1990s

, it has a turbo v12 and less than 150 of these were built for the entire planet and today I'm going to review this one before we get started be sure to check out cars and bids which is my enthusiast car auction website with cool cars from the modern era throughout the month of June. cars and bids is celebrating its first anniversary. our first birthday with free listings from now until the end of the month, if you enter the birthday discount code when listing your car you can get a free listing to sell your car and auction it on cars and deals, and we have had some great sales recently including this beautiful c7 corvette zr1 that sold for 158 thousand dollars this audi rs4 convertible that sold for just over 29 000. and this fantastic volkswagen passat w8 manual transmission pickup truck that sold for 22 thousand dollars if you are looking to buy a great Los modern era cars and deals have a great selection and daily auctions, and if you're looking to sell your modern enthusiast car this month, get a free listing using the birthday discount code to celebrate the cars and cars first anniversary. offers, so let's talk

eb110

.
the bugatti eb110 is the ultra rare ultra quirky 1990s bugatti
You probably know Bugatti as a brand under the Volkswagen umbrella, but it wasn't always that way. Bugatti was originally founded as a French company, built some of the most extravagant cars in the world and went bankrupt in the 1950s. In the 1980s, the Bugatti brand was bought by an Italian businessman who decided to revive Bugatti in Italy, so he built a big factory in Italy and created a supercar, the

eb110

, which doesn't sound as crazy as you think because the 90s were full of startup attempts to make a supercar. it had vector first with the w8 and then with the m12 jaguar tried it with the xj220 acura gave it a chance with the nsx it had the strange sizzetta marauder and probably the best known first attempt of the 90s with a supercar was the mclaren f1 now in the world famous, so reviving Bugatti with a new supercar made sense and this car was perfect for the job.

More Interesting Facts About,

the bugatti eb110 is the ultra rare ultra quirky 1990s bugatti...

It had a V12 of only 3.5 liters but with four turbochargers, which was crazy back then and still is. This car had over 550 horsepower, which was a huge number for the time. and it had all-wheel drive, which was incredibly

