The tragic story of little Gabriel | Underground Adoption?!

What's up guys? Welcome back to my channel. Long time no talk. I was at Creme Con all last week so I didn't put up a video last Saturday and I really missed you guys a lot and I really wish you all could have done that. He was there at Crime Con with me for those of you I had the pleasure of meeting. I just want to give you a huge thank you. I've had so many great conversations with subscribers about how my channel has affected them and the ways they're helping. Go out on your own after watching my channel and it's an incredibly humiliating experience that I'll honestly probably never get tired of.

I met so many amazing people at Crime Con, viewers, other podcasters, and true crime YouTubers. I had the opportunity to meet, so it was an amazing experience, so again I just want to thank each of you because I wouldn't have been given the opportunity to attend Crime Con for the second year in a row if it wasn't for all of you. guys, so now I'm going to go ahead and jump right into today's case. This case was incredibly difficult for me to investigate. I already have a hard time telling stories about children's cases involving children, whether they are murders or missing persons cases.

They are always very difficult for me. I think being a mother probably has a lot to do with it too, but something about this particular case has me so irritated and angry that just as a warning to everyone, there are a handful of very disturbing cases. In this case, there are some very disturbing things about children, so if that's not something you think you can handle, this is definitely not a video for you to watch. This

story

actually begins with 23-year-old Elizabeth Johnson and her boyfriend Logan McQueary, both living in I. I think Tempe, Arizona. I'm not sure if I said that correctly.

There was a relatively young couple starting a new relationship, but unfortunately the relationship didn't work out the way either of them planned from the outside. It really seemed like they had an ideal relationship. They were two incredibly attractive people, they both seemed very happy, but there were some things in Elizabeth's

story

that seemed to be creating a lot of problems within the relationship. Elizabeth had been abandoned by her parents and there's a lot of things that happened to her mentally when you're in a situation like that and she ended up being raised in foster care which can also cause a whole different level of mental and emotional issues and I don't have idea if it is more than likely directly related to her upbringing, so she was very immature for her age, she didn't really have the ability to manage her emotions like a typical adult.

She seemed to have a lot of trust issues and abandonment issues, which is understandable because that's what her childhood was like, that was a huge thing. That happened to her and it shaped her and this caused a lot of arguments between Logan and Elizabeth and they often became very violent. She was a very physical person. She had emotional outbursts that turned into violent outbursts. It was almost like they pushed her enough that she didn't know how to get back down and there was a point where Logan and Elizabeth got into a verbal altercation outside, they were standing by a fire and she pushed Logan into the fire, so it was a relationship. very sick a very sick situation and unfortunately despite all of this just a few months after this particular altercation something unexpected happened that brought the couple closer Elizabeth was now pregnant again, from the outside everyone thought they were absolutely ecstatic about their new baby and they looked further.

They were delighted with the fact that they were pregnant, but as we all know, there was some kind of façade and that's not exactly what was happening deep down between Logan and Elizabeth. Elizabeth did not want the baby from the beginning, she had originally decided from the beginning that she wanted to abort but shortly after this I am not sure what changed but she decided to keep the baby so on May 3, 2009 Gabriel Scott Johnson came to the world but like many things for Elizabeth, motherhood was not something that seemed to come. easy for her, I'm sure her lack of presence had a lot to do with it.

I have no idea what her life was like while she was in foster care, she basically had absolutely no tolerance for Gabriel, whatever he was, she already had this explosive anger in her, but the existence of this

little

boy and you know, this baby that many times it will change people's lives for the better, there was no exception, I still had this explosive anger, I was still very impatient, I was still very immature and incapable. to control her emotions, so the same cycle kept happening, but when Gabriel arrived, everything got much worse. She couldn't stand Gabriel crying even for a few moments, so she often put him in a completely different room, which if you're a parent. and you're at a point where you feel like you can't handle your child, that's what they recommend you do: put him in a separate room and take a minute to calm down, but this was on a completely different level, it was almost all .

