Notice that the dimensions in the search result are in millimeters, but PowerPoint changes them to inches for us, as if the width of 841 millimeters were changed to 33 points 1 1. similar conversion inches for height once you've pasted both width and height click ok then to scale you can choose any of the two options I chose maximized to leave the slide theme layout blank right click on the slide go to layout and scroll down to the blank option and click "add" if you don't like the default color and want to change it, then make sure you are in the design tab, click on the background and fill format menu, choose a fill solid and choose the color you want, then start placing your content and start from your organization logo, click on the Insert tab, then images and choose your logo.

Once you have inserted the logo, drag it to the top left corner. Then you need to put the title of your research for that. Click the Insert tab, and on the Insert tab, then Shapes, choose a rectangle with rounded corners, and then click. and drag to create the shape, after that you can use the arrow keys on the keyboard to adjust its location. It would also look nice if you fit the logo near the center of the title rectangle. You can take your time to keep moving around the logo and rectangle during positioning once you are happy with your alignments go to your research paper and select the title text and copy it once you have copied the text return to the poster slide right click on the title rectangle click edit text and paste the title text change the text font color, if you want you can change the fill color of the rectangle as above.

The text in my new title may look very small at first, but you can select it and use the keyboard shortcut keys as shown on the screen to change the font size. Once this is done, start creating little information cards for the main segments of your thesis, well dad, click insert tab, form a rectangle with rounded corners, then click and drag to draw the next shape from the menu of shape format, set its fill color, whatever you want, this will be our information card, repeat this process to draw another rounded one. corner rectangle at the top of the info card for header purposes, then set the fill color of the header rectangles as a darker version of the info card color once done, click and drag to select both the info card and its header rectangle once both are selected copy them as this will be our template for all other info cards now, to paste this template make sure to select the paste with target theme option and not as image because we may have to change the sizes of the info cards later, now start pasting and then drag the pasted info card template as shown on screen once the info card template has been pasted information, then change the fill color of each information card and also make sure the header rectangle color is a darker version of your information card color.

Remember that each information card will show some resistance from different segments of our thesis, so each card must remain standing. You can set the post with a slightly lighter background color to make the thesis segment cards look more prominent. You should also remove the fill color from the thesis title rectangle at the top of the poster by setting its fill color to no fill, then choose primary. segments of your research thesis and begin adding text on information cards on the poster. They placed the header text in the header rectangle. It may look very small, but you can change the zoom level from the zoom slider in the bottom right corner.

You can change the header rectangle. size and location as you like, just make sure the header rectangle overlaps the info card at all times. Also set the font size of the header text large enough to be readable at the post-review level. You can do this font size change by going to the Home tab in the top menu ribbon. After you have set the header font size large enough to be readable at the post-review level, you can drill down to the size. and the location of the header rectangle as well as with the size and location in the folk art, if at some point you want to drag the header rectangle and the car together then select both and use the arrow keys or the mouse to drag or move both together once done, add the segment to someone right on the card after right clicking on the card and then choose edit text later you can adjust the formatting of the text and if you have to add images in the card, go to the Insert tab, click on the images and select the image.

You can drop the image in the center of the poster, if so, simply click on the image and drag it to the card. make sure the image eventually ends up completely inside the corresponding segment card. Keep repeating the same process of right-clicking on the card rectangles and then clicking edit text to add header information and images or graphics on the segment cards. You may need to adjust the size and location of the segment card depending on the length of the image Edit text or graphic for graphics simply go to the graphic you want to include, right click on it to copy it and inside the card segment paste it as an image because with this image you will find it easy to manipulate its size and positioning, and if the graphic you want to include is larger than the size of the segment card in the poster, then you need to create a copy of the segment card and do not create a new rectangle to ensure that To make your pasted bitchart visible above the card and not hidden below it, you must first delete the graphic and then create the copied rectangle and after pasting the copy of the card, Just drag around the copied rectangle, resize it, and place it. in a way that creates space for your image, one more thing you may face a problem with after you have pasted the rectangle copy on the card and that is that it may have a rounded line border which does not look good, to fix it you need right click on the rectangle and go to the shape format menu under the line section, select the no line option, repeat this for all the shape rectangles on your poster so they all look the same without borders but with color distinction.

Once done, paste that big graphic and keep adding too. someone just from the thesis segments on the remaining postcards, you may have to resize and reposition the card by simply selecting the shape of the card and dragging it to where you see fit once, then place the names of the presenters or researchers of the thesis at the bottom of the poster.
