Pouring Coca-Cola on Every Water Resistant iPhone - 11 Pro, 11, XS, X, XR, 8, 7, 6S - What Happens?

May 04, 2020
What's up guys, techrax? So in this video I have

every

water

proof iPhone that Apple has ever made: the 6, the 7, the 8, the XR, the 10, the 10, the 11, and the 11pro. I'm going to pour three different things into

every

one. These phones guys, they are all in perfect condition and working. Devices that we will pour coke on for 10 hours. They will all be fully charged and on, then milk for 10 hours, then Clorox. bleach for 10 hours, so three different extensive iPhone 6s liquid durability tests, the reason I'm including this iPhone, technically it's not the first

water

proof iPhone, that would be the seven with ip67 and then ip68 with the 10s So that was really the most advanced waterproof iPhone and then of course the new iPhone 11 pro which is good for about 13 feet of depth, but the reason I include the 6s because it was technically almost secretly waterproof, they had silicone seals around the logic board and some There's some kind of adhesive around the phone case so I want to include it there anyway and of course on the 11th this phone is still sealed so there's the wrapper.

The same thing happened with the 11pro. Start

pouring

it all in here and we'll leave it. here during the night all phones are fully charged. I'm going to put a lid on top of this container too so some of the carbonation can stay inside and so all iPhones are dunked in coke so I'm See you in about 10 hours when we'll take it all out and start

pouring

milk and it will be really interesting, very briefly, in terms of battery life, how these phones perform in terms of battery, because they are all fully charged. I know the 6s says it's 90% but it was fully charged so I'll see you tomorrow morning, okay guys it's morning now, it's actually been about 12 hours but let's open the lid and wow!

More Interesting Facts About,

They're all on except the 6s and the and make sure. In fact, all phones are working at this point, so one thing I found really interesting is that the iPhone 11 has a 3% battery percentage after all this, while the 11pro has a whopping 70%. Some unfortunate updates guys, the iPhone 8 is out of business. The phone was charging halfway. I blinked a few times and it turned off completely so I could hear the little vibration but now I can't even see any sign of it coming to life so the iPhone 11 is actually charging extremely. I'm slowly having some problems, but once I have them fully charged, guys, I'm going to line you up again here, we'll start pouring in the milk so that the remaining iPhones are charged.

Now here you are guys, all the phones below we have milk. so I'm going to go right to these guys, let's start pouring milk over all these phones and this is actually the second test, so this is where it's going to be interesting, oh my gosh, like this, all dipped in milk, we'll wait 10 hours. and I did all the cleaning, all the charging one more time and poured all the milk guys very briefly just to show you this phone is on so that's good obviously it's the new iPhone 11 pro and

what

's the battery here. 57% not bad checking some of the other phones 6, obviously I'm going to charge them all later but success won't turn on right now iPhone 7 12% iPhone XR won't turn on needs charging iPhone 11 needs charging oh wow iPhone 10 it's pretty much full battery and then the iPhone 10 s needs to charge, so I'm going to clean all these phones, charge them one more time, put them here and we'll use the final bleach.

I tested two more victims in the 10 hour milk test guys, so I'm charging all the other phones right now. They are all working pretty well, but we have two phones that are completely out of order again and this actually surprises me a little. I know these phones are water

resistant

, technically they're not waterproof, but I wouldn't expect the phones you know to die like the iPhone 8 just from being on Coca-Cola, well now we have the iPhone 6s so this phone sure will. you know. He's probably the weakest of them all. I imagine I would have died from the coke, but I had no charge, I was just stuck at 2%.
I had the phone plugged in and it basically turned off, but that makes sense,

