the past present and future walk into a bar things get a little Little tense, oh, I was visiting my wife's family. last week and they ask me what i make a living i do something unique for a living i have a youtube channel and i am lucky to have enough support from all of you thats not just me here but its a whole team of people people support our channel through things like watching sharing our videos buying our merchandise supporting us on patreon for example all of these things contribute to us being able to run this channel not only sam and I make a living but jake carmichael nick christian wren gabe we are all able to eat and rent our apartments buy video games thanks to you guys so thank you I'm digressing and was talking to them about a problem we were having the pubg vfx failed late honestly not up to the quality I expected. at least initially late and low quality tells me there are some issues so i need to fix it i need to talk to the team but what i found is if you just go up to people and yell at them like that it might be better for you. above you should do b better as you would say it better but the message is still the same it doesn't give you results maybe for a day or two people work harder if you're looking over your shoulder that's not how i do things here i need you people stay motivated i need people to want to do their best if you have people who want to do their best you will get good results but you are not going to make people want to do their best if you yell at them and tell them they are doing a bad job, so i need the visual effects team to change their style of work, change their attitudes and be motivated and do that instead of yelling at them and telling them what they did

The only way we are going to win is with your support we will see how some of the best pub g players in the world are going to be there we are going to a pubg tournament and because of that the best players in the world are going to a pubg tournament this weekend, they are different people from us and the best players, but we will both be there. is this tournament you may ask well it's the 10 gig festival in chattanooga tennessee and we're going to play a pub g with our boy sean doris against the best players in the entire world i don't know how i feel about it i feel like i'm a pretty good player i won my first chicken dinner last night two nights ago last week but it has given me the confidence to go there and compete um from three to seven p.m. this saturday too and apparently saturday too come join us if you want you're in the area or want to play a little pub if you're not there is a live stream on saturday and sunday from 3-7pm. excited i've never played pro in a tournament before i've never played competitively that's it so lets see if we go pro maybe i can add that to the old resume pro pubg gamer i like the sound of it game videogames for a life that was explaining some of these frustrations for ivy's family how i was going to fix them and you know the experience like what are you going to do is good there's always stuff playing because i try to be understandable i try to be empathetic and also i try to get people certain expectations a team needs a manager if you have people working with you on something they need something to guide them and how to do it but what i don't want to spend my time on is controlling them and making sure that everything is happening.

I want someone to push themselves and have a desire to do the best job that they can see their family wonder how I learned where that came from and that really made me stop because I didn't learn it in a class anywhere and it's something that made sense. innate from when I first started making these products coming from my father running some businesses and talking about the challenges he faced I guess those lessons stuck with me or at least those challenges he was a ng deal with people do things for a reason and if you can understand why they do things and address it on that level it's so much easier to connect with someone, it leads to real change and at least not have to be there to look over their assume every day as a teacher because that's not how people work and that's really not respectful to the people around you and you have to push them you have to push them to get them to tell you what's going on and you can't take I think The only negative that would come out of this is if someone was working here who didn't want to be here and just had to be here to pay the paycheck, which we're in a position that has never been the case when someone works with we at corredor work with us because they want to be here everyone here wants to be here at any time someone can leave we don't want them to i like them they are all here they are amazing at what they do but i am not going to force anyone to stay and no i will it's going to hang money on them so they stay money it's only going as far as a motivator as at the end of the day people need to want to do what they're doing if you're going to be here you're here because you want to be if you're slacking off and clearly you don't want to be here and you should go and that attitude changes things so significantly oh i should have been recording all this is clean now i'm done cleaning them sadly It looks like it has some water damage.

Is there somewhere I can take it to get it fixed or cleaned better? can't tell if it's like scratchy lacquer or it's like dirt that builds up it's just an all purpose cleaner can't imagine this will damage won't freeze smooth vinyl varnishes start the conversation by asking them how many shots he did a day how many shots do you think you should have? to make a day that number lines up with the number you gave me lines up with reality probably won't I don't know how many shots I took a day and I know how many shots I think they can take today but that's not that's not for me to say is for them to say then I'll ask them why why weren't those shots made why it wasn't on the schedule what needs to change and I'll let them come up with the answers