The time Gabriel cried, she never tried to resolve the situation, there was no way to comfort him, it was immediately, you know, run away from him, put him somewhere else and leave, and Logan himself was walking on eggshells after Gabriel was born because she was very nervous and pretty. Almost anything would send Elizabeth into fits of rage. She was paranoid because he loved the baby more than her. She thought Logan was trying to be with other women and every time they argued, she did everything she could to attack him. She would do the strangest things like cut the tongue off his shoes, she would cut his shoelaces in half, his socks, boxers and t-shirts in half.

She just did these

little

things that were a huge inconvenience to Logan. She got angry and it got to the point where Logan realized that he couldn't have a relationship with this woman anymore, it just wasn't working out, he had tried or at least he had tried to put up with it for Gabriel's sake, but it just happened that way. . He no longer works and as soon as he told Elizabeth he wanted to separate from her, she said she wanted to give Gabriel up for

adoption

, but obviously Logan said no, he loved this little boy with everything he had, it was never an option. for him. for her, aborting was never an option for him, you know, giving the child away to someone else if Elizabeth didn't want the responsibility of this child, Logan was absolutely willing to take Gabriel full time, however, they couldn't come to an agreement . agreement on this, so it ended up being a matter for the courts to decide, the judge decided that Gabriel obviously couldn't be adopted without Logan's consent and Logan said that was something he was never going to give, so the judge decided that both parents would do it. they had the same split custody, life went on for a short time, they had a schedule and everything seemed to be going well until December 2009 when Gabriel was seven to eight months old on December 18, 2009.

Logan was supposed to pick up Gabriel. Almost Christmas, he was going to have the chance to spend his first Christmas with Gabriel, they were going to take pictures of Santa, they were going to open presents, it was supposed to be a very, very special moment, but when Logan got to where Elizabeth was staying, he wasn't. They were there and it was scheduled, there was absolutely no reason for Elizabeth and Gabriel not to be home, but they sure weren't and when Logan looked in all the windows, he noticed that all the drawers had been opened and all of their dressers and All the clothes were gone and he immediately knew that Elizabeth ran.

Logan called the authorities right away, but unfortunately their hands were tied and I don't really know the logistics of this, so if you're aware of this. types of situations please let me know below because Elizabeth technically had custody and I don't think there was any kind of legal agreement that they couldn't cross state lines or anything like that, basically she had custody and was allowed to be anywhere that was She wanted to be with Gabriel, so they basically told Logan that they couldn't do anything until he could find her, which to me is absolutely bizarre. I don't know if that's how things work, but basically four days Logan tried to contact Elizabeth.

No one had heard from him, they knew he had taken his grandfather's 1995 Oldsmobile Delta 88 and never returned it, so he had a vehicle and could have been practically anywhere at the time. Days passed and no one was there. A single sign from Elizabeth. I think she posted on her social media several times, but nothing really said what location she was in, and then on December 27, Logan received the most horrible, disgusting text message a parent could probably receive. an unknown number and said and I quote: you will never find me. I'm already boarding a plane out of the country when it's safe.

I'll email you the exact location of dead Gabriel's little blue body if the trash doesn't turn up. First, obviously, Logan panicked and called this number again because it was an unknown number, it wasn't like it was from Elizabeth directly, but sure enough, Elizabeth was the one who answered the phone on the other end and here are some of the recordings from that phone call and just as a warning, the things she says are going to make you sick and I'm always happy that they care, love me, I care about her people, you know what people love, I just wish myself anyway , we just work like you have as much strength as people to set your music to music, so at this point Elizabeth admits to Logan and not just a text message but also a recorded phone call that she killed her son and seems very natural about it and it seems like the only reason he did it was to get back at Logan.

Logan was talking to other women, this made her angry so she exploded and she decided to kill her son to hurt him. Logan obviously went crazy at this point, at this point he had to do it. contact the authorities your son is potentially dead your son's mother says she is on the run and fleeing the country but from what I have seen they didn't even do anything on the 27th, that day it took her until the 28th the next The day she didn't he showed up to his custody hearing to finally be issued a warrant for custodial interference and at that point everyone went to work, it was an emergency situation.