what

doesn't make sense is this iPhone 10, so this phone was perfectly fine and the battery life. I took it out it was working and all of a sudden it started having the Apple logo booting up and shutting down, it kept turning on and off and off for about 15 minutes the phone turns off completely so now this phone doesn't work at all on the lens, there's a little bit of moisture on the camera, but it's a little disappointing, like the iPhone 10, like everyone's iPhone 10. them, so we're going to wait until we charge the rest of the phones and finally we'll pour bleach on all of them.
Last test, guys, Clorox bleach. We have the remaining survivors. iPhone 7 XR 10 s 11 and 11 Pro max interesting. To point out that I managed to charge them all, the 11 had a lot of problems for me several times, which said that liquid was detected and could not be charged properly, so I had to do it. I've never seen it before but it basically says emergency override and I had to select that and it was loading very very slowly so we're all still alive but this is the final test the guys got the old Clorox test out of 10 hours and we'll see what

happens

after this, so delicious and perfect. all the phones are submerged, they are all on.
I'll check on them after 10 hours, go ahead and pour out all the bleach which smells really, really bad, by the way, but just to show you a lot, I think. absorbed into the styrofoam because I've had a lot more looks like a lot of it is gone, that's basically it, so let's go ahead and wash the iPhones and see how the results of these three tests and the remaining phones hold up. So I have all the phones lined up here. What phone should you choose if you depend solely on water resistance? So we'll start with the iPhone 7, so first look at the back, you guys can clearly see that there's a lot of discoloration here, mainly from that bleach, the foam loading is perfectly fine.
I have up to 50% of the problem, the home button no longer clicks, but otherwise the phone actually charges and I am surprised that these seven work perfectly fine. Next we have the iPhone I don't have any problems with charging. this phone through all three tests here's the back obviously there's that bleach you know on the side those are definitely those that eat up the phone but that's the iPhone XR, the iPhone 10s I don't know what it is, guys, about the 10s and 10s this phone didn't survive at all. I couldn't turn it on after the lye test, so it survived the coke, it survived the milk, and just like the ten with the milk test, it failed, the 10s failed this lye test.
I don't know if it's just that you know he went in there, but there's no sign of anything. I didn't see any Apple logo. Nothing, it just didn't even load. It's like the phone completely turned off, just died, and then closed. Above we have the iPhone 11, so the interesting thing about this phone is that I have problems charging it. I tried different cables and basically what

happens

in 40 minutes I got like 7% so when it went from 10 to 17 percent there is a problem with the phone but it still works and finally we got the iPhone 11 Pro max so this phone actually surprisingly well, everything is fine.
I was carrying it well. I noticed something coming out, I don't know if it was bleach or liquid. out of the phone it was like it oozed, but it still works perfectly fine. I'm actually surprised in that cosmetically the bleach didn't eat up the phone too much, it actually looks pretty good, there are a lot of these nasty guys. I don't know of milk or bleach stains. I'm going to briefly test the audio types on each phone here, the ones that actually work with just the ringtone to see if it's muffled or how it sounds, so it definitely sounds very quiet like it's on a bar or two, but it's working next iPhone 11 ringtone, okay that's much better but very very muffled iPhone 11 pro max just got a little bit of liquid coming out of the speaker here it's also very quiet but when working I had problems with the iPhone 7.
To get to this screen I had to turn it off and activate the ringtone. Wow, it's actually not that bad. I'm surprised it's not even muted and I'd say it's probably better than all the other phones out there, so it's pretty interesting, in conclusion guys, if you're looking for the most affordable and waterproof iPhone. Go with the iPhone 7. This thing is a champ. Guys, you survive coke. The milk. It's really a shame that it survives Clorox bleach with the home button not pressed here, but this thing only compares to it. ringtones and sounds, this thing beats all other phones out there, so definitely go for the iPhone 7 if you're looking for that high-end model.
I would say the iPhone XR is the number one spot. This thing had no problems with how responsive it was being. responsible all the time it was charging every time this phone was literally like it didn't even go into any liquid so I'm going to put it at number one obviously the iPhone 11 Pro or the regular iPhone 11 had a lot of charging issues and They still have a charge. Problems The iPhone 11 pro max also worked pretty well, that about sums it up, thanks for watching guys, as always stay tuned for more videos and I'll see you in the next one, don't worry.
