I am very impressed with the engineering and manufacturing that has gone into this coach today. hanging out at 1492 Coach Works in Oklahoma City with Aaron the owner, how are you today sir again? Andrew, how are you? I'm doing great and I'm really excited to see what you and your team come up with. What are we seeing here? Sir, we are excited to show you that this is a brand new 45ft Super C coach.

It is on a Freightliner Cascadia chassis. It is made of 100 aluminum from front to back. There is no fiberglass. We have industry exclusive valid slides with air seal in the semi. chassis, no one else can do that and there are several things in it. I think we're the only ones who have done it, so we're excited to show you all kinds of things I've never seen on any other coach, inside and outside of you. Do you think you can help explain why it has such a high premium? First of all, it is 100 aluminum, from the frame to all the bay doors, it is completely fabricated, completely welded, the covers are not fiber. The lids are not fiberglass, there is no fiberglass in the back, the one piece aluminum roof on top, the bay doors, you know, as we go, we open them and close them , you see, let's do it right away. I'm very excited to show it to everyone. the quality because there's a lot of quality in this coach, but I mean, it's very Stout, it was like we literally started with a top ten, we just talked to people and literally wrote down the top 10 things we wanted to accomplish.

It was the interesting things that we saw in someone else's treatment or just complaints or problems and the bay doors are the number one problem and that was our big problem, to tell more stories of them just opening in the way, so when you got the three inch thick door has sound insulation it has an automotive latch it has automatic locking you know, so because we like to build redundancy into the systems because unfortunately there are things that break everything electronically It locks the automatic lights within the nine yards, but they all have a key, so there is a manual override.

In the worst case, the electronic locking system fails. You can enter. It's tied to the front door. You can press three and four. It will lock all bay doors or just unlock bay doors. or you know vice versa, it's a really good system and I think we've gotten some great reviews on the doors on how they work. It's 100. Our design. The hinge is stainless steel. The pin, the stainless brass bushings. I mean, it's very high quality. things and many of you know throughout the whole thing that the thing is very built to last the life of the truck and be of high value so speaking of the bay doors the basement bays on this coach They are finished unlike anything we have seen in the Super C motorhome.
You have an outdoor kitchen. I can't wait to open all of this in a second, but as far as I know, these are all custom made. You're not building them like a production line. each one of these is totally custom how it works we say it all the time start for real start with a conversation what are you looking for what's important do you need base storage? Know? some of the guys that pull stacker trailers don't need it. We really cared about Bay Storage, this coach is a good example of that, so we put the Traeger and the outside sink on the rack and all that, because the base storage was less, it was going to have a stacker, so which was less important if you needed storage for your camping gear and all that, base storage may be more important to you, so again, throughout the whole process, that's what we do and then we integrate it all together, we do some simple things.
I can show you that we didn't originally do this. but this was a customer comment, so like in these two bays, there is no bulkhead here to get bigger where they can put long things. You know, the first couple we made we just bulkheaded them all and then it was like, yeah, I get it. We need to put longer things in there and then this one has the bulkhead that you already know for the bay. All of our bays are standard, if they are storage based, they have one outlet. Okay, yeah, every bay just because you want to. able to plug things into the golf cart charger, any of those outdoor sinks, so when the slides extend, this is a 24-inch travel slide shown here, you can still open and close that grill to than the high-end Dometic refrigerator like we see in the multi-million dollar motor home now I have a lot of questions I want to ask about pricing and all this, but let's keep looking at these bays here and then on that one, just the bay storage, as well as the one we just opened depending on where the door is.
You know, all of those things move if this door was a little bit further back because it had to be for the interior design, that bay might need to be moved in front of the door. I also see the custom wheels. I love American Racing Wheels. I've been seeing these pop up on multi-million dollar RVs, it kind of sets everything off and when you lock a coach that's cool, I like that there's a bit of a polished accent on that too, oh it looks like a blacked out look but this It's actually like a metallic, very rich, almost a bronze, what is the color?
We don't know, frankly, it was kind of like a root beer color, a Porsche Brown like Porsche has this brown color that has a metallic color to it. That's what pushed it with the client and then I wanted to add maybe a little bit more green so we got it and man when it depends on the sun it completely changes it moves like crazy it's a cool color yeah absolutely . Awesome and I just want to point out a couple of things that I'm noticing that you and your team did that you don't see in other RVs: These windows are completely flush, where you'll see a lot of the frameless windows out there.
I'll put them on top of this, but it's actually cut into the side wall so it's completely flush. It's a lot of extra work to do that to make that window fit like that, the only other companies that do that will end up. two million dollars to get that kind of finish and the same with the slides. It's got the valid slides, so again, giving it that completely flush look as it goes down the road, it's a great looking machine all around, it's kind of that smooth flush, you know, rounded, you know, static is what We were looking for, this has so much function as it forms a gap that reduces wind noise, reduces the possibility of all that stuff leaking, plus it looks great, you know, and super. clean and I think we might have time, we might try this later if we do.
I'll leave that video in the description below, but I'm excited about these two bays here, a little outdoor kitchen, yeah, this sink again is under the slide so it keeps coming out where it comes out, so in my situation with three kids little ones, if we're going camping, we have to have a place to clean the marshmallows, you know, but for this client mainly We're at a race track and they get greasy and everything, so they wanted this here so they can clean, you know , working on the cars, but also because they have to have that trigger, so the Traeger we put in. on the removable part it will extend now we can extend it further and everything that some people don't want to smoke on the side of their trainer I understand so we make it removable so it can come out.
I'm in that way like I'm not going to smoke a brisket next to my trainer, you know, it's kind of a deal, but all this support, all these mounting hardware, the drawer slides and we make all of that in-house, no it's something like this. pre-purchased you know, but the Traeger is a very interesting feature, yes, super clean and very robust, you know, when you put all this in and close everything very, very firmly, reaching the back of this coach. I love the 1492 coach. It runs in the mud and then a really fancy rear end with that rear deck, what's going on back here, well, it's not a rear cabin, that's our spoiler, right? and it relates to awnings, but even that is 100 fully welded aluminum, metal finished body. work, it's not something that's going to break, crack, all those things as if they were real.
I mean, there's a lot of work put into it and I think it looks really cool and again it just relates. That's what we call our clean line roof system, where the cab goes up a little bit and then the Gerard awning to the side and then it's a second Gerard awning, which is normally what's on this side, or a dummy box which comes back to this one and then we channel it so that there are supports on top. There, that directs the water into the pipes on the side and it can only come out from where we want it and then the overflow, so to speak, if it was really raining and going down, because it will come out the back, okay? um so we integrated it because you don't want water just come so again this hole is all 100 aluminum everything is welded together.
