But before we start I just want to give you a quick warning about the hot pepper. When handling birdseed you should make sure to wear gloves. I've made the mistake exactly once of touching the material with my fingers and then accidentally touching my eyes and nose and it's not fun, so be very careful. I always have a separate bucket, I take out the hot pepper seeds and pour them into the bucket with my gloves on and you can even smell it coming out a little bit, you have to be careful or because it's getting up your nose, so from here I just use a spoon so, next I'm going to take this bucket, fill it with chili pepper bird seed and then I'm going to turn this off and see what the squirrels think before I see if the chili pepper bird seed works first. to show you what my bird feeders normally look like when I just use regular sunflower seeds that don't have any spice or chili pepper added to them, as you can see the squirrels come to my feeders and sit there and eat and eat and eat and they continue eating and do not let any birds come near them while they eat.

Now let's add the

spicy

birdseed and see what happens, so here's the first squirrel that jumps from that tree in the back to the bird feeders. and goes to the middle tray which is now filled with the hot pepper bird seed and you can tell it is a more reddish color than the normal sunflower seed and in this case it smells a little and

actually

does

n't even you try to eat it, you just smell it and you go to that tube that's full of peanuts and those peanuts that you're trying to chew don't have any hot pepper or anything

spicy

in them, so this first grill no. not even a bite, one smell is all he needs and he goes for another meal, finally this girl gives up on the peanuts in that cage, two feeders and he goes one more lap around the feeder and again no take a single bite. from the jump on mercy and finally the squirrel gives up and jumps to the ground to look for food elsewhere.

actually

takes a few bites of the chili pepper seed, but as you can see, it only takes a few bites for this squirrel to realize that this is not food. for him and immediately starts searching the rest of the feeders for something better to eat that isn't so hot and spicy.
In fact, this girl hated the taste of spicy bird seeds so much that she is desperately trying to get into the caged bird. feeder as you can see here, as you can see, there's no possible way for them to get in there, but you sure don't stop trying, that was pretty conclusive, the chili pepper bird seed worked really well, so I've always had that.