Logan wasn't even a year old yet and she was gone with this little girl, they had known for a week, but a week went by and there was absolutely no telling where she could have been, but one way or another they were able to track her down pretty quickly to San Antonio, Texas. Elizabeth was gone. She had absolutely no ties to San Antonio Texas. She didn't know anyone who lived there. She had no family there. I don't think she had traveled there before, so everyone was a little confused as to why she of all places would choose San.

Antonio, usually when you're on the run, you want to run away to something familiar, that's not a definitive thing that doesn't always happen, but it's a pretty typical thing that happens, but she chose a completely random place. Elizabeth and Gabriel had arrived in San Antonio after she fled on the 18th. I have seen the 20th of December. I have also seen that they did not arrive in San Antonio until December 22nd. I can't figure out which one is correct and they stayed at two separate motels in the area. The first thing Elizabeth did when she arrived in San Antonio was try to find a job.

In fact, she went to a strip club where she auditioned to be part of the club and two women there vividly remembered seeing her and were able to talk to authorities. Don't know. We know if she was technically hired or not, all we know is that she never showed up again after that moment, no one is really sure what exactly Elizabeth and Gabriel did. No one really even knows when Gabriel was last seen with Elizabeth. All we know is that on December 27, 2009 Elizabeth purchased a ticket for a Greyhound bus and got on this bus without Gabriel the authorities being able to track Elizabeth to Miami Florida, so clearly that she was trying with all her might to Get as far from Arizona as possible. and in fact they were able to arrest her on December 29 or December 30 again.

I've seen these two separate dates and she was actually arrested at a youth shelter for kidnapping with custody interference and child abuse, so it didn't take authorities long to find her, track her down, and catch her, which I'm very impressed, but I honestly wonder what could have happened if they had made that effort just when it was learned that Elizabeth and Gabriel had run away, they began to question Elizabeth about what was going on. She passed the land to Gabriel, where did she go? What was her purpose in running away? and they started to ask her about her claims of killing Gabriel because at that time she said all these terrible things to Logan and this is all the authorities have to go on, but now that Elizabeth is face to face with the authorities, she completely changed his story, he said that the reason he went to San Antonio was to learnto a couple who were planning to adopt Gabriel, clandestinely, he said he spent three full days with this couple to make sure they were a good fit, but all he could remember was handing Gabriel over to them on a park bench in San Antonio and the woman's name was Cheryl.

She didn't remember anything else, he claimed not to remember. He remembers the man's name, he didn't remember where this couple said they were from, he didn't remember the car they were driving and he also said that this couple promised him and assured him that they could take Gabriel home and no one has asked him or asked him. Given what was happening now, if you spent three days with a couple or any time with a couple who was adopting your child, you would assume you would have at least some information. other than that, but she says she didn't remember it on purpose and that's a very interesting way of putting it, she didn't say, she didn't ask on purpose, everything I said, she said she didn't remember this information on purpose, so if she ever If she changed her mind in the future, she couldn't go looking for Gabriel.

She considered this

adoption

to be a closed adoption. The authorities specifically told Logan not to go to San Antonio to look for Gabriel, even though there was now a strong possibility that Gabriel would go. somewhere in San Antonio with another family and continued interviewing people who claimed to have seen the mother and child. There were people at gas stations. There were people in hotels. And apparently they were ignoring some possibilities too. There was still a great possibility. that Elizabeth killed Gabriel had said it in a text message and said on the phone that she suffocated Gabriel put him in a diaper bag put him in a trash can but authorities were not searching the local landfill for this idea that she had killed Gabriel It was as possible as the idea that she had given him up for adoption to a strange couple and San Antonio and Logan said it was like pulling teeth to get them and go searching in this other Plaza that Gabriel already I wasn't alive but once they did.

