The Highcycle - Social Distance Bike

Oh, it's getting harder, isn't it? the old job of staying inside. but we have to do it. We're staying at home, so I'm lucky to have this shed. I have them all to try to entertain them and do projects, but even I find myself a little weird. I call it lockdown. breakup and it affects me. So currently we are allowed to go out to get some exercise and that keeps us sane for the moment, but we still crowd together too much and may be taken away from us. So I have a little device in mind that means we can do this exercise and not get physically close to anyone, so I'm thinking about making a

bike

that's really tall so you can go out for a ride because you're so much higher up no one can get close. to you because you are in heaven.

I'm not going to go ridiculously high on this because we all have some kind of obligation not to get hurt right now and not need any hospital treatment and therefore demand more from the NHS than is being exercised right now. I don't know! I think I need this part, don't think I need this part! Well I have a plan, I have this down there like a head tube, I have another one for the head that will sit there. Now I'm struggling with the rest because the only tube I have is something big, like 2 1/2 inches, too big to weigh a ton. so I'll have to go find more things to redo the rest. I don't think I'll need this at all. You don't need pedals at the bottom. It's all going to be bad, so you might as well throw that out and start again, right.

Colin needs to make a little shopping list. that's pretty good. I'm quite happy. It's actually pretty straight considering I haven't calibrated it nor do I have a huge work table. Not everything is twisted. Now it's made of stainless steel because all the steel mills are closed, so I had to get stainless steel, which is pretty good because I'm not going to have to paint it now, right? What's happening? Because this thing is made of stainless steel and it's like the DeLorean of bicycles. I guess I should go do some shopping, huh? Now, of course, if you're going to do some shopping as a senior instead of leaving it at their door, you can pass it through the upstairs window! Quite satisfied with this. Now the name high cycle was invented by the members of my channel. Thank you very much, channel members! I like to keep you involved. At the beginning of the video I said I wasn't going to go too far with this, but I wasn't being a chicken.

That's because about six years ago I made a four, possibly fifteen foot bike. Now it was a lot trickier to drive, a little scarier and harder to drive, so this is really a piece of cake! I hope you are all healthy physically and mentally. I have been using social media numbers to try to get supplies, because the school has been removing face masks and PPE for the hospitals. So whatever you can do, you should try and help each other.
