The End Of The Jeep Trackhawk!!!

Right now we are going to talk about some numbers and the first number that we will reveal to you guys what's up guys welcome back to the channel so today we are finally back in our 2018

grand cherokee track hawk and today is the day. that we're actually going to finish this sucker for 100 and also towards the end of the video we'll give you a full price breakdown of what this cost us compared to the 90,000 price tag that it came with. That's going to be absolutely epic on its own, but we also have other parts, we have some wheels, we have some tires and we even have an exhaust, but before we get to any of that, let's run to the dealership. because they have a lot of finishing touches for us so let's go ahead and go in that direction and see what they did right so we came back from the dealership with a bunch of little parts here and there as you can see we finally have the six rear vents our hood for this hood they can't wait to put those suction cups on and finish the hood and we have a little cow piece all we have to do is put that suction cup back in place and we have some door trim. pieces, the black ones we were waiting for, have some engine bay stuff here and there, but the most important thing is that we finally have our supercharged badges right here.

These suckers are 60 bucks a piece, that's crazy, you know, 60 bucks a piece, but you know what? We had to buy them because we couldn't save the old ones, yes they are all individual and it will take forever to get the old 3m out of there and replace them with new 3m and you will probably never get it right. line everything up, but it's going to look super clean with the Grand Cherokee badge right there and the Trackhawk badge on the back that's just going to clean everything up, but anyway let's go ahead and put all these finishing touches on it so we can move on to the The wheels are fine. so look at that guys we finally installed all the hood vents and it looks super clean and also for the engine bay we have it fully fitted with all the trims seals and all the clips so we are basically complete to 100%.

Up here, the next thing we're going to move on to is actually all of the door trims and after that we're going to attach all of our badges, so okay, finally we install the door trims along with all of the badges and I think they look really good there, especially that supercharged badge that way people know not to mess with you when you're shopping, but we've got all those things lined up as best we can. I think we probably should have bought some new ones because I mean we spent a lot of time putting that double sided tape on.

Oh yeah man, removing the old tape took forever and putting the new tape on took forever too, but we probably saved like 60, something probably like 60, who knows how much you'll definitely see when we make the price reveal how much it cut our budget, but anyway it looks super cool, although we also have

badges, the next thing we're going to focus on is our wheels, we're actually going to lift this sucker up and remove the original wheels because we have to remove the sensors and the valve stems, they're all aluminum, so we're going to reuse all that stuff.

Yeah man, I can't wait, these are going to look super cool, but anyway, let's go ahead and pick this sucker up and remove these stock wheels. We thank Michelin for sending us these super sporty tires. These suckers will be the perfect tires for our track hawk because they are basically everyday tires and they are rated 105 wide so they are extra low tires and you can go. to the race track, you can go grocery shopping with these or you can drag your boat to the lake. This is an all-in-one tire and look, you've got all the specs there, but look at the inside, buddy.

I think this is a run flat, yeah these are run flat so that's another great thing about these tires, man if you break the tire you can probably get to the next gas station or tire store and get one new, you know? It's amazing, but right now we're headed to the tire store, yeah we're going that direction, we just have to get started, we've got a lot of work on our hands getting those old sensors out so let's move on. Head over there and put these tires on the wheels so okay so we're back with our new wheel and tire combination but man look how beautiful these Boston wheels are.

Oh, this is the forged hybrid edition and we have the high gloss. black and I love all the spokes man this is going to look so good with that yellow caliper behind it man we'll just have to shine them before we throw them in there sure all that brake dust is there but that nonsense is definitely going to show up again there and these suckers actually balanced a perfect guy, as you can see behind there are only three little weights that equal .75 ounces which is nothing for a wheel so these things will drive in a straight line without bounce. everything super smooth, we're definitely going to leave the Vossen link below if you want to copy a good set of wheels and we didn't even use our original wheels, right, yeah, we didn't even remove anything to use the old ones. sensors uh autel actually sent us some new sensors and a little computer to program them dummies so all we have to do is program it into the

is sitting perfect that's sick oh my god i gotta say dude those wheels definitely they finished the look of it. jeep dude goes so perfect with everything we have here the black roof the carbon this is definitely a one of a kind jeep oh yeah dude i gotta say man this whole build is like the best build like ours I've probably done this suv I'm not going to say, the best build, the best SUV build we've ever done, possibly the best SUV I'm sure we'll probably ever have, I mean, imagine this thing sneaking up on you, imagine seeing this in your rearview mirror.

