you have to be ready to absolutely write it off because there's a 50 50 probability that it will be a tax loss very few people can achieve this I did not when I was 30 years old. that is very, very hard to do and the reason what you have there is that you are extremely disciplined you only deployed capital in assets that you ght could appreciate mostly real estate.
