Neighbors watch in horror as woman dragged to her death

by her own truck. Witnesses say it happened when a vehicle pulled up next to her truck parked on North Scott Street. It's heartbreaking to

as her SUV sped off on Bienville Avenue, just steps from Mark and Leanne Nascar's front door. I started screaming and running because I just wanted to get this person out of this car and if she could, if she could.
