Void Edge Mythbusters - Iana & Oryx - 6News - Rainbow Six Siege

Feb 27, 2020
Hello guys, your core Ross and welcome to Boston Remo, we triumphed today, we miss each other in the Boston operation. With this new season comes Jana, an operator who is able to create a replica of herself and basically run like a human-shaped drawing. an amazing team player with her intelligence gathering skills on defense, we have Oryx who is able to break through soft walls but she also has the second ability, you know, I climb through the hatches, which is very cool, her role is to be the best wing Romar and him. It's an extremely strong counter to shields, even for Monty when he's extended, so if you want to see the basics on these guys, I have a video on that, but otherwise, let's start proving some myths.

Can Oryx jump to the highest hatch? In Rainbow Six Siege there is hot cheese that is very high, very high ceilings, for example, consulates. Well, Oryx has no problem jumping into these hatches, the only hatches you can't reach are the ones on the roofs. of buildings, I'm going to give you an unfair advantage in generating enemy beacons, which means if we take this, let's know that this is a training exercise between two teams of Rainbow Six Siege operators. Oryx is literally determined not to jump into those. points just to make it fairer for the other team, so it is confirmed that he can jump to the highest hatch.

More Interesting Facts About,

Will Yanis's hologram take fall damage? So this hologram only has one HP, it can be destroyed by literally everything that deals damage in the game, but what? about the fall damage, well actually you can fall as long as you want this hologram will survive, it won't actually take any damage, so there is no fall damage for the hologram, air hits interact with Oryx, so which of course is a counter to Oryx and his ability. to get hot cheese is a nomads aerial jab but you have to be careful where you place this because for example if you vote for a window the aerial jab will not work and will tell the operators to stand up after your animation to jump and exit.

The same goes for going up and down the hatches and the animation must end before the aerial work detonates, so Oryx will have to be standing, so whenever you are placed in the air, make sure to place him in a position where you know Oryx will actually be standing that way he will fly off and the best of course is to just up the hatch somewhere, this will stop him from getting up or he might fall and not bother. comes and if he decides to bail out and go up into the air, Jabbar activates and at least you'd know he's out of that hatch anyway, that's plausible depending on exactly where you place the air jab, he can crash into the electric effect destroyed.

In the hologram again, we talk about how this hologram only has one HP, so you think maybe that class here would be a destroyer, it can damage operators, however it can't damage devices and the hologram is a device, so so there is no interaction. between the shield and the hologram as such, her ability will have no effect on the hologram, although you can electrocute the operator, although it will force her out of the hologram, so as a Clash player you don't really want to do this, just You want to switch to your weapon unsurely before I can take out the hologram, but anyway that's broken, you can't destroy the hologram with shock shield or excessive charge.
It uses the exact same mechanics as the Nomads' aerial work, so the first test here is between picking up the assault rifle. and raising the gun to see if there was any difference between the recovery times when using a different weapon and it appears to be exactly the same time the next load test was to see if you could recover faster when pushed. a solid surface, so they push me to the left as far as they can push you to the right. As a result, I am pushed onto a solid surface. I thought there might be a difference in recovery times, but in reality they both receive exactly the same time, so I then moved on to testing and differences between the air hit and the charge hit to see if there were any major differences and In fact, I was quite surprised at how similar they were.
So the first thing is the recovery time, it's actually exactly the same as aerial work, although I think aerial work sets you back further, but not much further, but you can see how the time is exactly the same. They are both recovered as a frame bang at the same time, so it is confirmed that it appears to use exactly the same mechanics. Yanis's hologram is immune to flash bangs now normally, when Youngsters burst into a room with their flash bangs, no one can back her up until of course they've already gone off, while Young could be there right away.
Well, you can actually team up with the hologram because the hologram can be charged right there and you won't be blinded. Now, of course, he can't shoot anyone, but he does hit. the enemy is an extra targeted shooter that potentially gives the youngsters a higher chance of being taken care of even with a run in a room, so the hologram is confirmed to be immune to flash bangs. Oryx is a crazy guy, is he crazy enough to commit suicide? And? What we are going to do here is use the turret to take down Oryx. This is good because there's a little bit of damage each time, so we won't accidentally kill him with it, so we'll pick him up and then of course he comes back with 20 health, just like any other operator, we'll have him go through a wall, for which now has ten health and of course every time you charge through a wall you lose ten health so you only have ten.
On the left, he's already been resurrected, so what happens when he charges into another wall? Well, he also dies pretty spectacularly, so that's confirmed and also this will actually happen, since it's very easy to have that kind of low health and not realize it, you know? After being a shootout you don't really pay attention to your health, there's a good chance that at some point you'll get killed by this guy and lose the game because of it, so I can't wait to see the clips from the people on that medium Adam . Designated Marksman Rifles can now open hatches so this is a revision of an old disaster because of course there has been a change to Realistic Siege which now allows you to open hot cheese with DMR so this is absolutely brilliant , it takes about five or six rounds in To do this, it is a great addition to the DMRs, making them a little more versatile, so it is confirmed that they can simply destroy the hologram, so of course this hologram is very device-like and the game largely treats it as a device.
It's not a real player model, so what happens if you send yourself a friendly player? Well, absolutely nothing, but if you go and modify the hologram, you will destroy it to confirm that Oryx can get through the castle barricades, so this is useful if you need to return. He goes into the objective room when the enemy is Sakura or defuses bombs or something and he's absolutely brilliant and just runs through that castle, destroys it so the castle doesn't get it back if you actually take down the castle and it takes a lot longer. The castle will actually get them back, while Oryx will completely destroy them, but it's confirmed and very useful.
Oryx is charged and affects friendly players, so let's take a look and see what the interaction between friendly operators and Oryx is like. Well, what's really happening here is that Oryx. it just bounces right off the shield, right off the character model, there's no effect, it just bounces off and doesn't even affect the player differently, there's no interaction, so it's broken, so one of the first things I've seen with Oryx talked about his ability: can he a

