Well, also as parents, we still have to be the ones who cultivate God in Jesus all day long in our lives in local churches, just once a week for some, maybe two or three times a week, but the Lord commands parents to train the child. on the path they must go so that they do not deviate from it and then it is really our duty our work because God blessed us with these words among children and that is why Deuteronomy 6:5 to 7 says you will love the Lord your God with all your heart with all your soul with all your mind and these words that I send you today will be in your heart, you will diligently teach them to your children and you will speak to them when you sit in your house, when you walk along the road and when you go to bed and you can prepare rice , so if we just break that when we sit in our houses when we walk down the road when we go to bed this is a holiday so we should always be talking about God we should always give Him the glory not just on a Sunday so this took me time to learn and do and realize how I could do this without getting overwhelmed and pressured and it's very simple at home, we play worship and we also play worship music. we read children's books, Christian children's books, we do projects related to Bible stories, if we are out of the house, we talk about the weather, we talk about the animals that God created, this is his land that he created, so it is very simple , like little things. here we can show our children that God is the one who did this and then their minds start to get curious about how God did these things and they start asking us more questions, so leading by example is just being who.

God has called you to be that parent and show them who Jesus is through love, okay, so that's number one, number two is explaining who God is. It's one thing to tell our children, although you have to love Jesus, you have to know who he is. God, he's like that, he's bad, but if you don't really understand who God is, then you just won't do it, it's not going to fit you kids, you just need to understand, if any mom understands, this is the kids will keep asking questions. until they understand that our job is to teach them who God is and so is the father who is the ruler and creator of the universe so he created everything and then that can go into a background creation story and talk about animals and things.

So I was talking before and in the son the son is Jesus, he is the son of God, he is the one who died for all humanity and was resurrected so that our sins could be forgiven and so we went through that and I talked about that and it depends on the age of your child, of course, how much you can really understand, but again that's where those different stories, books and videos of the Christian videos of your children's journey helped a lot and they're so visual and then the Holy Spirit. I know this is something for me and my family. It took us a while to get it done. up to that point, to be honest, life got in the way, there's one of those things where you have to decide this is important and my family needs this to be a

of their lives, and that's why it took us, I'm going to say I really got serious about doing Bible study devotions probably about a year and a half ago, yeah, and my son is six, my daughter is three, so if you're just starting out with devotions or study from the Bible, do not be discouraged, everyone grows in their relationship with God at the same time. moment where they do what's different for everyone, so be grateful to know that you're in a place where you're going to do it right now, so commit to it and it will happen which changed my heart to start doing that. things for our children was that we wanted them to know that it is important to God, so they should be important to us and one of those scriptures that really helps us continue with God like Matthew 6:33, but seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added to you, so if we get used to seeking God first and teaching our children, to learn more about Him first, then they will begin to do those things in their own lives and in our goal. as parents it is to train them in the way of the Lord, so that is one of the main ways that we do this, it is a devotional Bible study time where they can see that time as important because God sees it as important, they are learning more about Jesus, so if You're wondering how exactly I do Bible study or devotions because I definitely have that question when I start wanting to do it, so here are some

One of the first things of course is Just Start, many times we think that as parents we have so many things to do that we want to make excuses for why we can't do something, so it is very important to start finding a time when your schedule that works best for you and your spouse and your children and make that a designated time to have a workable environment currently my husband and I stay home and he is working so during the week Monday through Friday I do the devotional devotional, my husband actually does the devotions and I do them so they know that dad does them, they're excited, it feels like he's there and I was like, blah, blah, blah, blah, you know in this

, so just keeping a set time for that will really teach the kids, okay?

This is Bible study time and they are really excited about it so on the weekends we all do it together as a family and I am a nut, I actually recorded a video of our Bible study time. It's fun. It's fun. so the second thing you can do is give your children their complete Bible. I didn't realize how excited they would be about this until we got our son his own Bible and I think I have it and will put it in his own Bible. to make them feel a part of this, you know, it's great to just let them see yours, but they're asking for everything, go ahead and get them, even though I'll do it, they'll be very excited to do it, where to start.

For you and your family, it just depends on where you are. I would just pray to ask God to guide you on where exactly you should start in the Scriptures. He knows exactly where he is and will show you and tell you otherwise. Oh yes, don't make the lessons too long. I have younger kids and when we started I said my daughter was two, my son was five, so we don't do it more than five to ten minutes just to keep it up. fun and light if your kids are younger of course make it shorter if your kids are teenagers just touch my ear however long it lasts but for younger kids I wouldn't recommend more than ten minutes probably not even more than five minutes, it just depends on your child, so Keep it, don't make it short, another likely thing is to make the study fun, keep it light, keep it on the findings, let your kids ask questions, don't make it so structured like the one where they have to sit all the time. and just listening, I allowed them to get involved and ask questions and that's something that my kids really enjoy because my husband I know my husband, but my son is the type to ask you questions until you're blue, okay, but he's just full of questions.

He is very curious and that is why we strive to always answer his question as best we can, if we don't know, we tell them we will contact them.