Ultimately, the search ended up finding nothing, which actually made it even more possible that Gabriel was actually with another family, but at this point no one really knew what to believe. His story of turning Gabriel in seemed like a long shot, but not when authorities looked. in a possible adoption of Gabriel that had been, I guess, in process, I don't want to say pending because nothing about this adoption was illegal, but it had been happening long before, I think in December, so December 18th is when she he went away. with Gabriel and it had been going on for a while before, now I'm assuming that Logan knew absolutely nothing about this adoption because of the information I discovered about it, apparently there was a couple that Elizabeth met at the airport months before everything.

This happened and their names were Tammy and Jack Smith and they were Gabriel's future adoptive parents. Tammy and Jack spent a lot of time with Gabriel and actually spent ten full days with Gabriel at his house in December, so there are only eight extra days of nonsense left over these two weeks, basically, they spent with Gabriel the month he disappeared, they had two daughters of their own but they were looking to adopt and I guess this situation worked out perfectly, but without Logan's consent it was impossible for the Smith family to adopt Gabriel, so Elizabeth and Tammy came up with a plan so that Tammy would end up signing court papers stating that her cousin was actually Gabriel's father, the biological father, and she forged his signature to prove it.

This was basically the only way they would be able to do it legally and I say that loosely because there is a forgery involved, going ahead with the adoption, but something happened along the way and Elizabeth ran and I don't think my friend really knows what happened. I don't know if she panicked and maybe realized this. It wouldn't happen, I mean it seemed like a very intense situation to me. There are photos of Gabriel with the Smith family as if he were one of theirs and no one really knows what happened, so even though for some reason Elizabeth escaped from the family, the situation escaped everyone. this couple who were strongly planning to adopt Gabriel and who even went so far as to falsify documents to be able to adopt Gabriel.

Tammy is still stuck at Elizabeth's side after she was arrested and started throwing out so many false statements to the media. police, she was being incredibly deceitful and she also went so far as to tell people that if Logan had agreed to let Gabriel be adopted, Elizabeth would probably reveal Gabriel's location. Can you imagine being the father of a missing child? He is not sure if the mother of her son killed him or illegally gave him to another family without her consent. Can you imagine hearing someone, one of these people who was trying to illegally take her child, blame you for this?

Because she refuses to give her son up for adoption, that is why she will never know the location of her son and because of this, in February, Tammie was arrested along with Elizabeth for falsification of custody interference and then conspiracy to commit interference custody, so fortunately she was arrested. all the things she was also doing in March 2010, so just a month after Tammy was arrested and three months after Gabriel disappeared, they were no closer to answers, but Logan was finally given custody Gabriel's total and Elizabeth was denied any access to The child at all should ever be found, but they still didn't have the slightest idea where Gabriel might be, but authorities began to actually consider a black or gray market adoption .

Now this is where things get very difficult for me. I think we're all very aware of the black market, we're very aware of the gray market and the

things that happen, but I had never considered or researched the idea of ​​black market adoptions and gray market adoptions and what that means. exactly implies. What I'm about to tell you is going to turn your stomach, we all know what a black market adoption is, there is not a shred of anything that is legal, but a gray market adoption is a little different. It is still not done by a government adoption agency, but now there is usually an attorney involved.

I don't know if that makes it legal in any way. I don't have the answers for that. I know many of you work for CPS and foster care and adoption agencies, so I'm sure you can tell me below, but basically these attorneys will run entire adoption agencies on their own without government assistance. An adoption expert who works with the FBI on clandestine adoptions came forward and spoke with the family and authorities and said that San Antonio is known as the dirty adoption capital of the United States, so the fact that Elizabeth did not He had ties to San Antonio and then he wants to give his son up for adoption and then it ends and the capital for Clandestine adoptions puts them in two here.

I think we all know where that will lead, so basically with these black or gray market adoptions, the babies are delivered to very dirty hotels where essentially no one questions it, there are even cases where the mothers check it out. In these hotels, you know, old, run-down hotels and in the worst areas of the city, they will check in pregnant and leave not pregnant, but definitely without a child, so there are some cases where everything happens in these motels , from delivery to delivery. about the baby, the money exchange, the new parents taking the baby or the baby being given to a baby broker and that's a term I never thought I'd use in my entire life, one of the adoption agencies in the most notorious gray market.