void

Claymores because he is very, very fast? It goes incredibly fast, so I was wondering if you could pass a Claymore.
As you can see there, you can't pass one that is directly in front of you. so unfortunately you're a little crazy if you could, you can see although it's close to that, so let's set up a different one. How about a single laser? This is generally how I will set up my Claymores. It's pretty good, too. It's an easy spot and will usually always kill the player, but Oryx is able to get through it and didn't take any damage. I set this one up here to see what would happen here as well, but as you can see, I think it actually gets caught by the barricade.
It hasn't done a little bit yet, but it certainly hasn't happened, so this is a skill that you can definitely, as an Oryx player, get better and better at and you can judge when and when not to use this skill because it will be like that. It's cool to charge correctly the plastic Claymore explodes, you eliminate the enemy, you know, right after that, it could be a lot of fun, but at the moment it's definitely something you need to learn and that's plausible, it's definitely doable, you'll have to do it. learn when and when not to do it.
Oryx charges at the hologram, so this is pretty interesting. In fact, I was assuming that when I charge the hologram, the hologram would be destroyed or maybe clashed or something, but it actually bounces back. it's like it's a solid object, you can't actually interact with it, disrupt it in any way, which is quite surprising and I thought it would have some kind of effect on the hologram, but yeah, nothing at all of course, if you You take care of Yana, she will do it herself. be removed from the hologram, of course, but that's certainly broken. Oryx can get to the attacker on the tower so this is awesome, this is where the proof exists and it's a good reason for the proof to exist so this is the tower.
Me going up from the spawn location and going up to the top of the tower which you can do very quickly as you can see this is the first time an operator has been able to do this on this map as a defender and it's quite interesting to see. that you can do it now, of course this is confirmed because you just saw it, but it was patched, it was fixed so that you can't reach those higher areas anymore, so it's not actually broken. Anko can interrupt the hologram. so this is to see how the echo drone interacts with yes, it's the hologram.
Now I don't expect any interaction here as you can see that the sonic booms are coming out of the drone and are not affecting the hologram at all. Now we can also bring Jana in as Well, we can see this from the echoes perspective, as you can see, we have Yanis, one being fake, the other is real if we ping, the real one is pinged, but the fake no and of course if we actually try to hit the hologram, nothing. whatever, but if we let this recharge and actually use our own Jana, we can see that it will interrupt just like with other devices, it will interrupt the hologram, which will be ejected so that it breaks.
The echo that is drawn cannot directly affect the hologram. The hologram is destroyed by fire. Now we have determined from the test that what will happen here is nothing because it is our drawing. It is a key idea. Fetty is actually unaffected by fire, just like a normal drone. by the fire and the seeds, as you can see, the hologram is not affected by the fire. Now there's a slight difference here when it comes to using shields because your close range shields do a bit of physical damage so it's possible that if you're close enough to them the hologram will be destroyed, but it can't just pass through the fire. their shields, so certainly the effects of fire have no effect on the hologram, so if it breaks, Oryx can destroy a mirror window, ah.
Nice smooth wall, as you can see here, this one is very simple, it's definitely confirmed, the fact is that Oryx is charging at you from above, so this is one of those disasters that I start right away. I wonder what will happen if I charge through a drop down wall. Do I still stun anyone when I do it? You know, because I'm still wondering if you know it has a charging effect, so we set up a little test here to see what would happen if you charged through something and then dropped it on a player. I thought this would be incredibly cool this works you can imagine setting it here unfortunately it doesn't work otherwise this would be incredibly cool so load up and then drop just put it here just in the drop animation so you don't have any effect in the players.
