Apr 17, 2024
oh my god, you have to leave me a comment after seeing this reaction and share your opinion on what you thought about this performance with everyone. I can't wait to hear it. Oh wow, oh my gosh, is he throwing up, oh my gosh, I think. he's vomiting in a foreign language, oh okay, wait, wait, so they're speeding it up at the beginning. I was like they had a voice. Wait, what, so they're speeding up the audio, so it's like that kind of squirrel noise that makes sense. Yes, first. My God! like maybe right after they dated was right when he was happiest and it seems like after that it was just a downhill hill that's what it seems like he was that's what I took hello that's what I took from what he said, Well, wow, she's very interesting.

I mean, you think people with that level of fame would always be happy and it only goes up, but according to him, it seems like it's going downhill, which is kind of sad, like I remember when I was on that leg and you're surrounded by celebrities and I know you can talk about this too, but it's like you take an inside look to realize that, well, fame and money are not a path to happiness, those two don't necessarily correlate, yeah, what. Do you think I agree? Honestly, it's sad to see because I think people who are just in awe of BTS and like to follow them and idolize them, like they only see their performance on the acting side, yeah, and they like what they do.

They act like they're as cool as they are but they don't see behind the

scene

s you know what I mean they only see BTS it makes me sad to see it because it's like they're freezing their feet off and no one knows they're just like I was there and ready to, like you know, enjoy the performance, but there's so much more, oh man, it's like extreme pain, oh um, oh, you just sometimes see the outside of things, you don't see what's really happening behind the

scene

s of this guy. of absolutely what it takes to get there oh wow, I love the transparency on that, yeah, very honest, oh my gosh, that's right after the show, um, yeah, that's so true, all those people wow, and that's what I also talked about a lot. but that's the law of emotional transference as a performer, where it's like whatever I feel when I'm on stage, what you're going to feel is what the audience will feel when we go to a show, if he feels pain, right, that's it.

Like the audience is going to realize that, wow, I didn't know that, wow, that kind of dedication to the fans, I mean, big respect, big respect, hey, what's up? I just wanted to remind you that you can take that free singing lesson. any time the link is in the description you will be surprised so I hope to see you there after this reaction okay let's get back to it I can barely get up omg what are the ways you know? You have so many things to do, like between your work, your content creation, studying everything, I think during this time, like all of us, like no one has come out without a little bit of heightened anxiety, stress, whatever is right and So, for you, what are they? some things that you could do or even tips that you can give on where we can reduce anxiety levels, whether it's for singers who perform because that's very important or just for people who go about their daily lives like absolutely.

Beautiful questions, I appreciate you asking that and it's something I can relate to a lot. I mean, even though I'm not a singing performer, I do what you just mentioned. I expose myself in many ways and means, and it can be very physical. besides mentally exhausting, that's what creates stress and anxiety and all those emotions that maybe you can relate too because right now it's covered up and people are locked inside, there's a lot of stress and

pressure

in the house. so I can definitely relate to a lot of what's going on, maybe not at the extreme levels of its level at the same time, it's very relatable.
Now some things that have helped me and that I would love to share with all of you as well would be The first thing is to take a few conscious breaths or just breaths that bring you back to the present moment, you see it right before the performance or when you say there you go, but yeah, actually just let's say right before the performance or in my case when I'm making videos right before, let's say the stress builds up or whatever is in your system, it's important to let it go and how you could do that.
One method is to actually breathe, that is, inhale deeply through your nose and then exhale through your mouth doing it nice and slow, anything that helps you is honestly all you need to let the stress out of your system. I think it's very, very powerful and the second tip I want to quickly add to this would be to realize it. how in most situations during their performances everyone is still inside, on some kind of stage or some kind of room, feeling a sensation of fresh air, taking a walk, being present, it's like watching your steps, feeling your foot, for example, touching the grass. in your backyard, even that's what I do every day, in fact, between breaks from school and editing and everything going on with the house, I'll just go take a second break outside, take what I like call grass steps and that instantly. it literally connects you, on top of that if you do your breath work and just breathe and breathe deeply you will come back again and at this point it all comes down to what I have learned which is to be sustainable with your performances if you really want to give it your all to the audience, then these things will really help you, so I recommend these tips for everyone who is so good and not only in everyday life, but also for all singers and artists, because it matters, if you are not full and you do not have new energies, you are not going to give your best to your audience.
Wow, you can just feel the

tired

ness, you know, even the way he walks is a little steamy. a steam you would never see this on the performance stage this is not like that it was not ex I did not expect this yes of what they give to their craft and what they give to the fans and then in another sense like you I feel sorry for them and I think that you guys need a break, breaks are huge, absolutely God, and I wanted to give you another quick tip that actually came to mind, yeah, yeah, watching you read the script, something that really helped me release that stress. and the

pressure

inside you is actually a diary, so be careful, second, let's say before your performance write down all the stressful and anxious thoughts you have in your mind, somehow let them out and you are about to seeing on paper what's really happening in your mind, so that really helps you again to really connect, to be present, to let it out of your system and then another additional thing you could try is, after your performance, write a reflection, maybe a couple of quick sentences that again will really allow you to be clearer and even more thoughtful about how you could do better next time, so that's so good, I mean, I can even trust myself, like I don't I was journaling and there will be times when I do it and then and then I get out of the habit, but when I do I find that my thinking is much clearer because otherwise, I know that even for me sometimes I can get caught and even like if they were thought loops. loops that sometimes I'm not even aware that they're happening and they're consuming if you think about how much energy it's consuming, even the joy that that can steal if it's like just looping something like that. dumb and very dumb and it's causing me stress and it doesn't even really matter and then sometimes I don't even realize I'm looping you know what I mean you actually nailed it in the loops place you mentioned all that What it takes to get out of that loop is awareness and how do you become aware of your thoughts?
Write it down, write it down now that you are aware, you stop that loop instantly. Yes, incredible, when the nightmares come, I will sing to you. back
