They're gorgeous, right, I mean custom millwork, you know, stone for days, beautiful fixtures, gorgeous lighting, kissy faces everywhere, but would you believe this is an IKEA kitchen, this is an IKEA kitchen, this is an ikea kitchen, and this is an ikea kitchen, so, as a designer? I love using Ikea kitchens. Why you may ask? Let me tell you first about the actual range they have. They have everything from design styles that will work in a contemporary space to super super traditional. They have it covered. because you can mix and match all these different pieces, it's like a puzzle coming together, it's just wonderful, they have a fabulous variety of components, so all the little drawer inserts and the little extra handles and things like that, all of that is just a huge range of options, especially considering it's a budget solution, they are super quick to source when you compare them to normal custom kitchens where you can wait eight to ten weeks just for the cabinets, they have great warranties for their products, a lot of people really don't I realize that at Ikea they are super durable.

You know, people don't realize that at Ikea either, but compared to other budget options, they really hold up well, honestly, for a budget solution, I really consider them kind of the best all-around option now, If you watched this video, I have about the upcoming kitchen trends. I'm a big fan of dark kitchens, but you know it has a beautiful gray wrap on the lower cabinets and then the upper cabinets have gray trim but they're lit from within so they feel light and bright and they have a good size window in there. and then they made a nice white countertop and a clear backsplash to make it all work now.

If you're looking for something super traditional, how about this super dark and modern green that's beautiful? I love that it has low lights inside the glass panel. cabinets, oh my goodness, that's a tremendous look, so you can see that the catalog really is the tool you need to get the inspiration started in your brain, take notes from the catalog and then go to their easy 3D planning program, which is great. easy to use from a consumer point of view, you can design your exact space, you can create a little blueprint of the things you want and then open it and see it in 3D, do you like the cabinet there?

If not, move it, take it out. open shelving, you know, change your components, it's very easy to move them around and the really nice thing about ikea is that once you have something that you think will work, you can always make an appointment and go talk to someone on the floor.
