your

I felt like I woke up every morning like that fire inside of me, you know when you're so excited to get up in the morning that you're like you're ready to take on the day, you're eager to take on challenges and opportunities and you feel really good and when you feel so you know everything is going well, you are doing something right, you feel on track and in the next year everything changed and starting the most important thing was like my business, so my My husband and I, my husband Ed, we run our business together and the things started to become too much, there was so much going on that that was the biggest source of overwhelming that combined with the house we were living in, the lease is coming up and we had to find a new place to live and then at that point , we had been engaged for like four years and it was finally time to get married and get married and, you know, be able to move on and I just felt like there was a lot going on, it was too many decisions to do too much planning, too much preparation, too much to balance, make too much juggling to keep up with too many little plays like Kip's, or so I thought, too many. things to perfect again that came from within, it was just exhausting and exhausting to the point where something, if not everything, had to change because I honestly didn't know how much longer I could keep going down this road. walk and just feel this way and if you've ever felt overwhelmed, I'm sure you can totally understand how paralyzing and debilitating the feeling of everything is, it's just that most things feel hard to do, even the easiest ones. , and you go to bed at night you feel like maybe you're not as productive or as accomplished as you could be, like you haven't done enough things or even gotten everything you wanted, and like you have a lot going on. head, well, maybe you're not sleeping.

simplessity declutter your home program by alejandra tv...

Well, or maybe you wake up at like 3:00 in the morning thinking about everything you're behind on or everything you need to do or get back on track and because you're not sleeping well you wake up in the morning tired and exhausted and you don't want to. get out of bed you don't want to go to work you don't want to check

your

email you don't want to look you're taking a to-do list so many things and you just want to stay in bed and avoid everything and maybe get distracted by everything that distracts you, maybe whether it's television or movies or the Internet or food or friends or shopping or whatever that distraction is. for you, but this is what you know, this problem of when you avoid everything you need to do to escape the pain, you are not really in a pleasant place because you are thinking about everything you do and everything behind you. so the only way to win in this game is to try hard and get back on track and get out of that overwhelm and just do whatever you need to do or find a new way to do it all, so I finally came to this breakup. moment when something had to change I felt completely stressed I looked stressed my skin was dry my hair didn't shine like it used to shine I didn't cut my hair for 13 months I had low energy I was arguing more with Edie And really the worst part is that I also I gained five to ten pounds because of all the emotional eating, but the worst part is that I just didn't feel good and it was like this pattern that continued for way too long and then you know.

You get to the point where how much longer can I go on with this? And even though I'm a very organized person, I have systems for all kinds of things, no matter how hard I tried to organize each piece, it was overwhelming like in my business. and my personal life and stuff, no matter how much I try to just take all the pieces and make them work, sometimes you're just working with too many pieces and you just have to get rid of a few things, it's like putting together a 250 piece puzzle and you have 500 pieces in front of you.
simplessity declutter your home program by alejandra tv
Great, you're at this big table and you always have pieces in front of you and no matter which way you turn and you arrange and slide these pieces so they all fit. They just don't all fit together, it's not until you realize that, hey, I'm dealing with too many pieces of the puzzle here, first I have to get rid of everything that doesn't belong, these extra pieces, get them out of the way. You're distracting me, they don't belong here and then you organize everything that's left and that's how you put the puzzle together and that's how you make it all work, so eventually I hit rock bottom and became completely desperate to simplify life and give back. to where I used to be, feeling amazing again and waking up with that fire inside me every morning, so one day I vividly remember this day we were on.
I was in the bedroom of her old house and I woke up and it was a horrible day. I started as I remember, I did the best I could and I remember waking up crying and it was very emotional and you know, when you feel terrible, you feel terrible and I called Ed into the room. and he is very grateful for him, he supports me a lot and you know we talked and you know it was at that moment that I made this decision that I felt so bad that the pain motivated me to do what I had to do. change and get back on track and at that moment I made the decision to simplify my life, get out of the overwhelm and get back to where I used to be because every time someone made any kind of positive change in their life, it started with the decision it starts with a decision within out of your head and starts with a commitment to yourself to make that change or do whatever it takes to make that change so how can you become overwhelmed, regain control and get back on track?
Well, there are different ways to do it. do it, but one way is to simplify everything and make everything easier and more manageable to get rid of everything that doesn't serve you, everything that doesn't belong, the things that offer no value in your life, the things that are just in your life. Life distracts you, you get rid of all those things and you only focus on the things that don't matter to you, the things that belong in your life and that's what I did from that moment on, ruthlessly, I started simplifying my life. The biggest thing I simplified was my business.
My business was the biggest source of overwhelm. I reviewed my business. I did this audit of my business and got rid of stuff. I got rid of systems. I deleted projects. I crossed off goals even though they weren't goals. I didn't complete it and I felt good about that. I gave myself the permission I gave myself. I gave myself permission to cross things off my to-do list, off my project list and just forget about them because they were overwhelming me and I only focused on the things that really mattered and when I realized that this was the answer to feeling bad and overwhelmed with all these things, so I decided to simplify my personal life.
I addressed my perfectionism that was showing up in all these different areas of life and then I also simplified my

