May 31, 2021
Hello ladies and gentlemen, I'm Attila and I present to you just a quick demo. There was actually a request for a demo or tutorial on how I've been using craft paper to adhere

napkin

s without using the clear

wrap

or

plastic

bags, now we know. The previous method is where we used to have the printer paper, then the cling film, and then the top layer of the

napkin

, so when you look at it, you get that glue smell, and if you smell it, it melts. The

plastic

is already in your lungs, so it's just a warning for people using that particular method.

Me included. I used it until a happy accident happened when I was creating something with this and when I was ironing it, it actually sealed both sides. and I said, well, okay, let's see what's going on here, so I'll just give a quick demo. Now I just use this mat, it's an old dish mat and I use it for all my ironing as you can see. I need baking paper, I'm not really sure what they call it in the US or the UK, so I have a box of napkins. Yes, I collect napkins when I can.

I can get some special ones. No, I just did that. one and I realized it wasn't working, the camera wasn't working, so I'll try to see if I can find another nice one, another one, okay, we'll do this one, so it's a great technique, a wonderful technique, and it was just because accident, so you know I don't have to worry about breathing in those plastic fumes and you know, when I first experimented with it, it was great when you know you're using your beautiful napkins, you know? Then you can put them on printer paper and create journal pages from it, okay let's see if we can separate it, you can't separate it, I might have to go get the tape, okay here we go, be nice. be nice, okay, let's hope we get both of us free, I think this is just a two, yeah, it was just for two, so as you can see, that's pretty nice now on this particular one, um, oh, you know, everyone they are pretty much the same unless you get one that is floral that works in every way you will have separate sections so you know it will be like that so you can use it for a short page in a journal you know or create labels and pockets for all you need to do is roll out the paper now, this is craft paper from kmart, the roll is 12 meters, unfortunately, i tore up the instructions and information with the code and brand, but it is just your craft

wrap

ping paper, i had 12 meters. five dollars and I'll put them in normally.

I would be more prepared and actually cut the size to the size of the napkin so I can put it on the edge and see how we go because once you iron it even with the wrap and baking paper on top, you can't use that particular area again once that it's been hot so we'll just put it in there just to hold it and then you'll get it and it's not necessary. long, it doesn't take as long, so we had the iron and the reason I used baking paper, it's easier to slide the iron on now if you make sure you grab the corners, it doesn't take as long, take them off, that's it.

The only thing is that the baking paper is not that wide, so you just have to move it around. Sorry, I'm just trying to rush it. Yes, it was a requested video, so I thought it would be pretty late. At night, I'm just putting it up, so my store um kmart has run out, but I will tell you that when it's back in stock I will buy several because the amount of things that I have used I will. another video um there are actually a few videos with this particular technique so I'm going to cut it in half so when you think about it you'll know the fumes from the melted plastic.
Now this is eco-

friendly

, it has an element of decomposition. There you have it, so you get a nice little journal page and you can actually write on it and put pockets on it, you know, and it's pretty sturdy and flexible, so with craft paper in particular, make sure it has a bright side, so I looked it up and actually took a screenshot of what kind of brand it is, so you may not know, if you don't find it in your store, just take that screenshot and then ask. Ask if they order it or if there is a way to get it because I've tried other stores and they just don't have this particular one, so I made the bird before at that one and that's it. on the coffee paper and now this was done with the cling film and that's where you have the melted plastic between the napkin layer and the white, you know, the copy paper you put in your printer, so that was my first experiment on my last use. the obviously the second one so I think I made a few but this was just for that and because of the size of the journal I just made sure that when I folded it instead of cutting it I made a little space to fold it so it's just a quick look. demonstration of what you can do with it you know you can cut it out to make labels and then stick them on cardstock so it's just a quick way to transfer a napkin to make it a little sturdier and then add it to journal pages you can actually keep. that's like a journal page and it's pretty sturdy so that's it for me um it's late at night and I'm on my eyes so I hope that helps and it's a quick demo but if you have any questions just ask me and I can make a video slower pace.
This was another one that I had done and it was actually on printer paper that was dyed tea or coffee and just using the glue technique and then I just measured all the pockets so the nation just goes. To some extent, you can imagine the size of the napkin I used. The natural has been reduced to create that page, so that's it for me. Hope this helps and until then take care and thanks for watching, bye. now you
