basement so we start here in the basement it's an 11 foot garage you have the ability to put a nice long kayak in there access all around

I think the utility company Body Works helped us design it, so it just comes together. all that looking in and then you can see as we go the access points that I was talking about with the basement so you have three on each side so all of our cars will come with a

full

body paint it's a Fully automotive paint. everything is wet sand double cleaned and polished literally everything we have will be painted with no decals on this deck we are not going to skimp and put logos on it with decals this particular unit has the silk window option so you can see it has that 3M coating on the windows to blend in with that paint job to make it more statically pleasing, but it also reduces about 50 percent of the UV rays coming into the coach.

We're going to use six point leveling equalizer systems that use this because again it's hydraulic leveling, it's color coded on each individual host that will correspond to the pump on the front to make it a little bit easier for you if you need to troubleshoot, you can actually dial in That, they are not all chain-chained on each side, all of our fender sockets will be heavy gauge aluminum, with support and structure behind all of our belt rails, completely seamless and covered, so you will have no screws exposed to along the side of this unit. The fender skirts are completely repainted aluminum.

This unit will have three independent 8K axles plus independent handling or suspension. It has Kodiak Automotive hydraulic disc or disc brakes. It has TPMS monitoring with nitro filling. Eight 17½-inch H-rated tires on all. of our units, although you won't be able to see it very well here, we are going to place aluminum flashing on the underside of the floor, above any of these tire points, to help protect against any road debris that kicks up on our slide . rooms themselves, this one has the slide room paint option, so it's actually indicative of the slide room paint that colors through the end walls and creates that design through the end walls, all of our slide rooms and walls are painted, this is just creating that design. through our seals on each individual triple air slide seal, so you have an inside seal sweep that looks exactly like this on the inside, you have the bulb seal with the seal sweep here a little peak there and then you have this on the outside with the bulb seal and then on the outside of the face you have an additional bulb seal.

These little embellishments will help to completely flip the seal in or out as the room travels once the room enters. It's really nice that we have them completely countersunk, so this room will be completely flush with the side wall, which makes it really aesthetically pleasing, but you won't have any UV rays falling on your side rooms if they're in storage. All of our slide rooms are electric motored which makes it much easier. to change if something happens, they can also be manually overridden if you ever have a problem, we have an outside entertainment center, a 43 inch TV, and an outside outlet.

The markers in the middle of the boat are a slightly longer coach that we want to make. Make sure you have markers along the front, middle and back of the unit at the entry door. We have the step above the entry staircase, which is an option. We also have the new safety rail, so this rail is new with more travel, it's pretty unique. and neat, pretty sturdy, just folds up on itself and then folds up against the unit and locks magnetically. It is quite easy to remove. You have two awnings on board, one to obviously go over the door, the other towards the front to cover the pass. -through storage on this unit we have a full solar package, so it's our B package, so it will run everything on that unit.

It has eight batteries, so the lithium-ion batteries are all heated. We have four that are actually located in this nice little corner underneath here that you can see and then we'll have the additional four in the front, all of our ovens will be driven to the point that you'll also have heat on your bottom as that one has a arctic package and We'll show you what that looks like to insulate the PEX lines and that kind of stuff, so you've got a nice big storage area here, the substantial door, everything we do is very well insulated, so this Full side wall will be vacuum bond laminated.

It's a three inch thick side wall and I'll show you an example of that too. You have the fiberglass gel layer that it is mounted on and it is 100% resistant to moisture and mold. The interior will have a double weld. aluminum structure and everything is framed in curves on the side windows, doors of the apartment and then it is filled with wood if it supports load within that structure and then it also has the insulations which will be a graphite infused closed cell foam insulation, so it is a closed isolation. cell foam, so it will never retain or absorb moisture, it will not degrade over time.

Closed-cell foam has a very high R-value; It's actually the maximum r value you can get for that space and then the interior wall board. all vacuum bond laminated, so it's a nice solid piece again, three inches thick, you won't have a sidewall like this anywhere else in the industry. 240-pound LP tanks are on board, one on each side, with a circuit breaker above this unit. the wireless camera, so you have the side view cameras, one on each side, one on the back and then there's also a door observation camera going into Gen Bay. This comes equipped with a generator.

