The Bitter "Fall" Of Onision - Greg's Last Stand | TRO

Jun 01, 2021
"I've made a lot of mistakes. There are a lot of things I wish I could fix, but I can't grow if I refuse to see myself for who I really am." Hello ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to The Right Opinion, home of a jerk with too much time on his hands. And my free time has been wonderfully occupied by the person who will be the central person in today's final video. It's not necessarily something I've enjoyed too much, but one must finish what one has started. And I have to admit that despite everything, all the other videos and all the information, I definitely underestimated the effort this topic would require, and even then I will certainly be disappointed that I couldn't cover every corner. , watch every one of his shitty movies, watch his books, see what's between the lines.

Maybe one day I will return, but that day is not today. Even with every private video, every deleted tweet, every redacted statement, Onision has given me more than enough to work with. More than I'd like, to be honest. And today we'll close that out in style. Although it is not a requirement, I would recommend watching the previous videos to get a contextual idea of what to expect today. Much of what we have observed is, on the surface, the product of putting your life online. Onision has somewhat created his own story through YouTube, and I've often wondered if Greg himself sees his life as a movie, one in which he plays the main character, one in which he can be this role model for others. , this tortured individual always walking the line between good and evil.

More Interesting Facts About,

I mean, we saw it in his little cult project. It had this dark and light theme, and this kind of line between them. But the thing is, you can't easily create a character like that unless you're a real artist, and the problem was that Greg clearly integrated a lot of his personal investments into this character, a lot of strange desires that didn't just involve him, and ultimately , caused many people to be injured. Movies are usually movies for a reason. We can idolize some characters, we can even see parts of ourselves in the worst people, but self-control is a necessary component that must be exercised, especially when you are a public figure with great responsibility.

The way Onision had cultivated his audience gave him an even greater responsibility than many creators, because his audience was highly invested in him as a personality and would likely be heavily influenced by his behavior. He had created this corner of the Internet that was relatively isolated from reality. However, Onision was never interested in accountability and over time he managed to isolate several people who believed most closely in his doctrine and, over a significant period of time, whether by luck or judgment, they got their way. . As mentioned at the end of the

last

video, in September 2019, the tides were beginning to turn, instigated by many people, but brought forward primarily by a person named Sarah, possibly the most troubling example of the people he involved in his life.

Many people at this point had already been diving into Onision. It was a popular goal that was racking up views, but this is what finally pushed a lot of people over the top with their reviews, and they went from "look at this guy" to "look at this, dude." These criticisms have largely focused on his predatory behavior, although there are many actions that should not be overlooked either. Regardless of what he says, Onision pays close attention to the drama swirling around him, pays close attention to the videos made about him, and knows what is being said about him, and this often leads to his fans asking him questions. . , and has often responded to them.
As noted, some of these answers are for the better. Sometimes these responses are for the worse. One of the things you'll hear quite repeatedly is how honest he is. "There's a reason why people call me the most brutally honest YouTuber. It's because I'm the king. I'm the most brutally honest popular YouTuber. Hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people, know me as the most brutally honest YouTuber. Youtuber." Now, if that's not a guy you can trust, I don't know who is. He will have a confident tone in the way he speaks and will often talk about setting the record straight.
He will express a confidence that will likely soften those willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. He also often uses words and phrases that portray his honesty in an exceptional way. 'Yes, guys. I'm an *honest* YouTuber. There must be a surprise here. Those types of narratives are not only designed to show himself in a positive light, but also to show his critics in a negative light. After all, if he really is the person who tells the truth and lays down the law, how is one supposed to believe anyone else? These are all classic tactics that have led to him being relatively protected by his most devoted audience.
Another tactic he developed over the years was to create internet conclaves where he could have control over what was said about him. For example, you would look for videos about Onision on YouTube from the

last

few years and they wouldn't be the most positive. However, if you visit his numerous websites, whose domain changes every few months, you may find a consensus more dedicated to defending him. In a way, his Patreon was probably one of the best examples of that. Patreon is a good way for many creators to make money when Susan isn't feeling so generous. However, by creating a paywall, Onision created a dilemma for its critics.
They can pay to see what happens behind the scenes, see what Onision is chatting about and criticize it, and bring that content to the public eye. But again, if it's nothing particularly substantial other than Onision being Onison, you're paying money into his Patreon, you're supporting him financially. So you might want to leave him, but then you don't know what he's doing, and it might be worse than you think, and it might be necessary to stop him. That's ultimately the concern of many of these platforms, and exactly how they for a long time managed to control a portion of their fan base.
We'll discuss the fate of his Patreon very soon, but this has always allowed him to capitalize on the drama in fairly derivative ways. For example, when testimonials started coming out about him around September, he was posting these videos with very vague and ambiguous titles, and most of them were garbage, ramblings (monetized ramblings, I might add) that were intentionally vague in order to stay monetized. Even with all this criticism, all this stigma, nothing mattered as long as he had fans and made money. Those two factors will always keep you optimistic. So how do you deconstruct this? Is there even more to do?
Join me today for this latest installment, The Fall of Onision, where we document what went wrong, what went right, and when I can go back to sleep at night. Let's dig deeper: "I have repeatedly attempted to publicly humiliate former friends and exes for things they had done." The first step to holding someone decently accountable is publicity. Now, honestly, after the year of pure inertia that many people are under