It was right down the street from the Home Gate Hotel in San Antonio and I'm sure you've guessed it by now. This was a hotel that Elizabeth and Gabriel had stayed at. That particular agency was best known for being a feeder agency for New York Baby Brokers, so basically, if there is no family already established through these adoption agencies, babies are transferred to these baby brokers throughout the country, probably around the world, to eventually go to a home where families are willing to pay enough. these clandestine adoptions, so basically these agencies, especially those that are famous in San Antonio, will bring these women to San Antonio and set them up in a hotel so they will essentially take care of everything, let them meet the family that they are going to your son.

If one is already in process, they fill out the paperwork and go from there, so there is some legality in the sense that a lawyer is present, but again, I don't see how that would make everything legal. and one of the most common places these women meet with these families informally is at the local Six Flags. There are too many people at Six Flags for anyone to really question it. It wouldn't be strange to see a you know. group of people together, you know, it just wouldn't be strange to see a baby transfer to someone else, you'd just think that someone else in the family was holding the baby for a moment, so that's a perfect place for them to settle. these family reunions without raising any red flags to anyone these agencies will offer these women a ton of money for their children these families have often been denied by other adoption agencies for one reason or another, whether valid or not, and are They become so desperate that they end up in these clandestine adoptions and are willing to give these women anything to claim their child.

Obviously this information was very disturbing for everyone who loved Gabriel and was looking for Gabriel, but even more so because these pieces of the puzzle were really coming together, he had never been to San Antonio and ended up booking there. He had already been trying to get an adoption illegally through forgery and it probably wouldn't have worked, so maybe he got a better offer and called it quits. in San Antonio, maybe a family was formed that, you know, gave him a specific amount of money that they would give him; she was staying in a hotel literally down the street from one of these notorious agencies and in addition, they were able to find security video that on December 26th the day before she left on the Greyhound bus for one reason or another Gabriel and Elizabeth were at Six Flags now I don't know about you I've been to Six Flags there's nothing a mother and her eight month old baby can really do there so what other purpose would there have been to have been there other than possibly meet with a family at exactly the same time?

All this is happening. Elizabeth had published on her social networks where there is a will. a way and what she wanted most at that moment to get rid of Gabriel and give him up for adoption. She also posted excited to start my new life, which makes it seem like she was successful. They continued searching her social networks. The media found a couple of photos from when all this was happening too and she was wearing a ruby ​​and diamond ring and Logan was able to tell that she didn't have those rings before this trip, they had lived together for two years.

Basically, I think the extent of her pregnancy and to the point where Gabriel had disappeared right before that and during the time they were together, she had never held down a job, never had a decent cash flow, Logan was the one who was supposed to pay. . everything so he would have had to buy her that ring for her to have it and that is not something he ever gave her so this also supported the idea that she gave her son to another family because he is one of the most common. Coins and these clandestine adoptions are often jewelry.

These people don't have much money on them, if they do, they bring cash, if not, they bring jewelry, so when you look at this ring, it was worth around $20,000, it's very likely that she traded her son for a damn ring. A woman came forward claiming to have taken care of Gabriel at one of the hotels. She said she met Elizabeth through Craigslist through a babysitting ad and she gets there and a typical mother would already know. She might be worried about a stranger coming to take care of her child, but according to this woman, Elizabeth wasn't worried at all, you know, she wasn't worried about making sure naps happened or the child's safety or actually investigating the babysitter, which only thing he said.

