The dream of building this

house

began one day when my mother told me: "The houses you design are beautiful, I hope your father and I can live in one someday." That's where it started for them. And I told myself I would make them a retirement home that they could enjoy for the rest of their lives. Before we go in, this is our garage. 2 cars fit here. The roof I used here is a solid polycarbonate roof. Its purpose is to give light to the interior of the dining room. I used stone tile coverings. These slots are made of steel in order to achieve a villa feel outside the house.

Now that we've seen the outside, let's go inside. Now we are here in the living room. The design uses a high ceiling because that is what our old house has deprived us of. Here you can see our side garden. That's my favorite plant, a Thai constellation. There is also a sliding door here for cross ventilation. I wanted this house to be like a villa or a resort, so that even if you are in the

city

you feel like you are in the province, because there are many trees, and at the same time it promotes natural lighting and ventilation in the home. The planning we use here is called Open Plan. The living room is connected to the open kitchen, making the house seem more spacious. I also like to collect paintings. This painting is by Nell Campos. Here is the sliding door that connects to the garage. Sometimes we open this door when we have guests.

So, it's connected to our dining room. I also put in clerestory windows that can be seen over the dining room and living room. Its purpose is to eliminate the hot air that accumulates on the roof during the summer. This is the main kitchen or clean kitchen. The highlight is my father's wine collection. He was the one who organized it. Here is an induction stove for reheating food. As materials, granite for the countertop and porcelain stoneware for the backsplash. We hid our water dispensers inside this cabinet so it doesn't look bad. At the same time, our refrigerator is black to match the cabinets.
Let's go to the dirty kitchen. We are here in the dirty kitchen. I used light colors due to lighting limitations since we are right on the edge of the firewall. I used a solid wood countertop to prepare food since space is limited. I used the same materials here as in the main kitchen, porcelain stoneware for the backsplash and granite for the countertop. This is our laundry area. We invested in a washer and dryer because space is limited. This is also our drying and storage area. I used a solid polycarbonate roof so we can dry clothes even if it rains.
Our storage cabinets also reach up to the ceiling to store all the clutter around the house. This project is very special to me because my clients are my

The lot size is 240 m2. The constructed area is 150 m². I used sustainable materials in the construction of the house. PVC roofs for the exterior. I also used driftwood inside, so the disposable woods get a makeover. I used it to beautify the interior. I also used durable material. The cabinets are made of marine plywood, so they do not absorb moisture. All areas, as far as possible, are tiled. so that it lasts long. Let's go to the first bedroom. This bedroom is my sister's bedroom. The room has a different atmosphere than the others. I chose to make it colorful.
It is small but functional. The second bedroom is used by my brother's family. It's bigger than my sister's bedroom since they are a family here. Let's now enter the master bedroom. In the master bedroom, my mom has her bathroom. This is her bathroom. We used the same concept as before, using stone tiles. This is her bed. Above the bed is a piece of art with indirect lighting. This is her closet. I made it with tinted windows to make it look more spacious. Here's a recliner with a spotlight for when you want to read. Here you also have some lighting, a spotlight.
The total amount spent on the house is 4.8 million. We also went a little crazy buying appliances, furniture and other objects that we will include in the house. We reached a total of 5.6 million.
