Good job There you have it friends, I don't have abs, you are very impressed that I could like to do some of these moves, which honestly, thank you, I didn't know I could do them either. Some of you expected me to have abs in two weeks. If you expected me to have abs in two weeks, I'd like to hear your logic. Yes, I think most of you are smart enough to know that it's just a sensation title. You know, it depends on where you are in your fitness journey. It's like two weeks of abs. It won't guarantee that you'll get the same thing in two weeks or in the summer.
Sure. It doesn't mean you can only do a lot of things well during the summer. You can do it at any time of the year. It's just the title of the video. The goal of this two-week program was to get people started on their fitness journey. At first my first video I made about this. I said I wasn't weighing myself. I wanted to feel better. I started to feel the effects that all my binge eating has had on my body. That was the purpose of this. Before I started this challenge, the most exercise I did was walking from my bed to my couch to the refrigerator to my bed to the couch to the refrigerator, and that was for months.
I hadn't exercised. I don't think anyone should be discouraged if they don't have abs in two weeks. I can guarantee you that Chloe didn't go into the program thinking that everyone who did it would have abs in two weeks. Yes girl! In the past, I would dive into things too quickly and that would trigger my eating disorder. Trends: I go from eating too much and bingeing to not eating at all and not exercising. I was so weak. I was so out of shape that I think my biggest change is my resistance level each day. You could go further and further in training without having to take a break.
There were movements that I couldn't do at first simply because my body was not physically capable of it. I think making an effort to take care of myself really helps my mental health a lot. I would eat and do nothing. Like I said, I didn't think anyone would want to see this doing burpees. I felt like I was doing this with an army of people. I wouldn't have gotten through it without you. This is not the first time I have heard this. I have received so many comments about how to change lives. But you are doing much more than you think.
You interact with the comments. They know that other people's videos help them stay motivated. Every time someone responds to your comments and motivates you, don't you feel a little more motivated? Well I'm going to do the app part so I went through and watched the ab workouts. It's an abdominal workout that you do 12 times over a 14-day period, which means I'm going to give it a try. Training 12 hours in one day is probably a terrible idea. Keep your form correct, look at Luca like you're judging your butt. It's hard and annoying. How is this an exercise? Guys, like the best personal trainer ever. He wasn't that bad, like tired and sweaty at this point. I'll be honest. I'm not particularly sure about stopping because, as ridiculous as the amount is.

I finished Chloe Ting's 2-week shred. It was difficult, but we did it now. Now it was the final weigh-in and he weighed seventy-eight point nine kilos. What was it before? Luckily, I saw a change in my measurements, especially around my stomach and just the overall look of my body and physique. I could definitely see a big difference when you look at my side-by-side comparisons. I look much better at the second job, much slimmer and much more toned when I press on my stomach.
In my life I was thinking that what in weight I gained in muscles. I was very excited to continue my weight loss journey. Now that the challenge is over, I want to talk about something I would do differently and some tips for the guys. She has a video with what you've done differently. So she watches the full video. But you know that when you do high-intensity workouts, there's a chance you'll grow a little more muscle. That's why sometimes you don't see a big drop in your weight. And that's not a bad thing because muscle is I've said that gaining muscle a million times over is a good thing, especially when you're trying to lose weight because they are more metabolically active and will only help increase your metabolism.
I will strengthen you and advance you in all my training. There is something good. So don't measure yourself only based on your weight. Very important. If I hadn't done this group chat with my friends, I probably wouldn't have gotten this far. You don't see a lot of progress and everyone's body and metabolism.
It is different and everyone's diet is different and health problems are different. So I personally don't think it's a good move. However, I saw quite a bit of overall physical transformation in this line here, the obliques. You know, I'm still not. completely solid, but I feel very strong. I was so excited to meet some of you through the hashtag on Instagram. It made me really happy that we have this kind of little community, everyone doing this challenge together and really motivated. He asked me to keep going and make sure I went all the way, even though I didn't see a big change in the overall physical appearance of my body.
Hey guys, I just wanted to pop in real quick and say that once I put my two videos from day one next to my video from day 25. I saw a huge difference in my body, I think I was having one of those typical days where you You wake up in the morning and just look in the mirror and feel like you don't look any different. But then once you see your progress photos or something, side by side, you're like, wow! Actually, there is a big difference. I wanted to exercise because I wanted it for the health benefits.
That's also why I didn't measure myself and I didn't weigh myself because I just wanted to look good and feel good, and that's what happened?