home

. To make it even easier to manage, it's been about a year and a half since I started simplifying all of these areas of life and I can't even begin to tell you how much better my business feels nice again. I feel creative. We moved to a new house Edie and I finally got married and had a beautiful, simple wedding with only thirteen people. We then backpacked through Europe for our honeymoon carrying minimal items. My backpack weighed 19 pounds and Ed's backpack weighed 29 pounds.
I lost those 5 to 10 pounds I gained and I finally got a haircut and life feels great again because I'm consciously choosing to keep it. I feel very relieved. I feel light. I feel like I can breathe again. I feel like I have that fire inside of me that is so excited about the future. I can't wait to get out of bed in the morning and I feel like I'm back to where I used to be. I feel like I'm back to being myself again and don't get me wrong, there are still a lot of things to do.
I still have tasks and projects I want to do and stuff, but the biggest difference with the biggest way I know I'm back to normal is that I don't have that overwhelming feeling inside of me that makes me feel like I mean, this thing stays still and I can't progress and my mind feels foggy and I'm losing sleep at night and I can't focus on any of it, all those things are gone and if those things ever come back, you bet. I know how to get that stuff out and get back to living life on the right track again, so sometime in the following year, as I was navigating my own overwhelm and you know, simplifying life and stuff and getting back to where I used to be, I had this light. bulb moment and that moment was something like this, it was like I was feeling so overwhelmed in life and feeling so horrible and I'm that organized as a person at home and stuff, I can't even begin to imagine someone being like that. overwhelmed in life and overwhelmed at home with clutter and no organization systems and just not feeling good in their house, so it made me think that that person who has this ohrim combined with this scent in the house must feel ten times worse than how I feel.
I was feeling and feeling bad so I thought if the answer to my overwhelm was to simplify my business and get back on track and it worked and I'm back on track feeling amazing again with no chance of ever looking back. Once again, the answer for this person is to simplify their home and get rid of any type of clutter that is in the way that distracts them. It doesn't belong, it doesn't serve any purpose and rule in your life, take that stuff out and just carry it. Laser focus on the things that are in front of them, the things that matter, the things that make a difference within their lives and so, for the next 18 months, my team and I worked incredibly hard to create any

program

that do exactly that and make it for someone. who feel so overwhelmed by all the clutter inside their home and need concrete steps on how to go through the entire

