Jeep PCM Cloning NO NASTF VSP NEEDED!!!... because we cloned it silly!

Mar 05, 2024
Jeff Jeff if you're on no, you don't have it, you wouldn't have had it I don't know I don't know where my G 3 connector is I lend it arc, he removed the lint from the arc, we'll check that in a second. I'm just going to pull the connector out

because

I'm going to read it again after we finish this flash, I mean, it's almost done, it's moving, so here in just a second, what I'm going to do is move the connector to or to go to diagnostic and then I'll take out the resistor, we'll try to read it and if it reads it, that's fine.

If not, I'll put in the resistor and then we'll see. I don't think P 0610, so I talked, Zack 3 says that if you're going to go as far as pulling the cover, why not just clone the eom? and use Legacy j2534 to insert the correct flash into the controller, it looked like Legacy would flash faster than hex brog so um and then just said what I thought uh this might be too new for Legacy so part of the way to through this before when you weren't here, Zack, I said I did all this to show that you know how to open it and all that, but then I said you know what to do to do it the hard or long way using all the bags. of tricks um if you just don't have PCM flash or something else, it will or Flex.

More Interesting Facts About,

jeep pcm cloning no nastf vsp needed because we cloned it silly...

I haven't done it with flex yet, but apparently Flex will do it, so that's what I would have done. I would have what I should have done in retrospect: read the 95 320, clone the 95 320 or take it off the board and put it on the other. Either way it's the same thing and then using the Legacy Flash software to change the software and now it says

because

the software is different s if you check our website I have a way to change them um Sal I would change the calibration so Zach has seen I have a method that we teach in our class In our programming class, in January, we will look at how to put any software on any hardware correctly, wrongly or indifferently, and to me, if you try to put two wrong hard programs on the wrong hardware, it will fail and it could kill you, but it could have changed this to the 443 from the 441 that is with the Legacy software. um ala garage says hello everyone hex Pro the best software I like so I like hex prog 2 because the hardware is better but I have it I mean no. do those graduation things that the hex program did or don't have the frm repair software so I still have the original hex program.

I use it to do those things just so you know that it's done, since it's done and completed, um I'll do it. back up, go back to what we were doing, where I turn off the hex progue. I put our 12vt back into our diagnostic code, we'll pull out the 120 ohm resistor, we'll move around and go up and down. Where did it go, I definitely have to. move this camera up so you can see put the ground here now we set them up according to the wiring diagram that was in the HEX program since I had it open um hey so let's auto detect um, I don't.

I don't know if you are reading the VIN, what it says. Tilt it this way and that's why it can't read the VIN, so if we put a 120oh terminal resistor, click skip, okay, go back to Auto Detect, we'll see if it will read the VIN now and it should unless has destroyed this thing somehow, yes, it read the VIN, so a 120 ohm resistor was required on this 16 pin connector, um, I'll automatically search, okay, I'll contact them to try to contact the. car, I just plugged it into the go diag, I heard some C, sorry, I touched the mic, come on, finish communicating you idiot, um, so yeah, 5912 is the last one on the truck, that's right, so If we go to system selection, PCM goes low, all codes read fault. codes DTC Information lots of U codes ASD Relay Codes Fuel Pump Relay Codes ASD 680 Relay PPP P Codes Throttle Codes lots of open loop stuff yes the vehicle options don't match that's still there and the reason why the one that is still there is because we are not hooked to through Gateway and or not from Gateway, um, the suggestion for you to see all the vehicle configuration options, so let's configure that, there we are going to turn off all these things, let's to take out all the pens. let's move that out of the way let's move everything let's diagnose the way we're going to turn off the scan tool oh, I have to talk to my lawyer about it and send him a cup and St, that's yeah, and I have to go to deposit the check, oh, this guy who originally said he was going to sue me, oh, that just came out, that's good, he was going to desolder that, okay, so now we have to grab a good used casing, um, unroll.
So we're going to have to put some sealant back on this and stuff. I'm just going to cover this for now. I'm going to clip two of these, basically what's going to happen now is I'm going to send this module again. plugged into the car, make sure it's ready, if it's ready, then we'll take this cover and we'll just put two of these on it, uh, just these two end ears, nothing gets damaged inside, basically, uh, send it to Zach , he will do it. he has a security sticker, he will plug in the car and make sure my parts are done or not, whether he fixes the car or not.
I don't care, but if my part is ready, then he has to seal it, he will seal it and put a sticker on it, write the security label on the invoice and then send it to the customer or we will charge the customer for it, so now We're done and ready to go. Guys, I appreciate everyone being with me. I have to get it. See you next time. I appreciate you stopping by the live stream and this will be on the website. I don't know how long it will take YouTube to set everything up, but subscribe, comment, it's a lot of fun. thanks guys and see you next time
