Well, we have some designs for you. I'm really excited, maybe I'll do it first. Well, from the design of my kitchen and office, I will save many. the furniture and the things that they already had there, like the table and the rug and everything that I want to do, I want to make a very large transparent board where they currently have the small

board and the cork board and then on the other small wall on the office area. I want to make a printer cart and some office supplies on the kitchen side. I want to bring in some kind of gold accent, some gold knobs under the stairs.

I want to make some vertical shelves that follow the line of the stairs and then of course I want to add some little antique touches so we have a little character, but that doesn't take away from the minimalist vibe. I'm going to make a nice long hallway in front of the kitchen and I want to change. I took out the fluorescent tube like the one I have there for something a little more modern, very pretty, very yes, a little jelly for the bathroom. I know she was cautious with the color, but you know, I'm going to try to push.

I hope to save them to be vintage under the table. There is currently a Jewish rug that is a warm brown tone, but we want to keep it black and white, so I would love to change this rug for something. a little more on the topic, they currently have the center core, which they mentioned they use a lot, so I'd love to keep it, but maybe we can paint it white and put it on the back wall. The kitchen works quite well as it is only one. What I'm noticing is that the current handles are a very blue cool white tone, while the cabinets are quite cream, so I don't think they look better together and I would love to change the handles if something looks like a nice matte.

They have this pretty horrible, like fluorescent thing. tube light, it just doesn't seem like a good thing to work with so I'd love to change it to a more Alire ceiling themed thread and the last big idea I have here is to install a giant tube. floor to ceiling curtain hanging in front of the mezzanine that way if they are working in the office and have a photo shoot in the main location they can draw the curtain and make two rooms out of the space.

I love this, I love all the storage, the storage is definitely needed and I love the black accents. I really love the idea of ​​really big curtains dividing the space. I know she wasn't a fan of bright colors, but I think using colors and more muted tones is something she's going to really like. I would love to keep it. the walls are like a very light peach which I think is something that is not too bright so she won't mind painting the bottom half of the tub and a complementary shade that is much darker I think will add contrast really nice.

For the bathroom, I would love to make a vintage mirror or any round mirror above the sink to replace what is currently there and then also replace those giant silver shelves that look too big for the space. Do something a little simpler. like these white shelves and then to finish, I think we should do some really cool lighting. I found this beautiful bar sconce to go over the mirror. It's like that perfect combination of very modern, very classic, but also with a little bit of vintage. This is beautiful, I actually have it pinned.