stand

ably experiencing, that's a harder job than most. I don't think people really wanted to have to deal with another case. However, Onision drew attention for its previous actions, which follow the current situation.
As I noted in my first video, I believe Onision's behavior was visibly irrational in a way to ensure that his audience was isolated in their engagement with him. In the past, his rather horrible behavior seemed to deliberately draw attention to himself, particularly when he made comments about other creators. She knew what he was doing and she wanted his attention, and for many people, you don't necessarily need to feed that. It was a common fact that Onision videos would get more than actual Onision videos, and that in some ways it might be better not to make videos about him at all, because you're obviously banging and just giving him the attention that He wants.
While I agree with this to a certain extent, I would also defend the people who criticized him for the fact that he already had an established fan base, and I'm not sure if it would indoctrinate more people than people who became disconnected from him because of This criticism continues. I noticed that many of these fans were probably caught up in their narrative at a fairly young age, and as they mature and become a little more aware of the flaws in their narratives, it might be helpful to watch the additional videos calling it out. There are three general basic ways to interact with someone's content: positive attention, negative attention, and no attention.
The goal in the past was to ensure that he didn't actually receive any additional attention beyond what was necessary, to hold him accountable for his false content. In recent months, the outlook has changed and the goal has now been to draw negative attention to its actions. Overall, momentum has been gaining momentum. Several new creators have been covering the topic with new perspectives and commentary that attract new audiences. Many accounts were created to fully document their actions, providing accessibility for content creators to pick up the story quickly, thus spreading the news, and they deserve your congratulations as well.
However, attention on this scale only really matters if real systemic change can be achieved, and there will always be some people stuck with Onision no matter what. Commenters are useful, but their reach is limited and they can easily disappear. However, the thing has not stopped there. In fact, there was one more twist to this story. The last character I want to introduce you to is someone named Chris Hansen. Chris Hansen was famous for his MSNBC show To Catch a Predator, which aired from 2004 to 2007. Now, this show wasn't too successful back then and actually had its fair share of controversies, but it has enjoyed a resurgence cultural in recent years due to the many, many memes, and also the relevance to a platform like YouTube with many predators there as well.
Now, I identify with this relevance in recent months, Chris Hansen has settled on the platform and hosts his own broadcasts in which he discusses cases of online predation with various victims and creators. "Good evening everyone from New York City. I'm Chris Hansen, and this is Have a Seat with Chris Hansen, live on my YouTube channel, Have a Seat with Chris Hansen. So thanks for tuning in. We have a guest very special. Tonight, as you know, we've been exploring this whole world of predator behavior (oops, I said predator, I'll come back to that in a minute) specifically on YouTube, having to do with a YouTube sensation named Onision, whose. real name is Greg Jackson." Now, the medium in which Chris Hansen was now operating was one in which he could be reached much more directly, and eventually, with momentum, he would have been a fool to ignore the case.
For many people, Chris Hansen was a blessing. Having him cover the case would generate much greater interest due to his inclinations and the fact that he transcends the stigma that many creators have of simply being a YouTuber. He can exert influence in areas that others may not be able to. Although he does not have a large number of subscribers, he is a media figure. He has influence on his own terms. And this type of influence was well used in the broadcasts he directed. It's difficult to identify specific details, but if you look at them, you give people a platform to talk about their own experiences and allow investigations to be conducted in a relatively safe and professional environment.
Now, it is important that you be somewhat careful, since publishing certain information can compromise future legal proceedings. However, on the other hand, the attention that Chris Hansen has brought may spur investigations that have more scope and power to uncover what goes on behind the scenes. "I had a conversation with the FBI yesterday. Here's some breaking news. And, um... Obviously, there's evidence that, uh... some of the young women have, that uh... could very well be from interest". to investigators, and contact is being made, um... within the, uh, office, between the different field offices involved here across the country, including Washington state, where much of this activity took place, but again, a reminder that even though Greg Jackson, Onision, Kai, were apparently very careful with the ages in terms of visiting young women for sex and everything else, which a lot of people in these cases don't know, no What they think, they are not aware of, is that the transmission of sexually explicit images of people under 18 years of age is a federal crime.
It may be the transmission of child pornography. If it is a sentence of 10 years. In a video, it's 10 years per frame. So there's a very... good chance that there will be a criminal investigation here. Um... And we'll keep everyone posted on this." This wasn't all sunshine and rainbows, however, as Hansen and his team, particularly Vincent Nicotra, have come under severe criticism for their YouTube practice. We're all aware that this generation may be a little more disconnected, and contactChris Hansen's visual boomer doesn't lie, but as many have noted, it seems Vincent's abuse of power, copyright attacks, doxing, and scams go beyond naivety. and for a significant amount of time, Chris Hansen's decision to keep him around despite this seemed ill-advised.
There are other videos that document this more completely, such as MistaGG's, which I would definitely recommend watching. Now, let me do it. Let's be clear: Chris Hansen's videos occupy an invaluable place in this case. However, the greater good cannot excuse abuse of power, and such behavior could easily compromise what you have been working for, and may already have. "You guys shouldn't give Vince a pass because you don't want to derail the Onision investigation. Because people *don't* address this and continue to allow Vince to be a loose weapon will be the ultimate derailment of this investigation, but that's just my opinion " In early January 2020, Chris Hansen stated that he would review Vincent's conduct, and a few weeks later announced Vincent's departure from the show, likely due to information that Vincent had mishandled Sarah's laptop, with possible implications for the subsequent legal admissibility of the same.
Although there were some suspicions about whether Vincent had actually been fired, due to a lack of new information, the benefit of the doubt will be given on that front. However, the damage may already be done, although I hope not. I may save the rest of this to make my own video. And with that serious warning in mind, I want to turn the spotlight back to Onision. The rise of the anti-Onision narrative, particularly in recent months, has given him even less control on YouTube than before. However, this has not stopped him from trying to prevent the narrative from spreading.
Keep uploading videos regularly and we will go into details about those videos soon. But although the like/dislike ratio is enabled, comments are not. I can't tell you Onision's exact reasoning for this, although he did make a video about it, but I'm not sure if I'm going to believe his explanation. However, if I had to guess, I'd say it's because, if you display a strong ratio of light aversion against you, you can create a narrative that you are a victim of mob mentality to people who may sympathize with you. you, while turning off comments will prevent people from being able to rationally justify their criticism or dislike of you.
There are many people who said in the past that Onision deleted comments that criticized him. Most likely, the volume of comments was too much to control or filter, and the positive ones were so rare anyway that they simply weren't worth filtering. There are actually few updates here, now that the hate is subsiding, he disabled the ratings and reset the comments while filtering them, allowing him to present the perspective that he is making a comeback, gaining support, and hitting people with facts. We'll indulge in that in a moment, but it can be very sneaky sometimes, old Onision.
Now, of course, there were other creators who spoke out about their content and their comment sections were wide open for people to express their feelings. But often an Onision devotee didn't watch those videos or didn't watch them at least with an open mind, and even then Onision regularly claimed and removed videos that criticized him, partly because of the narrative and partly because of the money. You couldn't take them all down, though, or even the YouTube team in all their oblivion would probably pick up on the fact that you're up to no good. Onision was clearly overwhelmed in this regard.
There was nothing he could do to stop the flow of content documenting his doubts. This was only part of the battle. People had never liked it much on YouTube anyway. That disgust had just manifested into a much more active hatred, so Onision was still relatively unscathed. But that was about to change. "I've destroyed almost every relationship I've ever had with other YouTubers by being rude to them. I'm a self-made outcast." As said, at the beginning of this drama, Onision was uploading these very cocky videos, but I knew that was coming. But at least he was trying to prepare for it.
I noticed in my previous video that I had started indirectly attacking Sarah by claiming that people with BPD have memory problems, but in March she uploaded this fantastic video, warning people about the power of fake screenshots. "This is the biggest thing that's ruining people's lives right now. Fake texts. Fake screenshots make up 99% of all text messages. Fake facts. And that shows how fake it can be. be. Well anyway, Snufflepuff has been accused of rape, murder and sexual abuse Oh, I panicked and came out without a beard for some reason, maybe I was too lazy to find them!
Pandagot's phone(?}! I guess it's true, then! No one can fake screenshots! Yeah! It's time to ruin Snufflepuff's entire life based on these completely authentic screenshots! Now you know what that you see online, the screenshots! Whatever the next celebrities target or whatever, they are probably fake Well, they are probably total lies, run by people who have absolutely no life or are total liars, frauds. , losers, etc. They argue that fake screenshots can be extremely destructive, and I would always advise against using them. If there are fake screenshots then it is important that they are flagged where necessary. However, this seems much more like a way to once again try to plant ideas in the minds of his audience before the storm, that his accusers would not be credible.
He knew this was going to happen, and instead of setting the record straight when he had the chance to do so, he posts these half-truth videos because he's conceited and thinks it could work. "You know, all those moments in villain videos, right, those movies? When they say, 'You and me. We're not that different.' That's because they're not. The villain is like the hero. They're both focused on each other." the same toxic shit. They're bouncing around in their heads. The same universe. They're... hardly opposing forces. The hero is just a guy who hasn't made a mistake yet and then he became the public's enemy. became a villain.
That's how easy it is. That presumption continued throughout the drama. As noted, the videos of him would have some title that would imply he was revealing something, and then BOOM. He would hit you with 50 minutes of unrelated nonsense or existential nonsense, or more of the same just vaguely calling out people in an attempt to discredit them, without saying anything of real substance. "What's up, all of you? I've become the bread and butter of a lot of people's dopamine fixes and their real income." My favorite video before the crisis, however, is one called It's Over, a more direct response to some of the accusations.
Once again, he picks out several posts that weren't really representative of people's interests, speaks in very general language, and includes my favorite defense: "if we were guilty, we'd be in jail," which is interesting, for sure. "It's like I said, if the things people were saying about Kai were true, then he'd be in jail. It's... it's so easy, just walk into the police station. You have, you know, something that's open and shut." , obviously, right? So, I feel like, you know, Kai has been proven innocent, but no one cares, and the proof of innocence is the fact that you have someone who, openly, said it happened. a horrible crime and "They said they actually went to court (his friends said they went to court) and yet Kai is still a free person after they actually went to court.
Show some evidence in this video." For example, he talks about a person who was caught lying and doing illegal drugs, apparently referring to Billie, but then shows screenshots dating back to around 2012, long before Billie, and therefore it must be Shiloh. He then continues with this comment and corroborating evidence. "Another person they broke up with for literally taking money from me to survive in Canada, while I was actively sleeping with someone else I didn't know, and she got pregnant with that person's baby, okay? So I was like, funding their support, and they were actively ... That's another reason why I would leave someone." Which is obviously a reference to Shiloh again.
So he simply showed evidence twice justifying the case against Shiloh, but acted as if he had spoken about two different people. They try to create the feeling that he has tons of evidence against so many people, against all of his accusers, when in reality he is only challenging one of many. I will say that the whole payment charade is a little annoying. But at the same time, Shiloh had already admitted it and I think a lot of people knew that she hadn't paid Greg. Whether that was the right thing to do or not can be argued, but I don't think it necessarily compromises the claims of mental wear and tear that Shiloh had been making, although Greg seems to think so.
Personally I don't agree. Personally, I think Greg invested money in these people to create that sense of loyalty, like he deserved something in return, and I think with the hell Shiloh seemed to go through, he got it back. As for his other accusers, well, Greg isn't legally allowed to talk to them because of the NDA. This is not impossible, as he has tried to get other people to sign confidentiality agreements, but then he should really sue. That's what NDAs are for. "There is a legal agreement with someone that I can't talk about why I left him.
That's why I haven't talked about a lot of things. It's because I really respect legal agreements in that sense. So I can't talk about that other reason, but also , you know, there are other reasons. Unfortunately, some people don't respect those agreements, and it's strange because if they don't respect legal agreements, you know, where they publicly acknowledge that something was signed, how can you respect something that they say? they admit to accepting, which, you know, if you've ever seen Judge Judy, all you have to do is admit that it happened and then it becomes valid, like you've ever heard of a. verbal contract?
If you admit to having even entered into a verbal contract, could you be held liable in court." But he's not really going to sue anyone, because he's not that kind of person. Good, kind Greg isn't in it for the money, despite asking thousands of dollars just for an interview with a media outlet and making copyright claims on several videos, but we don't talk about those examples. However, speaking of copyright claims, he attacks them too. "Let me talk about copyright claims. So, there's a girl who said she was chasing me for copyright claims. She was very upset because she had a copyright claim on a video that I think had two or three of them in it. of my songs.
Maybe? Less, maybe more. But she said she was going to sue me, so she took her boys' money, flew here, went to a concert and then went home. "They are serious people who talk about copyright claims and I. You have a person who literally participated in a literal fraud right in front of you and yet claims to be the hero." So here you are suggesting that the points about copyright claims are invalid because people were scammed by someone else using that talking point. No, no, Greg. It doesn't invalidate it at all. There are bad people out there, it doesn't mean you have the right to claim videos unfairly, which is what you've been doing I might add.
Onision periodically reiterates that these situations are, quote, "one of many examples." And yet, it's hard to think of multiple examples in other clear examples that demonstrate your point, something that can build on what you're trying to prove. He also accepts Sarah's invitation to use various information posts against her and attempts to use them to once again invalidate these claims. "And that's the interesting thing, does no one respect, or you know, see the fact that I actually obey the law? For example, you have a list of people who, you know, participate in taking illegal drugs, committing crimes in generally, as fraud". , and they do all these things, and they still end up being the heroes, which is kind of mind-blowing to me." Dude!
Isn't it amazing that all these people do drugs and still call me a babysitter? Whoops! ! It's not very logical, and given my previous video, it seems possible that you have deliberately forced people into these positions to use against them in the future, and I think that ploy is becoming very transparent now. For the rest of this video, it mostly shows screenshots of just Shiloh from around 2012. He refutes a couple more claims, like the idea that he searched for the Netunesa photos, which he said were still public content anyway. I find it a little strange.that whole video about her.
But in the end he ends up stating that he is not controlling, nor oppressive, but manipulative, and do you know why he is manipulative? Because they are all manipulators! "Manipulator? Everybody's manipulative. Everybody. And you guys don't realize it, but you are. Uh, you're manipulative in the way you take a position on anything. For example, if you're a Trump supporter, You'll automatically see the facts as different from everyone else's because you have that bias. Whatever I just said, they'll just hear the part where I say everyone is manipulative and say, 'Oh, well, he admits it.' And it doesn't become a human conversation.
It just remains ridiculous and reactionary in outrage culture." Well, let's keep that in mind as we move into the next part. "I have repeatedly given others gifts loaded with an expectation of greater loyalty in return. I am a relentless drama queen, turning small problems into an obsession." It's Over was primarily a video meant to attack Shiloh for some unremarkable reason. Even when faced with other accusations, such as those about Kai being a hairdresser, particularly defended by Sarah, he immediately turns on Shiloh and her fake miscarriage. "Apparently my Canadian ex, you know, the one who got pregnant with another man's baby, and also said she had sepsis when she didn't, told me that she.
She had sepsis, all this crazy stuff, the list is huge, the things that did. Even people who don't like me, many of you know. This girl supposedly took the photo of someone else's premature baby and posted it online, saying "sorry, little one" or something, because supposedly the baby died. That's what a pathological liar does, and she recognizes herself as a pathological liar, and you know it, so please don't be so biased by ignoring that obvious truth." I am not going to defend those actions. I would say that such behavior could cause a lot of discomfort. But, again, as an answer, it's logically ineffective, first because Shiloh was clearly mentally unstable at the time, and this was less than a month after the whole Shiloh Forgot Me debacle, in which you highlighted how unstable she was and , therefore it doesn't really change the reliability. of a modern accusation, apart from the fact that you may remember it wrong.
It certainly doesn't affect her credibility as an advocate despite claims that she is a "self-admitted pathological liar", something I found. very little evidence of this, according to your own map. And secondly, and most importantly, because Shiloh is not even the main proponent of this narrative. "The same girl sent an email to Kai just now, saying that Kai needs to save himself from my life!" relationship, because Kai is in trouble or whatever, and it's very confusing, because it's like wait, wasn't Kai the alleged victim? But because people couldn't get Kai on their side, they just made him a villain." But ultimately, what I think sums up this video best is this poorly organized point, where he talks about someone who sent him a email to Kai warning him about Greg but then shows a picture that I think is an email from someone attacking Shiloh.
He obviously forgets to redact her name once, despite doing so for the rest of the email. I know what he's on. This is the kind of explanation that Onision knew would only work with Loyalists, but those were people he was appealing to. He didn't even expect viewers to read the damn text. The responses were garbage, but they showed. an arrogance that he felt untouchable and that he was allowed to be a little careless in the details as long as people didn't care. He made these mocking tweets to Chris Hansen. He was provoking people. However, as noted, attention was a little more engaged at this time, and our good friend Sir Onion was about to be shot down.
This all started on November 21, when he was informed that he was under investigation by the FBI. Upload a video basically having a meltdown. It's just him breaking down on camera, making meaningless comments. Personally speaking, it's not the most fun watch. "The FBI, the Federal Bureau of Investigation... I need a nap! I need... I need a nap!! " Now, we'll talk about legality in due time, but there's a more pressing situation to talk about . about, and that was obviously the down

