My question to you is man, you started off great, you can tell your own story, but we found you when you were just a newspaper reporter, a columnist. You're going to go to Philadelphia, working a little bit at Fox, tell everyone that these are all wannabe students in the business world, tell everyone about your journey, well, you know, when I was young, I had dyslexia and they left me behind and then I got over it and left. my path through school and college and finally got a basketball scholarship I broke my kneecap in half my first year there and that's what happened and then I got into the journalism business but to raise it in 2003 I had to audition with ESPN and when I had the audition, um, I was

ed by 18 different people because they called me for an audition and one of the producers said to me, well, you work at Fox at the time and you know you're the little guy that you're the fish. big in the small pond, how are you going to feel?

You're the big fish in the little pond, how are you going to feel being a little fish in the big pond if you came here and I said no disrespect, but I'm not going to be a little fish in anyone's P, you know, I said. , I said, turn on the camera, stand back and watch me do what I do. I auditioned for 20 minutes and on my trip home from Bristol Connecticut. Two hours from New York, halfway there, my agent called me and congratulated me. We just agreed to a three-year contract with ESPN. Marks Mar Mark Mark Shapiro was running ESPN at the time the best audition I had ever seen hired me on the spot one year. and a half later, he was a Visionary and he gave me my own talk show, frankly, which was on ESPN 2 and my career took off from there.

You know, I'll tell you one thing you know about Stephen A and what you see. what you get obviously, but he works like no one cares, he works hard day in and day out and that's what keeps him going, he chases after it all the time and that's obviously what Caitlyn does and that's obviously what you should do to get ahead in life.