rare

in supercars of that era. It also had the famous Bugatti brand, known for making some of the most incredible cars on the planet just a few decades earlier. Unfortunately, everything stopped halfway. In the 90s there weren't enough people buying the eb-110 and the Italian version of bugatti went bankrupt after making less than 150 eb-110s for everyone and of course you know the rest of the story, in the late 90s 90s, volkswagen acquired the bugatti brand and they set out to try to make the fastest car on the planet, which they did, but for a while in the 90s, Bugatti was Italian and they made this one, the eb-110, and today I'm going to review it first. .
the bugatti eb110 is the ultra rare ultra quirky 1990s bugatti
I will take a tour of this car and show you all of its interesting quirks and features. There are a lot of them, then I'll take it out on the road and drive it and then I'll give it an excellent rating. Well, I'm going to start the quirks and features of the eb110 by just going up inside, which is already an unusual process, you walk up to the car and you might think this is the door handle, there's a little slot where you can stick your fingers in and open the door, but there is no handle there, instead the door handle is located down here, under this crease on the outside of the door.
the bugatti eb110 is the ultra rare ultra quirky 1990s bugatti
You have to reach down and pull this little latch that opens the door and then you can put your hand in this little finger slot. on the side of the door and open it and once you've done that, the door of course opens upwards with scissor doors as you would expect from a serious exotic car, which this is, and then you're welcome to the eb110, now the first thing you should do. What you see with the door open is, of course, the door sill, where you have Bugatti printed in very large letters. The old-school Bugatti font lets you know you're not getting into just any supercar.
This is a very special one, now also in this doorway area. You have a few other items, one is this little latch next to the seat. You can see it has the Bugatti logo on the bottom. You pull it and it releases the cover over the engine compartment. We'll get to that in a minute. First I want to Talk about these buttons down here, you can see them on the dorsal area next to the driver's seat. Now when you close the door, these buttons are not covered by the door, they are still available to the driver and have some interesting functions, probably the most The unusual button here below has a picture of a car with a door with arrows pointing up or down, so you might be thinking if those buttons automatically raise or lower the doors and the answer is no, they don't actually do that, but they do open them. the door, if you're sitting in the car and you want to get out, you push this little door button up and it's like a window switch, but for the door, the door opens and then you can push it all the way open in an interesting way.
The driver's side of the ED-110 has that switch for both sides so you can open the passenger side door if you want, in case your passenger just can't figure it out, he wants you to get out of the car, he can open it. your door and they can get out and I suspect this happens quite often when opening the passenger side door because the little diagrams showing which door these buttons open show pictures of the car corresponding to which side door they open but it's a little hard to tell unless you look closely at exactly which door you can open, but basically those are the door openers on the eb-110, they look like power window switches, but they actually open the doors.
It's worth noting that this is an electronic trigger, so if the battery fails, it won't work. It doesn't work to open the doors. You're probably wondering what would happen. So are you stuck on your eb110? No you are not. There is a second emergency handle here on the door panel. You can open it and it will open mechanically or manually. the doors and then you can exit, so even if these buttons fail or the battery is dead, you can still exit your eb-110. Luckily now there's a cool thing with this door button, obviously if you push up the door opens and then you can push the door up and get out, but there's also a down button, which I'm not too sure about.
What does it do if you press it? You can hear the door make a small sound like it's locking or opening, but it doesn't seem to. an effect that you would think that maybe if you moved the door closer and pressed that button it would close completely, but it doesn't seem to. I'm not really sure what exactly he does now, you would think that would happen. it's the door locks, but actually that's controlled with this button at the top marked how to lock this car's power locks controlled with the lock button you press up to unlock the doors you press down to lock the doors using the lock button I'm not sure why they chose the word lock for the door locks but that's what you want to lock the doors.
You press block. Now it's also worth noting that in this area you also have two other controls. These are seat controls of course, the top one moves the backrest forward. or back the driver's seat and the other one is for lumbar support if you want to move the seat forward or back the entire seat there is actually a little latch on the bottom you pull it and then you pull your weight like most of car seats and stuff. will move the seat forward or backward, but these little controls electrically operate the backrest and lumbar support and it's worth noting that you have this same switch panel on the passenger side with all the same controls except the switch panel The passenger side only has one door. opening button for the passenger door the driver's side has the passenger and driver's door but the passenger side only has the passenger door button all the other buttons are the same including the famous lock button to lock or unlock the doors but anyway next we move further into the eb110 I want to start with the steering wheel, you can see it's a pretty simple Nardi steering wheel, it has Nardi printed on the leather at the bottom and of course the Bugatti logo printed on the leather right in the middle, it looks very simple, quite sporty.
A car like not necessarily a crazy super car, but it has a cool steering wheel, now in the center you have the horn and of course you press the horn and it's crazy, like a lot of supercars made in Italy in this era, listen. Next on to the eb-110 horn, also in this vicinity we move on to the gauge cluster and if you've seen a lot of my videos, these gauges may look familiar to you because they were also used on Lamborghini models at the time, I think the devil. used these gauges, so they probably shared the same supplier, which was quite common for Italian supercars in the past.
The same also applies to the actions coming out of the steering column, turn signals and windshield wipers were also used on Lamborghini models and probably some other Italian cars of the time again, not that surprising and not surprising to see them on this car and by the way speaking of the gauges a

