That's all the information. He had last names, a bridge and a market, and that's all the information he needed. and after passing the bridge, when I reached the market, all that was left was a pile of rubble at first. I just wanted to ask about the market. I asked the first lady I saw after I got out of the car and she was all I needed. It all happened too fast, faster than he could process. Was this real. I could barely understand this woman. How did the first person I asked know exactly who I was looking for?

A return home after 51 years, you won't miss it you will want to lose.
It's one of my best jobs in recent times. Good news. Hopefully the autofocus will be much more reliable than in the past and hopefully you'll notice the quality in the camera's full frame upgrade. He now weighs a lot more than before, so better news. Goa will return to Vietnam very soon. Her children immediately booked flights for her and them. She hasn't been back in 50 years and it will happen very, very soon. happy happy happy happy very happy for them and David, thank you very much for reaching out and being such a great son for your mother.
I wish I could make more of these. I wish I could bring a family together every day and I know I help. David and his family, but they definitely helped me too. There's nothing more I would love to be able to do this type of content properly, but it's not that simple, it's not like there are families waiting for me to help them. true, because you have to take into account the scheduling of resources and information, sometimes you may have all the money in the world, but if you don't have the information, it can be very, very difficult, money definitely helps, speaking of which, I'm sorry I can't do it.
To make more content, I would if I could. I'm trying to figure out what my career is. I'm trying to figure out what I can do to find more stability and honestly the fact that I don't know what's going on. Having it happen in the next week or two is a very scary idea and some of you might think it's very adventurous. Yes, but it's also very, very scary at the same time, which is why I've had to take on projects outside of YouTube over the last year. For a time and a half I've been very lucky to be hired to work on a project about a man trying to find his father.
I'm not going to give it away, but let's just say that the result of that video was one of the highlights of not only my year but my life and it won't be on YouTube, hopefully it will be on TV or at a film festival or somewhere. First of all, distribution is also another aspect, it is a great story, something that Hollywood can do. I wouldn't even care if some writer sat up and started pinging. I can't wait to share it with you even though it's not my documentary, but I appear as Heavenly in it and I have to find jobs like this on Outside to just do I Live and Function and Learn and Grow properly, that film project really It helped me learn how to make better videos and understand my own value.
I've also been showing some of my viewers around Vietnam, of course, the tourist spots, great places to eat and a bit more. In over 10 years of my experience traveling to Vietnam, I've been able to spend great times with you and really get to know your families and these very small, intimate tours, but I don't call myself a tour guide, I'm far away. thanks to that, but I have been able to help these people document these trips. A family wanted to reconnect with their cousin somewhere deep in North Vietnam and their father basically helped build this village and they wanted to come back to reconnect and see what's there. and they brought their entire families, all their families and children and things like that and it was a great time to be able to spend it with them to document and make a film about their father and that experience and then more recently, uh A mother brought her three children adults back to Vietnam to show them for the first time together that, hey, this is where we come from, this is the ham, the alley where we came from, these are the people who helped me, this is the church. who the son used to date and again, thank you H for giving me these opportunities to spend these moments with you and you and your family, like these moments have been some of the highlights of the past year, a few months for me. and at the same time, some of the lowest points have occurred due to lack of stability, so if these things sound interesting to you, right?
If you would like to come to Vietnam and for some reason you can't or don't know how. and I want someone to plan the logistics like where to stay where to go. I can put together an itinerary for you. I can take care of everything from A to Z and pick you up at the airport and drop you off and even take a trip. documentary of your trip too so if this is something that's interesting to you please write to me please let me know what's up I don't know my schedule I don't know how long I'll be here or whatever but come on talk write to me and then we can figure it out and then the other thing I really want to do more of is private oral family history documentaries.
I know it's a mouthful, but basically what it is is that I sit down with your parents or your grandparents and interview them. I make them a clip, a video of their experiences of how they came to the United States, how they came to Canada or any other place, the story of their life in Vietnamese with English subtitles that I make, edit and do everything myself, like this so if this is something that's interesting to you or you're interested or you've always wanted to do this, just write to me and hire me and I would really appreciate it because again right now my life is very, very unstable and I need to find opportunities outside of YouTube. so I can live and occasionally make more YouTube videos talking about uh uh without knowing what's going to happen next uh just a few days ago I was lucky enough to be able to travel to Australia, nothing is set in stone, but it's just a verbal agreement, but always I wanted to go there.
I've always wanted to visit the Vietnamese diaspora and eat Fu there so it's definitely a dream come true and I get to make a documentary there about someone and something I've wanted to remake, again nothing is set in stone so I'll tell you more about it, as it comes, but if you remember the man vicq who went to Vietnam and disappeared. The last time I made a proper documentary about him was over six seven years ago and I've always wanted to visit where he's from and talk to his friends, and you know, make a really good documentary and maybe revisit some of them. uh institutions and other places and just try again because I constantly think about this case, uh, almost every day and hopefully things will work out and whether we find them or not, I don't know.
I don't know, so I'm answering some of your questions because people ask me all the time what happened to him. Well, they haven't found it yet and his brother and I want to try again. Okay, that's all. Thanks if you did. It's so far from me standing on Mik Beach, rambling on about life and stuff. Just, again, thank you. It has been very difficult. It has been great. It's been miserable. He has been the lowest of the low. The highest of highs last year. Hopefully. I can and will create more content just when there is something to do and opportunities that allow me to share more stories with you and what a journey it has been and, no, sometimes I just think back like you know what happened yesterday. just like wow you know wow it's great to be a part of this you know and uh yeah but if you want to keep up with me feel free to check out my Instagram and you know all that good stuff and uh.
You know, trying to do more when I can, but you know again, if I could, I would.
