I also found these cinder blocks, like I said, they were lying around if they had just been there collecting dust and cobwebs, so the first thing I'm going to do with them is clean them real good. because I don't want all that gross stuff and then I don't want spiders crawling on me or anything and then I grab one of these spray paints from Walmart in black and they're literally 97 cents or a dollar. or something like that, it's a very, very cheap paint. I would not use this type of paint on plastic or any other project.

I take some of these two by six boards that I'm reusing from this wall swap here and I just cut them to size, you guys don't have some of these lying around, you can find them at Lowe's or Home Depot. I think the ones we bought were like six or eight dollars or something for the entire board and you can cut them once too. That's all dry. I'm going to take some iron grip silicone adhesive and we want this to be something sturdy because it will come out. I don't want this to fall apart. I don't want someone to sit down and then say something like that. you know, it breaks down, it dries pretty quickly, it took me about half an hour before I could move it.

I sanded this down a little bit and I actually found this waterproof spray at Dollar Tree several years ago and bought like four or five boxes, so I'm going to follow the steps of this to make it waterproof because it's going to go outside and under trees and stuff like that. , I don't want it to get wet and you know, the wood starts to rot and like it. mildew and all that so I hope it works out, if so I'll let you know if not I mean I'm sure there will be an update in the future to let you know how this went and that's it. so the second DIY for this trio is actually not really a DIY, it's more of an idea of yours or a trick I'll give you.
I actually had this window hanging in my house for a while and I bought it at Habitat for Human Restoration and it's not a full window, it's a real window and of course I don't expect you guys to have a window in your house huh , but again, you can check thrift stores, if they've restored habitat for humanity, that's a perfect store. To get to you, you can check out Craigslist's Facebook marketplace. There's always a way to find some of this stuff for cheap or free, but if you can't find a real window, head to Dollar Tree or head to whatever store you want.
To go and buy some frames, I have made faux windows many times using frames from Dollar Tree and it's as simple as that, you don't have to spend that much money to create something like this, so this is just your second idea. and that will go right on top of the bench, third part of this DIY trio. I'm going to use this pot I bought in Mexico on one of our road trips. I bought two of these. It was a nice game. I had them. It was on my porch for a while, one of them broke the bottom base so I put it away because I didn't want to get rid of it and what I'm doing is basically digging a deep hole right next to it. my bench is just digging that hole and I'm going to pile it right there, yelling at each other.
I'll also be reusing this fake tree I made. I'll link that video below if you want to see how I did it. I'm going to stick that thing in there and then I'm going to start piling up all the dirt inside the vase so it doesn't move. You don't have a pot or a vase like mine. It's okay, don't worry, you guys can always go. your thrift store or again Facebook marketplace, what do they have? You and you might find something that works for a DIY like this. It breaks, why are we going to take it back to elementary school crafts and just do a little bit. bird feeder I was thinking about making a birdhouse, but we are going to turn it into a bird feeder.
I know I said it was going to be a

garden

decoration, but tonight I'm staying home with me, run away with me, it would be worth the time. Run away with me, don't say we're separating. I'm going to use this paint here. You guys can choose whatever color you want, but I feel like this one matches the print on the inside of the frame. I'm going to put a sawtooth perch on the back, add my bird food and then hang it and it's all done for me. By the way, I have several videos on my channel where I really show you a lot of things.

for spring and summer. I'll spray paint it to make it look a little better. I'm also going to use one of these bowls come two in a pack from Dollar Tree and I use the iron grip adhesive one more time because I don't want my stuff to fall apart in the heat and run away with me this time so I'm really excited about the next because I wanted to make a small bird bath and what I'm using for this one is a tall vase that I'm repurposing from another DIY that I saved up through good will for a couple of bucks, just give it a good paint job with a matte flat spray. painted and then found these trays at Dollar Tree.
They are newer at my Dollar Tree. If you can't find something similar, I'm pretty sure in the wedding section you can find a different type of tray that you can paint whatever color you want and then I'll also add a margarita glass because why drink margaritas when you can make a bird bath? I thought it was a silly joke with my iron grip glue. I'm going to move on. and stick them all together, so here we go again, no wonder I can't fight it when it feels so true, because I love birds and we have about a hundred thousand of them tripping up the tree and coming into my chimney . not the fireplace but my wood stove that's a terrible experience guys when I have birds in my wood stove it's crazy anyway I love birds so I'm going to try to do something a little more artisanal style from elementary school and we are taking some. of those boxes again from Dollar Tree I'll do pretty much the same thing with one of them, I'll add two popsicle sticks to the front, glue those suction cups on and then paint them whatever color you want.
I'm attaching this to one of those bamboo handles. dollar tree tiki torch stuff, I'm going to paint it white and then on top of the tiki torch I'm going to put a dollar tree, wait, wait, I got distracted, I've been working really hard on these guys, um, like this I'm going to put a solar light on top so the birds know where to go at night and then I'll just screw it into the base, after that I'll add some bird food and a nice nest, hopefully they'll find it. a nice little space to lie down because every time I go out on my sidewalk I see little freshly cracked eggs there and I feel really bad, so be good to the birds, maybe you have them in your garden, maybe you have them in your

back

yard

or your front yard or somewhere, I don't know you guys.
The bottom line is I know I said garden but you know it fits with everything above so we've come to the last DIY and this one is a little bit more complex it's not as quick but it's simple even though it looks good , so I saw these super super cute garden gates or garden fairies on pinterest and I used mostly dollar tree supplies, so I used moss, I use the wooden rounds from that dollar. tree transports that I also use, I also use these little new windows, you guys will see the little one, um, what the actual door will be, you guys will see they are very new on my dollar tree, so I don't know if you guys I'll be able to find something like that or no um and then for the back I'll use another one of those as box frames or box signs and let's see what else I used in this I use twigs and branches from the backyard I use the little faux moss rocks from the little white tree rocks of the dollar.
If you have any questions or comments about it, be sure to leave them below and I'll try to answer them as best I can, but I feel like it's nice. I wish this self-explanatory thing never goes away, but it's all in my mind and even though I know there is and you can't fight in the fog, I see what you are like as you wander the streets alone. all you can see thinking about what your life became your beautiful sight in the sun and you can't fight in the hazy light at this point I'm actually just gluing things together I'm gluing twigs and sticks around to frame it and then honestly , I just look at it and see what fits where, so I would recommend that you look at it, you know, put some moss between the rocks, put some moss between the sticks and then you know. once I get into the moss rocks, it's just a matter of how you want it to turn out evenly or the look you're going for, so there's really no point in me explaining, wait mom, everything I'm doing because in the end you guys will probably They will do it to your liking or taste we are alone but you are the most beautiful I have ever met your beautiful view in the summer night and you cannot resist in the fog Okay, so we have reached the end of today's DIYs.
I really hope you enjoyed everything I brought you. I sure liked the fairy door in the garden. I thought it was super stinky and cute, and so was the birdbath. I know how many birds are actually going to bathe in that thing. The other day I saw a crow trying to get closer, but in the end it was trying to eat my daughter's chalk, so I guess there's no birdbath for the crow. um but yeah, let me know which one was your favorite and again I appreciate you being here, appreciate the comments, any kind of participation really helps my channel and helps youtube recognize it as relevant to this DIY world so I really do. appreciate that's all so any comments or questions below don't forget to subscribe and I'll see you next time bye.
