I would say yes, it is unique. You know, I've been a part. Many of you know that I have been a part of many Super Bowl championship games. I've had some seasons that didn't go the way we wanted. I have some injuries. I was an undrafted rookie. I have seen boys. I arrive with high expectations and I don't meet them. I've seen underdogs like Julian Edelman come and do it again. I think I've had 23 years of just observing and now I can go on and speak to a broader audience.
I probably used to use my body and my brain and people would see me leading the team down the field and now I can do it in a different way using my voice. Well, then you're one of those people at the top. in that conversation you meet Michael Jordan, Wayne Gretzky, Serena Williams, you're their football representation and I heard you say I love my sport and I think Kobe, I think you and Kobe even had conversations about that kind of "All those humans up there are Well, all those humans have the ability to, you know, at the last dance with Michael Jordan, he was in Utah eating in a restaurant and a coach came in and said: Mr.
Jordan, you look prettier than me. I had ever seen you before, you were amazing and then Michael Jordan, that's all I needed. That son of a bitch said like he found motivation and that kind of thing. I assume you were a very similar style person when everyone was saying you were done, you were done. You finished during the last decade and a half of your career, but you also enter the booth. Are you using the same? You listen to what people say about you when you walk in there and how you balance that while still being a human being in the future.
Yes, good. Naturally, there is skepticism with many different things when you try new areas of growth. I don't think he's naturally going to come in and have it all figured out on day one, much like when he was a rookie in football. I'm going to be a rookie at Fox and fortunately I have a lot of fantastic teammates who have really embraced me and opened their arms to help me learn and understand exactly what I'm responsible for and then. I've gone out and tried to, you know, have my own personality and take it on, so I think there's definitely been some improvement over the course of this offseason, um from streaming that I have, that I took off just because I really wanted to have the opportunity to dig deeper. and understand exactly how to get good at it as quickly as possible, but at the same time, the broadcaster I will be in five years will hopefully get even better. than the one that starts on the first day, so I'm going to go in there with the opportunity to start and learn and I'm sure by the end of the year I'll feel more comfortable because we have the Super Bowl.
Fox next year in New Orleans, which is where I first played my first Super Bowl, John Madden, and Fox was on the call, so there's some really interesting things that, when I thought about taking that opportunity, it's something that I really want to be a great ambassador. for the NFL in the game I love the sport I love the athletes um I love the organizations and I and I really appreciate how you know when I watched these games last weekend how challenging it is to get there again like the Chiefs did in In the 49ers, the organizations they built from the top down and the great coaching staff that the players have acquired and that's why you can win year in and year out and I was fortunate to be a part of that organization at the Patriots for 20 years.
For years I tried and tried to do things the right way, we all came together as a team and that's really what it's all about surrounding yourself with great teammates and nothing of importance comes as an individual in life where You have to trust and who you should trust. have other people do your job and do the things you're not good at. I feel like there were so many things I was incapable of doing on the field. He couldn't catch a pass. I couldn't run. You know, I couldn't. playing defense, I couldn't make a tackle, what I could do was try to think about myway through the game throw the ball accurately be a good leader um and I surrounded myself with a lot of players that could do those things hall of fame players like Randy M a um Wes Welker Julian Edelman I have so many talented players that I have to play with a long period of time, thousand yard runner, never forget it though, yeah, don't do a thousand sneaks, hey, it doesn't matter, remember this guy is the best at this, this guy is the best at this, were you able to find him, score touchdown.
I mean obviously no one is going to pick Tom Brady in a race against other professional athletes, definitely not, but you need a yard, no one is going to pick anyone but Tom BR, maybe Jason Kel with the pr, well yeah that was Pretty solid, Jaylen Herz, obviously, they traded. the game with all that and you talk about this Kansas City Chiefs team, naturally we call them the next Dynasty for the last five Super Bowls, obviously, winning them twice and then what Patrick Mahomes has been able to do, uh, Travis Kelce goes Para to become the greatest of all time, I suppose, in your eyes, Grank, the greatest of all time, there will be arguments for both.
Andy Reid is going to go down as one of the greatest coaches of all time, as well as the person he was. at the quarterback helm of a dynasty that lasted about 20 years there in New England and that will be difficult to achieve again in any sport, why do you think he took a place that you think he is strictly and the way it sounds? You're going to respond, these are good teammates and all that, but whenever they talk about the Patriot Way that's usually the reason that's given is like the Patriot Way, the Patriot Way, the Patriot Way, and then people say, well , was that Tom?
