I Spent 100 Hours SHINY Hunting in Pokemon Legends Arceus!

Apr 12, 2024
Today I am going to spend 100

hours

hunting

shiny

in Pokémon Legends archus and my goal for today is to complete all

shiny

decks which include 224 unique objectives. This will be an absolutely crazy challenge and not only that, but I will also be aiming for 15 shiny Alpha Pokémon, so with these two goals in mind I jumped right into this marathon and found our first shiny in just 17 minutes, it was nothing more than a common Starly, however after evolving it to aavia and then to stapor, I was able to mark three of the shinies for the decks and yes, the previous evolutions will remain marked after evolving.

I couldn't wait to see what was in store for us, as this game produces shinies faster than any other Pokémon game and I have The Test, considering that the second hour gave us four shinies, including a Toxicroak, a lime green Stantler that turned into a strange ear, this amazing little scari, as well as the first shiny Alpha, what the hell, oh my god, shiny Alpha Toxicroak, that's so sick. Getting our first shiny Alpha was a big surprise and although it was our first duplicate for the shiny deck, I will gladly take this giant frog for the third hour, the only thing we managed to find was a beautiful shiny one and although we found it completely The shiny evolved weren't too bad, it meant we'll still need their previous evolutions for decks, making them a bit useless anyway, after evolving that scy from before to this absolute disappointment I realized they'd already

Nine goals scored so far, basically, this is how we will show our progress from time to time with percentages of the number of decks we have completed compared to the time that has passed. Then there is also our brilliant. Alpha Frog who is helping us achieve the second objective and you know what to add even more craziness to the challenge if any of these objectives are completed on time. I'll have to give away 100 of the shinys from this video to my subscribers. Quickly pointing this out, we are incredibly close to 100,000 subscribers and earning that silver play button, so please throw your master ball at that subscribe button to help make that dream come true anyway, continuing our journey, we made it find a small hippopotamus and a steering wheel.

We then evolved into a large hippo and my main mode of transportation was a comi which unfortunately we couldn't evolve as it wasn't female but then after spotting a shiny silon and a carnivine something crazy happened oh my god it's Alpha. It's incredible, come on, that's crazy. I've wanted one of these for years. That's crazy. I love this giant little weasel so much that we then turned it into a float for the deck and half an hour later we came across a green Machop which it soon became. a Machoke and then a forearm mchamp and for the rest of hour 8 I ended up getting a lot of mid and late stages like grala chco and Parasect, which wasn't exactly ideal because even though I was able to turn graa into a Golem, I still need to find Geodude.

