Taurus GX4 Range Review

Hi Patrick from ky gun co, if you have ever had a chance to walk through a warehouse you will notice that we have tens and thousands of pistols in stock at any given time, we have virtually every major category covered, we have small frame, medium frame, large frame. Revolvers, we have subcompact automatic pistols, mid-size, full-size rimfire target, pretty much every category that we've covered, but what we've noticed here in the last few months, actually in the last few years, is that there is a category that is really growing in our warehouse. shelves and I say don't grow to the point of staying here because as soon as you come in, you instantly stop the demand for this stuff is crazy, but the ultra-compact high capacity pistol has really taken over America, a lot of you have noticed account of that.

You could get a high-capacity 9 millimeter ultra-compact camera that used to be quite a bit larger, but now it's about the same size as before your Pocket 380, so this category has historically been dominated by a couple of major players than you guys. you know, but it's also been dominated by a price somewhere usually between five hundred and six hundred msrp, well now it's about to change because there's a new player, a major player that was introduced by Barry B, this is the new Taurus. gx4 with a msrp sub 400, well let's take a look at the feature specs of the new

gx4, this is a nitride treated steel slide, it has 1.08 inch wide sights, they are still sights, it is a sight Adjustable drift rear, white.

You will also notice that all the control features on this are Teflon. coated, the magazine release is ambidextrous, so you can flip it over and switch to the other side for your lefties' texture grip that comes with two back straps, back straps, you know, gives you the option if you have larger hands or smaller ones, you can adjust this type, this gun fits the palm of your grip, speaking of the texture, look at the backstrap, the full length texture on the backstrap and this is a nice aggressive texture that covers both panels and also covers the front strap.

The texture on the grip was the first thing I noticed that definitely helps keep that hand in place again much of the ultra nine millimeter compacts have a little bit of recoil, you know, if you're expecting 380 mile recoil from one of these, it's not going to be the case, it's not too nimble, it's not too much, but expect a little bit more than 380. and it's because That's why you see a lot of these guns of this size have a little more texture on the grip these days.