Oh man, you'll probably see it, yes, and no, you're not in the back, you'll probably see it appear in your rearview mirror and then pass by you, you'll only see it for a split second, wait. a second type that looks very good and I love the yellow, how the yellow stands out is perfect now you can see it much better buddy, those original wheels that were there buddy just deflected it a little, but now buddy that's it he installed the springs perfectly descent and everything flowed perfectly. I wonder if it will go down a little more whenever because the springs probably came, uh, you know, stretch, stretch a little, yeah, it may settle a little, who knows.

We'll have to drive it, which wouldn't be a problem for us, hey, but before we leave, I say that since we looked at it in time to make the sound, the sound is about to sound epic right now, it sounds pretty good because it has the cold air intake with the stock exhaust and all you hear is the intake but the exhaust route is going to sound good and we also forgot to mention that we installed some cold forged aluminum. These nuts are like the lightest nuts. I once felt my life and they came with the wheels.

Big thanks to Vossen for that once again and they match the wheels perfectly, man this thing is just sick, that's probably the best wheel setup so far exactly, but now let's get to that. exhaust let's get this right so we finally have our corsa extreme stainless steel exhaust completely unboxed here along with the 4.5 inch tips man I gotta say it's going to look so crazy on the back of that Track Hawk it's going to be a lot of show. better than the stock outlet there, but this is basically a straight pipe from the back of the cat because if you look inside this muffler here, it's going to flow so smoothly there that it's just a little bit, a little bit of resonance there, a little bit.

A little bit of resignation, a little bit of a muffler right there, but we've got everything we need, we've got our clamps, we've got our throw it away This Corsa is fine, we finally installed our Corsa exhaust and that was really easy to do, but man, as you can see, we got rid of all those big canisters and were left with a free flowing exhaust all the way. the back on these 4.5 inch tips, dude, look, let's go ahead and break these out, oh, what's that like gunmetal or something? It's like a super dark graphite or gunmetal, which is super cool, well, it's definitely going to make this whole thing complete. the rear end and diffuser just explode now, not only will this exhaust probably sound great, it also looks good, looks good, matches the carbon fiber, if you know what I'm talking about I just throw them in.

The color contrast is a little off, exactly, yeah, I love how it looks, I love how easy it was to install, but now we can hear what this sucker sounds like, dude, let's go ahead and get it down to the ground and kick it. It's finally time to put the track hawk down and I must say those tips look better with this sucker sitting like this, but I've got the key here, let's go ahead and turn this sucker on remotely and see how it sounds. That sucker over there sounds like a boat or something, man, it sounds so good, it sounds amazing now we can't wait to give it some throttle twists, but we'll let it warm up a little bit and then do some reps.

On that, son, the tires are sticky, man, they're picking up rocks, there's tons of rocks, but you know that's a good thing, it sounds like one of them, yeah, go ahead, up the river, it sounds like woman speed, I love it , that's sick. I can actually hear the supercharger too, so let me get a different angle because all I was hearing before was the exhaust, but it sounded amazing, man, that's crazy, now we got a Track Hawk, now we gotta break this thing down, let's do it Get it right so before we rip it up we decided to give this thing a wash and oh my gosh this thing gets clean.

Oh, it's pristine right now, but at this point we'll probably go ahead and tear it up a little bit. we'll do a little bit of mining and then we'll do a price breakdown, man, that'll be the fun part, showing them what this cost us and what it cost, I mean, they know what it took to fix it. It was crazy, but it was worth it dude, definitely at this point this thing is basically 99 complete. We're still waiting for our inner fenders though. You may have noticed that we don't have those suckers yet, but hey, you don't need them to break them off. around exactly and we'll probably include those things in other videos.

