Rebuilding The Worlds Biggest Forklift!!!

on top yeah that sucks but you know what look how high it rises we could use it as is you know what I mean yeah I wonder if it's safe to go up under this like the hydraulics. They are like this, what is that fool? It just slams shut, but look at this big thing here, yeah, look at the hydraulic fluid, there's a driveshaft right there to shift some of these lines, which is no big deal. I guess that's the transmission there. The hydraulic pump rolls that transmission basically there's the transmission and it also drives the hydraulic system.

Yeah, for some things, I think this is the huge hydraulic pump that actually goes into that little box underneath for the hydraulic fluid, so daddy it's a huge pump that's probably where, when you put it while our boom isn't extends, you know exactly that could be a problem, but I mean the engine looks pretty clean on top. I'm definitely going to need to wash this thing and see how well it cleans. Yeah, I definitely see a little bit of leakage from the top, but hopefully there are just a few lines we can change here and there, no big deal, but check this out I think.

This is where you actually hook up a little bit of a winch or a brain and a crane attachment, kind of like that guy that's chunky, what do you think can lift a semi-trailer? You think you can probably lift the front of a movie theater. I think a semi-trailer is heavy. like thirty-three thousand pounds or something, I don't know mate, we'll try to get as much as we can, but one thing I want to ask you is this Detroit Diesel, what a cut. I've never heard of this, you know I've heard of them, they're actually pretty good and I think the parts are available so we're good, if something breaks we can definitely get a bunch of parts, you know, Yes, what I really want to do, yes, we do it.

I don't know how that goes, but I want to completely wash this pin, you know, use a big five gallon bucket of degreaser to just dump it in this power, purple thing, turn this thing on, but I'm wondering if this is the little cutting thing of fuel, right? here you know I'm pulling and stuff like that, there's a lot of things we need to learn here, but you know why, honestly, we wanted to do this project because we need a

s or heavy duty equipment, okay little guy, oh yeah, all these things, like heavy duty equipment, they basically run on this four cylinder diesel and a big hydraulic pump and all that good stuff . turn off the battery booster, you have a little pole here, this actually came in handy when I was driving down the road, oh yeah, those mirrors are handy, but look at this long arm here or it's a wonderful cylinder, well, me.

I don't know what you'd call it, you see, this is what we're learning about, but I think this is what really extends the whole boom up and out, as long as that's the case, how far it can extend. Pretty wild and there's another cylinder up there too, so I might go further, oh damn, dude, there's all kinds of crazy stuff we're learning about this, wait to use this honestly, especially when we're going to build a store. and I just like picking up these cars or all that, yeah, unloading cars and all that good stuff, pulling out engines, pulling cars out of the ground, dropping 50 feet out of the air, oh, I wouldn't mind if you know you're doing some projects with this one thing, but overall, So far, everything looks good, it looks like it was a well-maintained unit, you know what I mean, someone maintained it perfectly, it just sat still for a while, you know, that's all because, as you can see, there are new lines that very often you see this. that's a brand new line that someone installed and that's all it takes is just changing a few lines like that that leak completely, it's coming from one of those, let's check it out right there, yeah, something up there, probably the line one of the lines or I don't know if they have similar stamps or you just buy a whole new line but we have a company near Chattanooga that actually does all this like they do custom lines and all that good stuff so we should be good there . but guys, that's going to be a disaster for today's video, tell us what you think about this huge forklift and if you have any suggestions, let us know what color we should paint it, what we should do to it, how I should improve it and also.