quirky

little thing to look out for when you turn the accessory key obviously all the warning lights come on like they do on all cars but one warning light What I love here is this one with a steering wheel with a little drop of fluid on it, obviously this is to let you know that your steering fluid is low or something, but how cool. way to show it just a little bit of fluid on the steering wheel, it makes a lot of sense and gets the message across.
I like it, it's a lovely thing, but anyway, back to the topic of shared parts, next we move on to the center control console and climate controls, these are very familiar looking, they were shared with many cars of this era , both exotic cars and ordinary cars. Very simple climate controls which again shared the same supplier and were used in many different vehicles and again it is not so surprising to see it in this car as bugatti the new Italian brand was not going to create their new completely separate climate controls alone For this car, it was easier to use a supplier's controls.
Now interestingly the vents on this car are a bit unusual as you can see from the On the vents there are two switches, the switch on the side controls the air going up or down of course as the slider goes up or down, the switch actually mounted on the vent moves the air to the left or right, but the strange thing here is that you can see the vent on the left, the little slider can only move the air to the right and then , if you move it to the left, it stops in the middle. The vent on the right can move air to the left, but if you move it to the right it stops in the middle, so if you're driving this car and you want air blown at you, you'll use the vent on the right to move the air. to the left because the left vent doesn't really work.
That kind of interesting quirk of the eb110 now also in this vicinity, next to the climate controls, you have the window switches. You can see these little individual square buttons that are the window switches, the same type of buttons they use for those little controls on the door sill, but the ones mounted here control the windows. Now, obviously, you have the driver's side window and the passenger side window, and when you roll down the windows, they're small. A very small portion of the actual windows on this car roll down, it's just this little piece underneath. this black trim on the window, the reason for this is that due to the design of the car, you can see the curves of the door on the side, so the whole window couldn't go down and, like a curve with the door, it was They cut as much as possible.
They may be able to make the window go down as much as possible, but on the eb110 that's all the window goes down. This was also common on sports cars in the 90s, the mclaren f1 was like this too, the subaru svx is very famous, but it's always interesting to see a window within a window and only the smallest part actually slides down. Another interesting element in this vicinity is this switch that turns on a cooling fan, so when you drive the car, especially in stops and starts. traffic, you don't want it to get too hot, turn on the cooling fan with this switch.
I don't believe this switch was factory installed, but may have been installed by a later owner who wanted to increase driving reliability. the car around you could manually turn on the fan to make sure it doesn't overheat in traffic, which makes sense now also in this vicinity you have two gauges in the center, here you can see on the left, you have the fuel gauge that it has the Bugatti logo inside and on the right you have a watch and there is a little blue dial between the two and of course that would be the watch adjuster if you want to change the time on your eb110.
Now speak next. of the fuel gauge on this car, let's talk about how to open the fuel door. It is an interesting process. You could look around this car trying to find the fuel door release mechanism and you wouldn't really find it unless you looked. the roof is right here this little leaky fuel pump you pull that and that opens the fuel door now it's on this little panel of other release switches that also have other functions to the left of the gardener you have the parking lights and then two sets of front and rear fog lights to the right of the fuel door you have the ABS switch, except it's not actually a switch, don't pull it, it's just a warning light, so you have four switches here and then a warning light that looks like a switch. but at least there are no blank spaces now on the roof of this car too.
You can see here you have a lighting set here, interior lights, the light ends on the left is pretty simple, you just press this button, it turns on kind of a general interior light, like you might want if you're entering or exiting the auto, the other light, although it's more interesting, press this little button and turn this thing on, it's not working right now, the bulb is probably burned out, but you move this and you could illuminate a map light wherever you want, so if the passenger is sitting here and wants their map to light up, they can move this little moving light to show what they're looking for, same thing on the driver's side, which is a cool idea, instead of having individual Mac lights, the driver and the passenger only have one that you can focus exactly where you want it, like a spotlight, and the next We move on to the seats in this car, which are quite interesting.
They are quite grippy looking sports seats as you can see, especially the bottom part is meant to keep you in place much longer than most sports cars of this era. Seating had not really become common at this time. One interesting thing about these seats, although you can see the Bugatti logo it is on the side of the seats, on the side of the headrest, you have the Bugatti logo stitched there, it looks good in the middle. Of the seats where you would normally find the manufacturer's logo, you have the seating company's logo, which is definitely a strange decision, never seen before.