I like the three lights firstly, it's a great backup light when you're backing up. but you know if you're stopped on the side, even if you have a trailer, you know a stacker that's at full height behind it, those lights you know something's going on, if there's a problem and you get pulled over for whatever reason, it's a matter of security. and they know when you're coming, you know, so I like, I like the lighting packages, we're going to look at a lighting theme as we go through this, yeah, do you like your lighting? If anyone knows me, they know what I have. a I have a problem, yes sir there is no towing capacity on this hitch that looks rugged and then it is over the towing capacity when I saw this on Bear Jackson I got so excited about what you were doing here, do you? can you show it to us?
The first thing I always like to point out is that we make our own hitch. This is a Gen Y insert which is a really cool rubber torch and we bought it bolt on. I think it's a great hook, it doesn't have to be that we can do it. a mini 10 or whatever, but this part of what we're doing and all this here is 3 8 plates that come down and around and under here and go back and then another 3 8 steel plates that come all the way down and all the way up here it goes four feet forward in the back, so we block off the entire rear end of the truck frame before we even start putting some of our own fabrication on top of it and what kind of stuff.
What was allowed was that it just created this big giant cavity in the back of the coach that led to this talk about space utilization. I mean other Super C motorhomes have this depth. I mean, this is very deep. All finished with a Rhino coating, excellent utilization, yes. All right, this is an air brake setup so it's an air brake truck but we set it up both ways and it's also electric so if you have a trailer with electric over hydraulic brake or electric brake or whatever of that, we can do it. all automatically no vehicle uh flatbed trailer set up for that too yeah exactly back here and all of these bays are somewhat configurable this is a combination of the waste tanks that are underneath we have the cable reel down here it has the smart transfer switch so you can see what the voltage is and all that from the internal electrical cable reel of your screen, of course, yes, we put this extra screen here, we call it a wet screen so you can turn on a water pump if necessary. lights, if you need any of that stuff that's done from here, you don't have to come in, plus our trainers are standard with cell phone, app feature so you can react and remote login so you can log in. you'll know when you're a thousand miles away as long as the coach has internet and turns everything on, cools it down while you fly or anything like that, so usually our wet bay will come back here, so the typical setup is storage. or the fun stuff on the front door side and all the mechanical stuff we try to keep on this side.
This is a beefy looking exhaust, yeah, right here, the truck exhaust towards the back of the code, what's going on there? That's the truck exhaust here. this is the hydronic exhaust for the Aqua Hot system that's here and then the generators in the next bay and we go up that exhaust and it actually comes out the top, you don't have toput a genturi on it if You're in that place you're supposed to have, yeah, the race track that some national parks require and it's kind of polite. You know, if you have a neighbor next to you, you know, it's a safety issue.
Yeah, well, yeah, so we do that again. that was customer driven, a customer asked us to do it. I understand what you're saying, let's see if we can do it, we can't always do it. where everything lands and everything inside, but if that's something important, we take that into account and in the notes and the type of design, this is the aqua hot 675d, so the 240 volt electrical element in it is well, it's the big boy, the bad boy, you know, the same thing we're going to see on the Newell coach, sure, sure, you don't have to use diesel, you know, and still have hot water and then our manifold system that It's here too. exclusive to us at the Super C, I don't think I've seen one where all of our water systems, so it's a home run from here to the kitchen sink or the toilet or whatever, and it's all divided up here, so what there are no accessories, like we don't bury accessories inside the car anywhere where it is here and in the accessory so that PEX doesn't explode PEX doesn't freeze none of that it's the accessories that fail keep the accessory set on the outside or inside where I can fix it you shouldn't have any problems with water from the Stuff Plus water line if it's the cold side of your sink or something like that, you know faucets can go bad, all that kind of stuff or your toilet from back half or whatever breaks, you can close it and keep using your trainer until we can you're ready to be serviced, so I like that we do that with the hot side and the cold side, all the labels you know, it I say all the time, that's a bit of a coach, it's not a sticker that you put there and it's labeled, you know, it's a nice engraving. label that's on all the yeah, yeah, now talking about service, it has a three-year warranty, everything is included in that three-year warranty, it's full coverage, so anything that we build that's not you know, like a truck component generator, Aqua Hot, everything we are. we're going to get service and warranty for three years, we're going to service you forever, but we're going to offer warranty if your generator fails, we're going to stand behind you and I think that's something that's unique to us and certainly should be an industry leader, but that's what you know at Outback Customs on the horse trailer side and the specialty side of our business, that's always what we've been, that's what we are, that's what we've built our reputation on and that's exactly what we come on.
What this has to do with is their service before, during and after the sale. We will back it up, so we might as well label it as a guarantee. You know, I respect that and we'll get more of Aaron's story too. I have been in the Outback conversion business for a long time. Let's continue taking a look at this coach. You're talking about the generator, so this is a 12,000 kilowatt 12K generator, not a 12.5 because this is the commercial unit. You can see that it is labeled correctly. there we bought that unit specifically because they draw 500 watts and they have a built in alternator so it has battery charging capability and then up here in the battery compartment, this battery here labeled as a generator battery, this battery only works with that generator if your coach was to shut down and your truck, for whatever reason, is dead, you should always be able to go out and start the generator charger, the coach batteries and then we have a jump start feature, a pairing feature where the batteries coach batteries can be paired with your truck's batteries. and start your truck because it can be difficult to start any of these big diesel engines when it's cold, especially so having that feature is independent, it's not like the generator battery isn't tied to the coach or there's a charging issue. or whatever you should always be able to turn on your generator and the generator charges it so it's nice that it's a standalone feature so it's part of the built in redundancy yes while that bay is open this one just has batteries 8D 28d again. that's how they use it, you know, we have lithium options, we have, you know, some battery packs that we can do dual inverter configurations, all of that is all configurable, those are the coach batteries that are down there, truck, chassis batteries, they are there, yes. and I'm going to ask you more about the lithium stun when we get in, but I also see the core kit here, all the features that we would see, that on the inside is the finger sweep and there's a vacuum port, but also on the bay on the other side, we put a vacuum port on the roof so you know if you want to vacuum Cheerios out of your stroller or whatever, hey, or out of your car, pick up your car, or your car or whatever, yeah, I'm coming from where the world of details, so every time you have a back, that's yeah, exactly, there's a lot of value there exactly in this, so this is basically our mechanical base, so we have the control system that runs everything you run, your slides, all of that from any of the screens. that nature, anything can have a problem, so we wanted to add some redundancy to this, where if that control system had a problem, you can still raise the jacks, that's the valid screen here for the slides, so anything that has to arise.
There's a manual override on the inside of your awnings, so anything that you have to go up or in to get you on the road, we've built in manual controls for all of that, so I'm just trying to build in some redundancy, yeah, and really like again the same theme of late, these are not just cheap labels, they are actually, you know, labeled, yes, you will stay there, yes, yes, very cool, yes, which made us fall into the kind of building where our own coaches were just us. We did service and we had worked on a lot and just a few of the electrical things and the way they worked was just absurd, so we spent a lot of time.
