I always start by prepping the skin with some lip balm first. You want to keep your lips really hydrated all the time when I put on makeup and a little bit of eye cream. I see the difference when I use two different shades of under eye powder. I'm using the lightest shade, I put a little bit of bacon on it, you don't have to.

I like to put a little bit on my hand first, so I take a little bit of the excess and then just do a little bit. under the eye, I know it scares a lot of people, but I think this gives more shine under the eyes. It will look almost black, so the lighter eyebrow pencil will give you the look without making it look too harsh. I'm using the pencil, just give it a little bit of hair here and maybe just at the top here because the 90 is a little bit more arched and I. I don't want to treat beautiful eyebrows on my eyes, so I leave them as they are, but I just want to lift them up a little. Still, I generally like more defined brows like this.
