What's left is just some fuel in some of the ovens if the operation is more than a single stack, such as if I put in exactly eight stacks, that means each oven will smell exactly eight items, which means we'll use exactly one part. of fuel from the furnaces, so if I go ahead and turn on this furnace, I have perfectly timed this rail to the distribution system, so if we look inside one of these furnaces, the exact moment that this item melts, it will be replaced by a new item. and we waste absolutely no burning time, our items are sent to this simple little storage system that collects the items as quickly as possible.

It uses an extremely unique mechanic to distribute the elements that allows us to have these extremely compact oven array modules, you just have to look at it, it's very satisfying to see.
I just went and bought myself a shulker box as several items I will place them here and we are currently frozen so we can get a good look at the internal mechanics right here we have a simple shulker box unloader with 32 stacked hopper mine carts waiting for us to place our box stroke, so if I go ahead and unfreeze it like Did you see how fast that box unloaded that's absolutely crazy? Right now, each of these floating mine carts has exactly 54 items. However, this compromise is perfectly acceptable given the advantages and is also too satisfying to see if we go ahead and grab a portion of our Furnace Array Module. I went ahead and implemented a pretty fancy hopper locking system, so of course the goal is to ensure that while the kiln is idle, we lock these hoppers right here and I managed to do that using a single block of redstone. pushed by such a piston, however, the problem is that we also need to place a mine cart on these hoppers to distribute the fuel into our furnaces, so my ingenious solution is to simply push the hood rail of my carts when we unlock the hoppers and So now the mine carts can move freely over the top of the hoppers and when we want to lock the first array again all we have to do is that and now both hoppers are completely locked for fuel distribution once again .
I have this precise. hopper clock to precisely feed each of the furnaces, so if I can look inside one, here we go, you can see we have exactly one coal in each of these furnaces. A shulker box unloading station keeps these mine carts full. times with coal for item collection, I have these dispensers with a mine cart with hopper that is perfectly timed to dispense the mine cart at the exact moment the smelting ends, if I go ahead and defrost it, there we go, we collect all items at the perfect time. each of these hopper carts will pick up exactly 54 items when they reach the end, then we stack all the carts together, you can see 54 in each one, then we send them to the centralized case loading system, we heat the carts using the new 1.19, then we assign items to a dedicated shulker box loader eight times.
Here we can take a look inside the shulker box and we can see that we are loading this box at ultra-fast speeds. This is by far the most powerful feature of this. Furnace Set The fact that you can input a single shulker box of items and then retrieve that same shulker box but melted at the exit makes it the perfect furnace set for bulk smelting operations as it can melt from effectively a complete shulker box in just a 10 second operation giving us a total speed of over 600 000 items per hour, of course you can go even further with more ovens, however I would say this is the compromise perfect as you can pull off a surprise in a shulker and this is perfect.
The balance of input and output allows us to do some things we wouldn't normally be able to do with a furnace array, like melting mixed boxes like this. If I enter this box, we load all the ovens with our different items. We will also take out our combined items and of course all of these items will be loaded into the same shulker box so this is what we put in and this is what we get perfectly balanced as all the things should be now the order of The items were spoiled. a little bit, but that's not really important, the important thing is that we got exactly the same amount of items as we put in, so of course to use this oven set you will need the full cart mechanic introduced in 1.19 or you will need to modify it to An older version for the full cart mod, this mechanic just streamlines the whole process as we can simply store all of our hopper carts inside a buffer like this, for reference here is my previous design for this set of ovens that made over a year ago, you have these huge silos full of hopper cars stacked up, but keep in mind that each of these has 32 hopper cars, which means we have hundreds of hopper cars scattered around the world doing nothing and creating a huge amount of Delaying this whole box loading system without the cutting mechanic was also ridiculously complicated and unreliable, so I was very excited to discover that with thecart giving out, you could just eat the carts and forget about them as they filtered into some storage system that did everything.