It is almost as if the seating or upholstery supplier has priority over the manufacturer. It's strange to see that. logo there instead of the bugatti one now if you move to the center console you can also see storage panels here the one in the front is the cigarette lighter and the ashtray of course and the one in the back is just a central storage panel where You could store stuff, although not much because it's not very deep, but at least you have some storage in this car. Also speaking of storage, another element here is the glove box lid which is on the passenger side, of course you flip this little switch and you can open the glove box and again have a little bit more storage which is important as I I'll demonstrate later when I show you the rest of this car's storage capabilities, but anyway there's your glove box and of course you can put things in there like most others. cars, another interesting interior element would be the rear view mirror that you look at, it looks like a pretty standard rear view mirror, although underneath you can see three low and high settings, I assume this is to dim the rear view mirror, you can turn it all the way around. off or you can have a low dimming setting or a higher setting which is pretty good for super cars because it's so low that the lights are always going into your mirrors and blinding you so you might want to turn up the dimmer, which you can on the eb110, but anyway, next we're going to move under the hood and pull that little latch next to the driver's seat like I showed you before and that opens the engine cover, so next let's talk of the engine, although let's start with the engine cover now, once you've unlocked it, you can see that it's in this position about an inch from the car and then you can just lift it up, there's no additional release or anything like that, just open it the engine cover and remains open.
In a bit of a strange way, you push it all the way, as far as it can go, and then it locks into place and you just leave it and then it reveals the motor. This car has a pretty special engine. Just looking at it it's beautiful and surprisingly big considering it's only 3.5 liters, you can see the v12 and Bugatti is printed right on the engine on the metal, it looks fantastic, beautiful, this is a sight that not many people get to see now. The good thing about this car is that it has four turbochargers, which is not common now, there are very few cars that have more than two turbochargers, all the newer bugattis have them too, but it was especially crazy in the early 90s, a supercar with four turbochargers it looked absolutely ridiculous.
Crazy and actually it was like I said this car made over 550 horsepower back then which was a huge number and it just had a much bigger engine than a lot of the rivals at the time e.g. the jaguar xj220 with only six cylinders. eb110 had a smaller number in its name but a much larger engine and of course you want to close the engine compartment, it's the whole opposite procedure of opening it, you just push it up a little which unlocks it and then you can just put it. Lower it and close it and then you have closed the hood on a bugatti eb-110 and then some other interesting things on the exterior of the eb110.
I want to start with the fuel door that is now here on the passenger side. I already showed you that you pull that little release mechanism on the roof inside the car and that opens the fuel door on the passenger side, as you can see, but there's a second fuel door on the driver's side, that fuel door. fuel is a mirror image. the one here on the passenger side, but when you pull that release on the car it only opens the passenger side fuel door, so how do you open the other door? Whatever it is, you have to go to the engine compartment, there is a small loop back. there you can see like a small rope in the corner of the engine compartment.
You pull it and you open the second fuel door on this car and it is actually a second fuel door on this car. Open this lid and you can see a small cap inside that unscrews to add fuel, just like on the passenger side, you have two separate fuel doors and fuel filler areas on this car. Now I'm not sure if this car has two fuel tanks, but I will say when I temporarily start the car, all the warning lights come on. You can see two low fuel warning lights, one on the left and one on the right, so I assume there are two separate tanks and it will alert you if your left tank is low or if your right tank is low with two lights separate low fuel warning lights, which is pretty crazy.
It's also crazy that one fuel door is so accessible and easy to open with the little switch on the inside and the other you have to dig all the way to the back. of the engine compartment to open it and fill your second tank of fuel. I also love when you close the fuel filler caps on this car. You can see mounted on top of them that you have like a naca duck to direct the air towards the rear. the car, so it's not just a fuel filler cap, it's also like an air channel to bring air to the engine.
Another thing I like in this area, you can see just above the fuel cap, you have the eb110-like logo on this car, although if you look at it like this, you would think this car was called the 110 eb. I'm not sure why they designed it that way but it was like the eb110 logo and this is the only place on the outside of the car where it actually says eb110 you have it on the passenger side and you have the same thing on the driver's side in the same place, that's how you know you're looking at the eb110 and then another interesting thing on the outside of this car is the wheels.
I have always loved this wheel design. This was the original eb-110 wheel. Now the eb-110 is perhaps best known for these rear wheels that came out on a later model, but I always liked them, they were very distinctive and characteristic of this car. They are also center locking wheels made by bbs. Center locking wheels were not common at the time this car came out on exotic cars, they were quite common on racing cars but most road cars didn't have them, obviously they became more common over the years later, but This is a very early adoption of a center locking wheel, a very unusual element, the eb110 had it and next we move to the front of the ev-110 and you can see my favorite design element in this whole car and that would be the grill.
You can see this little curved grill on the flat top at the bottom. It was an old school bugatti. The Bugatti models of the 1920s and 1930s had this grille design, so Bugatti was revived in the