I mean, at the beginning you asked the question of what drives the value or the cost well this is what you're buying and this is a lot of the value it's the invisible things it's all the labeling every wire here is labeled it's all routed the grounds are labeled you know all of that and it takes a tremendous amount of time to label that this is your air system for validity, that it's all labeled as to what it's going to do and all that, there's so much time outside in the bay and the mechanical things as they come in there are putting everything inside, so when we get to the inside point it's like the hard work is done.
You know, we're just making it pretty at that point. Yeah, well, you want to make sure the systems work. That's more, for sure. Yes, sir, yes. someone is going to buy one because it looks pretty and is going to buy another because they had good luck with the first one. I don't care how nice it is if you don't have a hot shower. I'm not going to care, yeah, that's right, that's right, those aren't fun phone calls and then this is just the air hose reel from the air system for the truck, so it's basically just the tires with air on them, the toys with air down and then this is the end of the fuel tank here and there was a load capacity of diesel fuel, this one is 120.
You fill it up here, it has the DEF tank here on the Freightliner. If we need to make a second tank, we usually put it on the opposite side and you lose that front bay. with it on the Peterbilt and Kenworth product we can put two tanks under each entry door and not lose a bay and they move the regen unit under the frame which is also a nice feature so what does the capacity when you go to the two tanks, 200 gallons normally, okay, yeah, that's a lot of diesel fuel, sure, yeah, and you know when you go about six miles, a gallon is about what you would average, you just know that it's going at 75 miles an hour down the highway at six.
It's a pretty good average, I mean, it's nice and then you have the generator running and all that, and if you go especially west and you can be within 100 miles, you know, of something you can really fill up on that. or feel comfortable, so I like to have a larger capacity before entering a moment. I just want to show everyone when we're doing the factory tour. One thing you pointed out: this is all metal and we have the b-roll shots of the frame before this is converted so you can see the metal, you know, the frame works the same way with the front cover, without fiber glass in the lids, there's a lot of value just in that structure, yeah, sure, I say we weld it all the time, but I don't want to see them, you know, so there's a lot of work on that, but it's something we feel good about, like if it was going to last well, so it's not fucked up or anything like that.
Now I notice the cameras around the coach. We'll see them when we get in yeah another thing I really like about the front is the 1492 Coach Works badge on that front cover again all aluminum not fiberglass but it really looks good but what is it? the power plant we have? working here, this is a 605 horsepower detroit, so the dd15 is mated to the dt-12 transmission, so it has 2050 lb-ft of torque, so it gets as big and bad as possible on this one, the Peterbilt stuff is usually and We've done a couple of Freightliner owners that are Cummins X15 and they came up with an Allison or the 18 speed.
I mean that's all part of the process. You can also specify the specifications of your truck. You don't have to accept what we have. these guys can have their say on that, they say all the time it's like Ford Chevy Dodge, like I don't really care what truck you really want, okay, you know, I don't know anyone else that does that too, so it's very valuable. people can choose which platform they want you to convert on, but hey, I'm impressed with the outside of this, but there's a lot of cool little tricks on the inside that you can show us there.
Yeah come on. This doesn't look like any Super. C. As far as I remember, we have seen so much interior space here. What happens inside this bus? As far as I remember, we have the industry leading interior height, so the coach will be right at 13 4 13 3 in overall height. the outside is kind of the height of the stacker trailer and all that, if you're hauling a stacker, we'll control everything we do. Fab., everything we can change cabin. In fact, we have one in the works right now. The client wanted a king size bed. on the top of the cabin so we can extend that because we have everything Faber here, so that's the big problem.
You know we're an interiors company, that's what we've always done, but really what separates us is the fabulous things that we review. inside is completely custom so I always say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, someone might think this is a beautiful interior, the next person might walk in and think it's ugly, that's fine, like we didn't Hurt feelings, that's how it is. Whatever you want, I like this interior. I was very satisfied with the result. We're in the final stages of quality control and everything, and we're still going over everything, which is a pretty long process, but I was very pleased.
I like this. I train a lot. I love this design. We have the largest slides, so those are the valid slides we talked about, but we install the largest slide that Valid has created. We talk about different customizations. I think those valid slides allow you to do a lot more customization. We saw a bunk car where the bunk was in the slide room. I think it was a 21-foot slide room, unlike anything we've seen in the industry. Now valid slides can not only be customized with them, but also the height of the slide rooms. Being a Super C, I'm 6'2 standing inside this trainer's slide room, so there's a lot of flexibility here, but what are some of the other things 1492 can do with all this flexibility?
I mean literally every single thing I want to say. not just stitch patterns or custom seating, but like you, you choose the thread color, you choose all those things, this has a kind of hex thing that we did a few trainers ago and quite a few people liked it, so we have a few orders left further. I like the hexagonal pattern, but you choose the leather, you choose the thread color. It's really totally personalized. I mean, down to the color of the thread that we build, this is our own internally built seat. We also offer Villa seating if someone wants that more traditional type of seating, which is awesome.
They do a great job. This is our, we call it our convertible sofa. Somehow we developed this is a queen size bed. This is what we are seeing in the new one. Lamborghinis Audis, diamond pattern is a bit trendy now, besides this pattern,Are there other patterns you guys are making? Give me an idea, you know, literally, yes, we have like they said diamonds, we have one of those types. of sun rays, we don't have to do anything, we can do it in two tones, I mean, there are a lot of different things and that's part of the fun, you know, what we can do is really just design, you know, talk of it.
I mean, people send a picture that they saw something in an Andrew Steele video that happens all the time, you really know it's like that, you know it's kind of like hey, we saw this and whatever and we try our best to say, yes, let's incorporate that. or give it our spin or our upgrade or whatever, but this convertible sofa idea came from most things of hiding a bed, there's a cushion that you have to take out and then there's a hidden bed that I have to take out I've even seen some of them where there are blocks you have to put under them and all that and we were trying to develop a sofa that was comfortable but like everything it converts into a bed so This is a queen size bed we can make it any size we want , but we generally try to stick to regular sheet sizes like Queen full, whatever, but we can infinitely vary this size and it's a really simple process that you pull out and we'll grab the handle. down here and it's a queen size bed and it's quite comfortable.
I have slept in one. It's quite comfortable. There's no bar on the back and all that. With the five-inch cushions, you put it back. Yes, very easy. And you're ready to start. it's built in-house at 1492 Coachworks Yes, we actually saw one of the frames up there next to the tapestry when we were walking around earlier. We built all that. It is hard maple wood. Maple frame. We place the springs so that it integrates vertically as it allows. do a lot of different things and be totally custom, so when I first saw this trainer at Bear Jackson, you guys had a little engineering feature on it.
