prototype like what is it? We need to buy it, so I called a couple of friends I have at Rolls Royce and asked them: What is this car? Exists? It is real? My client wants to buy it and asked me. Look, it was a design exercise and it was a prototype, it's not really a drivable car and for me, I'm cool, now I have to go back and I have to tell Justin that we can't buy it, but maybe we can. build something, you know, maybe we'll build something like that, but we'll actually turn it into a drivable car that you can get in and drive, but it'll look like it's from the future.

I sat down with Musa and you know, we really took a look at that car and I looked at all the design cues and I thought let's start with a spectrum because a spectrum is a good platform and let's build our own version, almost like a reimagining of what it would look like. this car once we really started shaping it. from shortening the car eight inches, widening it to 12 and just giving it these new futuristic styling points, one of the ones that really stands out the best for me is of course the wheel covers because I think the wheel covers make the This car seems to float. when it comes to driving, when you think about something futuristic and you think about what Rolls Royce would build in 25 years, you know we hope it's something like this car, you don't want to take away from the greatness that Rolls Royce is what we want. to add our touches to it so that they look at this car and say they did a good job on it, you know, and I think that's important when it comes to them liking our brand, who we are and the vehicles that we build and, of course , our customer first and it's you, you live in that world where it's a difficult balance, but I think ultimately once the design was done and we looked at it, we thought, this is it, this is what it is and we started. to build it so I scanned the complete exterior of the passenger side of the vehicle and then mirrored it and linked it to the driver's side so now I have the complete exterior body with all the panels assembled and then I finished scanning.

With the body panels removed, I will do the same for these pieces. I'll mirror it on the driver's side and I've got a couple of points there that I'll fit in with and make sure. everything fits together really well, so from here with the exterior scan I'll give it to the guys here on the

and they'll give it to their designer and then they can start combining whatever is in their render with this so they can Basically let's design from this data once the scan data is ready it's time to start building the actual body parts so we'll take the scan data and then from the scan data we'll go to our 3D modeler once the 3D modeler has modeled everything.

The first pieces are cut and become our molds. We take out the molds, get the part and then test fit the part, modify the part and attach the part to the vehicle to make sure the fit and everything is perfect. once that long process is done and, like I say, it's like, oh, it sounds easy, but it's like it's months of fitting accessories, trimming, making brackets that don't exist, you know, cutting up the car and then still thinking in your mind. making all these pieces still work and all these computers still talking to each other, so those were all those challenges that people didn't see behind the scenes, you know, and it's like once you finish that and that body ride it Then the car goes to the body shop.

You know, they have months and months and hundreds and hundreds of hours of just bodywork on this car to get the shape and lines perfect, so we went with the two-tone color, which was gloss silver and then a matte gray to give it that, ya You know, we didn't want to highlight this car too much, we wanted it to be just tasteful, the paint is done, now it's final assembly, but when you're doing final assembly on a car that you basically cut it up and did it yourself, there are challenges. that you know, we had to face that the computers do not communicate with each other, sensors that are no longer there, that we had to remove and relocate, those are those challenges that the guys in the workshop I love because you know that this is something that we have never done before, so we have to figure it out.
Well, right now we have LED lights and we are trying to connect to the LED light circuit and add our own LED lights. ultimately it makes who we are,

always go above and beyond to make things that don't exist and I think this is a perfect example, the interior was something you knew when you looked at it, the interior of the Rolls-Royce It's already incredible, so what? Can we do more to improve it to match this car? We started by making the leather two-tone to match the exterior. We added a ton of details from the speaker box in the trunk to the amp rack and custom door panel. pieces that we made, there were a lot of little intricate touches that I think really give this car that special feeling when you open the door and think, oh, this is a Rolls Royce, but it's a little bit different and then of course building.
The amazing sound system for a client like this is that it has to sound like it's in the studio. If you're playing one of their new records, you want to hear what it would sound like in the studio and that's what we build. You know, we built it. this incredible system from the jailhouse audio of all its components and then it was like that was the final piece, three years in the making and we're almost there, this thing is crazy, it's probably the biggest project I've ever been a part of In at least the automotive world, I'm doing the finishing touches right now.
I've been driving this at four in the morning so no one can see it. It's still dark. Nobody is taking pictures. Some of the things we are finishing up right now are. audio we just tuned all the audio, amps and dsp, it sounds amazing, we need to top off the coolant, bleed the radiator so there are no bubbles or air in the system, we need to add some windshield washer. fluid to the tank little things, man, like we're right at the end, so cross these things off the list, drive it one last time and get it out of here.
I present to you the uriel. What we achieved with this car was ultimately this. it gives you, it makes you think how it drives, how it turns, it's floating, it's floating, you know, and now you see on the internet people asking all these questions and I think it's just you know we have everyone's attention. We're still building amazing cars here and this is just the beginning of what we're getting into. Wow, my God, what, my God, what, my God, three years, jay, three years, this is our dream, right? Make me cry, you're happy, um, when we talk about changing the game, this is what it looks like when you're driving, it looks like you're floating, people have to take three times because when you don't see the wheels turning, you don't know what to think.
It's a night car as you drive it at night people are going to think it's a spaceship driving down the street the audio in this is how you like it just like the studio you can play anything here and it's wow wow wow everything which sounds AMAZING, you have to play it for it because the sound is not even something you would expect to hear in a car. You turn it up to 100, it's not going to distort, it's not going to blow up any speakers, it just goes in. and enjoy it, have fun, the wheel cover is so sweet it's all you need