You can see the hydraulic pump on your The connectors and all the color coding I was talking about has a 3000 watt inverter they are all smart controlled with solar power as it comes there is an app on the phone that you can run and then those are the extra batteries too and then everything. your disconnects and everything is up here and then the solar controller actually pays attention to the voltage coming in and what's coming out so you can monitor it again in the app, which is a really convenient thing for you. It has the Gen.

Y hitch pin, making it a flexible torsion hitch pin. This one has a GVWR of 25,999, so we make it a little heavier. Duty hitch pin, one piece seamless front cap again, all painted, no seams, wraps around any of the seams. the sides to help protect from wind, rain, and also behind that cap, they're going to start with a layer of astral foil, then they're going to do several layers of that residential insulation, they're going to use Darko wrap, which is a moisture barrier. that below the roof line, wrap it completely and secure it so it's secure before they put this cover on it, not many manufacturers are actually going to fully insulate your calves, that's why we are a full time unit going the other way On the side is your other LP tank here are the controls for your generator or sorry for your leveling system for the Equalizer leveling system again pretty independent control on each deck here is the access to the wet bay and on the other side of that unit you can see each Each PEX line is individually insulated.

Also offered is the option with that three bowl uh clear fountain water filter on board for the whole house and our wet bay. We have an outside shower with the following quick core hose valves to run from city to RV quickly. valve to winterize or normal, you have a discharge in each black tank, your fresh fill and your low point posts, drinks if you want to do an external solar or satellite cable, that's there too, so you have two furnaces 30,000 BTU on. board with the Arctic Aqua package go truma on board with the on-demand water heater here's your drain for your tanks you also have that extra gate valve to keep items safe before you open the valve uh so you can secure the hose of sewage before you turn it on, it's just additional protection for you and then we have the living room slide, this particular unit has six slides on board and then towards the back of the

it has a vent for the microwave. which is actually vented outside and then accesses the refrigerator at the back of the refrigerator so you can get in here avoiding the ice water line.

If you need to get in the back, it just gives you that easy access to the other three storage bins on the outside. and then the power cord reel here in this compartment has a side mounted ladder because it has a nice removable storage on the back mounted on board for access to the roof. Your roof itself will be a TPL membrane, it's all one. seamless piece, it has an aluminum channel that actually runs through the transition in the ceiling that is actually painted. You will never have discoloration or cracks along that roof line. We painted completely and it's not just painted roof material, it's actually aluminum intermittent downspouts in all the corners and gutter moldings that run along that too now I'm really excited to take you inside the coach um so we'll move on go ahead and we'll pick up right there okay it's been a long time coming but I'm going to show you the inside of our new 46 rkb so we start right above the basement that I showed you here at the back of the coach so I also wanted to show you great part of the storage we have available.

In this I mentioned that we've also built this not only into the toy hauler frame but also into the toy hauler profile, so the unit actually grows slightly as you get towards the back and gives you this open concept with high and pleasant interior ceilings and a huge kitchen. I literally can't even touch the roof on this model and again it's a raised

kitchen. You have a full overhead bench upstairs and could do a full pantry if you decide you need it, but with this amount of storage I don't. I know if you might need it, but again, everyone is different, we have soft close doors with magnetic closures.

I have a pull out trash can here in the kitchen again, drawers softly closed and all nested in all four corners, completely heavy wooden bottoms. This model comes again equipped with a dishwasher if you don't need it, you don't want that, just more storage for yourself and then along with this huge prep surface, you have a beautiful island here. Pop-up outlets strategically located to allow appliances to come this way. I have a small section for tray storage. We have a flagship 24 inch stove. I can make a 30 inch induction cooktop. It would be the standard LG microwave.

It is convection. You can bake in this. fully vented to the outside lights fan storage to the side again anywhere you can get storage that is key and as we move forward you will see some of the new interior decorating touches that we have made obviously evident is the new wood color which is this a walnut natural. I think they did a beautiful job, it really is relaxing and matches many of our decor options. I think it will be a great announcement. Also, as you can see in black, we have black hardware throughout this unit. which really highlights that nice natural tone.