I'm surprised no one in the RV industry has figured this out. Stairs. This is incredible. You could see this. So we had to jump right into my favorite feature. The best ladder in a bunk bed model motorhome. I mean, simply. so simple that it would also be very robust when we raise and lower this. I mean, you can feel the build quality, it's not a flimsy ladder and do you mind if I go up there and try it on for size here? Yes, it should. to work now this is the size of this is a full bunk basically a full size bunk and when you get in there, how we do our cabin, you gain more height inside, much more than the industry norm because we raise it now Keep in mind that this is not for paying customers, we'll show that in a second, but I really like the ease of getting up here.
It's a little annoying, where are you going to put the ladder, especially when you go? in the future and that's what really drove that was a comment from a customer saying there has to be something you guys can do, come up with something interesting and I kind of went to engineering and said, let's make a ladder like, For example. this and then that's what they came up with and it worked great, that kind of connection with our cab over our convertible cab, which we're not the first to do that on, but some customers need the sleeper, other customers want a full strikeout. and this is kind of the best of both worlds and then it appears that it's locked in place it doesn't make noise when going down the road it has supports that mattress folds down if you don't need it to be a bunk bed you can leave it it stands up you can use it for storage , you get down, you know, like that, yeah, fold the mattress and you have a bed, but I like a full emergency cabin, but I have three kids.
I need a bunk bed, so that's what really drove that and again, another comment from a customer was: Could you ever do this? Sure, let's look at it, so yeah, as we go up here to the cockpit area, it's super easy now, is it this storage or is it just like a fake face? I do face, yes, my concern about storage there, which is a good idea, like those doors. I'm concerned, yes, we have a situation, yes, yes, you have a TV up here for you to stay in the bunk and then also a little bit on the other side.
There's a little bit of storage here in the bunk and it's still accessible when you fold it down, USB ports and plugs, little digital panel there, but let's take a look at the cabin area up here, building a coach on this level, right? what did he make you use? the Freightliner Cascadia chassis as a platform, well, that's really customer driven, which I think is one of the interesting things about doing a framed truck, you know, Super C type coaches, if you're a great guy, let's do it, Pete , I'm kind. in fact, a type of peat. I like Pete's, if you're a Kenworth, if you're a Freightliner, we'll work on all that, so it's like I always say all the time it's just Ford Chevy Dodge, what's your? preference and even in our process from the beginning, you know everyone has a different use, they'll use it for a different area or whatever.
Some people prefer an Allison transmission, something like the 18 speed automatic, you know, the big 605 cummins. or some could be Detroit, that's all throughout our process, we ask those questions and we don't know, we just have spec trucks, we order the specific truck exactly for that coach and what that customer is looking for, so you can actually go to Peterbilt like Well, actually this one is currently on our schedule. This is the last Freightliner we have and that's a bit of availability. I also like the Peterbilt. They have the new wide cab. It's a nice truck. Freightliners are awesome too. good luck with them, but for some reason from here on in the next two and a half years we will have our repeats scheduled and some Kenworths and internationals actually and all that, but it's whatever the customer wants.
These are big, nice, beautiful, with a great cabin. good design, they drive well. Freightliners are amazing, great service centers all around, all that stuff, so some of the unique things that were important to me that we do, like the fire panel, are up here for the control system, for that you can turn them all on. light, you can turn on the generator, you can do all that right here. I like to sit here personally and open the sliding doors because I can see the mirrors and everything as it goes. I can see inside and make sure everything is safe.
I like to do all of that from here, this camera system, so we have cameras on the top rail down so you can see the top rail, you can see the side turns, everything is activated and then this also has the GPS function. log in remotely, it acts as a security camera, we have it connected to the TVs in the back so you can use it not as stationary, like it is on now or when you are going down the road, so by doing some functions like that one, really from a security standpoint and the fact that you can log in to the track where your trainer is and let the authorities know if it's ever been stolen, they can come right to you.
You have video images. It has a forward-facing camera on all nine yards. It's a really good system. I see a little CV radio here like, well, it's a truck, you know, it's a truck, there's hardly any traffic anymore, but whenever traffic gets stuck or something, you can usually figure it out, but yes, it's a truck. Which is great, but again, this is all mostly just Freightliner, we can make these factory seats, but we do custom floors. The custom seats on several of the upcoming coaches will all be custom seats, so yeah, now, now, the ride. The elements have improved significantly in recent years.
Cabin noise. Many important improvements. What are the comments you have seen from customers? Well, it's a great moment. I mean, if I had a five or six year old truck of any brand like them. Pretty rough around the edges, they've come so far in such a short time that it honestly kind of influenced our decision that now would be a good time to launch a more premium, high-end Super C because the trucks themselves are just them. They're great, they're quiet, you know, they're very, very drivable Prevost and stuff like that, that's it, they're awesome and really drivable and they do some cool things, but I've also heard comments from people that they like the feel of the truck chassis, It's just that the tires are in the front, it seems more normal to them, which is the advantage and, for me, the big difference between this and the A-Class type chassis is the fact that there is a full engine in the front.
There is nothing unique as of this moment. There is nothing unique about this truck. You know it's a Freightliner Cascadia. Parts are available everywhere. You know the mechanic you love on the side of the road can rebuild it and I think that's the advantage. The simplicity and ease of service of a Class 8 truck is what I like about it, it's a little safer, you only know the engines in the front so if there is a collision it won't be right on top of you and stuff like we call The Coach here, I'm noticing this cool aesthetic piece on the ceiling, but I also see some vents with some fans, what's happening up here, it's aesthetic just to clear the ceiling and it's a style piece . and we try to let you know that keeping the hex theme and everything that's everywhere, it's in the borders, it's in this, it's just part of the fun that we can have or that clients can have along with this, but you know . we hide this, the fan is up there.
I like a front ceiling fan just for air movement and all that and then the air conditioning is here so the air conditioning comes back. When the slides come in, it can get a little congested here and we like that. feature because you can open it and dump the air right down the middle when you're going down the road and then they all stay on top so it cleans everything and makes it tremendously quiet. We have a really quiet air conditioning system. You know, on those ducts we looked at it a little bit before, all the ducts and the amount of them and the fact that everything is in a circular pattern, it all helps with wind noise and all that kind of stuff, so this helps with that and it's just it's just a decorative piece to cut it all out it's a design piece, you know all that, now I really like the style of the sofa bed on this side, do we have beds to sleep on both sides?