fall

of his Patreon. Onision was still making a decent amount of money from his Patreon, probably from people who had forgotten to stop donating.
Maybe some people had died. I don't know, it's been on the platform for quite some time. But either way, that paywall was a significant power play that allowed him to create content and control a narrative in a place where he wasn't as hated. He also provided her with a small number of people who were more devoted to her. That was probably what made him so happy: the thought of a constant income. However, with the public pressure and the serious authority behind this public pressure, Onion Man should have been a little more careful. Why is this? Well, apparently on November 24th he decided it would be a good idea to post text messages from Billie.
Okay, well, it's been a pretty constant smear feud between all parties. You can't be surprised there. He then publishes the texts with the captions next to them, stating that even if you were a liar, that did not justify his cruel behavior. Once again I got the impression that he was simply trying to stay one step ahead of the accusations while trying to discredit other parties. However, foolishly, Onision posted an image that included Billie's phone number. Now, many have alleged that this was done to inspire harassment and to be honest, I wouldn't let it go. But the tweet was deleted shortly after.
However, the post was there long enough for people to get Patreon's attention. Patreon has a habit of looking for a reason to ban people they don't like, and honestly, of everything he's done, this probably wouldn't be at the top of many people's list. However, this was the most concrete act of wrongdoing that Patreon could identify, and although it was on another platform that didn't actually act on its own, Patreon shut down Onision and that didn't go well. "Wow! Wow! Wow! So you guys are so into yourselves, like you're so committed to censoring innocent people, that you're just going to try to delete my Patreon now!" He quickly uploaded this video called Wow, which once again contained the somewhat shaky ramblings of an individual who was clearly upset that his Patreon had been removed.
Now, in principle I would say that some of the rules have been relaxed a bit to achieve this specific result, but as a component of a larger situation, then there is no real doubt that it should have been removed. Patreon was a real way he could easily use to find more loyal people, isolate them from the way seen before, and he's been called out for this over and over again, and he hasn't learned. And therefore, they should question their ability to sustain the platform at the very least, and probably eliminate it entirely. Of course, Onision didn't really like this line of reasoning. "YOU TRIED to do the FBI, it didn't work!
YOU TRIED to do the police, it didn't work! So instead you turn to the paycheck! And you got it! You got it!!" But you don't have to appreciate it. Like I said, I'm not sure what the outcome of an FBI investigation will be, but whether there ends up being an actual criminal conviction or not, it doesn't mean that no crime was committed. I've covered plenty of people whose behavior I would classify as pretty inexcusable, but that doesn't mean they did anything criminally illegal, and given the testimony that Onision has a way of getting around the law, it makes sense that this defense would be used.
Onision's video is also interspersed with quite erratic behavior, spontaneous shouting, and abundant mood swings. It is certainly a spectacle. In fact, this pattern of behavior has been continually repeated in your uploads to the point that several users have been setting up Onision Bingo. In the videos following the removal of his Patreon, he documented multiple events that appeared to worsen his