Chingling in Paris, luckily we were greeted by the true God of Pokémon and after praising him, he allowed me to evolve him into barrel B for our decks and literally so after catching a dumb pink monkey and a sentient ice B we had crossed. At the 10 hour mark, once we evolved them, we had 31 Pokémon marked, that's almost 14% of the decks, which may seem good since we are ahead of schedule, however, the more shinies we remove, more duplicates we will begin to encounter. On the other hand, luckily we were doing pretty well with the shiny Alphas, and on the topic of shiny Alphas, let's just say that the next hour might have been the craziest I've ever experienced.
That's a shiny Alpha Machop, come on, oh, what the hell, shiny? Alpha stavia, what's going on with another shiny Alpha and this time it's a Starly? All we need is stapor now and we have the whole shiny Alpha family. Yeah, no joke, those three shiny Alphas spawned in a single hour and that's not even including the regular shinies I found in between, including carnivine apom Magby, who I evolved into both of his ambipom evolutions and this beautiful blue Psyduck who It actually triggered some flashbacks in me, oh my god I actually thought it was going to be Golduck for a second, oh thanks.
God it's the Psyduck for those who are new here, the shiny Golduck is my arch nemesis, he has cursed me since my area zero video where I found over 40 of his terrible shinys looking for other targets and since then he has been finding his way to Almost all the videos haunt me and make fun of my most recent and traumatic experience when his brilliant Alpha appeared, so listening to the brilliant Spar Les right before the static spawn of Alpha Godu almost gave me a heart attack, but luckily it was just this pure from the heart, Psyduck, who He absolutely loves and refuses to evolve into the red-beaked demon.
If I want a shiny Golduck to complete this deck in the video, I'll find it in the wild because I promise to never turn a Psyduck into that evil monster again. We're safe for now, but I have a bad feeling that Godok is planning something malicious anyway, with most of the shiny deck still incomplete. Over the next few hours we managed to find a place for many new things, including an unknown tea, a pink grouper, a bit of movement between the three of us. Evolutions of them and then my absolute favorite shiny Pokémon added to Legends arus being the adorable huian zoroa, this shiny couldn't be upgraded even if you tried and the same could be said for Hui and zorok which was one of the most badass Pokémon ever. all the while continuing the streak of new shinies, then we found a green spaghetti monster that turned into a spaghetti titan, a ryhorn that we can evolve for two more shinies, a drift blim and Octillery, who I still need the pre-evolutions 4 and then another one at random. silon and I know this may seem really easy right now, but remember that we are working with a blank slate and the more new things we find, the more the difficulty will compound and it will become much more difficult, but for now we continue to thrive with more Pokémon new ones and the only duplicate here is hippos this also gave us seven new evolutions and just when I was on top of the world the red beaked demon decided to scare me again oh my god Psyduck but look look he's next door from another gold, what message?
Are you trying to transmit to me? Okay, I love that we have shiny psyducks and not Golduck, but I feel like he's using them as a ba because that's already twice a blue Psyduck has spawned. Hostage by an alpha Golduck. What are you planning? Is it attracting? Me with the Psyduck to study myself. I'm getting worried now, but you know, I have a challenge to complete, so I went ahead and found a bunch of new shinys with honorable mentions for this amazing blue llama, Tony, my first shiny. We once found in this game and a really cool Giger, then we evolved all the ones that would give us new objectives and things were starting to get a little more difficult now that in the next 12 shinies only two of them were new Haini and Celio, both of which I marked three more in Evolutions.
Then I was very happy to find one of my favorite shiny starters and after getting his Evolutions we crossed the 24-hour Mark 78, which is almost 35% of the decks and again, that may seem nice. Good for the Pacer, but as I was saying, we're starting to see a lot more duplicates showing up. On the other hand, 5 out of 15 Shiny Alphas are really good, as their duplicates aren't a problem in that department. was our next find and we scrambled to get her Female Exclusive Evolution pretty quickly and then after another stamp we had a pretty good hour ahead of us as we found a blue Gastly, a Mime Jr and a Pikachu which obviously gave us a lot of new evolutions, oh, and could you look at the moment we're looking for another brilliant Alpha wao, oh my god, electrifying?
I wasn't expecting that at all, but oh my gosh, I'll take it, it would actually be a while before. our next shiny Alfa, but let me tell you something crazy is going to happen later, after three more doubles we were still very lucky with new things like cricet who became a cricet tune, a female shiny comi who was very excited for seeing how you need to evolve into a queen veser and it's very rare and then a Spiel and a remade and after getting another monkey I ended up hearing the bright flashes on the alabaster islands but I couldn't find where the glow was.
I

spent

years trying to do it. I couldn't spot any Pokémon that looked different but it turns out it was actually this green mous that was underground and I happened to hear the Sparkles on the surface which was funny, then we evolved it into Mis magius, we got another four useless shinies in a row and then I found our 100th unique shiny for yanma decks. Obviously I then evolved it and then turned this green gbat I found into the crazy pink Crobat and I honestly have no idea how this happened but somehow we managed to get a double shiny Gibble spawn.
It's amazing, but it doesn't stop there. Fast forward 7 minutes and we were greeted with a third shiny Gibble and then just 3 minutes later we ran into our fourth consecutive shiny Gibble. What the hell was happening? At least we could have all of them. the evolutions at the same time now, I guess although it was starting to look like a duplicate Central, we actually had another 2 hours where almost everything was new only interrupted by a cadabra that we didn't need, this gave us a couple of new evolutions, but unfortunately our Worle became another silion, although we needed Cason from hours 37 to 40.
I got another seven duplicates and four new shinys, starting with an Eevee that I'm now realizing will be very difficult to complete the entire shiny family to see. Since there are eight evolutions I need to get, I decided to start with Vaporeon and we also found a Magikarp that evolved into Red Gyarados, a really cool shiny chatot and then after finding an Abra, I think it was inspired by Gibble because after another snow. Running I found a second Abra in this outbreak but moments after catching it a third appeared but since I wasn't paying attention I quickly grabbed my controller and accidentally dove in which almost scared him so I had to quickly use my reflexes ninja.
Finding him before he teleported may not seem like much on screen, but it was the most intense 5 seconds of all time. I didn't want to lose him. I've failed enough glitters and then I'm back to the whole Gibble inspiration. Of course the fourth one shows up half an hour later, our next 14 shinys just scored three new targets which would include Geodude bronzong and Heracross and then we got something pretty cool, oh how shiny Alpha luxray. I have wanted to have this brilliant for so long. What an amazing thing to add to the collection. Now remember how I said something crazy was going to happen regarding shiny Alphas.
Well keep in mind this luxray, just three more scams later we somehow got another shiny Alfa, which was the one I wanted. For quite some time now, it's by no means a shiny Alpha Tort Tera and I'm pretty sure Luxray was just an hour ago, that's cool. I love this and then after another five shinies with two new ones being Shellos and Chingling we got a third shiny Alpha in less than 3 hours, another one we are getting shiny Alphas one after another, well not one after the other but so fast. I'll definitely take that, oh, shiny Alpha.
Luck is literally crazy by the time we hit 50. Within an hour we managed to find another amazing blue Psyduck this time with no Golduck in sight which actually makes me more suspicious now, what is that one doing? demon anyway? As I just said, we were halfway there now and with 128 shines marked. 57% of decks isn't too crazy of an advantage anymore, but I still have faith that we can do this. Also, we only have six more shiny Alphas left and remember that if I fail any of these targets, 100 of the shinys I find in this video go directly to you.
I haven't mentioned this yet, but the main way I've been