Yes, this is just a jackknife sofa, so it lifts up. on a bed this is the access panel for the TV so that's where we put the TV so it's just an access panel and I want to point out how quiet that lift is when it comes up. I'm in different RVs and sometimes they might be a little bit rougher, very smooth, yeah, and with the solid surface, especially with our router with the CNC, we can make that really fit in there, really nice, so that it really goes away and when is down and even when it is up. on the road it's very quiet, it's a really nice mechanism and then with the height of this slide room you have storage here as well above your TV where in other motorhomes this would normally take up so much space that it would stick out your See, there's a lot things you can do with these, yeah, and according to the custom theme, I mean, we have some that come in like people just want, hey, I want huge Windows, you know, it all depends on how you're going to use it.
I want huge windows, so we put big windows in there, no overhead. You know, we have an order for the one that has the projector coming out of this into the window and then the reverse deal, which is really cool since I know Newell was the first one. to do that yeah so you're the second one I know when that coach is from that coach is two coaches away from here wow so later this summer we'll have him available and I'm excited about that because actually Los I saw that done and it was a really cool idea, the use of space is amazing, like you designed all these floor plans and they were like, yeah, I have, you have the CD that we have, yeah, this is cool, wait, where are we going? ?
Put the TV in, it almost always comes down to that and you're trying to work in the floor plan to get a good viewing angle from everywhere and not sacrifice storage space or anything like that, so that's what I thought It makes a lot of sense. you know you have to bury that and then it just projects on the screen and then you have the outdoor entertainment center feature which I think is really cool so I'm sure a lot of your customers will be happy that you're watching YouTube. videos yes, yes, there was another guy from Idaho or something, I don't know, yes, but in our Overhead Doors you know simple things, but they are usability things and things that we have learned along the way, there is a support for that the door stays up.
Everything here, all the soft closures, comes down to a MAG closure and all that, so it won't vibrate or rattle on the road, but you know, thebackground of the horse trailer that we have leads to many of these things and then I have learned a lot, each trainer improves, that is our stated goal. I literally mean making the next coach better than the last so that we learn, listen safely, and try to improve along the way. Our windows are the flush windows, but they're also the Windows with thermal panes help with noise, they certainly help with condensation with heat, you know, it's lost and transferred anyway, even when it's cold or whatever.
I mean, so it's an upgraded window, like the one we saw on the outside, it's discharged to the outside, so it has a great view and all that, but all the insulation that we're putting into this thing is, you know, between the thermal pane windows, the ceramic thermal insulation, literally the black stuff on the bottom of the space shuttle is what we're spraying on the interior. of this to stop thermal transfer, that's what it was developed for and then we enclosed the entire unit with cellular spray foam, so it's the best insulation I can imagine so far, yes sir, and I'm noticing that too. the windows are vented, so that standard, that's standard, but again it's customer driven, you know what we've noticed, some of our customers know that they want the window vented because they're just going to go outside and they want to be. able to turn on a ceiling fan and open it personally to be honest with you, I would do it without ventilation so it's just a fixed pane window with no bars, better visibility and all that, you can do it both ways. sure yeah, and all the side windows just because we don't want to like the side window on the slides when we do it, whether it's a small one or we have one that's even smaller or the biggest one, they're all fixed because I don't want to. to take that window out and have someone slide the slider in and slam it in, so fixed pane windows I like fixed pane windows, so going to the kitchen area here is very simple, what's going on here? simple, um, it's a good term for it's a good size, we run this shelf, this is really just one of the configurations that we can do, we don't have to put this shelf, I personally like this shelf, I think it's good luck , we have the outlets that go into it, but we can put this countertop back, we can recess it completely and put a countertop cover, we don't have to do that at all, we have the sink cover here wrapping it completely, it has its water pump and all that is on. in the countertop extension, so just to pick up if you know the prep area and all that, and then this divider is also very good.
I like this divider it's kind of simple but it breaks and can take a lot of abuse frankly you know it's not wood or anything like that it will dent and it can take water and all that solid surface all our drawers in everything are glue milano solid maple drawer boxes soft clothing again the maple I personally wouldn't have a coach without a trash can because you always look like that, but again, everyone has their own thing, but the trash can and then we do the little cubby behind just for bags and trash and extra storage and all that, we literally don't have a pre-established floor plan.
I really like this floor plan. This is a variation of one I finished with two full bathrooms, this one is a bathroom and a half, but I really like this floor plan, it's really open, the big sliders and all that, it's a good kitchen area and all that , but our entire process really starts with a conversation. What are you looking for? Do you know what you want to do with it? Do you know how many we need to sleep? All that kind of stuff and then based on that, our sales team puts together, you know their interpretation of what I just showed you, you know, they just talked about shipping that and then, however many times we need to go back and forth on the blueprint of plant to get what the customer is looking for, then we price it and then we order the truck and all that.
After that, there are no preset floor plans, there are no modular floor plans, there is no, it's completely custom, yeah, now, what's the craziest floor plan you've ever made? Have you done anything crazy in the future? And that king-bed cabin on Coach actually has a rear patio, so a drop-down rear patio. I feel like it was one of those things that clicked for me when he said it as crazy as it may seem to some people. I'm like, hey, the outdoor patio is cool, oh absolutely, I've used one so I was really excited and I've been a fan since country coach and I'm really excited to see how you design it. because all the little engineering, the cool tricks that you guys have done, yeah, I'm excited, I'm, uh, yeah, I'm really looking forward to it, I am too because I mean, it's got to look good, right? or what's the point, let's be honest.
It doesn't look good, it doesn't make sense, so I wanted it to be clean, look good and work, so we just developed our own, it's nothing, we didn't buy a mechanism off the shelf, we looked, there was just nothing that was right for you. I know, I'm excited. I think our engineers knocked that type of design out, so it's getting ready to be in Fab now, so here in a couple more weeks we'll have it viable and usable, so I'm excited about that. So that one is crazy, you know, that was nice and unique, yeah, is there anything you won't do?
Yes, there is, I mean, it's not 1492 and Outback Customs, we're not a company of no, we've never been like us. We're excited about whether it can be solved, but there are limits and there are things if we're going to say no, it's because Kirk, our engineering director, and I, we're not comfortable with knowing what's the best solution that's right and is going to work and it's going to be something that you already know, even some of the things that we are, yeah, that's because it takes a lot of engineering and discovery and we've learned along the way that sometimes it's better for the customer as you know it is.
It's a good idea, but maybe it doesn't make sense, but generally speaking, no, I mean, it's kind of like upside down purple polka dots, you know what you're looking for and that's our niche, right, you know, someone He said a while ago like Geez, you're going to put everyone else out of business. I think that's not my goal. Actually, I want the business they don't want to build. That is what we are. I have no ambition to reach the top. volume I want to maintain a high level of customer service I want to maintain high value I want to maintain low volume, you know, to a certain extent, so we can achieve all of that and that's our niche in the world, that's really what we want to do , that's what our whole team wants to do when we put out a coach, even the trailers and all that, you know, we put out a show trailer like our group, our team comes out and they're taking pictures and they say that's the deal, like when We're building something like that and they're proud of building it and they're involved in the process.