1990s

and Italy wanted to preserve that little piece of heritage, obviously. It doesn't really work with the front of this car so they made it very small and it still has the distinctive Bugatti grille. Now when Volkswagen revived the Bugatti again in the 2000s with the Veyron, they put this grille front and center on the Veyron again. much larger but you can see it here very small a little nod to the bugatti heritage obviously they could have made these lines cross the front of the car and not do this but they did it as a little reminder of the bugatti heritage and i think it's a very, very interesting design element on this car, if you notice, it's a very small touch.
Another thing you notice up here is this flat front end, tremendously flat, in fact, all the way down to the windshield, it's all kind of one flat piece. even the front of the car has a wedge shape up here and that also applies to the very flat and angled headlights up here almost like a triangle and it's a little strange that the turn signals are in the corner on this little one side area very small turn signals bugatti the headlight housing of course it only has the headlights and the high beams and that is this little piece in the center and the housing itself and those are the headlights on a bugatti eb110, something interesting which is not seen often. see how they work, also notice up here, you have one wiper, only one wiper on this car, unless you look closely, because there are actually three wipers on this car, if you look very closely, you can see one, two, three individual windshield wipers, all. on the same wiper arm, so it looks like this car has a single wiper like many sports cars did at the time, but it actually has three separate wipers, all angled in different directions to clear as much of the window as possible when it rains so you can continue your driving performance, which is a very interesting quirk now, since this front part actually opens, there is a little latch on the driver's foot, like in many cars, you pull it and then it opens. but you can see when it is open there is no storage here you have the battery here some other mechanical components but there is no storage at all this is important because I already showed you the back of the car and there is no storage there either in the engine compartment some cars have half engine half cargo area, not like that, there is no storage space in the front, there is no storage space in the back and that is why the glove box that I showed you before is important, that is the largest storage space that you have on the eb110, you better not try to go anywhere. with luggage in one of these because it won't fit unless you don't have a passenger.
Now you might be surprised to know that this car has no storage back here because behind the engine compartment there is this panel and you would think That's a trunk or a cargo area, but it's actually the wing. You might be wondering why this car doesn't have a wing. Some ev110 you see in the photo have a wing up, but this car has been down the whole time, there is no button inside. that I showed you to raise a wing so what do you do? The answer is that the wing goes up when you turn on theauto so you turn on the car and automatically the wing goes up, you turn off the car like now obviously it's the The wing goes down so every time you see an eb110 in the photo with the wing up it means it's on and every time you see a picture with the wing down it means it's off or broken but on this car it works fine and goes up every time. you turn it on another thing I like here is the taillights you can see these ovals in the back nothing particularly special you have turn signals in one corner brake lights in another area reverse lights in another area and there are lines that pass through the horizontal.
Lines running through the center of these ovals, I guess to make the taillight housing look a little more exciting, unusual and special, but that's the db110 taillight, not particularly exciting or exciting compared to the standards modern lighting. You also have holes back here. individual rectangles, several of them on the sides of the plate and above, obviously, are for the grill so that the air flow cools the car. It's interesting to see that they didn't just have one large piece of grill, but they chose several different rectangles. on the outside a bit of a strange design choice and finally let's talk about bugatti the brand that most people know as a french company and in fact it is a french company and was founded as