They gave him medicine to keep him quiet and this is shown in a sense through photographs that were taken of Gabriel in the hotel and he is playing with a medicine bottle and a medicine syringe so now the authorities are really booking this idea. that Gabriel was adopted, so they began to wonder if he was still involved in some way. Tammy and Jack, so they became persons of interest in the case and their house was thoroughly searched because they were wondering if maybe everyone panicked and didn't think it would happen. so he tried to make it look like something was going on in San Antonio but in reality Tammy and Jack had taken Gabriel and hidden him but unfortunately from what I've seen nothing was found and everyone had a questionable story, It's blatantly obvious that something so bad is there.happening here, but there was a complete lack of evidence in all directions, so the authorities went.

Elizabeth waited for three years to finally go to trial for Gabriel's disappearance and the authorities in that period of time did not take another step to locate him. Gabriel and so many things were still up in the air that the kidnapping charges ended up being dropped because the jury simply couldn't reach a conclusion on the matter. I'm sure this has a lot to do with what her custody arrangement was at the time if she was able to take Gabriel across state lines. There was clearly enough up in the air and you know, confusing facts and information where they just couldn't decide on it.

A lot of people were also very verbally angry that this was publicized nationally. It was a very, very high profile case, people were angry that there were no murder charges, but I, honestly, am thrilled that there were no murder charges because there was absolutely no evidence of it other than a confession, and a Confession ain't shit when you have it. without physical evidence and if you had put her on trial for murder under those circumstances with that lack of evidence, she would never, ever have been convicted of murder and God forbid her body would be found years later and they wouldn't be able to try her, so I think it was a incredibly smart decision, but a lot of people just didn't see it that way, it's very, very difficult to hear someone confess to murdering someone, but to know that you have to sit back and just accept and trust the legal process and I think that that was ultimately the case in that situation in In 2012, after two days of deliberation, the jury found Elizabeth guilty of the rest of the charges and she was sentenced to only five years in prison, which angered many people, including Logan, because If the kidnapping charges were dated if those charges had not been dropped, she could have received up to 24 years and prison on those charges alone despite having received a statement in exchange for Gabriel's whereabouts.

Basically, she wouldn't have been given any prison time if she had simply revealed her location. Elizabeth wouldn't accept it. I have seen that. she didn't directly say yes or no, she just said that she had no information to reveal, only a few family members at this point were even supporting her and even they and the rest of the family still knew that she had information and we are all essentially begging him to leave him because it's not just his son, it's not just Logan's son that's missing, it's also a member of his family and they all wanted answers.

Elizabeth was sent to prison and basically kept silent and while she was there speculation continued to grow as to where Gabriel was there was a lot of attention still on this case many regards Webb we are still following this case very closely some believed that in reality he was no longer alive but others held out hope that some other family had simply left and technically he was only eight months old when he would have been handed over to this family, he would never know better, you know this family would be his family to him and even Elizabeth and Tammy ended up having consequences while Elizabeth was in prison.

They had talked on the phone and you guys, it's such a messy phone call that you can't even tell who's telling the truth. It seems like a bunch of greedy accusations to fit everyone's narrative about what happened. It's like they're both so convinced. of the lies they've told themselves it's a fucking mess I'll let you listen to it and form your own opinions from it I don't know what to believe you know we believe that baby is alive and we believe that you You did what you said with the family and you gave them the baby, yes, you organized everything, your friends were there, yes, so who are they and what is my friend's name?

I don't know, you set it all up in San Antonio. go to a shelter and start it was illegal to lie about the father's paternity put your cousin's name throughout the conversation Smith never admits to having a partner pick up the baby in a San Antonio park December 27th we will show you my beginning I trusted you and I believed you and you are not at all the person you said you were in 2014. Elizabeth was released from Perryville prison in Arizona as soon as she got out she changed her appearance, changed her name and was on parole I believe. she four or five years after being released and she broke it off almost immediately.