Was that Bill? What do you think about that? Well, I guess it sounds like I've never used that term in my entire life. I think when people say it, I always say, What's the Patriot way? It sounds like the title of a book. um I think what we tried to do was try to do things the right way. I think we try to practice the right way and prepare the right way. What happened on game day was ultimately a reflection of what we practiced and I thought we did great. leadership from our coaches and it filtered down to the guys that really drove the culture, we had so many guys that I played with over many years that really understood that okay, I'm going to care about my teammates and I'm going to care about helping the team to win and any personal agenda you have, you know, individual success and individual awards.
No, I don't want them to be insignificant, but they weren't as significant as what we were trying to do. achieve as a team and I think being a really selfless player and understanding that if the ball didn't come to you as a receiver and it went somewhere else, that was a great thing for the team, as opposed to a lot of times, you know, you don't do to you or if you do not make the entry. You get frustrated because you don't feel like you're a part of this. For me, it was always when we scored touchdowns, you know we would. celebrate with the line or because without them we had nothing we didn't have I didn't have time to throw the ball we didn't have holes we could open in the line or for our backs to come in Through us we didn't have, you know, we had a tight end like Bron at the point of attack.
Early in my career, Dan Graham, one of the great blockers I've ever seen, you know, we could run to the tight end and that tight end. In the end, he could now free up the seam and throw the ball for a big gain. On third down, you can get to Big Targets in the red area, but again, it was all teamwork, it was the running backs blocking and protecting the pass so the receivers could. Catching the ball and then it was the receivers who blocked in the running game so we could jump for long runs. Those were the things that I thought we celebrated a lot as a team and that maybe aren't glorified on television, but those are the things that I would like to point out that when it's on Fox next year, this is the ultimate team sport, this is a game of chess, we're not thinking about, you necessarily know where the ball is. looking for things that are creating these opportunities for everyone to make plays, whether it's on offense, defense or in the kicking game, the way you've described the team here throughout this whole conversation, whether it's Noble or you're talking about Those Patriots. squads, do you think that's because you're like the guy who picks 199 and wasn't necessarily a Heisman in college because the big story that everyone says was a New England Patriot who was a player, Bill Bich would tell you the same things to Tom Brady? who is sitting in the front row like he would tell everyone else and I think people who played high school football say, yeah, yeah, of course, he would coach everyone the same, but that's not normal. in the NFL.
I think you already know that. You've probably heard of things in other buildings and the reason it's mentioned so much is because it's not normal for you to just have this. Why do you think you're the guy who would go on to be the greatest of all time, but also? you'd take a head coach's mother in front of all your teammates and really not make a big deal out of it, you'd actually ensure the team got better because now Bill could say that to everyone else on the team, right? Realize that at one time that was one of the traits that you have that not many people have and why do you think you are that person?
Well, I think they coached me pretty hard in high school and they coached me pretty hard in college and I was used to that style and I think we all came to the Patriots and when we did things right, there was a lot of success on the team and when we didn't do things right, I think that's what I appreciated about that environment. and what I see a lot in the business world and I don't see it as much in NFL teams right now is accountability and I think there's a certain way that the team needs to operate to be successful and I was okay with that, If the coach was going to be hard on me, I was going to take the hard training because I needed to listen to him and again it motivated me and there were a lot of players on our team who wanted to see me get trained. hard and they would say okay, I have to up my game because I don't want to get yelled at Tom.
I don't want to be yelled at. How can I improve my game? And I think that's what responsibility means. It seems that and you can't be, so you have your ego so big that you know that any criticism is going to lower your confidence. I mean, look, you're going to a Super Bowl in two weeks in Las Vegas and you've got hundreds of millions of people watching you. You better be tough at that time. You better know not to go in there with a weak attitude. You have to go in and accept the challenge. Accept the opportunity you are going to have. to get tested and if your coach tests you and your teammates test you, then you can beat your competition, you know, if they're not testing and you're waiting for game day to figure things out , you're at a disadvantage, so I love the fact that I was pushed every day to be my best and I love having the ability to push my teammates every day to be the best they can be and when I did it, I knew there was a responsibility on me that I was expected to do.
I'm going to be the best I can be and ultimately that led to a lot of successes on the team, so in my opinion there's only one way to do it: you could do it in a short period of time. I don't think Andy Reid, you know, lets his players get out of the game. hook I don't think Kyle Shanahan will let his players off the hook. I see those guys with a very disciplined style. I respect those programs for how they run them and I hope all teams can learn from that so we can create the best.