a french company and created some of the most beautiful and extravagant cars. in the world in the '19s, '20s and '30s as a French company, but in the '50s the original Bugatti went bankrupt and was bought by an Italian businessman in the '80s to create a new Bugatti supercar under the Bugatti brand, except in Italy built a factory. in the italian town of kempo galeano and that factory is still standing today with bugatti logos on the outside and covered in vines and growth because it's been abandoned for decades, basically what happened is that the eb110 built at the factory went on sale and it was fine michael schumacher bought one which was a big deal for the car and they even released a later super sport version that had more power but there weren't enough people who bought this car to keep the company afloat and eventually , it simply went bankrupt.
One interesting thing about Bugatti, when the company ended there were a lot of spare parts, cars and spare engines out there and most of them were bought by a German company called Dower who continued making EB-110s, as the Dower EB110 made a few more units after Bugatti production stopped so there are Bugatti eb110 and then there are severe eb110's that came a little later which is an interesting fact about this car but anyway they ended up being made less than 150 110 before the company went bankrupt. Short-lived experiment to revive Bugatti in Italy before Volkswagen bought the brand and revived it with its roots in France the eb-110 is a pretty special car and in fact the bugatti that most people don't know about, so That those are the peculiarities and characteristics of the Bugatti EB-110, now it's time to take it out on the road and drive it. very nervous, let's do well driving the eb110.
This is a truly amazing experience. I've wanted to do this since I started filming these videos eight years ago. I made the xj220. I made the mclaren f1. This has been for me a complete holy grail car that I've barely even seen let alone been around and driven, so the first thing you notice when you walk in here is that the pedal box is pretty tight, um, pretty tight, so fact, you really want to wear driving shoes, which I'm No, I can do that, but it's pretty tight and that's something you'd want to do if you drove this car frequently.
It's also relatively tight with the seating position here, your knees and the steering wheel and that sort of thing, but it's not that bad. I've certainly driven supercars from the '80s and '90s that are worse now. One interesting thing I'm finding is that it's actually a pretty easy clutch. I expected it to be very, very heavy, like a Ferrari test track. A lot of cars like this from this era had pretty tough clutches, but not this one, um, this one just goes in and actually feels pretty smooth and sweet. The same goes for shifting, it actually feels quite easy and quite enjoyable to use the car itself.
It also feels surprisingly well put together, you know a lot of these old cars from the 90's, especially orphan brands, it's hard to find parts, it's hard to keep them in good condition, this car runs very smoothly at idle which is a surprise. I think it's nice, it's obviously a nice, well-kept car, but it certainly feels that way. You wouldn't necessarily think that about an eb110 considering how difficult it probably is to find parts and keep these cars running properly. I can't believe it. We are driving ev1 amazing. The newer Bugatti's are great and do very very well in YouTube videos and they are all in the ocean.
They're Shiron Veyron, but for me, especially growing up in the '90s, I mean this was such a mythical car. I know you've heard about the xj220 and the eb-110 like these are your dream special cars, you never saw them and you still don't, actually yes, shifting gears is surprisingly easy in this car. In fact, I'm surprised by how easy it is. it's sending gears, it's really not that bad if you can fit it, which is a little tight for me but doable, but the steering, the clutch is fine, it's totally acceptable normal, the shifter drives pretty well, such time.
I shouldn't be surprised that it was a very expensive car at the time and that Michael Schumacher bought it when he probably knew what he was doing, but I don't know, it surprises me and I'm also surprised at how smooth it is. I can't believe I'm driving. this thing on the road is a terrifying experience this is one of those cars where if you damage it you can't replace it, you damage it and you're in the news it's very different from a modern supercar where you know, a 488, an expensive car, but they exist . This thing is like part of car history.