She did not tell authorities that she had moved out of state. She did not tell authorities that she had been married. She wasn't supposed to get involved with anyone either. with a criminal record and I have seen accusations that she had essentially made detective mistakes online. I saw that she was now in New Mexico, she was no longer in Arizona and this was rape. She was arrested and extradited back to Arizona and spent less than a month in jail for these violations, as far as I know her parole ended in July 2018, so she is almost exactly a year off parole, a Unless things have changed now while Elizabeth is away, she can simply live her life freely and refuses to give up. information, the search for Gabriel is still going on, a tip ended up coming in, I think in 2014 or 2015, and it was a photo of a little boy who looked exactly like Gabriel, as you know they often do age progression photos and this one child matched one of them perfectly, but after a year and a half the authorities had not even investigated this possible lead and this is not really the first case in which the authorities did not do everything that should have been done when everything This was happening at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children they wanted to obtain Logan's DNA that he had given to authorities in 2010 to see if they could match this young man because even the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children said there were many physical similarities between this young man. in the photo and Gabriel, but when they tried to contact the police department and get it, the police department didn't have it, so the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children contacted Logan and said, "You know You should go to the police." department, give him your DNA, he said wait a minute, I already did it that way in 2010, what happened to his DNA, I don't know, that's why maybe it took a year and a half for anything to happen other than probably and then when all of this was going on, the detective on the case was emailing Logan and they hadn't been in communication for a while and he just drops this bomb on Logan saying that there was actually a relationship between the boy in the photo and Tammy Smith this A woman who had been trying to illegally adopt her son, so the fact that there is any connection there just screams, but there is a much better chance that Gabriel than this young man, this gave the family a huge hope that it was him, but after abandoning this. bombshell for the family there were no more emails for over a month no one contacted the family again could you imagine what that wait probably felt like and then when the authorities finally contacted them again they told the detective that They had been talking all this time in the past, I don't know how long the detective wasn't even on the case anymore, his case had been moved to a missing persons unit and the family had not been notified of this detective who they assumed was working . on the case because he was talking to them as if he was part of the case, he was actually a sergeant now and he was no longer working on it, so it was an absolute disaster and it's no wonder this young man hasn't been vetted, no wonder.

The DNA wasn't matched because no one who was supposed to actually be working on the case was working on it at all or they weren't working on it properly now, from what I've seen, the authorities stated, I think in 2016, that they were. working with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to investigate leads, but said there was nothing to report at that point. I have no idea if DNA testing was ever performed on this young man. They definitely didn't say no, that's not the case. a coincidence or yes, it's a coincidence, so I guess at least in 2016 it hadn't been done.

I haven't seen an article since. Clarify if it had been done. I hope I'm missing something. I hope I did. I'm missing the article where it said that the tests were done and maybe everything was ruled out or something because I can't imagine what it would feel like as a parent to know for five years, probably almost, that there is a little boy out there who could possibly be yours you know. who found out about this in 2014 2015 imagine going through a year and saying wow, that's another year I missed with him because they won't try him and two years, what if that kid is my kid and?

I still don't know because they won't do the test and then a third year, that's three years of his life that I've missed if that's my little one because they won't do the test. I can't imagine what that would feel like. I am a father and my heart goes out to Logan so strongly because he couldn't survive. He just couldn't do it and I have no idea how he is doing it and I really hope I missed a place where the answers were given. Because wow, blown away at this point, I don't know what to think personally.

I think many things point to the fact and support the idea that Elizabeth gave Gabriel up for adoption. Do you know what I had been trying to do the whole time he did it? She didn't want Gabriel from the beginning, she wanted an abortion, then she wanted to do an adoption and then she saw that he didn't give her consent, so she tried to do an adoption, but with forged signatures and then maybe she realized that that wasn't going to work. work and she needed to do a clandestine adoption, a black or gray market adoption, or what would happen if she was potentially offered more money again.

I don't know if there was some kind of agreement between Elizabeth and Tammy that she was going to get some money from. However, my problem with all of this is that she refuses to reveal any information and was basically given a get out of jail free card with her pleas. She could have said: you know what? It also bothers me a lot because of her past behavior, she was violent and when something happened where things didn't go the way she wanted or someone hurt her she acted very very drastic, she specifically told Logan on the phone I'm doing this to hurt you you basically know this is what you deserved you deserve to lose your child because you're Talking to other women Talking to other women when they're not even together anymore So why would he care about that?