I know I'm always impressed when I see it. all the progress everyone is making and they're going live on Facebook, they're posting before and after photos and everyone's talking about the amazing progress they're making and helping each other overcome their own challenges in their specific situations. It's always very motivating, it's totally motivating and if you're not a Facebook user and you want to join the group, you can always create a Facebook account just for this group or if you prefer to stay private, you know that joining this group is completely optional. and it is not required, so now let's talk about what this program is not about.
Some classes today are not an organizing program, so organizing is about establishing effective systems to give a home to everything that lives inside your home. It's not about this program. Minimalism We will never use the word minimalism or minimalist in the program, although the program can help you achieve a minimalist lifestyle, you decide how much decluttering and simplifying is right for you, there is no set number of items to get rid of, such as we all have. In different situations, this program is also not about decluttering your home responsibly in the sense of permanently getting rid of things that are no longer useful.
You the things you don't need and the things you don't love This program is a practical and realistic approach to holding on to only the things you use, need and love so that you can create a more peaceful environment so you can thrive within your homes, so now let's talk about the difference between simplicity in my energy productivity program, so simplicity is my complete decluttering program that will teach you how to permanently get rid of the things that don't serve you and that simply distract you. and you will increase your overwhelm and as a result you will feel light, you will feel liberated, you may feel like you can breathe and you will feel like you can think clearly, so on the other hand, my power is productivity. program the PPP is my complete organization program that teaches you how to set up effective organizational systems so you can feel in control, feel on top of things and have a sense of order now the PPP covers cleaning as part of the process because cleaning It's you You have to declare it before you get organized, but it doesn't go into the same round details as simplicity, after all, we created an entire program for just this step of letting go if your goal is to get organized, decluttering is the first step, it's a It's a complete waste of time to set up organization systems for things you don't even use, like you just have to get them out of your house, and then the second step is to set up effective organization systems now that you combine the two tidying elements. and then organize, that's when you'll see the best results, that's when you'll discover that life is easier, simpler and more effective, so now let me introduce you to some of our simplicity members, here's Molina and Molina says.
I just finished dropping off these things for donation. It felt so good to drop everything now to fill more bags and boxes. I can't wait to see the final result. As soon as I got back to the empty car I felt a wave of stress and anxiety leave my body. It was the best feeling I ever had knowing these things weren't coming home with me. This is exactly what Ploesti is all about: it's about getting rid of anything inside your home that causes negative emotions. Get out of your house, get out of your life forever, which will allow you to be more present, more focused and more aware while you are at home, so here is Silvia and Silvia says that she has already walked half the house.
This is like an addiction in a few hours. An NGO comes to collect all the donations. The recycling things are already at the recycling center. These things really are addictive. Once you pack your first bag or box, you get them out of your house for good and you feel that sense of relief. You'll just want to continue decluttering the rest of your house and I have to say another good feeling is giving others things that we hold on to and don't even use, neither love nor things that others can use, so here's Erin and Erin didn't clutter up her entire garage and she did it all herself and it's cool to see everything she did, she said she got rid of three cars full of stuff, that's a lot of stuff and you know you can see the drastic difference between her before and after and you look at the after and you say, "Wow, it's so beautifully empty" and you know you feel like you can breathe, you can walk easily, you can park your car inside.
That's huge. You can park your car inside thegarage. Scott wants to know where all my fellow babysitters are because a couple of weeks ago he was tearing down closets, he tackled his linen closet, he tackled his pantry, he tackled his hall closet and here's his pantry, look at all the stuff on the left side , he took out the space he could. Getting rid of it is useless, it's expired and it's just not necessary, so here's an email from Melissa and Melissa is letting go of the bulges, she's letting go of the clothes and she's also selling handbags which is what good to organize that we sometimes encounter. things and they are still in great condition and we can sell them and when that happens, we know that you are ordering, the efforts literally start to pay off and she ends the email by saying: I think the most important thing that I am recognizing through this new program It is the release of the guilt of holding on to old projects, old businesses, and old hobbies.
