I think my dad and I are very similar in many ways. My dad and I talk about music and we talk about football and that's it. When I talk to my parents about how my life is going, I call my mom.

Music is really one of the biggest ways I think my dad and I bonded. So I thought if I was going to do something with my dad, I should do his iconic quartet with my iconic quartet. -How different the Try Guys could have been, you know? - When I was a child, I hated my dad very much. He was never home. He had to work about two hours away, so for much of my childhood he was never there five days a week. Every time I saw my dad, he had to play the disciplinary role. In retrospect, I feel really bad for him because we had a lot of problems growing up, but I think a lot of them were just the expectations of what a man in his family should be.
And then my parents got divorced. My dad versus Jae are two different people. Jae is the man who came out of the divorce. He became everything I believe he was meant to be: a good person with a great sense of humor. I am very excited to know what that moment was like in this hammock where he is, looking dreamily towards that sky that would justify that smile. Hi Zach. I wanted to be in the music business for as long as I can remember. I was eight or nine years old. I recently retired and spent over 40 years in the mining industry. I was in choirs since fourth grade.

A little bit old. -I guess he is relaxed now because he is retired but he had a pretty stressful life. Even in this photo, I have no idea if it was taken in Korea. I think growing up in a war-torn country does something to you. - I used to be a bit of a dreamer.
The only thing I thought about was John Wayne and cowboys, that was all I liked, movies. It wasn't like that when I came to the United States. It is a very conservative country, you have to work very hard to earn money. Trying to support the family. - For an Asian family and for an immigrant family, to begin with, we don't share stories. So, forcing my dad to come here and talk about that stuff on screen is pretty awkward for both of us. He seemed happier before becoming a father. - I was so happy. - Hello Dad. - Hello Zach. - How are you? - I'm great. - Welcome to Buzzfeed. - Thank you. - This is where I work. - Wow. - Yeah, wow. - Great choice of shirt. - I like yours too. - What would you normally be doing right now? - Playing golf. - I really don't know about you between university and my birth.

This is my relaxation time of the weekend. Your work, like my work, is your life. - Yes. - That children are similar to