I have no idea what you would think if it were as easy as her just not wanting to have a child anymore. As easy as just giving it to this child. in adoption I would have just let Logan have full custody but it wasn't entirely about that, yes of course I obviously didn't want the child but it was also about hurting Logan and that's another reason why I have afraid that she had done something to Gabriel and potentially hurt him by doing something to let Logan know that his son was happy with another family and that he wasn't part of it, maybe that was all it took, maybe that was which satisfied her, but at this point I don't know what.

I really want to lean in because I feel like with Elizabeth both are huge possibilities, all the facts, however, strongly raise the idea that Gabriel was given to another family in San Antonio, that sounds like the strongest option in my opinion, Elizabeth said in an interview and again I quote I have to live every day without my son and without knowing where he is that is the worst pain and punishment I could have this woman is becoming a victim of her own choices of her own actions and decisions and it makes me fucking sick sick. She is saying that the worst punishment that could happen to her is the fact that she doesn't know where her son is.

She would know where her son is if she hadn't done something to him, so she says that's how it is. She is a slap in the face to everyone who truly cares about Gabriel and has tried to find him. She is the reason she is in this position. She has absolutely no right to be victimized and what makes her feel much worse is. the fact that her lawyer has said over and over again that she has no information stop harassing her for information she no longer knows she has cooperated she has given everyone everything she can this is not a situation whereA child disappears in the middle of the night and you know the father perhaps as a suspect and you know that the question is whether they are giving all the information they have.

She is the one who physically handed this child over. She is the one who could have physically been the one. to end this child's life you can't brush it off by saying "well she just doesn't have, you know the information she's given you, everything, she's cooperated as if she wasn't the one who created this whole situation to begin with." I understand the job of a lawyer, that's horrible to me, you can't try to excuse or justify someone's actions or lack of actions when they are the ones who were absolutely involved, they were the last ones to be with a child, that's not how it works.

How the root works. The problem is that she did something and she doesn't do it anymore. You can't say she doesn't have more information. She doesn't know anything else. No, she may not know very specific details, but she sure as hell won't give up everything she did. She didn't magically end up in San Antonio without prior communication with anyone. She didn't randomly take her 8-month-old son to Six Flags. A kid you never did anything for to begin with but suddenly wants to take eight months or so to a theme park you can't participate in is just a bunch of nonsense, possibly there's a family out there who has Gabriel who knows great that they have Gabriel again, this was a highly publicized case, his face was everywhere. news for a long time, yes there's a small chance they haven't seen anything but honestly I highly recommend it.

I doubt we're very curious people, I'm sure they've been looking for it since then. I'm sure something has happened. These people know that they potentially have Gabriel if they gave him up in a clandestine adoption. You know, I can't imagine what that would feel like. I wish I couldn't have children. I was lucky and blessed to have that ability and I have two beautiful children. I can't imagine what it feels like to be denied by adoption agency after adoption agency after adoption agency. I've never been in that position. but no matter how much pain that situation may cause someone, it doesn't and never will.

We will not take a baby from its father. It is unknown what Elizabeth might have said to this family. She could have said that she was a single mother. They may not. originally they knew about Logan, but again, this was so publicized, so publicized, one of the most high-profile cases, there is no way at this point that they don't know that there is a father that once that child and the fact that I haven't said no words at this moment he would be about 9 or 10 years old. How it could affect you as a human being. act when he grows up it's a disaster of a situation that all started with Elizabeth she was able to get her happy ass out of prison after only five years and act like nothing ever happened she was able to live this life she wanted without Gabriel she was able to throw him out aside, getting away with essentially a slap on the wrist and continuing his life as if he's the only life that matters in this whole situation, there's a good chance Gabriel is still out there right now.

At this point, they cannot determine in any way what is happening, if it was a homicide or if he was handed over to another family, so it is very important to spread the word about cases like this. Right now, he is in school, there are teachers watching him every day.