I'm thinking this will be the last real trackhawk video, oh my god dude with the tire shine on there, man this thing just blew up every single thing and so did we. We were going through the footage and the exhaust is so loud it silenced it a bit, yeah it interferes with the microphone a bit, the phone doesn't do its justice, oh no camera or anything it just doesn't work like you know. It's too loud for this mic here, buddy, it's too loud, but in person, it's the perfect sound and I'm ready to go ahead and rip it apart in the future, let's see what it sounds like under a little load, buddy, let's do it all.

Okay, so we're barely inactive right now, hit it a little bit, you're ready, I'm ready, my God, that was barely anything, though that was barely anything, and the crazy thing is, dude, the supercharging wine is in perfect harmony with the escape. in unison with the exhaust, it just flows so beautiful it makes you say all these crazy words, I know man, it's like we're still slipping, we just spawn a little, probably because we have water in our tower, that's true, oh god mine. This thing is crazy man, let's find a little better place where we can do some serious pulling.

Oh yeah, sure, dude, this thing sounds absolutely incredible from the outside, a little breathless, but let's do one more here, done. Ready, oh my god, this thing is crazy, dude, how loud is it out there? I haven't even heard it. It's super loud out there, but it's not too unpleasant, I must say with the windows closed, the air conditioning is on right now. I'm just cruising, you can't hear anything, that's what's amazing about it, I mean you can hear a little rumble, but once you step on it, you can definitely open it up, man, I think it's perfect that Corsa exhaust and that nice little cold . air in there, but now we're going to look for a, I guess, a good place to reduce the price, man, it hugs the corners beautifully, man, that's what I was about to say with these wheels, tires and springs that go down, now it turns like a car They taste around the corner like they don't even feel like they're in a big off-roader, sothat we came here to a nice and quiet place where we will reveal to you the price of this Track Hawk and what it cost. us compared to that price of 90,000 of what you would have to pay new at the dealership.

That sucker over there is pretty far from bone stock, but we'll get to that a little later right now. To talk about some numbers, the first number we'll reveal to you is the winning bid of the auction, which was 33,000 then after fees and delivery, it ended up being 35,000, so that's a pretty high price for something that It was super gutting for others. You'd probably say that's a great deal, but I mean, I almost looked at your repair. Yeah, 30 33 or 35,000 to our front door, some people say it's pretty crazy because it tipped over, but you know, we took a risk, we took a huge risk there, but the first thing we ended up doing was taking it apart and we had to go to the dealership where we spent seven thousand dollars and then from that seven thousand dollars we paid for that main component, all those main components for that whole side, yes, basically, everything that has to do with the frame, exactly a bunch of structures. parts, three layers of frame parts and then we went to the v toon store and he got us an amazing deal for three thousand dollars for a couple days on the frame machine or I think even a week on the frame machine, which which is a great offer. it's a great deal, big shout out to v tuned, after that after we got home from the frame machine we ended up going back to the dealership and spent about three thousand dollars, after that I think three thousand dollars went to like the air bags yeah we're just getting it ready for a paint job so that was like our fenders, front bumper, rear bumper and a bunch of other things exactly and then we did the paint job of course what we It cost two thousand dollars. for the paint and clear coat that doesn't include all of our labor, I don't think we're going to include any, yeah, our labor is just showing you how we did everything on YouTube, yeah, exactly, and then after we paint that Dumb, I ended up going to the dealership a couple more times and I think we spent about another three thousand dollars, so for all the parts it's sixteen thousand dollars plus labor, three thousand, which brings us to a grand total for the vehicle plus labor. fifty-three thousand dollars, man, compared to the price of ninety thousand dollars, that's a lot, look what came out, man, a beautiful trackhawk, a beautiful trackhawk, one of the contracted falcons, so the price of 53,000 It's just a very close estimate of what this would have cost us to fix the stock phone, we didn't add any of the mods because we had some amazing sponsors who worked with us on this build, like Black Ops Auto Works for all the carbon vossen with Michelin wheels with tire course. of performance with the exhaust and mhf for all the lighting.
