s check in on each other so that when someone go down the path of creating a narrative that someone is a poor performer, like it's a character defect, we interrupt them and say it's true, what have they done well, what are they good at and if you catch people doing things right instead of always catching them doing things wrong, that

people. It's okay to say that we, as an organization, can do better than we have been doing and I think that is everyone's responsibility. us to help each other and try harder and try harder and we are here to help you and train you and for the people who raise their hands and say I'll take the training or for us to offer the training to people who need help. but to me the only time someone should be asked to leave the company is if they prove untrainable and there is no willingness to learn at all, so to answer