stand

ard of living. For example, Kai was seeking the dissolution of the marriage, he had to sell all of his belongings, he was kicked out of his apartment, he was losing everything. But why the hell was all this happening and what do I really think is going on? "A big part of the reason I am so active online is to keep the attention of others, so I not only feel appreciated but maintain a false sense of worth in myself.
In reality, I am socially abrasive, emotionally conflictive and, despite my inflated ego, I somehow manage to hate myself at the same time." Onision is not a normal person. I don't think you need a behavioral expert to tell you that. And his breakdown videos showed content that would not be expected from a rational being. However, many people hypothesized at the time that this was all an act, and rightly so. His purpose, however, is unclear, although some have stated that it could be so that he could plead insanity if any case ever went to court. Now, I don't know if that was the case, but I had my own little theory about what exactly was happening.
We have the situation and now we know that this drama is different from the rest. This is having a deeper effect on people's pockets, and that's obviously going to upset Onision here. So the fact that he is angry is natural, but as noted, it doesn't end there. The only thing Onision ever wanted was views. It has always been about views. Views make your world go round, and when I watch this video saga, one clip always catches my eye. "Is this what you like? You like this, huh? Is this what you want, what you want?" And that's the point.
In a way, it's exactly what people wanted. The people who are probably upset, angry and outraged by what Onision has done want to see him pay. And Onision was giving the people what he wanted. For me it's not exactly what I wanted. Obviously I will talk about what I wanted at the time, but I would draw attention to the fact that many of these videos still manage to be monetized. Now, many of Onision's uploads since then follow a similar structure. They start with him behaving in a relatively calm manner and then after about a minute they descend into this madness that people clearly find more entertaining.
Why is this? Well, it's probably because if you submit a video for manual review when it's demonetized, reviewers won't see the entire video. They will most likely analyze the title, thumbnail, description, tags, and maybe watch the first minute. Of course, if they watch for a while and see Onision behaving in a relatively calm manner, they are more likely to leave the video monetized. Also, notice how Onision was using vague and ambiguous titles and not those that are seemingly inflammatory, giving the algorithms as little as possible to pick up on. I personally believe that this series of charges was a ploy to make money.
That may not be true, and I wouldn't necessarily urge people to say it as true, but I would argue that with this in mind, it's still clear that he wants attention. In one of his videos, shortly after claiming that he had been kicked out of his home, he asked his audience this question: "What if... what if I have a mental illness? What if... what if I'm *sick*? What if I'm mentally ill, huh? What if, then you're making fun of a disabled person? And I think I didn't find this particularly funny. which a lot of people did too.
I often found Onision interspersing this madness with a narrative, one of blaming others for reacting to him behaving that way. Now, for the record, I think you have to be sensitive to people who act. well, but at the same time, this does not mean that you lose all responsibility for your actions. And if my goal is to analyze your situation from the coldest and most objective perspective, the conclusion remains the same: you should not have an Onision platform as well. these videos with self-promotion and plug-ins, like OnisionFans.com, which appears to be a redirect to the Uhohbro subscription page, another mess that we will soon have to put under the microscope.
He mentions at one point that he also has a Cameo, which is true, and he's charging a hefty $60 for gigs, something some people have even accepted. Charming. "As you guys may or may not know, I have a cameo, and um..." This new set of videos, while erratic, also seemed pretty organized and intended to promote his other content. This did not mean that he was mentally well. It may mean that the problem still persists behind the scenes. In one of her newest videos called simply Dissolution, another video that is still monetized as of this writing, she claims that her husband Kai requested the dissolution of theirmarriage.
He follows a similar formula: he talks about it, stays quiet for a while, and then has another episode in the car. Of course, the document was completely fake, so it went nowhere. But suddenly he is sleeping in a box with apple juice that he got. He then he has to stay in a cheap hotel, and then he's in a closet, and it's all your fault. "So, I guess all those videos where people say... where all this... people say... they say that... I'm in... the final

