It's day one and we're alive and kicking in our new rental car and heading straight to the most expensive but possibly the most scenic activity on the island . I'm very excited to be able to do it. I don't think there's a world where I'm flying my second Hawaii out of the doors of a helicopter, but my heart is beating a little outside my chest.