I feel like that makes me feel good about what we were doing when I was at Barrett Jackson and there were all these things to see. I saw the display for 1492 Coachworks and thought: what is this? I wanted to know more, but now before we look at the rest of the Coach I have to ask you the question that I know everyone in the comments section will be wondering when we will see a 1492 Coachworks coach on Tesla's all-electric chassis. In fact, I've had a few people mention that and someone asked us about Freightliner and Kenworth and everyone that's building you know for sure an electric and all that you know, I don't know, I'm gone, I haven't talked to anyone. with the Tesla side, but I've talked in great depth about the Kenworth and Freightliner side and everything I have, it's probably 10 years away.
Best case scenario, we need 45 foot long rack rails and things like that, and that's not what they're doing right now, but I'm intrigued to do it. You know, you know you need a big charger, but in my opinion, well, you could put a diesel generator on it for extended range charging, all that stuff. of the things that I'm interested in, you know, and allergies to lithium technology and all that, dual inverters, all that kind of stuff, so have you been playing with lithium technology? Yes, the trainer has lithium, this trainer doesn't, this only has the 8D AGM, but again, that's a user thing, how are you going to know that lithium is a big ticket item?
It may or may not be beneficial in the long run. It may not be profitable or make sense to do it, so we usually do it when we do it. we make a battery bank, so we're not just putting in 8D lithium batteries, we're making about an 800 amp hour battery pack a piece, we can make up to two in the standard configuration so you can usually get a lot of lithium out. We'll do a dual inverter, we're working on right now, you know, without voting on the truck warranty and everything that's important to us, make an additional dedicated alternator off the truck that would recharge the batteries in the future and maybe not. it eliminates the need for a generator but it greatly reduces the need to use the generator, so some things like that are definitely in development and you know, as we go, at this point we've built eight coaches, so yeah, We've been in business 11 years building horse trailers and specialty trailers and all that, but the trainer side is definitely, you know, development and, above all, I want it to come out good and high quality and all that, as much as I get crazy, it's like patience. you know, patience, you know, everything is a work in progress and you know, eliminate those things so we can't do it all at once or it would be a failure, I think so, batteries, sure, yeah, we've done it, yeah, actually , Coach. that we had at Barrett-Jackson last year had lithium battery packs and a dual inverter and all that, and they obviously recharge in the truck.
Do you know what the cost of that system is? Approximately around 25 thousand dollars for it for that dual configuration, you know about half of that for the single, it's great, yeah, and you know there are things that are good with lithium, they have extended warranty, you know all that, so yes they are more straight forward but a couple of years life on agms 8D is pretty good, you should be able to get 15-20 years out of lithium so yes its good to give the customer the option depending on how they are going to use it use, absolutely yes, so what else is going on? in this coach, I know we use the storage here, you have storage underneath, yes, stand here, yes, again, this is all built in-house, we built this, all the furniture here is our stuff, built in-house, again, you can do the Ville. things I like that have kind of curves here so you can turn, but there's still plenty of room here after the barn, a nice little ledge here and I really like being able to vent those windows to get some fresh air while you're eating, yeah, and that's like with the curve, I mean, it's cool because you know it's a quiet place and you can just hang out and you can see that there are pros and cons to everything, you lose a little bit like if you want to sit two. people on each side, this is not the one we don't turn this into a bed, we could, but you would have to have a spare cushion, you know, you have to store it somewhere, so normally this is a solution. there is no table or legs under the table so this does not become a bed if someone wants it to be a bed it usually has to have a straight back like these are tapered but with a straight back and then The back cushions become a dining room. so you can choose this as another almost full size sleeping compartment.
Yes, I realize you know. There are some USB port outlets down here and then I love the little details like the 1492 Coach Works, such a cool company name and a cool logo engraved on there. Yeah, and then, uh, Fisher Paykel refrigerator, that's usually again, it's a little bit custom, but we prefer the Fisher Pay Cal appliance package, so the microwave and the refrigerator and all that in the Fisher Paycal is just a mechanism Simple latch fits the freezer into the refrigerator and opens. in residential we can put water in it we can make ice in it we can't do any of that trim around it everything is installed there nice and flush back here it's one of our most unique things I've seen really super high end Seas for the deck of the step well that some people want or don't want is just a carpeted piece of OSB that sits there and it just doesn't make any sense to me so we designed this as a really stupid simple right.
There's no trick to it, but if you have kids or a dog or whatever, especially going down the road, it's right there, it stops and moves out of the way. In fact, I've learned to leave that in the noisiest place on this coach going down the road. it's that step while you know the noise just pops up even though it's a high end caravan door and all the sound is dead we do it but when you turn it off man,it eliminates a lot of that noise so whether I have kids in here or not we usually travel with a nurse so it's such a nice little engineering where it's simple and it's hidden and out of sight and I like that it's manual, a thing less than sure, yeah, They don't run on electricity or air or anything, yeah, and then just the simple, cool things that you guys do.
We all need a place to put our keys or dog leashes. Yeah, it's nice to have that there, so you have a little storage space on top. here and just the floors and the whole feeling of this coach is beautiful that entrance when we enter here all the floors are done in-house here at 14.90 yes, yes and of course we have heating, you know, without heating, we have done heating hours of shooting, where I really like heated shower floors and walls, so yeah, the shower floors are heated, actually, wow, I've never done that, so that's something I'm excited about.
I know it's a cold day, as strange as it may be. Like, yes, no, that's a great feature. You would be, you would be right, yeah, and then since we're going to bring up all these little things that I'm excited about, I have to point out to you guys, but the lion emblem here on the slide. Face now what is the story behind the logo in the name 1492 coach. It's really stupid, but my wife and I's fun games are making fun of RV names in the future because we're all trying to get these catchy things and we were anyway.
They all have names after natural disasters, yeah, they seemed like that anyway or names of cars or whatever and then they came up with the Vines tag or whatever, so anyway we were our controller and plant manager and I was playing around trying to figure out what the name should be. be so I was really stuck on the Coachworks part like I wanted something like Coach Works or Coach Works, something or something because of the connection to the early days of Automotive, when you knew Cadillac well and all those guys. they just built a kind of rolling chassis and then sent it to the coach builders at the time, you know the wagon maker type deal, so you would have a Cadillac with a different coach body and depending on who made it.
