I don't know how to use them so for me Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder Hourglass if you don't know let me find one that doesn't look crazy because I have a lot of them this is Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder Hourglass is a cruelty free brand . most of their products are vegan, this is a talc-free product and it is a mica-based product. Now the reason I love this powder and use it and have been using it for years is because I find it to be the most effective for adults. under eyes or under eyes that are dry and I have a problem with powder or even just general skin that has a problem with powder that is super dry, especially if you have fine lines around this area or really in anywhere around the face, they are now used for a specific reason by the brand and I will go into that as well, but I also use them in strategic ways that I hope will help you, so first of all, they come in a variety of shades and I get many questions about me. to help them blend in and it's very hard to do when I can't see them in person the best thing to do is go to the store and play with them honestly and see what works best for your skin because sometimes you might need a little bit of a lighter color underneath here and then one to top off the face or just one color all over the skin.

my holy grail powder how to use it properly hourglass powder...

It really depends on you. They come in travel sizes, which I recommend because they are less expensive, but these powders, if you keep them really nice and hygienic and in a safe space, will last you over a year and I know they are a little pricey, but this one has made me lasted more than a year. Now it's fine, so I use it for myself. I used a fuse light almost every day. There are times when I use a theory of light that is a little bit lighter and that is ethereal light and this is more for what I would really like. to have a very significant brightening effect under the eyes and that's personally how I like to use them, but almost every day I will opt for diffused light.

The diffuse light is a bit more of a yellow tone. I'm also known when I'm a little more tanned to use low light. This one is definitely for a medium skin tone and is a very nice, rich and complementary shade for a medium skin tone. There is also a luminous light which is a bit darker and that too for medium to very deep skin tones, they also have a few more shades for deeper skin tones. Now the thing about this product is that you can use too much B, it has light reflecting properties so if you are oily you need to apply it strategically, if you obviously have other skin types you can use it as you see fit but if If you use too much, it can give a slight excessive shine to the skin, so let me start with the first one. advice and I don't have any powder on at the moment.

I actually have my curve tinted moisturizer as well as the new curve concealer. I'm starting to do a video on that reviewing that so tip 1 is going to be setting under the eyes. now you can set up the under eye in a few ways, so I'm really known for grabbing a nice fluffy brush, something like this is the Sigma f15. I like this brush because it's diffused, which means it's kind of looser bristled on top and denser bristles here at the bottom and allowing for a little bit denser application here and then it actually pops out and goes away. diffuse into the ends, that's what they're for, that's why they're made that way to diffuse the product, so I'm going to show you a little bit on one eye, so I'm going to tap here, tap, tap, that's all I do and then I'll play it, okay, this is what I do when I'm in a hurry.
Again, this isn't going to set it per se, but it's a powder, so it's going to set it a little bit, but I like it because it adds a little extra shine and I feel like my concealer doesn't crease. a lot, but my favorite way is to use a wet or dry Beauty Blender. Well, when you use a very slightly damp Beauty Blender, this was when I picked it up from Sephora. It's like a fun little way I'm trying out. I take it out, so I touch it here, okay, then I look up and touch it like this, my pressure is very light.
I'm going to go in a little bit further and tap this down, this will also give you a slight highlight, right? here because of the nature of the powder and so you can see it doesn't create coverage and that's all I do. If you start adding more, start adding more, start adding more, you'll start to accentuate those folds. I'm going to start seeing more brightness than you really want so that's all I do and I look up because I want to extend the lines under my eye so that wrinkles don't form and I do that. Take it like this in the triangle, which is my favorite way to do this and when you use a damp Beauty Blender or a damp sponge, it actually pushes the product out and makes the powder less powdery and pushes the product into the skin like a second. skin now it's also known that I take a dry Beauty Blender, this is the Real Techniques Beauty Blender and I put it under the eye as well now this will give you more shine and a little more coverage, see the difference?
So it will really be up to you, but this is one of my preferred methods and I honestly can't tell you which is better, which is worse, it just depends on the day for me and how much time I have. so I lean more towards dry or wet beauty sponge when using this powder, but that's about it. I think many of you use this powder too much and don't press it hard enough to get the effect you want. I want it to be as simple as it is for under eyes again. You can overuse this powder, so use it sparingly.
Make sure you press it well now for the rest of the face. This is one of my favorite finishing techniques that this powder is in. In theory, a finishing powder, that's what it's called, okay, so what that means is that after setting your makeup with a traditional setting powder, you're going to use this powder on top of that powder to give it a little bit of change, a little bit of shine. , OK? Personally, I don't think I need a setting powder. I use this, okay, but let me show you the technique, so I'm going to use the Bale

hourglass

mineral powder.
I'll take it with a big fluffy brush, this is the BK. The Beauty 103 brush, tap it here with the big brush, remove the excess and you'll start to push it out in a circular motion. You can really use too much product so make sure you use a little bit of product to polish it and yeah. I'm reviewing my cream blush and cream contour right now, okay, in theory, everything is fine, this powder looks great on the skin. If you just watched my recent video, now what you can do is take the same powder as your diffuse. light or any color, tap your brush here and go over it and what that does is give you that beautiful blurry, diffuse, softened look to the face, see what that looks like and that's really how you get that natural glow on the skin.
It's magnificent now again. I don't think you need both steps, but that will be a personal preference for you, but that is absolutely how the brand has said to use this powder. Okay, that's the way they recommend you use this powder. There are more ways, like I just said, I also love to lightly highlight with that damp Beauty Blender. You can simply place it on the high points of your face. This is the Beauty Brett Blender wet so it really makes the powder one with the skin and it doesn't look too powdery so this is how to use your mood lighting powder which is the general gist of this video some extra tips For example, they have blush, okay this is the blush palette, okay this is literally just blushes.
I have them all separately and they are no different than any other blush. It's okay, you can wet them and use them as eye shadow. Keep them dry and use them as eye shadow. Honestly, that's up to you. I will take it. another blush brush, this one is a morphe M five-30. I'll change it, spin it on all of them and polish it. Now I will show you another technique. I'm going to take the powder lighter, this ethereal light. I'm going to take it with just a small eyeshadow brush, you guys pick your favorite, it's just a small eyeshadow brush with loose bristles and I'm going to add a little bit of highlight right here, see how that opens up?
Area Up This may not be for everyone, but I've been known to do this quite often because this is where I go pretty dark and this is where I like to go bright. It will be a personal preference. It is the most beautiful interior color highlight. powder because it's not reflective to the point of that kind of shimmery effect, but it definitely opens up the eye area and it's so beautiful, so now of course you can take your Beauty Blender damp before you even put on your blush. put it on your powder and it can actually set your entire face if it's drier, very dry, that would also be helpful to add that glow in there so you can use that and a lot of different variations in application so these powders are Really versatile in my opinion, I think the hourglass really stands out here.
I think they made an amazing product and I hope this helps you understand how to use these products, so long story short, you can use too much so start using a little less if you have more of this reflective quality or if it makes your lines , especially under the eyes, stand out more, if that's your case, try using a wet Beauty Blender with the powder and pressing it, I think it will be really helpful for you too.
