And it's moving. I will never forget. It means a lot to me. I should have written it a long time ago. The second type of love is a teacher's love for children, don't do it. Get nervous. I'm not talking about warm and fuzzy love. I mean the true and determined love that encourages effectively. I am referring to the love that Lewis wrote about in his book “The Four Kinds.” of Love.” He described it as “painful love,” the highest level of love known, love in which you sacrifice yourself, love that is committed to the well-being of another.

This type of love is not always emotional, but it is permanent. So teachers, this is good news. This means that they can love their

students

even if they are unlovable. Because this type of love is not emotional, it is a decision, it actively influences and motivates, and it is as old as the hills. Therefore, teachers, it is important to have a solid, organized, consistent and disciplined lesson plan. Effective use of technology is important. Standards are important, but don't let them stifle your creativity, but what kids will remember most of all is you. C's. Affectionate. The most effective and

inspiring

thing is that you catch their attention, motivate them, inspire them.

What they will remember is that you were looking them in the eye and asking them about their extracurricular activities and part-time jobs. What they will remember most in class is that you used to ask them about their conditions in class. What they will remember most is that you worked hard in the first few weeks of school to memorize their names in the first few days. What they will remember most is that you attended their sports activities and celebrations. What they will remember most is that you used to lead the class out loud and that you used to participate in Christmas songs with them.

You used to hang their newspaper clippings on the classroom walls, and you used to tell them to sign them, and you used to tell them to do this one day when their signatures have a financial value that will fund your retirement (Laughter) What they will remember is that you were transparent, that you had a real presence and that you had the ability to... Laugh at your mistakes and share their laughter. So what does it really matter? How do we motivate them? How do we influence them? Allow

to engage in class through communication, critical thinking, and creativity, but don't forget the sixth C, perhaps the most important of these principles is love.
