You have to lean back against the wall and lean forward against the wall. Again, look for these soft areas and wait about a minute. That's all I recommend for now guys. Strength bands and also massage balls, I suggest you do them every other day. For example, you can do strength exercises with bands on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. You can do exercises with massage balls on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The reason I say this is because if you do too much of either, you will seriously hurt yourself. As for how long it takes to perform them, I always suggest doing each exercise for 15 to 30 seconds and then moving on to the next exercise for about the same amount of time.

Then the next exercise for about the same time. Then repeat maybe one or two more times after that if you have time.
