will reveal that we may not actually know something as well as we think. These are good things because when that happens, we start to learn. This is how communication between people occurs. Then they will be able to create bonds, understanding and trust between them. Then people can work together to adapt their thinking. Now, the good news is that I have seen children, parents, coaches, business owners, and even politicians overcome these emotional and mental barriers and learn to be confident in the way they ask good

There are many challenges in this world. We all face it, whether in our jobs, in our cities, in our schools, in our families or in our relationships. We all face it. But each of us has a different view of what these challenges are and how to overcome them. This is actually a good thing, because I believe that most of these problems cannot be endured by one person and that we need each other a lot. And if? What if we learned to ask good questions every day? What if tomorrow, when you went to meet someone, you tried to understand them instead of trying to make them understand you?

What if, before every important meeting, you tried to write down a few questions that could take the conversation from the known to the unknown? What if executives got by using questions, not questioning, but asking questions that inspired others to start thinking about what they could do, not what they should do? What if churches, temples and mosques asked us how we should live, instead of focusing on what others are not doing? What if parents asked their children about the big questions they asked in their time, instead of asking them about what they learned in their time? When you ask, you get an answer, and in an age where computers are getting

better

and

better

at answering questions, we need to improve the human ability to ask questions.
