is that we want it to look like water and then we will add something decorative transparent and white. pebbles now I'm going to grab some artificial flowers. I chose these roses that have some leaves and a little baby's breath and trimmed them so they were single stem roses. Now I'm just going to stick them in that glue. The nice thing is that this doesn't dry right away, so you have some time to arrange these flowers exactly how you want them.

You can move them around and make sure they stick between the stones once you've arranged them. just set it aside and let it dry. You now have a permanent flower arrangement that appears to have water and stones at the bottom. This will look great in your home. Next, we're going to take a couple of glaziers. jars and we're going to dye them, so you're going to take a small plate and fill it with clear glue and a little bit of water. I want this to look like a blue-green color, so I'm going to add a few drops of blue and a drop of green and then stir it until it's mixed really well. Now we want to cover the inside of the jar, so take your glass jar, make sure it's nice and clean, pour that dark blue mixture into the jar and swirl it around so it covers everything. Once you've shaken it up, you can pour the excess back into the original container. You're probably working on a covered surface because this food coloring will stain your table, so I have some paper down here.

Now we want to let this drip a little bit. I'm just going to add some popsicle sticks on top. from the plate, place the jar right on top, let it drip for about 10 minutes, once it's done dripping, take a paper towel, wipe away any excess drips that are around the edge of the jar, and then place it upside down on a piece of parchment paper. and put it in the oven at 175 for about 20 minutes. This will bake that dye into the inside of the jar. After 20 minutes, take it out, turn it over and let it cool completely if you still see some streaks after it has cooled.

s, you can't fill them with water, but you can definitely display some dried flowers in them for this project. I'm going to take this glass frame here and make some faux stained glass, so I'm going to take out the piece of glass and I'm going to draw a grid of squares and rectangles with puffy black paint. I have created a grid. with pencil on a piece of paper which I can put under the glass and then just trace it with the black paint when it's done, I want to let it dry completely so it will take me about an hour to create the stained glass mixture.
I'm going to use some clear glue and a few drops of paint. A drop of paint will result in a kind of light color. More paint will be a duller color. You can also add a little water. this, if you want a more runny consistency, on that piece of glass where we added the puffy paint, when it's completely dry, I'm just going to use a popsicle stick and transfer some of those beautiful blue colors to the glass, you don't need much. this is going to spread, you can use the popsicle stick or even a paintbrush just to spread it out a little bit, but a little bit goes a long way because you don't want this going over the black lines once everything is done.
You can take a toothpick and come back and just pop any of those bubbles that are there. If you have bubbles, they will appear in the final product, then set it aside and leave it alone once it is dry. Place the glass back into the frame. Place it next to a window and you will have a beautiful faux stained glass piece for your home. We are going to start this craft with two small canvases. You can also use medium or large canvases depending on where you want to go and hang them. the two canvases almost touching take a colored pencil and draw a semicircle on both canvases use a bright colored pencil, the next steps will be much easier if you do this use the semicircle as a guide and line up your ruler with the point on the semicircle draw lines of various lengths.
I drew 12 lines total on each piece, but you can draw more or less, just make sure not to overcrowd it. First outline the semicircle with hot glue. You might want to brush it up a bit. several times to give it more texture and also elevate it, work more on outlining the details in the middle for the first canvas as this will be the moon, I'm just outlining the craters, go as slow as you can for the lines that are branching from the semicircles to try to make them as straight as possible. You may have to go over these lines at least twice or possibly more to raise them a bit on the second canvas, which will be a sun.
It needs a little bit of texture on the inside to create a point of texture with your glue gun quickly. It may look a little messy now, but it will look beautiful later by covering the canvas with an adhesive. I'm using an acrylic medium as an adhesive, but you can always use that. glue or something, sprinkle sand on top of the moistened canvas, shake off excess sand and fill in any remaining blanks, let this layer dry. I chose sand for this because it will give it a little more texture. Also make it look much more like there are real rocks here.
Take the canvases outside and spray paint them, one black and one white. I kept them close to spray a little on both white and black to create a little gradient in the middle. Paint over the raised parts after the spray paint is completely dry. I am using a metallic gold color paint to really highlight but you can use any color, go slowly you will need to fill in a lot of textured areas let this paint dry completely and then after it dries find a place to hang them or place them. I chose my mantel here and they look absolutely beautiful.
Thanks for watching, see you next time, bye.