hunting

is just flying over all the shoots and waiting to hear the bright sound of Sparkle, however important. to get shinies that we don't have yet now I'm going to have to start clearing the sprouts to get more shiny scrolls, which means that the rate of finding shinies may be lower, but we are more likely to find things we need. The next nine shinys I found gave me a new Bronzor Glal, the other form of Shellos, which was great and then I got my first duplicate of Shiny Alpha, sorry, a second is a second, in no way do I mean it is an absolute success, but what? wait a second, damn, I can't believe we have two of these now, I probably won't get another one well, our next four shiny Pokémon helped us get a kogog anda bonley that became pseudo woodo and I'll just leave it. this next clip speaks for itself what's happening what's happening that's a third a third bright Alpha luxray in exactly the same place.
I'm actually speechless, what do I say? We're going to end up with a whole team of him at the end of this, how is this possible? What are the chances we find a third? Thank god these aren't shiny alpha goldos or I'll probably be doing some illegal stuff right now to be fair, although it's actually pretty epic. Seeing three of these Giants on screen at the same time, we still weren't done with the shiny Alphas anyway, as after four more shiny ones that included a nose pass and a voltor that turned into probopass and Electrode, I ended up spotting something I'd been looking for all this time.
A Spirit Sprout with a Star Spirit is one of the hardest Pokémon to shiny hunt in this game because it's a super rare spawn, however, now I have a Star Sprout, which which means that a second wave will appear once I clear the original and they will all be alphas and fortunately there is a shiny hunting method that I can use on this to help us get a shiny Alpha spirit and it is known as the permutation method. Now I won't go into too much detail about how it works because it's a little complicated, but basically how Clearing a Sprout in this game will determine the stats of the next Pokémon that spawns, so if I catch all of the sprout spirits, the ones that spawn in Wave 2 will have certain statistics;
However, if I kill one of the sprout spirits and catch the rest, the wave two spawns will be totally different as far as stats are concerned and the same if I kill two of the spirits and catch the rest, the stats will still be changing now yes, this is a pretty silly explanation, but I hope you get the idea. Basically, I just follow several different ways to kill the sprout until one of the spirits glows. It can be a pretty horrible and tedious process, but it would be the only way I see us finding a blue spirit.
Oh, and luckily, this website actually exists. which you can use to guide you and mark different permutations that you have tried and after only about 2 hours of using this method I got exactly what I was looking for oh my goodness there is the Alpha Spiritum brilliant which is one of the best brilliants. Look how sick he looks and he's an alpha. Fortunately there was a shiny Alpha Spiritum and only the ninth permutation listed on this list. I was so happy it was over because Spiritum is an evil Pokémon that I had to take out because of how aggressive it is, but.
Fortunately, we were finally able to move on and the next shinies we ran into only took out a new family of Pokémon, which was the red DUS skull and spooky evolutions. Then I started having a lot of luck with an amazing white quish that evolved into Quil, a pink pisu. and then the first Pokémon in my favorite shiny family rals, this one was luckily a male, which is perfect because it's the only way a CUA could evolve into a Glade, unlike Gavor which can be either gender, so it was good to get it out of the way afterwards.
Running into some Route One birds we got something I actually always wanted wo oh oh my goodness the shiny Alpha gly score that's sick that's another shiny Alpha I've wanted for a long time and then came a cute little Piplup that allowed me to take Unfortunately, over the next 2 hours we were given a bunch of unwanted shinies that we had already obtained, but we came back strong with a Munchlax Teddy Ursa and cleaner, all within half an hour. Snorlax is such a calm Pokémon so I was happy to finally have it as well as cfair and clefable after another pointless green Zubat something amazing happened and that was a shiny double spawn, yes it was two shiny moneros at the same time obviously it was really cool, but it was also a big punch in the face considering how many Chimchar outbreaks have I passed trying to find the baby monkey?
However, I was excited to get a shiny primate after a couple more doubles, as well as these new banerian finon shinys, for some reason the game thought that was a good idea. give us a third Monferno no, that's not the right monkey game, what don't you understand correctly? At least I can mark Leon and Lumion and well I think it's time for another progress update after 74 hours and we have 162 shinies for the deck which is only 72% which means for the first time this challenge we are behind schedule and well, let's just say that some of the remaining shinys are ones where I didn't even consider the complexities and luckily I only need two more shiny Alphas to complete the second objective.