fall

, and that my life is over, and I ... "I've reached a new low, and I'm so pathetic..." At the time, he didn't believe the circumstances he was portraying, and believed it was partly an attempt to please the people who hate him, and partly to try to place blame and criticism on them.
He switched between this narrative and the madness, which was supposed to be the evidence of his instability and his suffering. But, honestly, with all this in mind, that was not the case. should be the focus. When I was watching these videos, it was easy to lose track of what happened in the first place, but if you look back and look at what he did, and the fact that he lost his Patreon it has to be something. separate from your reaction, and people need to make sure it's separate and not necessarily feed this content. His narrative focused on the fact that people keep talking about him, and he wanted people to focus on that and how little control he claimed to have.
The general principle of proportional punishment is something that should remain. People like to see others face consequences for what they have done, but not to the point of harming them beyond their actions. "I live in a tent! And you guys are sitting there saying, 'We're so much better than him!' 'He's a loser!' 'Look at him, this helpless person!' 'Who has no chance to defend himself!' 'NEVER!'". Onision was trying to show that the punishment he faced was disproportionate and caused by mob mentality and cancel culture, when in reality, all he has lost so far directly from his critics was his Patreon, a consequence that I and many others would say that's fair enough.
And suddenly, because he was losing this, he was homeless, his wife was divorcing him, he was losing everything. Some people believed it, but most doubted him, pointing to the wetland setting he was thinking of or the stock divorce document. Finally, in the new year, he made a video called Hi, stating that it was actually all an act. Then he made another video talking about how he would like people to cover the real issues. "What we have here is, in a nutshell, cancel culture. You have the source. If you have an algorithm that promotes what people want to hear and doesn't promote what they don't want to hear, you have a propaganda machine.
You no longer have one. machine that promotes the truth. You no longer have a machine that promotes what is really happening. We established the idea that Onision has three main objectives: to present itself as a victim, to distract attention from serious accusations and to cultivate opinions. these ideas while altering the tone and presentation, creating the illusion that you are presenting something new. But I doubt anything new of value is being said. That's exactly how I would describe your recent series of uploaded responses, which is an endless stream of content on. the one who speaks very vaguely, divides it neatly into several videos, and uploads it on a disgustingly regular basis Many of these videos are practically unwatchable and include him providing almost purely anecdotal evidence and ad hominem attacks in an attempt to discredit his people. critics, while he himself also makes some very strange comments. "So when you have people who are attracted to eighteen and nineteen year olds, we're talking about people who are attracted to people who are at the optimal age for reproduction, and that's on a scientific level.
So we like, For example, 'social justice warrior' shames people, um, for being attracted to people who were actually at the optimal reproductive age, which is eighteen and nineteen, and you know, if you want to be outraged by the science, okay for science. In addition to the monetary motivation of so many uploads and the copyright claims you can probably file, Onision knows how to make an efficient response video and, to me, is extending these videos on purpose to try to get his critics to just give up on him. Get us to the point where he can turn around and say, 'See, these people didn't see my answers!' Fortunately, there have been people who have actually responded to these videos and pointed out some of their problems.
Recently, Onision made a video where they show a quote, "receipts." Some people have wondered if they are real or not, but I assume they are. , because they're pretty weak. A good portion of the video is text messages from Sarah telling Kai that he's not a hairdresser, which, judging by the few messages that are dated, come in around 2017, 2018, and early 2019. Sarah she was publicly defending Kai at the time anyway and everyone knows it, so what's her point here? I'm not entirely sure at one point, she claims these DMs are Sarah trying to groom Kai, lo. which I don't really watch, and I've seen it like 10 times.
Maybe it's because I sleep for two hours. I don't know. He also makes a fantastic and brilliant point when he shows a message from Kai accusing Billie of lying. Here we only see the very brief response. Billy's immediate response, and I can't tell if there was a more elaborate response that followed. At this point, Greg then shows alternate DMs from Billie saying that she holds a grudge before Onision then claims that since she admitted to lying, I guess, and given the fact that she holds a grudge, she must be lying now. Now, it doesn't take a logical genius to debunk this claim.
The average person lies during the day, it's just that people lie at different levels with different severity. A grudge wouldn't have helped, but a grudge doesn't necessarily mean a lie, and Billie's claims were pretty mild anyway. Probably the softest. Just about how it was a really messy dynamic and how temperamental your behavior was, which she backed up with pretty compelling evidence. More convincing than yours. She admitted in her tweet that she wasn't entirely right. Yes, you're looking for credibility from her, but I know what you're debunking this way, unless you're seriously implying that because someone lied to you about smoking marijuana, some evidence-based claims and other fairly mild claims are invalidated.
Not satisfied with one, Onision then uploads another video, where he talks more about Sarah. Between showing direct messages that he claims as evidence against the notion that Kai sent nudes to Sarah, which I personally find unconvincing, and using a Venmo situation that Sarah was involved in against him, which to be fair, is He drove pretty badly. Basically, he gets really angry in the middle and calls everyone stupid because the video of Sarah's mistake is clearly fake for obvious reasons. "You guys are so stupid. So, so stupid. You didn't even notice that his hair is a different length.
Did any of you notice that? His blooper video, which he recorded months after the first video while telling all of you that it recorded on the same day, different hair lengths! How can you guys not know that? You guys are so stupid, and she has already proven herself beyond a doubt guilty of being a slanderous liar." And I just want to say that I'm really tired right now of Greg and his nonsense. First of all, the video uploaded to Onision's channel clearly has a lighter filter and is from a different angle, which would explain the color differences, unless she also made her hat brighter.
In fact, Sarah mentions this herself in a tweet where she explains that she added a filter to hide the emotion. It is difficult to tell the length of the hair due to the angles and the fact that it has changed position in relation to the hat. Sarah's brown hair circles her cheeks as the blonde sweeps down her shoulder. This is recognizable in both videos. It's hard to spot in Onision's load, and it's hard to see where it starts and ends due to the lighter filter and the fact that her position is a bit tight. She has moved it back.
But you can see it, especially when she moves. Now, I'm not saying this proves the video is real, but moving rooms, trying to compose yourself, adding a filter; plausible. Also, if we want to talk about receipts, because Onision loves tests, in one of the first texts published by Sarah, you can see a cut text where Sarah says that she is having a difficult time making this video. Again, it's not definitive proof, but don't let Onision fool you into thinking this is an open-and-shut case of him getting angry at your gullibility when he knows full well the alternative explanations.
This situation is not simple. He is trying to express anger to convey certainty. It's textbook emotional manipulation. This is not a time to get caught. He's just an actor. Listen, I can't respond to every Onision video, no matter how fun it is. I'm sure this isn't the last time, but making other people bad won't make you good, and I'm not here to argue that everyone involved is good. He probably wouldn't end up being a fantastic human being either if he had to put up with Onision. There are videos more focused on his accusers and you can judge for yourself.
My main conflict is, and probably always will be, with Gregory. I even left a comment on the video highlighting my issues through a disposable account. He disappeared immediately. I guess he has a filter on. I don't know if he is active at the time of recording. What I do know is that at this point the comments left are almost universally positive, so he's definitely using some sort of filter currently, and furthermore, it seems like he's trying to keep the attention on his other channel to distract his critics. . But what are you trying to distract people from?
Let's find out. "Don't expect me to accept this as if everything is fine and my unhealthy social attitude is somehow acceptable. It is not. Feeling relief from forgiveness is for those who possess faith. I am not one of those people. I cannot be forgiven. ". I don't like what Onision is doing. Even if I'm sensitive to your mental state, I don't think you should have a platform to do it. This doesn't mean I agree with everything people do in response. People should be relatively careful. For example, in a recent video called Baby Carrot, he rants at people who supposedly made fun of his penis, comparing it to a carrot bay.
Now this is new to me, but let's take it as an example. In this video, he briefly shows his quote, "baby carrot," and some people notice it. Now, to be fair, the main goal of the people who reacted to this was to report him for pornographic content, which was within their rights. But again, Onision removed this very quickly and a few days later uploaded another video complaining about this. "It's totally fine... if you take a guy and publicly humiliate him by making circles on his penis when he's face down! But if... this happened to a girl?
It would be over! The entire Internet would lose its grip" . MINDS!" Again, it seems like an exaggeration, since I couldn't actually find many posts about it, but I would say that these quotes, "mistakes" are made for two purposes. Firstly, to emphasize victimization and, secondly, to make sure people stay distracted, because while some people may enjoy having their Patreon disabled and all this subsequent shenanigans, they don't contribute anything substantial or anything that really helps the accusations beyond that. Ultimately, it doesn't solve the problem entirely. I wonder if he wants people to think he's losing everything so they can take their eyes off him, but that's far from the truth, which is where we'll focus now.
I made my video around this time last year on Daddy05, I said that what they had done after being banned from YouTube was isolating the remaining audience and creating content for them on a separate website allowed them to continue operating on top of it. criticism and, ultimately, there was very little that could be done about it. Now, the fact that Onision is widely hated may be seen as a victory for some, but it also means that once again people can easily become isolated if they stop using the platforms so openly. For example, currently at the end of his videos he shows this: an end card with the inscription OnisionFans.com.
In the bottom corner you will see some names. Now, it took me a moment and a search to understand what these names represented, but they were new subscribers to OnisionFans.com, and according to the most recent video, it has a significant number of names on the final card. Of course, in many of these videos he cries because of the few followers he has. But that's certainly not a number we should scoff at. It's okay, buthow much are they donating? Petty cash won't make much difference at this point. Well I took a look at this rewards scheme after clicking the link and in order for your name to appear in the credits at the end of a video you need to donate the equivalent of £35 a month.
Now, 35 times for all these people is a significant amount. I should add a caveat: the number of people included in the credits increases significantly after a specific video, so I don't know if he updated it for that month or if he just started including people who are donating less. But either way, you make a good amount of income. On their Discord server, the membership range has at least 50 people, and those are just the people I've seen online. The minimum donation is £5, so it's fair to say you're at least making a few hundred pounds a month through this alone.
Obviously, that excludes all the YouTube videos you still have posted and monetized, even the older ones, which are still getting views. I'd also like to add that people who are concerned about elite levels may have decent reasons beyond the amount of money they make. For two levels, he advertises one-on-one calls with the man himself, first on Discord for those willing to pay, and then on Skype for the real high rollers. You know, the medium in which he connected with many of his former accusers? Only highly committed fans are likely to be willing to pay for something as expensive as that, and as mentioned, that's the type of people Onision will be targeting.
Now, I don't know if Onision is willing to take risks at this point, but given their track record, I don't think it's a risk platforms should be willing to take. They may all be clowning around on Onision on their main channel, but I don't think he's as unlucky as he describes himself. I know it sounds strange that at this point people are interested in him and even vulnerable to his antics after all these exposure videos. But some of the messiest people have tons of fans. You just don't know what people like. I think he wants to give people a false sense of security that at some point they will get justice in the hopes that the criticism and calls for YouTube to fire him can fire him.