Competitive NFL there could be and people continue to love the sport as I have for a long period of time. There are many different ways to approach it, but it seems that if there is responsibility there is no success in anything. that really feels like it, so every time the Patriot W is mentioned, I think that's my first thought and the first of all is that everyone is being held accountable to exactly the same standard now that you're 40 years old and you've won six Supers Bowls and Ya are calling you the goat. Was there something too?
You got to the point of being sick like I was tired of Bill Bich talking to me like I was 23 because that was a persistent thing at the end of Your time in New England is that even though you had been the guy that he just was. Hey, I'm one of the guys, even though you never were. I respect the fact that you saw yourself as one of the guys having drinks with the guys who were dealing with the guys hanging out with the guys like everything you did and heard was an amazing teammate and it wasn't necessary and while you did it, phenomenal stuff, that's why everyone greets you, but at the end of your time with Bill.
Did there come a point where you said okay Bill, I'm sick of this, it's okay, I'm a father now, I've made it, it's that real or do you think a lot of the things that were said at the end? of your career in New England with you and Bill being taken out of context or misunderstood, yeah, I think so, I think first of all, I didn't say, oh, you know you're one of the guys, that's what I always enjoyed the most. Just playing competitive sports was what I did with the boys, so none of that seemed exaggerated to me.
I loved hanging out with my teammates in the locker room and feeling completely vulnerable, you know? I go in there and express how I felt and what you saw on the field was a lot of who I was. I think the challenging part is that you leave the field and you go to a restaurant and you go to see some place and you feel like, oh I have to know that you are not in a protected environment. I felt like I was in those locker rooms. He was very protected. I was surrounded by people who loved what I loved and obviously my respect for the coach is pretty well documented.
He was an incredible leader and coach for our team and I tried to do the best I could every day I took the field. I knew he did the same thing and I think that's why I respected his training so much towards the latter part of my career I really think there were so many people trying to create some division um some of it most of it wasn't true um but it's just the way the world works and naturally I think internal division is a big problem in these team environments and I don't like to see any dysfunction in team environments.
I want everyone to see things through one set of eyes through one lens through One Vision One mission what we are trying to do with Noble and I have a great leader in Mike Rapi who will create that vision of what we plan do in our expansion and growth. Well, you and coach bich did something that no one else is going to do, just Andy Reed and Patrick Mahomes in the middle. They are able to do this for 20 years straight, more power, yes, I feel the same, yes, in terms of

relationship

s, not like humans, much less the ability for football strategy.
Team Evolution's salary cap, everything, let alone injury luck, everything it entails, but only humans. the aspect of humans having to work together for so long is abnormal, so you got the victory lap for what they did there, then you go to Tampa Bay and we happen to be there at about the same time as the number of cranes that They came. to the city every time you came there, obviously, ticket sales, everything skyrocketed for the Buccaneers, you have a Super Bowl there, it's beautiful, now you're an absolute NFL goat, but with that comes the immediate conversation and you're getting into sports. media so obviously you'll recognize this it's been happening to Michael Jordan since he retired for the third time so Michael Jordan is now the goat well it's LeBron James better than Michael this is every day for some sports meeting, every day, this is some of that.
So that's going to come with people knocking down Michael Jordan to put on LeBron James or knocking down LeBron James to put on Michael Jordan. It's starting to happen with Patrick Mahomes right now, where there are people saying he's already a better Grace than Tom Brady. Tom Brady wasn't able to blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, do you appreciate that, do you respect that, do you hate that, how do you feel about that that comes along with being the greatest of all time in the biggest league in the world? Land? Tom, yes, I think, in my opinion, there is nothing that Patrick can do that will take away from what I have tried to achieve in my career and there is nothing that I have done that will take away from what he is trying to achieve.
I feel like I tried to be one too. it was the best I could be and I didn't do it even though I had sports idols like I said, I could never be Steve Young, I could never be Joe Montana, those are the guys, I could never be Dan Marino or John Elway, these were the idols from my childhood. and they had incredible careers and they put everything they could into their career and I really respect them for that and I just tried to do the same thing and believe me if anyone can go out and win seven Super Bowls I have.
Much respect for them, I understand how difficult it is. I'll congratulate them and, you know, give them a big hug. I texted my friend who plays with Pat um laterof the game and I just told him: "Tell him congratulations. I mean it's just amazing watching him play and I love watching him lead his team and of all the things I love, I love leadership and I love selfless people which I hate selfish teammates I help I don't like being around people that they are selfish and always try to create their own selfish narrative about who they are.