There were different levels of high-end and all of that I thought was very well related to what we're doing here, you know, you're buying a rolling chassis more or less and then we're putting in the Coach Works part. So I got stuck into that and then I think it was Ryan, our handler, and he said I could call it Columbus Coach Works, discover One of a Kind, discover all the new places and you're one of a kind, Columbus Coach Works, like that What I told my wife. that and she said, well, you could call it 1492. I was like, well, what is that? that's and it's just patriotic, yeah, exactly, and it means that you know, exploration and adventure and all that, which is the whole point of why we're doing this, we rarely do it for a job, it happens, but it's for fun and for pleasure because you've worked hard and you've come to know where you can do things like this and things like that, so you're going to go on an adventure in family time and all those kinds of things that relate. with like going camping you know whatever level you can afford to go out and take your family it's amazing right and that's we really enjoyed it as a family so there was that and then the lion that we nicknamed Tony the Tiger is actually a heraldic lion, so At that time, when you knew Columbus and all those guys were going out, they would commission them and you knew that the king would say something that you know about them and their character and all that and he would give them a heraldic flag that had his lion .
So if you look it up, there are hundreds of thousands of different heraldic lions and these are our heraldic lions, you know, so I thought it was a little bit like at first. It took me a minute to get used to our

ing director. but he knows me pretty well, he just waits, he lets it pass for a couple of days. I like it and yeah, it's definitely our thing now, you know, I like it and it's kind of simple, but it's kind of distinctive and then honestly just keep adding more and more capacity and I'm not ashamed to admit at all that this is what's in This trainer is the first material that we embroidered in-house, so that has been one of my goals from day one was to bring embroidery. at home and this, yeah, thank you, yeah, they're amazing, they're more enthusiastic than me about a lot of this stuff, so it's a well-oiled machine and we're going to do another video walking through the entire factory. showing the whole process of building these, I'll leave it in the description below, it's definitely worth a look, but let's keep scrolling through this, yeah, you know what I talked about.
I really like this floor plan, as one of my favorite features about it. The floor plan is actually this hallway, here's the half bath that we'll look at, but just the storage that goes into this hallway is amazing, big, nice, big. Pantry space and I love it. Yeah, I've never seen another Super C using this. area yeah yeah and then the half bathroom here we use macerator toilets on everything you have behind storage here this one is fixed it's a false door behind here we do something that's really unique to us where we'll actually run the generator through the roof because in certain national parks, RV resorts, things like those race tracks, you can't run your generator unless it's exhausted above the roof line, so you add a genturi on the side, that's something that you have to install and remove and build that built in basically genturi I think is really cool and a feature that I think is unique to us.
I haven't seen it done before just a normal half bath again we have a setup we did before this this was a full bath so you've done two full bath trainers oh yeah a lot that seems popular now do you have bunk beds or not both ways, so can you do it with or without bunk beds? Yeah, I'm a big fan of that floor plan because two people can shower at the same time or if your family stays here sometimes they can use this and the next one that comes out is a floor plan that I really like, it has two full bathrooms. , the bunk bed has two seats, you know, they sleep and probably sleep. 10 people you know, could you do um tub or uh, yeah, that's funny, did you listen to Chuck Dawson, did you listen to that, that was awesome, yeah, you know, that's three coaches from now on, yeah, really, yeah, it we have now, I wish you guys would go a little bit away from Oklahoma City.

ing has always been like that, you know, something that I didn't prioritize very much and we have missed so many opportunities, so I am very exact in our new type of marketing that is here internally and there's a ton of stuff getting ready to come out on our own material, so how many likes or comments do we need for you guys to make a video about the bathtub trainer coming soon?
I'm taking ten thousand likes to get ten thousand, that's a ten thousand number, so we need to make ten thousand likes, yeah, if we can get 10,000 likes on this video, if you guys are going to make a video on the channel 1492 Coachworks on Super Bathtub Season soon, but let's keep scrolling through this one, yeah, so coming back to the dorm, it's a lot bigger with the bigger slide rooms and other classes. I've been to the height again, you know, six, two, the height in the slide room really opens up. it's back here, but what's it all, yeah, and that's the cool thing that we know we can do and do with valid is we can adjust the heights and all that, they let us do all that stuff, which is really cool for them to be As personalized as we are and what a great company, great sliding mechanism, I mean all those things, here's the list of things we wanted to achieve, you know, cool bay doors, you know, big slides, you know all those things like that were some of the things that were really important because it makes a difference, you know, a big difference in head height, all of that matters on the bed slide, this is basically an RV King bed, so it has 72 wide, but we can make a window or not, we can make a cabinet, no. cabinet, all those things are very configurable depending on what someone wants.
The control system. The Firefly system is on both sides of the bed so you can control the entire carriage from there, as you pointed out, the USB. All the sockets here have the USB USBC hanging. closets, they're all automatic lights, so it's well lit and the light runs the entire height here instead of just being at the top where it's blocked. Well, you know, the sturdy closet rod hangs as much as you want and then this is a feature that I really like this serviceability and this speaks a little bit about serviceability because for us serviceability is a huge key, since things are going to break, they're going to break, so we want to make sure it's useful and all that, so at all times I want to say that it's a hallmark of our engineering and serviceability and everything else, If a customer has a problem, my opinion is that we don't want to bother them more by making it difficult for them to repair or repair, so accessing the panels just to get in is good. and not cleaning cables and all that, but if you're trying to connect cables and do all that, it's very difficult to do it there, but gaining that hanging space there we put a lot of safes and everything very well lit, very bright when you open different motorhome cabinets, there are different levels of brightness and you guys don't skimp on the lighting at all, yes, and of course, it's automatic light.
This is the typical setup where when composing slides, you have the pocket here where the mattress is and the bed goes in, we have another option which is a little bit like I think the new and old does a little bit, we do our variation where the foot of the bed flips over and this stays fixed, basically that slide comes in and stays at this point and that allows us to go full height with these cabinets without construction, make a lot, maybe double hang, we could make a washer dryer here, we can do all that and then you'll gain about a 15 inch hallway total. the way through so you can walk through you in this configuration you can sleep in this bed going through the way basically how is this that's the advantage of this versus the other one being a little bit harder to sleep in , so if anyone wants to come back here resting or whatever traveling with the slides on this one allows it, the other one allows a full ride, which is great moving on to the sliding doors, so we built all of this in-house, there are some things that we do in the present. door structure itself, the reality is that there are a lot of wood products and heat and cold on the coach side a lot of times they are kept inside climate controlled and all that, but there are times when they are not, so someone could get in.
It could be 120 degrees here because it's been outside if you come in and turn on the air conditioning and an hour later it's 70 degrees here and it's very violent on the wood it moves pretty well or the other way around where it was cold and then warm it up we've learned over the years in the horse trailer. Things about how to combat that and have them move closer together to keep the door straight because if the sliding door warps, it doesn't work as well as a sliding door. is on this one is completely mirrored on both sides and we can do that on each door, we can do that on some doors and then patterns on the door as well, oh right, yeah, we saw that and they're all integrated houses, yeah, every part of His construction. -at home, I like it, you know, it's cool, it's a more rustic style, but like that Buck cross pattern on the door, I mean, that's something we did on last year's Barrett Jackson coach that we built.