I'm really surprised at how civilized this car is. In the '90s, there were so many ridiculous and half-hearted attempts at exotic cars. I was wondering what this one was like but it actually feels pretty reasonable in terms of the driving experience, at least the steering feels pretty good and obviously there's no power steering but that means good steering feel in this car, so it's pretty accurate. and it responds relatively quickly to input, which surprises me. All this bullying about this car, I think, is largely based on production numbers and the fact of what Bugatti later became, obviously making the craziest, fastest, most expensive cars in the world, so you're really nervous, but ultimately it drives like a pretty good sports car and they probably compared some pretty good sports cars from the '90s, '80s, late '80s, and early '90s to create this book.
I'm still driving this. I'm starting to like stop signs and stuff, and people don't really take notes like they notice because it's like a weird sports car, but if I saw one of these things, I'd lose my mind to the next level. If I saw some crazy guy driving an eb-110 around LA, I'd change my year. I really can't believe how it idles, it idles relatively normally, it doesn't feel like you know, I've driven hells and stuff like that in this area, it kind of feels like it's about to explode every time you're in it. a traffic light unless they are very well maintained and still, but this car seems pretty good, oh it seems to run well even when you reach higher revs, I'm not going to go crazy with it, it's a very special car, but um. it accelerates reasonably well and sounds pretty good doing it and it feels very smooth and I like the steering the feel of the heavy steering feels great the manual steering and that's the bugatti ev110 this is an amazing car.
I really wanted to review one. Since I started my YouTube channel eight years ago, in fact, I've wanted to get close to one of these my entire life and I'm delighted to have finally had the opportunity. This is really amazing, it was once in a lifetime. experience I hope you enjoyed it, I certainly did anyway, now it's time to give the eb110 a score Doug starting with the weekend categories and the styling of the eb110 is flashy and impressive, but it's not really beautiful, very 90s special, but not beautiful, and gets a 7 out of 10. The acceleration bugatti apparently claimed 0-60 in the low 3 second range, so it gets a 9 out of 10.
Handling is more precise than I expected. You think these cars are very intimidating but this one looked attractive enough and gets a 7 out of 10. The fun factor is reasonably high given the level of performance here and gets an 8 out of 10. Finally the cool factor and this is Obviously, this car is cooler than almost any other Bugatti before the Bugatti and gets a 10 out of 10. for a total weekend score of 41 out of 50. Next up are the daily categories and features. This car doesn't have much and gets a 2 out of ten. Comfort is low. The inside is surprisingly tight and I'm barely fit.
Add that to the usual supercar comfort issues, like harsh ride and difficulty getting in and out, and they get a two out of ten. The quality is fine. Much of the interior is shared with other Italian cars of this era, and is somewhat generic, and of course reliability is a deciding factor. big question mark so it gets a 4 out of 10. Practicality is a disaster, there is no storage and this car is so

rare

and valuable that you would be afraid to drive it anywhere and it gets a 1 out of 10. Finally it rates and I must I think they are underrated, selling for less than a million dollars, and I think given Bugatti's reputation and the rarity of this car, they should simply be more expensive.
It gets an 8 out of 10 for a total daily score of 17 out of 50. and Doug's score is 58 out of 100, putting him here against relevant cars. It's actually an awesome chart because I've already reviewed most of these 90's supercars so you can really compare them to the mclaren f1. mostly of course but otherwise the 959 is the best on paper but personally i would rather have an f40 or an f50 the eb110 beats the vector w8 and the jaguar xj220 although as it should the bugatti is better built than the vector and leads. better than the jag, but all these cars are poster icons from the 90s, boy f40 and eb110, i can't believe people don't notice, but then again, this is not a modern supercar, you know?