He thinks that if he can portray enough suffering, people may get bored. I think that's pretty silly. People are aware of the main source of their income and, above all, power. Even if Onision didn't make money from YouTube, people would still want their channel removed, because it's not about money. It's about power. Even the subscriber count. And only fans will give you any level of that. Many days during these appointments, 'breakdowns', he made these very informal broadcasts with his donors that were completely accessible to the public at the time, although they have since been private. And while it's easy to frame him as if he's falling apart as a person, especially with the recent removal of his Patreon, I would also say that by doing that, you give your audience a false sense of accomplishment, when in reality, in my opinion, there is Lots of exceptions here and you're still using the situation to build something else.
And even if you have lost everything, then these companies should seem more precarious in many ways, because then you would be dealing with someone who has much less to lose and will act with more desperation to achieve those goals. Onision seems to be slowly isolating itself from the world and giving people exclusive access. Publicly, he appears to be doing terribly. But if fewer people can see what's going on, well, the problem is self-explanatory at that point. But I don't think that's it. Don't fall for the bait. This video has focused primarily on his response, but I also tell you that you don't want to focus too much on a single element of this story, because you risk losing touch with what he actually did, and there are many videos documenting this, including my previous deliveries.
Onision had been a guest on Chris Hansen's show and demanded three hundred and fifty thousand dollars to continue. He also demanded ten thousand dollars from a media outlet for an interview and is asking for a subscription fee to be able to speak in a Discord chat. You may not be here for long, but that won't stop you from trying to make quick money in care. Stay aware of that. And with this in mind, let's move on to the next part. "When you're a YouTuber, it's basically the most narcissistic job in the world. 'Hey everyone, look at me.'" You have never met, and probably will never find, a more real 'YouTuber'.
I've pretended to be a good person most of my life. I've been trying to convince myself that I'm the hero, when in reality I'm just another dumb person in love with a version of himself that doesn't exist. ". I don't really want to draw too much attention away from what Onision has done, although it's also important to analyze his responses. Since this drama arose, he has contacted various parties involved in the old blame trip via email, message or Skype to explain how disappointed he is in them, often also speaking on behalf of Kai, who has rarely been seen since the beginning of this situation.
It's the kind of condescension that permeates his attitude, the idea that, He's actually so embarrassed that people approach him like that. Sometimes he'll be nice to you and talk about a connection he thought you had. He'll even get under you to take power over you. maintain the character that he imagines himself to have. This guy who is in control of everything, who knows exactly what is going on, is still under the impression that if he can talk to these people in a certain way, he can make them listen. This time it won't happen. There are so many responses from Onision at this point that it becomes nauseating, each with its own inability to really talk about what is being said and done, and that's because the evidence is so incredibly deep.
There is no real way to respond without trying to discredit his accusers. Watching him stir in these responses seems to be a kind of poetic justice. "Let's say I'm a police officer and you got screwed. I can only do my job if you tell me what happened. You refuse. Now you're a shield against terrorists." "What I learned today: Terrorists get away with things in part thanks to people who are too cowardly to report them to the police." Her husband responds, "I guess I'm to blame." His response: "I blame everyone who has ever been raped, not just the offenders, but also those who keep their crimes a secret.
You earned it." "Someone tells you that when people go to a specific place at a specific time of day, they always get hurt, and you decide to go to that place at that specific time of day and you get hurt, do you think that would be fair? What's wrong?" with women and men who decide to go home and have abusive relationships, relationships where they are beaten regularly? I'm sure there are a thousand scenarios where they are asking for it. I'm not considering it, but for everyone who is. I am, it is quite undeniable that they are.
When you look back at his previous comments, his strange tweets, his behavior, Onision's philosophy seems to be one of control, but it also seems to be one in which he speaks ill of the people he controls. As noted, he has spoken regularly about how victims of abuse almost share the responsibility of not speaking out, and now people are speaking out and finally doing what he has preached. I feel like if he were a man of his word, he would have some grudging respect for his fate, but that's not the case, and that's because it's not what he imagines.
He is a coward. He is a cowardly money grabber. In his head, he might see himself as a supervillain who makes people bend to his motives, and for a time, he may have. But at the end of it all, he's just a loser who goes after people who lack physical and mental power. He is now putting on this show because he believes he can create a greater narrative out of cancel culture. There is little cancel culture here. Onision has continued to instigate in a way that will provoke a reaction and then frame it as self-defense. Just a few weeks ago he filed two civil lawsuits against Chris Hansen and Repzion, the latter simply for their continued coverage of Greg's channel and suspicion of him.
Chris Hansen showed up at his house and, although you could say he was over the top, he didn't seem dangerous. "Yes, he's a stalker. He's yelling...he's yelling things at me through the door right now." "He's fine, so what? Do we know his name?" "It's Chris Hansen." Obviously these cases were dismissed. The strange detail arises in the fact that Onision appeared to dismiss the case himself. Although there are theories surrounding this, in another new video, Onision confirms that he will be taking further legal action against Repzion. I guess we'll have to keep an eye on him.
I would also like to point out that in Kai's statement, he says that Repzion has been collectively harassing them for over ten years, which, again, would make Kai fifteen years old when he started this alleged harassment, which while it is probably a deliberate lie to attack Repzion, is incredibly bad optics that backfires when you consider them. Oh, and also, Onision sued the wrong Chris Hansen. Great, Greg. He would also add that it was funny that he decided to claim that all the crazy videos of him were an act right before filing the lawsuit. Some real coincidence there.
However, it is clear that given these examples, he will take any opportunity to turn some perhaps excessive attacks into pure victimhood, and I would advise caution with that in mind for many reasons. First of all, because as I said, that is his narrative. In my opinion, there should only be one goal for your channel, and that should be termination, or at least the removal of the power to upload and view content as is. That doesn't need to be accomplished by harassing him or anyone else. That can be done by formally appealing to YouTube, putting serious pressure on them and clarifying what he has done.
Secondly, because despite his and Kai's actions, there is a family involved. Since one of the clips of him shows him yelling at children in the background, many have questioned his ability to be a father. But without more context, nothing will happen soon. Third, and probably most importantly, we don't know how far he's willing to go to prove his point. At this point, it seems like he's trying to conjure up this story, and the moment people tell it to him, then he might do something terrible. Don't let him do that and blame you. People love to troll people who are widely hated.
It's cathartic. He makes people feel like they are providing some form of citizen justice, but it is not conducive. Don't let it be compared to Etika. He's not in the same *cosmos* as him. His victims have the correct narrative. He responds to what he says directly, draws attention to the situation, takes power away from him. I don't think Onision has a place on YouTube. From everything public, even from the videos he himself made public, it is clear that there is something deeply broken in him. From the over 60 videos he made about Eugenia Cooney, to documenting suffering and abuse within his own relationships in an attempt to stir up drama, to illegally claiming and even removing videos that provided critical commentary about him ;
All of this is reason enough to reconsider his position on the platform. But the most salient point, and this is the one I have stressed in the past, is the fact that as long as you have the power and a way to attract people who are willing to validate and defend your behavior, which although small is important enough, There will always be people who unfortunately allow themselves to become targets. In the wake of the new harassment rules, which in my opinion have gone completely overboard in censoring content such as Leafy Content Cop and Gokanaru's Video Vigilante, among many others, the fact that YouTube, despite the almost overwhelming avalanche of complaints and evidence against Onision and how they have used this platform to gain power and use it in this way, the fact that they have the audacity to turn a blind eye, is incredible.
YouTube remains his most powerful medium, even if he has a fraction of the fans he had in the past. Don't let him trick a new victim because you want to protect your income stream. That is not worth it. I don't know what will happen when this video comes out. If your channel disappears, so be it, but the argument remains the same for anyone in this position who has used their power to contact people far below their age and request activities that many would consider morally wrong, whether legally guilty or No. In fact, the only other time I watched closed channels under predatory circumstances was Austin Jones, and I'm convinced that was only because he was literally convicted of child pornography.
However, as we have already said, Onision has a reputation for being strangely meticulous about the law. Now, many people say Onision and Kai could be held legally accountable. and that is why I have decided to bring my legal eagle or swan.John Swan to take a look at these allegations and see if there is any chance of a case being filed against Onision or Kai in the future. Take it away, my friend. "This is not going to be a very popular segment, and that's because the things I'm going to present to you probably aren't what you want to hear.
This topic has been one of the most stressful, irritating, and tedious I've ever had the displeasure of." to find me. Onision is not a good person. In fact, he is most likely a disgusting and repulsive human being, who uses his position of power to take advantage of younger girls who don't know any better. who is probably an obnoxious but charismatic bully who abuses his peers both mentally and physically. But you already know that. So when is he going to jail? I want to start this segment by making it clear that I am not supporting Onision in any way. being critical of Chris Hansen and the way he has conducted his investigation throughout this segment is not the same as being critical of the way an investigation has been conducted than supporting Onision.
I just want to clarify something before. begin. People have constantly been framing Onision as a hairdresser. "Ok, hairdresser" has been a popular response to his tweets, but unlike the UK, Australia and many countries in Europe, hairdressing is not a crime in the US. It is perfectly acceptable for a 16-year-old to Move in with a 30 year old, not have sex, and have sex with them the day after they turn 18. It's really creepy, but it's perfectly legal. It takes something much more substantial than that to get a conviction. Throughout this segment, I want to focus on one word in particular: evidence.
To convict someone of any crime, *a lot* of evidence is needed. Sometimes it's hard to get proof, because it can't just be one person saying what happened. That's not evidence. That is a testimony. And for a testimony to be accurate, correct and admissible, there needs to be cold, hard evidence to support it. So... where is the proof? Now, if you've been following this situation, chances are your mind has gone straight to Shiloh, who allegedly has archived videos, originally uploaded to Onision's channel, documenting Onision's abuse of her. Any competent criminal defense attorney would have a lot to say about the admissibility of these videos in court.
First, there is the question of Onision's content itself. Much of it is not to be taken seriously and could be classified as satire. So why would these clips be any different? At the end of the day, it's just one person's word against another. That's not to say I don't believe Shiloh, but I'm trying to be completely objective here, erring on the side of caution, because that will be the lens through which the judicial system will look at this. Courts generally err on the side of caution when it comes to making decisions, as they do not want to hand down an unjust conviction, and I will do my best to maintain that position throughout this segment.
Anyway, back to the videos. So there's the problem that Onision's backlog consists mostly of satirical content, but there's also the logical arguments that can be made. If these were legitimate clips of Onision abusing Shiloh, why would he upload them for millions of people to see? It just doesn't make sense to the outside world. The courts don't care if Onision is apparently crazy. He has no medical diagnosis and a psychological evaluation will likely come back with results that he is simply a normally functioning human being. As crazy as Onision is, I have no doubt that he is capable of acting completely sane and more than capable of fooling any superficial psychological evaluation that may be performed while going through the judicial system.