It's okay to move on to something that's fresh and new. Something to help me instead of keeping me stagnant. It can be very easy. Feeling guilty once you start decluttering your house is like that guilt of not using something you find, the guilt of letting go, the guilt of getting rid of a gift that someone special gave you, or the guilt of spending a lot of money and something just goes away. is left behind, the closet is not used, so here is Daniela and Daniela said that her biggest obstacle to organizing her house has been her husband, but recently, for her birthday, her husband gave her two hours to go into her closet and just letting go of things and in that period of time the two of you were able to let go of a hundred and fifty items from the last 20 years and she just said it's amazing, it's great to see that you meet a husband or wife. get together and tackle one space at a time and just progress and do it together and have the same goal and it's really cool to see so here's Andrea and Steve and they say after joining simplicity I feel relief and satisfaction and I hope I can do it .
I feel like I've come out of the death spiral where the constant, mindless hoarding had been especially bad for me because I'm a knitter and it's so easy to just click the buy button on some yarn online without paying attention to how much yarn I already have and how quickly I could knit it into garments. I am now much more aware of online shopping because I can see much better what I have, what I want and what I need, so implementing the less part with simplicity has been liberating I just don't need everything I had asked for and I never thought I'd enjoy it properly, as it was too easy to get more without thinking about it.
It's also teaching me that maybe I don't want to spend my time online in places where I could be. tempted to buy simplicity is giving me back the energy and time I had started to waste having to deal with so many things and is showing me the true value of not only having less but wanting less and saving more in my life for things. things that matter around me more opportunities to learn a new skill pay more attention to the people I meet visit more new places and have more room in my heart for gratitude and giving it makes me feel lighter and makes the future feel fresh instead of stale In my mind the icon I associate with simplicity is that of a helium balloon, the way my future rises there, this is the exact message of what simplicity will give you.
It's about less consumption and more good things in life, as Andrea and Steve wonderfully mentioned it's about more time for relationships, more exploration, more discovery, more being present in the moment and more moments to feel amazing and full of life. Hello everyone, my name is Rachel, from the King family, just a little background. Who I am. and why enjoy the simplicity program. I have been married to my husband for 12 years and we have four children ranging in age from three to 12 years old. days a week, sometimes more, four to six days a week and, um, work from home, um, home school, our kids keep the house running and they also keep our businesses running as much as I can help with that. also, so this past This year we added our third business and it's been a crazy year.
It's been a year where a lot of my stuff has been neglected around here. I used to think I was an organized person, but last year was crazy and I couldn't. I'm not keeping up and to be honest I was at the point where I was thinking we made a mistake by adding the third business which I know we didn't because you know the future looks great but I was feeling so overwhelmed and depressed, face it, I mean just overwhelmed and stressed and I'm starting to think it's because we added that third business. I was never able to do this, then I realized that it's actually because of my house, too many things, so much water.
I would wake up in the morning not wanting to get out of bed because I knew what I had to say and just a couple of things that, you know, I was searching on YouTube and I found Alejandra, and you know, I started following her and I loved her videos. and I fell in love with the simplicity of her programs and I was very, very hesitant, but I will never, ever, ever regret it because we've seen great results and I'm just not done with my entire house yet, but what we've done. We've done my office, my filing cabinets, my kitchen and we're currently working on a really messy garage.
Maybe it's a possibility that you guys still see those videos of those photos, but how has it made me feel? Well, basically just a burden fell off my shoulders now we walk into the office and we can immediately think about what we have to do today. Now I know it's not because of the third business, it's because I had too many things. and what simplicity did for me is it helped me figure out what I need to get rid of what I want to get rid of and how to think about how to clean it up and keep it that way and we're super excited, super excited. for everything that Alejandra posts and I would HIGHLY recommend this um and this is just my testimony um I'm also excited after we're done with the simplicity we just like to get as organized as possible and maintain the system and I hope it answers some of your questions if you have I've been considering simplicity but procrastinating that's exactly where I was, but I'm so glad I didn't procrastinate because it's made a huge difference in my life and, honestly, my kids' lives. they are much happier where there is no clutter they play much better where there is not as much stuff now they have a bigger living room because we got rid of some stuff and that has been my experience and I would just pay whatever shots I am in to have access to something like this I hope it helps you all have a great day.
