It was like I noticed a sensation there, it's a little strange, so you know, right now I'm still doing my Maui Korea every morning or most mornings. Some mornings I forget. You know you have to do it before eating. You have to prepare it. Don't come out bothering me anymore, so you know I'm going to keep doing things the way I do them and try to listen to my body and if I feel like it's going to be a problem again, then I can go back to a strict vegetarian diet. and getting back to all these routines, but yeah, I just wanted to post a little update on, you know, the story, my timeline so far and, you know, let everyone know how it's been and, of course, you know, I've received many comments. and questions from people who are struggling with the same thing as me and I want to say I don't know from my experience I would say it is possible however everyone's condition is different.

You know, some people's hernias can be much larger. I've had them a lot longer than I have, it could be something different that caused the hernia, who knows, but I think listen to your body, that's what I did at first. I was experimenting with different exercises, different diets, different things, I found what works. for you and you know just try to move on like I said after he was in for a week and then back out I was so frustrated and almost ready to quit and just think about looking for surgeries again but I got stuck . with it and literally a week later it was like this so keep it up and do the best you can and yeah I wish the best of luck to everyone in the community of people who suffer from this hernia and I really think it's necessary There is more information out there about how to heal these things naturally and how you take care of your bodies and change your lifestyle is important and
