Spooktacular DIY Spider: Adding Halloween Elegance to Your Decor!

well it's project time it's Halloween we have a

web and my daughter wanted a

so I got online H so I went to the Dollar store. I had some of this Garden fabric and I also had some of these black glue hangers, we're going to cut them out. and if you're like me, make sure you work close to

your

wife so you can do things like this. Oh, you had a bunch of these left over. Make sure you keep them. We are going to cut almost the entire group. noodles in half let's oversize this hot glue them all over together put them together wrap them in duct tape that's not going anywhere we have some legs made now let's cut the fabric cut some more fabric we're I'm going to wear some gloves because this Glue can get quite messy and we end up with the legs and we end up with a lot, so we left these pieces left over.

We're going to pass this through a pool noodle that's wrapped around itself, these are going to be for the legs, the pool noodle is going to go right over them, we're going to wrap them around the bottom, secure it and this is the thorax , let's work on the abdomen, we have two noodles. that we're cutting in half and joining the ends together, then we're going to take this piece and we're going to connect it to round it out a little bit more, now we're going to put them together and it's going to start to look like something has a black garbage bag and pushes those hangers in and when you run out, remind it to

your

partner that no more wire hangers.

We're going to take these four pieces and turn them into a triangle, leaving this little opening here for the eyes. We're going to round the head and also put it in a garbage bag. We'll use them as eyeballs. Cool logo. We have people who are terrible at golf and we find them in our yard all the time. They look good. Make four so we have the fabric for the head and making sure we still have that area for the eyes, we're going to increase the size of this fabric to see if we can wrap it around and we've had enough. to finish this project, so this is probably a good time to tell you that I'm making this up as I go along.

I'm not sure if we're going to put this head inside the fabric or outside. to take out the fabric hangers where the legs are going to be attached starting to come together here are all the pieces laid out this is a little bigger than I anticipated okay let's finish this project and get this chandelier up let's go I'll need some ladders something of wood to support the weight, some zip ties and a little more rope since we're outside, let's start with these eyes. My daughter has this hair dye for her costume. Let's use. to make a couple of coats that should fit well and now it's time to lift this body, we're going to use those trusty hangers, a couple of zip ties and this is a little difficult to do with one hand, so we're going to add the leg and showing the results, it was at this point that I realized that I hadn't taken into consideration the angle of the spider and gravity with the legs, so let's go fishing and tie them up to get those legs. exactly where they should be, back to these eyes, we're just going to snap them right and it's going to go right there, a couple more zip ties and some hangers, and it looks good.
