them for a perfect finish. First we are going to remove the wheel, remove it chemically, after that where we put it in the common litter box, blast it with media and take it to the oven, pre-bake them and start the

It's actually a special color, it's a mix of Accra silver with a transparent tint because that three-dimensional effect, as you saw in my previous video, John went ahead and fixed the curves of my wheels and showed us in that color palette the hyper silver with that light tint that looks beautiful, so let's go ahead with that.

Personally Sam Glossop first right and that way I can see all the little imperfections on it properly and then if it needs anything we just go over this here and then we go back to San Blas just to clean it up we have it and then it's ready to layer of powder after that, eventually I'll just do a final inspection before it goes into the oven, yeah, yeah, when I lift it up, you'll see it better, a little one right here because even that will show up, let me see it by marking the points why specifically I just see some dirt, okay?

I'm going to check the litter box again. It's easier to see there and that's why it's awesome. I have a guy like John and you never do this super meticulous, especially if you want to. to make sure the tires are done right the first time because I don't have time to go to a shop that doesn't know what they're doing, you know, have them do it and I have to come back six months later. Does the powder layer spill or crack or many other things? So a super meticulous guy knows how he wants to do it the same way I would do it with my car.

He's really treating the wheels like you would treat them if you were his baby, and you really love

your

stuff, go to a guy who knows what he's doing and really takes the time to be proud of his work. What we will do for your wheels is a hyper silver finish. Basically, we're We'll spray a black powder base coat and then we'll spray a non-powder look with a hyper-sober automotive tint as such, like silver tint, and a lot of shops don't do it this way for wheels, I mean a lot of powder. Quarters claim they can match the dust of this hypersilver, but in reality it can't be matched with just a strictly dust layer.

You have to paint the diet silver to give it that three dimensional effect and the best way to do this is to apply it over the giggles. as a block base coat, they represent one side of the oven, we will pre-do them a little bit more to clean them and also apply algae to them before we apply the first coat of powder in this case because we are doing the hyper silver finish as a black base coat and then we apply the hyper silver and then when I apply a third coat of our, we'll add the tinted clear coat which would almost look like a blackish gray, non-metallic look, for John has a water wash paint booth. here where you will put the rings where they will be grounded and at the same time you will charge the gunpowder through the gun with an electrical current that will be attracted to the grounded ring so that you get complete coverage on top of the The hot flocking technique that You will also use is hot powder coating, a part that is already hot to give a smoother finish and get better and full coverage.

It is also really beneficial if you put several coats on the part where the powder coating is applied. In this case, John will be hot walking first through the black finish and then through the rest of the layers that follow. When he takes it out of the oven, he's going to have to let it cool completely and then apply those layers of powder paint and that's how he does it. Honestly, I'm absolutely speechless. John did an incredible job on this four stage process on these eight eb1 wheels. He couldn't be happier with how they turned out.

The black barely peeks through the hyper silver and then dyes. On top of that, it is fully protected and has a beautiful glossy finish with the clear coat on top. Is awesome. It's unique. It's absolutely beautiful. A beautiful job done by him and his team. It was a long process. You have seen a small montage. It was a lot of time to do this meticulous work going through the stages of getting into the oven and back out during each stage making sure everything is clean after each stage. It's really impressive to see John his team and the hardworking dedication it takes to do a proper job and that's what is so critical in this process and all I learned is that many people can do a half-assed job and will hand over their tires over there.

There will be imperfections here or there and you will end up making these

rims