I have a single bowl sink. The standard would be this, uh, double stainless steel bowl. We have many sinks to choose from, however, I have some Grand to brand new countertop colors. this coach will also see it as we walk through this beautiful kitchen, but it's also an entertainment area, okay, so you have a beautiful dining bar overlooking your living room, you're not going to exclude anyone. You walk through this unit, we have had tons of people in this coach at one point and it feels very nice, open and airy again, socializing between rooms in this case is not a problem soYou could put a full extension here if you wanted.

We have Outlets set up, we have bar height chairs and then as far as dining, if it's just the two of you or four of you, you can always eat here in addition to that eating app bar, so I have a full buffet dining room with space storage. large window that would overlook your Vista, this opens to accommodate additional seating and there is a sash underneath that would fit that space. Everything we do is a double pane window. You have window curtains in this unit, but you can see that you can still see out. it will only help block some of the UV rays and image coming in.

Now we can take it to the living room area. It has ASA touch panels throughout that will turn the lighting back on. You can use the app on your phone. that would run all of these functions these lights are completely dimmable and we also have a lot of lights in this, but you could really dim them at night to give you a little bit more comfortable environment. We have a railing on this beautiful feature wall. 50 inch TV sound bar, all LG 4K smart TV, 40 inch fireplace, you can generate heat, you can only make the visual image of the fire, if you want, no need to heat the outside.

I told you about what our walls are like. They are built, so this is an actual cut of our wall, besides the double welded aluminum frame, we used everything. When framing wood filler, if it is load bearing, we will have this as a cross section, so this is our gel coat fiberglass. See how nice and thick it is with the asdel product which is 100% moisture and mold resistant, it has graphite infused closed cell foam insulation, this will not degrade over time, it stays true to our value, it is also the maximum R value that you can get for this space again, it is closed cell foam, so it will not retain or flash moisture, it will not form mold, it will decompose and then your Luan board this model will have our soft touch featured because It is an elite.

It's all vacuum Bond laminated, so it's a really strong structure on the side walls again. This black foam is used on our end cap or on the walls of our sliding end cap as well. it's extremely winter-worthy as it is. I have a knife-edge sofa here on this side this shelf here houses the outside entertaining area if you don't do an outside entertaining area the space the space can be much more versatile you could do a desk you could do a workspace, a buffet, a bar. I mean, there are definitely some options. This is more of a flexible area, but as it stands, it is a wonderful amount of seating to complement the amount of seating upstairs so you can really entertain if you decide to do so.

Here I have a loveseat with a fully reclining sofa and then behind it I have a little hideaway so you can invite guests with the knife and hidea bed to come and stay with you if you would like us to have MCD blackout roller shades and I'm sorry, these are the blackouts, these are the solar awnings, overhead storage over each of these areas on the outside, this model is a half bath in the center, full bath in the front, so we have a bath and a half in addition in this model, so we have your half bathroom, which will be a nice big space.

You have a versatile amount of storage with this linen cabinet. Here you can leave it high. I can add adjustable shelves. I'll go ahead and open it. That for us left it open just to show that you can fit that entire broom. We can make shelves in the back and that kind of thing so we have a nice space. half bath here, all of our walk-in doors will be completely solid wood, it will not have hollow core doors and everything we do is completely residential, all residential wood cabinets, they are all handcrafted by the Amish locally, where we are.

We also have the mortise and tenon joints, not only are we 45, these are a very strong cabinet and again walnut, Wood Choice in this model next to the entry door here we have some Keys coat hooks and we just put our little jacket right there here by the door get ready for us to leave when we leave your command panel will be here by the door it will allow you to turn on all the lighting your slides your awnings here and again application on your phone can do all these functions that you are going to leave for day, you can go ahead and turn off all the interior lights and the same with the exterior lights, you can run all of those components from this area or from your phone and Now we're in the master suite.

This is a nice big open space for your King bed. It has a large side table on this side that allows a little more walking space between the bathroom and the bedroom. It has storage. On both sides, if you want, we can put sockets on the ceilings for CPAPs.