The next seven shinies we found had a new Pokémon which was Paris, as well as this shiny lilligant we already had, but I had never seen shiny spawn in the wild before and you know what I haven't found in a long time, another shiny Alpha oh. that's a brilliant Alpha that's great because it's ugly. I'm not as crazy about you as Pokémon, but damn, your shiny is actually very good, one more Alpha left and after finding another toxic cro, I was absolutely excited about our upcoming shiny ROM, why can you be? I'm asking right because one I love this Pokémon in general and the shiny one is really good, but two are just trying to get through an outbreak of these guys without getting enraged or raising your blood pressure because they are very annoying and aggressive, but luckily we were lucky. getting the shiny and on the topic of luck just look at this no way, shiny Alpha Psyduck hello, it's not a Golduck this time.
I am no longer cursed. I'm actually very excited about this. Thank you very much Psyduck for giving me your brilliant Alpha form. surely it was her trying to cheer me up for all the brilliant Golduck trauma I've been through, the curse is lifting talking about the devil, but where is she? I've been doing this challenge for over 75 hours now and have crossed hundreds of normal Golducks. and not a single shiny has actually appeared, it's very strange, but I guess I just need to save for this moment and well, the luck continued, since next I ended up getting a shiny cherub.
It would be almost impossible without an outbreak because you normally just spawn in trees which would be the most time consuming hunt and then we got a green onx which allowed us to get Cherum and Steelix and okay now I'm really questioning the effects of the curse because We found another blue Psyduck right in front of the static Alpha Golduck spawn. What the hell was going on? He's had the best chance to appear brilliant hundreds of times, but he decides to hold back for once. I must be missing something, oh wait, I think I see what's going on.
Golduck knows he would never do it. I let one of my little blue ducklings evolve into the red-beaked demon, so he decided to hide for once so I couldn't get him out of our glowing covers and fail the challenge. Gro was literally playing with me and trying to provoke me into growing up. I fight him, but he remembers my words, whether he finds him within the next 22 hours or not. I will not evolve any of my Psyduck. We can't unleash any more demons on this world. Well played, Golduck anyway, with eight other shiny Pokémon, I found three of them helped.
Score more goals with Vulpix giving us Ninetails Synder Quil giving us another full starter family and a gaval sprout completing their shiny family and despite having the 15 shiny Alphas for our second objective they didn't stop coming, wait it's a shiny Al for finished graler. here we go, are you going to do it? Oh, there you have it. I just saw it in the distance. I could have missed it completely. After that we got a few more mid evolution shines including a dust duplicate, a duplicate ryhorn and finally something new, a Grotle with only 18 hours left, I realized things weren't looking good considering we still need 49 unique shinies to complete the main objective and well let's just say some of these Pokémon could actually take 100 hours alone to find for example there are some Pokémon that will.
They only appear in these stupid time warps and if you're not aware of how incredibly rare these shinies are, there's a really good video from kmen collection explaining the intricacies of hunting these Pokémon, showing that it would take an average of 116 hours to find one of these rare spawns. shiny, that's ridiculous, oh and there's also Burmy, which can't have sprouts and can only be found in trees, which is easily the slowest way to find Pokémon in this game. I also hinted at the difficulties of getting all the evolutions before, oh and not to mention the whole Golduck situation, but all I can do is try my luck, luckily our shiny Alpha goal was completed which I'm very happy about, so with less than For the remaining 18 hours we continued with the routine and, despite aiming for things we didn't have. however, I was obviously running into a lot of duplicates that I think require a quick musical montage which you guys seem to love from my other videos, the stuff you're laughing at behind me, so yeah, as you can see, It wasn't the easiest way to find something new. things to add to the collection, even if it was aiming directly at a certain Pokémon, however, that trip down the road of victory did not leave us empty-handed because we actually managed to find a shiny oshaa to mark its family, a bedo that could do the same and the last unique shiny I found for this challenge was a dust ox and that was the time so after 100 hours of searching for shiny in Legends archus we found 264 shiny in the wild, we got 182 unique Pokémon marked in the shiny and 16 Alpha decks. shinies, I'm actually very happy with these results and I accepted Golduck, you weren't the only reason I failed this challenge like you expected, so anyway I'll give you 100 shinies on my new Discord server. the description and if that wasn't enough, be sure to click on the video on the screen and thank you all so much for watching.
