I'm only strictly complaining about the fact that I had to pay more money, that's all, but I highly recommend calling them if you have any problems, of course. If you want to see the rakoma mt1501, that's just one head, they have multiple heads, they have smaller machines, you definitely know, I mean of course you are paying honestly not only for the quality of the machine but also for the quality of the service because we were also thinking about getting a second machine, but it was coming from China and my fear of that, honestly, yeah, it would be a really cool content video for YouTube, but I get the feeling that a lot of this is just like learning. yourself and they don't have the support team behind them like this company so unfortunately sometimes you have to spend that money to get that quality and service so I still recommend them but unfortunately I had a few bumps in the road. which created a little bit of frustration, um, not being excited about it, but again, we're past it, let's keep sailing like I said, it was just four months of frustration, but at least we're at End Road now.