So ultimately what I'm saying is that these videos probably won't be admissible in court due to their nature and the content surrounding them. So we'll definitely need a little more than this if we want to convict Onision of anything. A better charge to convince him regarding Shiloh would be statutory rape. Shiloh has stated that Onision had sexual relations with her when she was 16 years old. According to her, he traveled to her state of Pennsylvania, where the age of consent is 16, booked a hotel room and they had sex. This is illegal under Title 18 U.S. Code Section 2422, Coercion and Seduction, which carries a maximum prison sentence of 10 or 20 years, depending on the crime.
This sexual relationship is also illegal under Pennsylvania's age of consent laws. In this state, two people between the ages of 16 and 17 can consent to have sex with each other, but not with someone 18 or older. So if this happened, there are two charges to catch him. But there is just one small problem here. Onision said that did not happen. So how do you prove that this was the case? The CCTV images of the supposed hotel would have been overwritten long ago. Evidence could be shown in the form of text messages that Onision was arranging sex at a hotel, but it would have to be able to be verified.
Does Shiloh still have the phone? If he doesn't, most phone companies wouldn't stand behind him, and even if they did, they probably wouldn't comply with the FBI like Apple has done in the past. Screenshots aren't enough given how easy it is to fake messages in Photoshop these days. You can even hack phones to make a text message say whatever you want to say. With Android it is extraordinarily easy. With Apple it is a little more difficult, but not impossible. If both recipients were using an iPhone, they would automatically use iMessage, which is encrypted on both ends, meaning not even Apple can read the messages.
The same goes for Whatsapp and Facebook Messenger, and Kik claims that they delete messages as soon as they are sent. Therefore, subpoenas for these applications are not an option. I'm not sure what phone Shiloh had at the time, but any criminal defense attorney would be amused by all of these discrepancies. I could go on more, but I won't bore you with the details. At the end of the day, it's Onision's word against Shiloh's. The fact that Shiloh has a history of mental illness probably doesn't help his case either. Any criminal defense attorney would argue that if Shiloh is not in the best of condition when speaking with Onision, his evidence and statements should carry much less weight in court, or even that a statement should not be heard at all.
Once again, I'm sorry if I'm being cynical, but I'm erring on the side of caution. You really need something super bold to get a jury to reach a unanimous verdict in court. So I'm just trying to put all of these accounts under scrutiny. Much of Chris Hansen's research had more to do with Kai than Onision. Sarah's argument regarding Onision had to do with him grooming her, which is not illegal, as I said before. I've seen the power of attorney argument a lot. That is, Onision could not have sexual relations with Sarah even though she was within the age of consent at the time, because he supported her.
He put food on the table and, in many ways, was a kind of legal guardian. Now, the problem with this argument is that power stops being a valid point when you turn eighteen. When you are 18, you are an adult and you can make your own decisions. For example, a teacher is said to have power over a student at school. In many states, it is illegal for someone with a power of attorney to have sex with someone under 18, even though both parties may be within the age of consent. But when you turn 18, you can have sex with anyone you want, including teachers at your school.
It is creepy? Yes. Will that teacher lose his license? Yes. But is it illegal? Not in criminal court. Maybe in civil court for negligence, but that doesn't apply here. So, realistically, what do we have left? At the moment, the arguments against Kai seem much more compelling than the arguments against Onision. There have been allegations of child pornography, specifically related to Sarah, that were dismissed against Kai. Sarah allegedly had a laptop and phone that originally belonged to Kai and which contained illegal pornography that was supposed to be sent to the FBI. Chris Hansen told him to send it to this guy, Vincent Nicotra, who is a professional scammer and whiner under the name Chris Hansen.
Vincent had stated that Chris Hansen told him to wait for further instructions, but no further instructions ever came. He was at this guy's apartment in New York for months. Any criminal defense attorney would have fun saying that this evidence should not be admissible for obvious reasons. It seems crazy to me to see the extent to which this investigation has been a real botch. Chris Hansen is not the police. Hell, Chris Hansen isn't even a researcher. He is just an interviewer. While his television show was airing, Hansen never did any behind-the-scenes work. He simply interviewed the predators.
He had a whole team of professionals helping him, and now he has this guy he fired and a lawyer accused of sexual assault in the Michigan Supreme Court and also named at the center of a fraud scheme. Good choice of people there, Chris. Hansen has instilled a false sense of hope in these girls. He's been groomed to be the hero of this big story, the big man who will take down Onision once and for all, but I don't think that's the case. And neither does Sara. "Do you feel like he, um...he's doing everything he can to help you girls, or do you feel like he's just managing his YouTube channel?" "I don't know." "Yeah." "I-I don't know anymore.
I don't trust anyone to help us in this situation. At this point, I don't trust anyone. That's why, that's why I specifically asked them to give me back the laptop so I can get it to people." appropriate." "Yeah." "Because trusting them to do it obviously wasn't the right move." What these women did, coming out under all this scrutiny in the world, in front of millions of people, must have taken some intense balls, and they are all extremely strong for coming out with their stories against Onision. I support victims 100%, but that doesn't mean I can choose the truth and tell you what you want to hear.
I'm not going to do what Chris Hansen has done for months and give a false sense of hope to anyone who may have been affected by Onision, because what he has done may be disgusting, repulsive and creepy, but it is simply legal. enough that he'll probably get away with it. Sarah has said that she is considering bringing a civil action against Onision, which I think has a much better chance of getting some kind of conviction, but he will not be jailed for this. He will have to pay compensation. It's still better than nothing, but if this happens, he won't go to jail.
Just before we begin today, I want to introduce you to one more aspect of criminal trials that you may not be aware of. For a trial to be successful, a jury must be impartial under the Sixth Amendment. There have been situations where a case has been dismissed entirely because a jury could not be impartial, perhaps in the case of significant media attention. We live in a very interesting time with online media. In the past, restrictions have been placed on newspapers and television in certain situations to prevent jury bias. Recently in Australia, newspapers and television were banned from reporting on Cardinal Pell's conviction as the case was still ongoing.
This has happened before in the US, and it's not out of the question that it could happen with Onision if it goes to trial, but the internet can't be controlled that easily. Now that the Internet is becoming the new place where people consume news and entertainment, the dangers of influencing a jury are beginning to increase. This is certainly a bit of a stretch, but it is important to consider that while reporting on Onision's actions can help bring them to light, it can also hinder civil proceedings. And that's something we all need to keep in mind going forward." Thank you, John.
Thank you for your knowledge and your commitment, as always. Send him some love if you get the chance. I would too. But I have some business pending here. So I suggest we resolve this. As noted, there is no guarantee that Onision will face legal consequences. There may be more evidence, and that may alter the likelihood of any legal case. the police instead of making these videos seem to have a strange understanding of the situation. Much of what Onision is accused of is not a black and white legal issue. Many of the points related to harassment are not necessarily things. is going to be convicted, and that is how the law operates: rightly so, I must add that also when it comes to criminal evidence, the first thing you should do is go to the police, but let me clarify: I don't think much of it. what we are facing today makes him a criminal.
I just think they make him an unequivocally terrible person whoHe has seriously abused his power. This does not exclude the possibility that truly legally incriminating evidence has been hidden from the public, which would be completely justified. But he is a man who has clearly tried to cover his own ass legally, and we have to prepare for the possibility that he remains a free man. Being a bad person doesn't mean being a criminal, but just because you're not a criminal doesn't mean you should have a platform, especially if you exploit power in a way that much evidence suggests Onision has.
Warning people who may fall for your mind tricks and warning those who may be romantically vulnerable to your manipulation is not legal. Restraining orders cannot be issued on behalf of all sixteen-year-olds. You just have to make your voice loud and clear and hope they hear it. Onision will continue to do everything possible to ensure that it is not held liable. As we have already said, the gradual isolation of its content is a step in that direction. But he also recently deleted his Twitter completely and continues to delete certain videos from his channel, often ones where on the surface I couldn't see the purpose behind them, but there may be something deeper within them.
Many of them have been archived anyway, so it's really not very good to remove them at the moment, although perhaps you hope that the investigating authorities will take a bit of a boomer approach to social media. Of course, it's not just the streams and videos that make him look responsible. They are also people like Kai whose accusations definitely extend to the criminal issue and, like the possibly incriminating tweets and videos, Onision appears to have removed Kai. In fact, a concerned neighbor filed a police report on Nov. 22 and said he hadn't seen Kai in a long time. "Thank you for waiting.
How can I help you?" "Yes, hello, would I like to request a welfare check on a neighbor?" "Okay, what's the address you're putting the check to?" Another report published on November 9 concerned a confrontation in which physical contact occurred, which has given rise to more conspiracy theories. "Communications(?). How can I help you?" "Hello. Is this Gig Harbor's non-emergency line?" "Uh, yeah, we sent for them. How can we help you?" "Hey, I... I... wasn't sure if this was an emergency or not, but I'd like to report something that might be a problem. It seems like some kind of... argument at that, uh, house." "Is this happening inside or outside?" "Um, I saw some people coming and going from the house, huh...
It looks like some sort of white man in his 30s and an androgynous-looking woman with short hair. I'm not sure. And I'm not sure. "I'm sure what's it like... It seems like a pretty heated argument, whatever's going on, but I wasn't sure if it was emergency level." Now, I doubt anything happened to Kai. Greg most likely is. hiding from public attention, because the best way to deal with legal investigations is to give them as little as possible, and that includes people too Aside from participation in the legal complaint against Repzion and Chris Hanson, there hasn't been much activity on the part. from Kai Towards the end of December, there was a post on his Patreon, supposedly his, that said he was going on hiatus.
Onision is paranoid and it shows. In a report that was recently made public, there was an accident involving his. daughter where she fell from the window of her house and broke her skull. Alright, these things happen and honestly, she's so sad. But what's telling are the additional details, including the information that while he waits for paramedics to arrive, Greg decides to film the aftermath of the accident. Now, if that surprises you, then it's understandable, as it also caught the attention of the investigating police officers. What was his justification for this? Well, two reasons. The first, which personally does not convince me very much, is that I wanted to record the landscape to provide information to medical professionals, so that they would know about the fall.
But I doubt it. What I personally find more plausible is the second explanation, where Greg expresses concern that he is afraid that people might implicate him, referring to a situation where someone supposedly framed him for his suicide attempt. Honestly, as pointless as this argument is, I think it's more likely that he saw it from that perspective. At the time, he was worried that someone would blame him given the current nature of the Internet. In fact, everyone hates him. I must clarify that the mere fact of filming the aftermath does not mean that a crime could not have been committed, although I personally do not believe that he did so.
It seems a little irresponsible that if parents recognize that the child is prone to escalating a lot of things, they would allow that setup to happen. I digress though. I don't know enough about that specific situation. I must also note how inappropriate it was that at the time he was supposed to be in the hospital, he was tweeting various sexual content. But maybe that was also a paranoid reaction. We all know that he's recently been trying to make his account as explicit as 18+, perhaps so that he can't be accused of corralling fans with child-oriented content before ambushing them with adult material. .
