Now let's go back to my house and see what I can create with all this food currently it's 9:16 and it's breakfast time so I'm going to start a little later with breakfast this morning but that's perfectly fine , so this will be the date for days one through five. I'm just doing the quick thing. oats I like to make quick oats because you can just throw them in the microwave, but there's about six and a half cups of quick oats here, so today I'm going to make about 3 4 cups of oats for each day. I'm going to serve it with the bananas that we bought at the store and then we're just going to pour water on it and then I'm going to add a little bit of cinnamon on top to give it a little bit of flavor and then I'm going to show you what it looks like everything is finished here is the finished product.
I just topped the oatmeal with one of the five bananas from the supermarket. This is a super filling breakfast just because of the amount of oats and then the banana also adds great potassium so really nice healthy and filling breakfast now we're on breakfast six and seven so I made more oats but instead of to make the banana we put an apple on top, so today I'm going to make half the apple on day six and then half the apple. tomorrow on day seven and then I put a little bit more cinnamon on top so I just sprinkled more cinnamon.

Then add your two and a half cups or a pound of brown rice with two and a half cups. of water I like to cook my brown rice on high pressure for about 20 minutes just because I like it a little softer and then once it's done cooking I'm going to quickly release it, it's almost time for dinner. so for days one to three I am making the simplest stir fry, so in this pan I put a tablespoon of olive oil, once the tablespoon of olive oil was hot, I added three grated carrots along with half a chopped onion and Now that the carrots and onion are soft.
I'm going to go ahead and add our three cups of cooked brown rice. Brown rice is also cold and refrigerated. I like to do that for stir-frying. I just think the rice is better in the end. so now I'm going to brown the rice for a minute or two to make it a little crispy.
