This is one of 10 similar parts that this car can use, it is not in perfect condition for any of them. I don't have this so I guess we'll have to cut the back off and try to mount our own brackets and they said there was no legitimate use for building chain cars that would allow us to flatten it perfectly. This bracket here is revealed with a simple aluminum spacer now it's as simple as building the bracket while the rest is nailed it's not going anywhere it may not look as cool as coolers improved racing this one has sentimental value , I guess we'll call it, I ended up mounting directly there, making a bracket there, making a bracket there and making a bracket to the cross beam there, but now that we've crossed that off the list, we need to cover it starting with the water pump and we'll be Using this air motivation unit on the Hellcats, they mount the coolant water pumps to the outside of the driver's frame rail and luckily for us, we have plenty of room here to do the exact same thing now because this pump is so heavy.

I wanted to roll it up, so we drilled an access hole in the frame so we could attach a nut driver to the back of these through bolts. I know drilling the frame sounds a little complicated but in this case it worked great and now let's get to the plumbing on the outlet side of the pump it's as easy as it sounds let's run a hose from this assembly - 12 to the port bottom of the heat exchanger is pretty easy, now a quick tip if you are ever generating heat. In an exchanger system like this, you always want to insert the coin into the bottom port, it will force it up through the heat exchanger and make sure the air doesn't get stuck.

It's pretty simple, well, these two hoses will connect. to the two ports on the back of the charger, the only part of this that we have to use brain power is to work this expansion tank into the system. This is what allows us to drain the system that allows us to fill. This allows us to get everything. the air comes out and they usually mount to this bracket on the top of the passenger side pillar tower, yeah obviously that won't work in this case so we'll have to get a little creative but I have a spare bracket , so I hope I can reuse it.