Maybe with all these legal changes right now, he was worried about that too, although I personally think it's too late for that. I would also like to say that this is a very poorly thought out tweet a few days after this moment. I'm not sure that's the kind of imagery you should invoke, Gregory. So with this paranoia, and with the strange reactions it seems to provoke, he has had one more perspective that I believe I will discredit before reaching my conclusion. And that's the hashtag #satire. With his recent pinned comment and tags, it seems like he might try to dismiss certain actions as a joke in the future, and while there are certain things that could be explained in a fascicle, like perhaps his comments on Twitter, many of The Evidence of Things What he has done to other people cannot be explained so easily, because it presented a serious environment for many of the people who accuse him today, and the trauma they felt is very real.
That's beyond comedy. I feel like he may be trying to protect himself from liability, and perhaps in the case of a legal process, try to mitigate the sentence, because obviously the sentence can depend on many conditions, and there are a lot of minor things here that obviously wouldn't be incriminating on their own. alone, but when combined with a criminal conviction, they could damage a person's case. Recently, there has been this wave of narratives, I think in part due to the justified fatigue of people talking about Onision and the crossing of boundaries by certain individuals. They seem to be adapting Greg's line of reasoning: "Where's the proof?" The first logical fallacy of this argument is that I still don't know what statements they are generally responding to when they say that. "Where's the proof?
There's-there's things that *obviously* make Onision look bad, treating people horrible. But where's the-the-the... I mean, a picture or something of Onision kissing with one of these girls? When they're underage. Where's the proof? "I mean, it's more—" Keemstar obviously makes it clear here, for example, that it's an underage kiss, but that was it for me. such a small portion of the allegations with so much more to consider. If you want proof that Greg is manipulative to the point of making false suicide threats, then there is proof that Greg has used his platform for public shaming and abuse. of people, then there is If you want proof that Greg hid a minor from the public eye and from his own parents and then married them, then there is proof that after continually communicating with a person who clearly. is not interested in them, Greg publicly stated in a video that is still on his channel that he intended to wait until he was 18 to be with them, so there is proof.
That Greg is abusing the Content ID system to claim copyright on critical videos of his, something I thought everyone cared about, so there is proof. If you want proof that Greg uploaded over 60 videos about a mentally vulnerable anorexic person, as well as claiming that he was responsible for the deaths of other people, then there is proof. If you want evidence that Greg attracted significantly younger people to strange three-way dynamics, uploading them to his channel or using his influence to coerce and pressure certain outcomes, then there is evidence. If you want proof that Greg publicly posted people's contact details, God help me, there is proof.
If you want proof that Onision lied when filing a court order, there is proof. I could go on, and that doesn't even get to Kai. You can interpret and even question the evidence if you personally question its validity, but denying the existence of the evidence is simply lazy. There's no big twist here. As said, there are obviously certain claims that are more difficult to prove. When I went over the specific accusation of kissing underage girls, I said it couldn't be proven. You can 100% make your own judgment on this. I'm not sure claims like pedophilia are true and it's okay to have reservations about the case.
But a lot of what we've discussed is hard to question, especially when a lot of it was on Onision's own channel, and that's the second logical fallacy: believing that the existence of an angry mob somehow implies that a person is innocent. . . Mobs that lose their sense of reasoning and justice are surely not good, and we have discussed this before, and people can see the problems that come with it. But let's be real: many commenters wouldn't be foaming at the mouth just over your copyright abuse if it were any other creator. Criticize whoever is necessary. Criticism from one side does not exonerate the other.
Don't make that mistake. Like I said, I think it's tentative whether Onision will actually see legal consequences for his actions, but it's not a calculated brain. Clearly he doesn't know his fate either and is doing everything he can to make sure, because he knows nothing will stop him stronger than the long arm of the law. But as we know, that may not stop him. So how can we? And what is left to say? "I act like I'm better than a lot of people, when a lot of those people are more caring, sociable, and selfless than I am, or will ever be." As I said, I have only been able to cover so much about this interesting specimen, and there is still much more to explore.
But ultimately, what I wanted to do today was at least create a full case for why Onision's future on the YouTube platform should be questioned. If Onision plays within the limits of legality and even YouTube rules, which I would question, there is a result that their behavior produces that shows the consequences of their actions. That should not be ignored. Obviously, many people's ultimate goal will be to delete their YouTube channels, and I understand that, considering how you've leveraged that influence to cause much of this drama and suffering. However, you should also be aware of the fact that no matter what happens, even if you delete their YouTube, it will still persist.
All this drama has proven is that trying to push him down makes him more aggressive in one way or another. It will be moved to a different platform. It will change existing structures to support it. He wants to adapt. Many people know how to get around the rules. It is extremely important to be aware of this and the consequences it can bring. People like Daddy05. Now, Daddy05 was an abusive man-child with a victim complex, and they should definitely cancel his channel. However, I don't think it ever mobilized its platform to the extent that Onision does, and that means that even if Onision loses its YouTube channel, there's no guarantee that it will lose all the modes of communication with the audience that concern many people. about.
Even now, he is clearly demonstrating reasons to change in a way that protects his source of income. That is the problem in many ways. Leaving someone out of sight doesn't mean they lose their power. Sometimes it just isolates them further with their victims, so if you really consider Onision a threat, it's never limited to holding them accountable on one platform. You have to be actively aware of all platforms. I think that's the problem for a lot of people. How to stay focused on Onision's endeavors? After this video, there's a good chance I won't make another one, and in many ways you could say that by doing so, I'm not exactly following or keeping an eye on it.
I hope there are people who *will* keep an eye on it, but at the same time, I wouldn't necessarily expect people to, and eventually all the issues go away, but Onision doesn't stop being Onision. Onision will *never* stop being Onision. The only thing that can stop you is a criminal conviction, and that's not guaranteed to happen. Obviously, I keep the option open, but I think you have to prepare for the worst case scenario. You have to be prepared for Onision to get out of this, because that's what is knownIt does, and that's what it will do over and over again.
I don't like Onision. I don't think he's a good person. I don't think he is an honest person. I feel like he has caused a lot of pain and abuse to the people who loved him, particularly of a psychological nature. Many of those people searched for him, and in the end came to him, and some passed through Kai. Onision was a creator with a lot of power, and that allowed him to retain a fan base despite numerous controversies. This time, he wasn't so lucky and many of his worst behaviors were exposed for the world to judge.
Behaviors that now, seen in the context of his YouTube channel, show his calculating and manipulative nature. A significant proportion of the evidence is difficult to see in any other context that might change people's minds and this has understandably led many to call on YouTube to take full crackdown action. I don't think Onision should be allowed to upload the content he currently has on his channel, and even if you think he should have a channel, it's hard to see how these new videos will help him or anyone else. any capacity that is not monetary. Of course, we have a strong suspicion that this is all an elaborate ruse, which would explain quite a bit, to be honest.
Although there have been minor victories that clearly irritate him, such as the removal of his Patreon, overall I still think he has other plans and I don't think he'll abandon them easily. What about the future of your channel? Well, whenever the channel has a future, it will probably round out this rather strange series of content with a more serious video that will try to exemplify crisis videos as a result of personal persecution, or perhaps go in a crazier direction until people stop to provide the opinions that attract right now. "I don't like the question, 'How can I become a vegetarian,' because it's kind of like, how can I lose weight?
Or how do I stop smoking? How do I stop drinking? How can I stop hitting my wife or ...? driving under the influence of drugs or something, you know, it's... it's... it's really very simple: Why can't you stop eating meat? I tell you, you're an intelligent human being? and that you are capable of simply stopping eating. One of the philosophical dichotomies that Onision has preached in many of his videos is the idea of survival versus greed. He believes that the latter, greed, is undesirable. But Onision himself is not. more than greed disguised as survival. He takes what he can get, but he can get a lot more than most, and if you don't stop him, he'll blame you.
And if you *do* stop him, he'll blame you. Onision conundrum At the end of the day, the best thing we can do is create a discourse about this behavior and draw attention to it, not only for the sake of the people who may be the target, but for the sake of ourselves. . Do what you think is right. Have pure motivations. Onision is a man with many motivations, but none of which are even remotely beneficial to the overall aura of YouTube. Some of his motivations are sexual, others monetary, but they are all intertwined in the idea of power that he wishes to retain.
And until one deprives him of that power, he has a complacency and determination that means he cares about anyone else who might fall under his control, which, as shown throughout this series, is still possible. . I don't think the results of that power are positive for those around him. Either they end up scarred or they end up like Kai, whose behavior has been equally miserable. There's no way to succinctly summarize everything I've talked about in the last few videos, but I hope you take it all into account when judging your opinion and hopefully , you come to an informed conclusion.
Maybe watch other videos too. I don't mind. I wouldn't blame you. But now, however, the best I can personally hope for is that no one ever suffers like that at the hands of Onision again, and we can all learn some lessons from this situation. Life is something that happens to almost everyone in some way. From the day life begins to the day it ends, it encompasses a unique experience for that individual. The way that individual can interpret his own life is also something unique, but one really has to wonder how Onision views his life when he treats his reputation as second place to the power he has always desired to acquire. .
In a video where he talks about his suicide attempt, he says the following: "On November 14, 2007, I had a loaded 9 millimeter pistol in my skull. That day I made a decision. Either I was going to commit suicide there. Or I was going to hit myself. some good reasons to keep living. And in my mind, I pulled the trigger. In my mind, the moment the gun was pointed at my head, I stopped being afraid from that day, because now I feel that, no matter. Whatever happens to me, I got a lot further than I should have, I'm just with my brain splattered on a wall. "Boys call me brave, remember they're just talking to a ghost.
It could just be another throwaway video on." the one that tries to draw people in with a false depth, but if the story behind this is true, the philosophy leads me to a question: when someone lacks understanding of their own life or their own purpose, where do they draw the limits of how they treat other people's lives? Onision has never played with limits like others, never with the respect that he himself gives and expects from those around him. There is little debate about much of what he has done and how he has regularly failed to justify those actions.
But the only question I have is to what extent is he aware of this behavior. I'm not entirely sure if he perceives himself as the victim of some delusional witch hunt, or if he knows of his deeply flawed attitude and approach. But his moments of clarity sometimes seem revealing. Throughout this video, I've shown clips from a 2014 upload called Who I Really Am on his Onision channel, a video whose sincere accuracy I felt couldn't be ignored, and I'll leave you and Onision with one more quote from that one. : "I could try to pretend that things are different, but that would mean lying.
If the truth is your enemy, then your real enemy is yourself." Thank you. So that was the video. It was fun, charming. It's 4:05 a.m. in the morning, I just finished recording. We are in the routine.