It's just a different deal. I think overall, you know, we have some very modern trainers coming up on the calendar and that's our look that can change radically, so like I said before, beauty is in the eyes of the beholders. you know our niche is building what someone is looking to do. This door doesn't ring. you can hear it is closed. We put great effort into the curtains. you know everything to make sure we are minimizing or 100 avoiding the rattle here, it drives me crazy to be driving down the highway and have that, do they ever make electric doors or airbags?
We haven't done it yet, it's certainly something, I mean, I know the mechanism, in fact, we are working with the an airplane brand as you know, a private airplane manufacturer, like a parts manufacturer,if you like, the sliding doors are one of them, a couple of interesting little things on the table that we're working with to see if we can adapt or develop our own little deal, which is nice. of cool stuff like airplanes, pretty cool stuff, just like yacht stuff, we're excited to see what's coming from the aviation industry, yes I'm sure we've had the same luck with sourcing good quality components you're looking for in the yacht market more of a focus, you know everywhere else because those things are designed to take abuse and then you know in aircraft it has redundancy and it's really bulletproof, of course there are costs associated with all that, but you have to pay for quality, so yes.
Sir, we have to have an escape window here by code in this particular car, it's here in the bathroom of course, the blind will be down 99 of the time it lets in a lot of light and has good ventilation. but the escape windows here allow us to have more storage here on the master so it can be anywhere. Rebecca here again. Grinding toilets were standard with grinding toilets. I think it drains better because I like everything. It is a good quality toilet. What are the capacities of your holding tank? 68 black and grey, one each, and then we have a third tank option which can be additional black or grey, depending on the customer's preference, and then on the fresh tanks it is standard 150, we have an option depending on what the size of the platform and how it's configured to go up to 200 gallons and all of those things that we're actively working on as we design and continue to develop our systems to make it even better.
I'd like to get a 200 waste tank You know, without having to add that extra tank, but you can do some serious scoop coupling with the 150 fresh 65 black 68 each, yeah, yeah, so there's two and yeah, and again I mean it's a lot, I mean you go for a solid weekend without trying to save, you can go for a week and then you know if you're saving and then of course fill out and fill out, but it's a lot, I mean, it's leader in the industry, but we want to be like you know. beyond that, so we're always working to push that and they're built with the rvia code.

All of those things we have become who we are on the custom side of the Outback business because of service like that. That's what we're known for, especially our after-sale customer service and bringing it to the coaches, I think that's a big deal. it's something that you know Liberty and Prevost Emerald all those guys do well, you know, and that's what you're buying, which is, you're buying great customer service with their product and with ours. In fact, I have received emails from some of your clients. I didn't tell you absolutely right, I completely forgot about it until now, but before I met you, someone sent me an email raving about the customer service, so one of the units you bought, someone took the time to think of you and Write me an email and they were trying to get us to come here, but I heard those emails, we finally made the trip, so it's easy for you to say, but you have other people, well that's great, yeah, I didn't know that.
Mind you, that's amazing, I mean, we have our kind of wall of fame up there, so to speak, it's just a fraction of the professional cowboys and cowgirls that we have in our product and it's always a great honor for me, because that we don't sponsor those people per se, you know, we're not giving them product or anything like that, they want our product and they want it because you keep them on the path like we keep them on the path, we're going to Great lengths, so again we bring that philosophy to this, especially in the Super C space, you know.
I think it's a total difference, that's part of the reason we are factory direct builders on the 1492 side. We want to be there. I want you to talk to our people. We want to be hands-on throughout the process, starting, you know, before. and after the sale, anyway, in the master suite, this is a 48 inch shower, the tub will be much more like 72, so it will be huge, all the tile lighting under the cabinets again, the drawers, you know, this was something you know the client asked us you know we were normally doing a framed door you know similar to this one with a mirror inside the client brought up a great point you know lift the mirror up here well that's fine for you and me, but for something that's a little bit a little bit shorter, it's a little bit less visible, so we developed this door here to basically have the frame, the mirror frame going all the way down so you know we hear and our standard showers They are tile based, so it is a completely custom base and then we make them solid. surface walls and doing the built-in niches and all that, obviously we can do fully tiled showers, which are amazing designs that we can do with that kind of stuff.
I personally like the simplicity of this. I like clean walls. I like that there are less. grout, you know, it cleans easily, it looks good and it's really bulletproof, we put it on the ceiling, here we can do a lot of different shower doors, you know, from opaque to transparent and all that, we have a very good latch that our door supplier has developed that simply locks into place has an excellent sliding mechanism very satisfied with the shower door. Source here in Oklahoma City, they are freaking awesome. If anyone needs the door, they are great and I will actually give them accessories.
I installed this door at 10:30 before Barrett-Jackson at night at 10:30 at night they were here in our store, so we can't do it without something like that, that's for sure, trainers together on the 11th, yeah, I get it, people think that's on TV where they show Hot Rod where they're like banging, that's been our experience so far, but it's probably happened every night, a lot of them, but that's part of what You know when you're developing a new product line you know, 10 years ago. Years ago with Outback Customs it was the same way, you know, a little slide trailer, you know about how they killed us, we were here until the wee hours of the morning and you know the Big Show trailers and all that stuff is big and nice, you know, the trailers just We went through the whole process and they're just not back Breakers and each of these are getting better about it, but yeah, I don't know, it's a little sick, as it may seem, we enjoyed it.
We, we like the group of people that are here, like us, Bond. I guess that's the best way to say that and we're all beyond exhausted and all, but if you look back on it, you almost wouldn't change it, right? So sir, it's just part of the custom build, so I definitely have to ask for a lot of value on everything that 14 92 Coach Works this down here, what kind of money does anyone need? I know these are all custom so what is the range? to own one of these about a million to a million five depending on where it's set up this one retails like 1.4 you pay somewhere one two one one one in that area for this coach you know that includes the truck and the whole deal, so TurnKey as it appears, but again, just the range of options, from seating, you know, cutlery, you know, all that stuff, the leather stuff, wood species, all this kind of stuff.
It's huge, you know, yeah, slides, how many slides you know, all that kind of stuff. so yeah, about a million million five, but can you do a slide trainer? Surely we can do it. I mean, you know, ironically, one of the most common questions we get when someone emails us or calls us is, are you going to do a brief coach? Yes, so my answer is Yes, sure, can you do a short training because it's almost inevitable that yes, everyone wants to and I understand that you can do it easier and all that, but when we finish with the list of what I want, usually It ends like this, how much bigger can we get?
You know, but that's it, you know, we have some products that we're working on in development that are even on a smaller chassis, more like the Expedition type. I know things and things of that nature that we've had in the engineering queue for quite some time and maybe even a custom toy hauler built a Style 1492. Hey, I like that, that's kind of exciting.