I love teams. I love team sports. I love celebrating success with other people and companies. I'm part of if that's being part of the Fox broadcast team. I know I'm just playing a role. Whether being part of noble. I know I'm playing a role. I need a lot of other teammates to help me. I come in and I'm successful and I accept it. There are so many things I'm not good at. There are so many things I don't know. I get to be around people who are the best in the world at what they do and I get to learn from them, so I see this continuing to add to my own learnings and growth and hopefully I still have a long life ahead of me, we'll see.
How's it going, but I've enjoyed it up to this point. and hopefully there's a big second chapter ahead, yeah, we assume you're never going to die, Tom, that's what we all assume, how it's going to happen for sure, uh, last question here and we really appreciate your time, it feels like Patrick. Mahomes has many similar traits, thoughts, and mindsets as you, which is why NFL fans are so excited that he is only 28 years old. In this whole thing, there's a guy on our show who is a Die Hard Patriot fan and has been to so many. parades for what you and your teammates have done Boston Connor has a question for you, yeah, Tommy, I have to, I have to start and just say thank you, you know, uh, my whole life has been amazing because of the fact that that you've won six Super Bowls and you know I'm a loser every day, but I'm a winner as a football fan because of you and what the Patriots were able to do, thank you, but looking forward with the Patriots, a clip came out.
You, Matt Light and another, talk to Zolak about who Gerard Mayo is, you know, as a player, teammate, everything and you refer to him as Gerard Bellich, what do you think the new era of the new New England will be with Belich ? Excuse me, with Mayo it's going to be and how he thinks he'll do without having to copy what Bill had done and do his own thing in New England in the future. Yes, he is a great leader, a great captain, a great friend, I think. He had great success in football and then had success in other parts of his life when he retired and then went back to coaching.
I think he's great for the NFL and certainly great for the Patriots. He has a great understanding of how things should work. I think Gerro does an incredible job, relating to everyone in the locker room, all the coaches, and I think he'll, he'll do a great job, so you know, it's tough for the Patriots, it's tough for every team in the La NFL, after two weekends from now, it's going to be tough for 31 other teams all offseason and you know there's only one big happy team at the end of the year and then 31 other teams are looking for answers trying to figure it out.
Find out how to come back and the Patriots are one of those teams and they made some significant changes. There have been a lot of changes in the NFL, that's always for sure. I'm excited to pay attention and see it, and I'll be paying. attention all offseason on every move and I know when I go live with Fox next year we will be up to speed and ready to go out and kick absolutely ass and I would be remiss if I didn't ask them. He said you grew up watching the San Francisco 49ers. There was a report that Kyle Shanahan potentially tried to bring you out of retirement to become a quarterback.
He told Brock Py that Brock Pie is, you know, he handled it the exact way you'd expect Brock P. that we've learned that he's upset about it, but we also understand that this is going to happen every year because you guys are going to try to talk about your retirement and what do you think about Brock Pie maybe being next? I mean, it would have to be like that. 22 more years of this, yes, but maybe the next Tom Brady looks like he has the "It" factor, he's obviously been underrated and underrated, what do you think of Brock Py leaving the ner leading the Niners and what do you think of the people you are trying to attract?
You came out of retirement almost every offseason, I guess, until you're 60, probably yes. Brock is done. I think Brock has done a great job with the opportunity. You know he had it and he took advantage of it. He was a late round pick. I know he has a grudge and he wants to go out and prove every day that he is the right candidate for that team and there is a great organization that they run. I really respect Kyle, but Brock has done hell. of a job and, you know, I think about football, whether you're a free agent, you know, I've heard so many stories about the draft when I was drafted.
Oh, I was a scout for the Packers at the time and, oh, I was a scout. for the Colts at that time and if we had picked you, I think you can look at everything in football and say what if, what if, and the reality is that I deal with what happened and the decisions that were made, because whether it was free agency or not. I wonder if it was signing contracts with the Patriots and, you know, this last offseason, there's a lot of different things that people would suggest, but I kept my mind focused on where I wanted to go and, again, this was a great year. so that I can sit and watch and learn and prepare to be in the fox booth next year, the cult should have done it, you know, yeah, but when you were a free agent, I don't know if you listened to Tom when you were a free agent friend, I talked out loud about you coming to Indianapolis, obviously Tampa Bay has what Derek Jeter, I think the mayor of the city was there, they built a building for you, I mean, you deserved it all, man.
