lucid

I see a lot of people trying to link astral projection. Lucid dreams are wired differently. What are the thoughts? Alright. So, uh. My wife's name is Jade Shaw and she teaches astral projection, so she checks it out and learns how to do that. They are separated. A kind of new age school brings them together. I would say it's simply because they are being new age about it. With full respect to the new age scene within the Buddhist tradition and within the Mexican Toltec tradition, we are told that they are two separate practices and that we must absolutely learn to notice the difference so that there are completely

lucid

dreams and complete astral projections. . experiences, but there's also a third category where we can be kind of elusive

dreaming

and allow ourselves to use lucid

dreaming

to get into astral projection, so there may be a little bit in the middle that's a little bit floaty, but no projection astral is a different practice an elusive dream you are essentially turning your mind inward you are experiencing the entirety of your own psychology in a genuine outer body experience you are turning your consciousness outward you are literally a strand of your consciousness leaving the physical body um and I've had these experiences and they're not lucid dreams, you know, until I had my first ob, I

really

thought that out-of-body experiences were probably just people having very vivid lucid dreams that didn't understand the difference and then I had my first out-of-body experience. body and I was awake, you know, out of body experiences one of the easiest ways to enter is through the doors of sleep, the hip and the hip, and by choosing them, you can have them through meditation, like when you are fully awake, um, where is it, of course, lucid dreaming requires you to be dreaming, sleeping, you're definitely asleep, um, so yeah, they are, I would say they're branches of the same tree, but they're different practices as far as I care? uh, and they're a real projection of an out of body experience, it's a brilliant practice and also incredible, and I've gone through a lot of the questions that are on the list here and I have a feeling that a lot of them will. will be answered in the search, but I'm going to mention the one I've seen repeated more simply