Unfortunately, that's broken, so while I was making that last mess, I'm wondering what would happen if I was rappelling off that wall and Orick crashed into me because normally when you're rappelling, it doesn't affect you much, as you can see, even charging. Through the wall it doesn't do anything, although I thought Oryx was going to pass through the enemy player, actually, although he stops very hard and can't go any further, so there I can get a completely mobile object as you can see here from the sleigh. I've got my head and I've set myself up on the rappel and I'm charging them at full speed straight towards him, there's no wall in the way now so it's just me and him, it's okay, whatever it is, he saw it completely and absolutely as a total, moving object when he's on that rappel and it would be interesting if it was some kind of effect, but there's nothing that breaks.
The pulse can detect the hologram. Now, this is something that I would love to be a feature of this hologram because it would do this. hologram a little bit deeper and its effect because as you can see here the hologram doesn't fill the pulse, but I hope that from a technological point of view, it probably wouldn't be the craziest thing to implement this if we're talking about there has been real technology and if they find out that Jana is weak in some way, this could be a little buff they add to her, where the pulse can detect her heartbeat in the hologram because then you'd be a little bit of him using these nitrous.
He'll arrive early but unfortunately it's the boss bypass. Now Oryx can destroy deployable shields so of course we've seen Oryx directly hit the castle barricades with ease. What about a deployable shield? Well, surprisingly it has no effect and I guess this is a balance and what we don't want or it will be executed destroying everything. friendly devices, so it doesn't really have any effect on playable shields, they remain completely standing and don't even care that you're charging at them, so it's broken. Oryx can jump over open hatches, so this one is very simple. I was wondering if fast enough to get to the other side of a hatch before he, you know, runs out of speed, but no, he can't make it, he falls too fast, so unfortunately that's broken, the hologram is now braking by barbed wire.
Of course, both people and drones are slowed down by barbed wire. However, this hologram is made up of drones that are flying, so you shouldn't be offended by the barbed wire or at least technically it doesn't seem like that should be the case, so come on. Look here, well look the hologram is actually held back by barbed wire, like I say, they're flying drones, so I don't really feel like it should be like that, so my feeling here is that what's actually happening is Jana , he is pretending to slow down. Downstairs she wants to be, you know, look like a real player, so she pretends that the barbed wire slows her down when she controls the hologram, that's how I see it anyway, of course, if the barbed wire is electrified, the hologram is destroyed, but he has still confirmed that the barbed wire will slow down the hologram.
Oryx raises his weapon faster after using his ability that has victims, so of course you can see here and if we scale this down, Oryx can raise his weapon faster than the hologram. enemy so that's confirmed now we want to do extra things so it's about positioning with Oryx so here's a little tip to get to the top without having to climb the stairs and this is a very useful thing and there will be better May there be many other places like this that will be discovered over time. Another bonus with Oryx is just some destruction that he can do that might be useful to you, so for example, let's break this whole objective down here and show you what we can do.
We can do and of course we lose health when we go through a wall, so what we are doing here is not actually going through walls, we are not losing health, but as you can see, we are totally clarifying this objective, making it easier for Lines of vision that we could take better advantage of and that the attackers won't be used to, so when Oryx Ponzi have three of these charges to go immediately and then obviously you can charge the rest or if you get here to start. three of your charges, then we reinforce a wall or two, then we come back and do three more.
You can clean up a lot of this before the preparation phase is even over, which is really cool and yeah, look what we have. Here, once we've done all this destruction, it really opens up and gives us new potential for how we might want to play that map and our objective. Now, for the final bonus, we will look at the composition of the hologram and see what it is. it's actually made up of four small flying drones, now these drones look suspiciously like flying PC case backgrounds and one of them goes into your head, three will like the torso area and obviously create the hologram, but yeah , this is how her hologram is made it's just to keep the funds flowing projecting a perfect recreation of her anyway guys thank you so much Washington samples with Mythbusters if you want to support this kind of stuff you can check me out on patreon or you can become members outside youtube channel or just subscribe and like this video.
